Miss behave and wrongly driving by haryana roadways driver at gurugram bus stand. Driver ready to fight when we I asked him for this wrong driver. An accident happen .

My actual car is Honda City (White) purchased in 2012 has registration number HR26BS8117 but for past almost 1/1.5 years I am getting challans for a Hyundai car (Grey) with same number. I have attached photos of the car shared in challan & my car's photo as well. Please trace the other car ASAP and take necessary action to get it's registration no. corrected

Dear sir I went to Pataudi RTO, for driving test, for license.I was having my Innova Car with me.I have to wait 5 hours for driving test.When I gave driving test with my Innova the shape of the 8 was very small.It was impossible to clear that test with Innova.I was directly rejected by employees of RTO who were taking test.Their behaviour was very bad with me and they used a very harsh language.They showed their ego like they are the SDM of RTO.With Innova, Swift, Baleno, i20, etc this test can not be cleared because shape 8 measurements is for 2 wheelers.Pls make measurements as per 4 wheelers otherwise we have to pay rs.300 for every rejection.And hire educated employees who knows the manners

Dear Sir,
In the morning 1st bus service from tohana to hisar was at 5:40 am which was stopped now from long time approx after lockdown and now 1st bus from tohana is at 6:10am and arrival at approx 8:00am in hisar due to this public is became late for arriving their destination like in institute, coaching center, library, duty in many private office and hospital for booking appointments.So public facing many problem due to stopped of this bus.(5:40AM)
And second thing is too much crowd in this bus because of no any bus service before this and also some people remains at stand due to no space of standing in bus and crowd is not good symbol during this covid pandemic

Kindly start this bus service again for better serving of public and me and daily travelers will be thankful of HR for this service

I want to ask about the first toll (Gangaicha Jat Toll Plaza) that comes from Rewari towards Rohtak.
My Black Verna HR07AB6051 already have fastag with more than 1000 rupees in paytm number [protected].

ticket number A387026G9M. amount paid 170 on lane - 06

my complaint number is 4356189 and 4356213

my concern is why I have to paid penalty when I have balance in my fastag.
plus the people working there were misbehaving with me and my mother on not successfully scanning the fastag
is this my mistake there machine is not working properly

I have a very bad experience on 28th and 30th August while I was travelling by my car. On 28th at around 8.30 to 9.30 am while I was nearing sangam dhaba nearer to jagadhari on panchkula roorkee highway I was stopped by pcr van and a constable striaghtaway without checking any documents advised to file challan for expired polution which was expired on 13th august. He demanded rs 2000 bribe for my mistake. I pleaded with him. But that was on vain. At last I have to pay rs 2000 as I was on hurry and got my pollution certificate on nearest petrol pump. However I observed that the pcr not stopped any of haryana number vehicles. Again on 30th another traffic police official nearer saha where cut for ambala on panchkula highway is present and stopped me for fining for seatbelt of copassenger where my wife and 3 year daughter were sitting. As my daughter was feeling uncomfortable at the moment my wife unbuckled her seat belt for brief moment. I and my wife pleaded with constable but he misbehaved with me and wife and threat with court consequences. . I have to pay fine for 500. However I noticed again that they are not stopping haryana number vehicles. Though I accept that there was fault on my part but the police are harassing unnecessary long distance and other state vehicles. This is totally unpleasant driving experience on highway from ambala to yamunanagar. I hope you will look into matter.

I have been writing so many times and calling so many times about the refund amount i need to go to my house but instead of chandigarh I have to select panchkula due to which I have to cancel the ticket It was month ending and they have taken 720 rupees from me and still they have not send the money back no one is even picking up the calls. please give my whole amount ASAP

A Haryana roadways bus driver ( HR 61 D 9406) made a sudden cut and damaged my car from behind. He made a sudden cut and rammed the bus in my new car from behind . When i tried to ask why he cut without horn or indication or anything, they started shouting on me and my family and run away.
I want to report the harsh driving and bad behavior of HR roadways staff and want to get the amount for the damages by their rash driving.
I have attached pictures of my car to show that how can they do damages to a side passing vehicle. My car almost passed the bus, still they made a cut and rammed it without any indication.
Please take appropriate action or should i file a FIR.

I have filled an application form for driving license on 20/08/2021 and i have paid 1280Rs. online as a fees for application of driving license. But due to some reasons i have cancelled my application on 24/08/2021. But my application fees does not refunds to me and there is no option on sarathi.gov.in portal for refund of fees .I kindly inform you to please refund my fees.

As I am employed in Chandigarh so when I was travelling on (18/08/21) at around 6:30 pm from Chandigarh ( Tribune chowk) to Zirakpur arrived at around 7:00 pm by Haryana roadways bus no- HR-68A-9954. I took a ticket no-728280 for Chandigarh to Zirakpur from bus conductor and he charged me 30Rs. fare but in actual it is 25Rs.. He charged 5Rs. extra from me when I asked to bus conductor that why he is taking extra money for ticket then he told me that bus fare is 30Rs. from Chandigarh to Zirakpur and misbehaved with me. Even from one person he took 30Rs. for Derabassi and no ticket given to him. Some of the passengers were totally surprised with his working style and behavior. So as a citizen of Haryana I was very ashmed by this incident. I need a justice as I am daily passenger of Haryana roadways. So please take strict action against such employees who are spoiling the image of Haryana roadways and please find the attachment of bus number photo with my ticket as well. I shall be very thankful to you. Look forward to hear from you soon.

महोदय,
निवेदन यह है कि मेरी एक गाड़ी संख्या HR55S3800 जिसका रजिस्ट्रेशन बागपत, उत्तर प्रदेश में पिछले 4 सालों से हो रखा है। यह कि जब मैं बागपत में नया नम्बर लेने के लिए आवेदन किया तो मुझे पता चला कि यह गाड़ी पहले से गुरूग्राम आॅनलाईन दिखा रही है। जिस कारण गाड़ी का प्रदूषण भी नहीं हो पा रहा है क्योंकि यह गाड़ी दो जगह आॅनलाईन दिखा रही है जिस कारण मैं यह गाड़ी पिछले 6 महीने से नहीं चला पा रहा हूँ। जब तक यह गाड़ी गुरूग्राम से आॅनलाईन नहीं हटेगी तब तक मैं यह गाड़ी नहीं चला सकता। जबकि मेरे द्वारा गाड़ी का समस्त टैक्स समय से जमा किया जा रहा है जो मेरा आर्थिक रूप से काफी नुकसान हो रहा है। जबकि यह गाड़ी पूर्ण रूप से गुरूग्राम से एन0ओ0सी0 लेकर बागपत में रजिस्टर्ड हुई थी।
इस संदर्भ में मैं कई बार गुरूग्राम व चण्डीगढ़ भी गया लेकिन किसी प्रकार की कोई मदद नहीं मिली।
अतः आपसे निवेदन कि मेरी यह गाड़ी बागपत से नया नम्बर दिलवाने की कृपा करें।
मैं आर्थिक व मानसिक रूप से इतना परेशान हो चुका हूँ कि मेरे पास अब खाने तक के पैसे नहीं हो पा रहे हैं यहाँ तक की मैं इस गाड़ी को बेच भी नहीं पा रहा हँू। 

I bought used i20 car on December 2020 from prime motors, vehicle no HR10S9649, we have applied the Rc ownership transfer application in Feb 2021, and document verification completed on May 2021. But still the approval is pending and RC also not transfered. We are not able to use this vehicle without this transfer. Could you please confirm how to escate to get complete this transfer as faster..

I applied for learners driving license last year, and after that I went for final driving license, earlier I was called for test, when I went for test, now they asking me to get Certificate from Driving School. I already learned driving from a school and when I ask for certificate from them, RTO office told that this certificate from so and so institute is not valid. I asked them to give me list of institutes from where certificate is valid, but they just dodged my request and asked me to get video recording as well. Seriously! getting a license and you need to have such requirements that's too all on whim and fancies. I asked them for the institute name from where I need to get test passed again, they sent me to their other office, where no-one is listening. It is the case where I am a government officer and was going through all the procedure, what would have happened to normal public where such authorities letting them to run pillar to post to get the work done.

Still I visit the RTO office and they says bring this and that, I had paid my fees way back in March still no work on my license, whereas charter of RTO says that within 7 days I should get licenses. What is use of such charter if authorities not adhering to it. It seems nobody wants to talk to public in RTO office and even clerk considers himself of boss.

Met a ambulance driver who was continuously honking and siren was on without any patient in it and thier is no emergency when I asked the driver of the ambulance i saw the ambulance and started to clear the road as thier was jam on road after the jam was cleared he stopped the ambulance and he went to meet a girl and he was miss using the ambulance for metting girls...

We have buy a second hand Alto Car No. HR27C2004 model August 2010 and apply for transfer of ownership in Nuh RTO through an agent Brijesh in February 2021 but still our vehicle RC not received to us. In absence of documents we couldn't able to use this vehicle neither we could sale this. It is almost 6 months already completed to apply. Agent already take Rs. 5000/- from us and we have to pay him Rs. 2000/- after completion of work.
Please help us in this case.

जिसका application no- [protected] and License no- DL[protected] hai. Jo on line portal per renuw ho gya hai, lekin uski printed card abhi tak nhi mila hai.aur na hi card despatch ka koi doket number hi aaya hai. Please do somthing.
