RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF HR STAFF BUS NO HR 68 2010
Dear Sir
I am a regular traveller between Delhi and Patiala. I have complaint against the Bus which start at 6.30 PM from Delhi Bus stop to Patiala.
The Bus driver On 29.10.2009 they crossed all the limits and they misbehaved and were very rude to me and my husband.

On (29.08.2009) evening when I went to the ticket counter the driver was issuing tickets at the ticket counter and we asked what time bus leaves, he said when all bus becomes full we will leave.
I and my husband politely asked it's goverment bus and has to leave on time. He rudely said, if you want you take another bus, we don't want travellers like you.
When bus started moving he was playing loud songs in bus and all passengers was sleeping and he was playign very loud songs which everyone was feeling unconfortable.
When husband asked to stop the songs, driver said, nobody is having trouble, do you have problem and then some more passengers went and asked driver to stop the music, he switched on all lights and said, I will see how you people sleep and I am driving.
He switched on lights whole night after passengers asking so many times.

In this connetion my request is to please let us know that passenger has to wake up to give compnay to bus driver or bus facilities are for passengers comfort.

    R/s Sir
    My relative were departing to Shamli from Panipat Bus Stand from bus No. HR-67-170 time was 8-50 am. My Relative asked to the driver that how much time he would take to depart then that driver behave very badly and speak in a very rude manner.
    R/s sir you should punish that driver and taught him that he will behave gently with Ladies he should learn how to talk to the people.

    It is a known fact that the conductors and drivers of Haryana Roadways are rude and misbeheave with people like any other government employee in Haryana. I had stepped onto the bus that stopped at Ashram, Delhi and asked the conductor if I can be dropped in Sector 37 Faridabad. Instead of replying, he pushed me down saying "nahi". I am well versed in martial arts and I could have broken his jaw in no time but I have been taught what is civilization and decency unlike the illiterate, barbaric people of Haryana.

      R/s sir,
      i m a daily traveller of haryana roadways..... i did not like the way your checking staff behaves......they often show their vulgarities to the us.even after paying the full fine .....they use vulgar language....when i tried to oppose them ....they tried to beat me,which i don"t think is the rule......and they use so much obscene words,which i don"t think should be used publically........
      so please look into the matter and take some relevant steps towards your staff.......

      i travling from pnp to CHD always one or two times in week and all buses of haryana roadways stop at Piply bus stand becose driver and cunductor ged food on free of cost and contractor of canteen is serv the food to other passenger is very bad and charge very high prices.if you will sent health dept to check the quality of food then you will find it.
      Pls take the neccasary action against the contractor.

      I was travelling from ambala to zirakpur on haryana roadways bus noHR 38L----7827 at 5pm on 24dec. As i boarded the bus front seat was vacant.So i sat over there. Immediatly driver shouted on me to vacate the seat or get down from the bus as front seat is for conductor.As i resisted he used very harsh language.When conductor came he asked me to stand up go backwards in very abusive language.This was very insulting to me. Kindly look into it and do the needful. thanks

      my journey date[protected] from jhajjar to rewari at 6.15 pm bus no. HR-63 B 713 the bus driver is haveyly drunk many times he stop the bus and go to drink and this journey of only 1 hour going to finish in 3 hour 9 pm i reach rewari
      My self if regular travellar from ISBT Kashmiri gate to Ganaur, bu every time facing problem in the evening that only Yamuna Nagar and Kithal Buses accept in standing but Chandigarh bound Buses plying with vacat situation bu not accepting, They said that there is No stoppage allowed
      by haryana Roadways at Ganaur. Pl confirm wheather this is true,

        i am a student and use haryana roadways buses to go to school.but it is very deficult for us to get a bus,because as bus staff see students waiting for bus they close the doors and do not stop bus at bus stand .i take bus from kalpi to ambala .very less buses stops here.at evening time bus staff do not stop bus at kalpi.we have to suffer a lot.pleas help us.

        Subject:- Misbehavior and irregularities of timings of haryana roadways staff.

        I am an employee in pvt ltd company in Delhi. I am doing Daily uptown from my Hometown Gohana(Sonipat) HR I want to register a complain regarding to the misbehavior of bus staff and the irregularity of the timings of the buses, nobody is responsible for their duty.There for all the Daily passengers are facing lots of problems. Specially Students and those people who r working in private sector are appearing to be very miserable because the timing irregularity of the buses. In private sector offices timing restrictions are very tight.
        I want to raise also a very important matter regarding the smoking in buses as u know here and there written as "NO SMOKING" still the driver and conductor of the buses often smokes a lot.So the people and specially ladies are facing lot of difficulties.

        So finally I want to say that there are no rules and regulations in Haryana roadways. So pls help us make the travel safe and easily and to improvement in Haryana Roadways.

        ya i sm totaly agreed with this complaint. even i taravel in haryana roadways dialy to reach my college. i catch the bus at delhi haryana border(singhu border) but hardly any of them stops there. drivers keep the doors closed and dont bother to stop the buses at border. because of this we have to suffer a lot. wastage of time and reaching college late is a normal thing to us, please look into the matter and take some necessary steps,
        i am a employee and use haryana roadways buses to go to office. but it is very deficult for us to get a bus evening 5.00 pm. because as bus staff see passanger waiting for bus they close the doors and do not stop bus at Hisar stand, Rohtak. Sir, Hisar stand to bus stand Rohtak distance 7-8 KM. I take bus from Rohtak to Hisar very less buses stop here evenin time.bus staff do not stop bus at hisar stand.

          sir ,
          i m a citizen of narwana city {dist jind}. we have alot of business work in ludhiana city.
          there is no proper trasnport services to come back from ludhiana in evening. last bus at
          2.30 p.m. after that there is no bus or train service.
          six months before a bus had been started on 6.p.m from ludhiana to delhi { sangrur depot}. but now that service has been closed. pl see this matter with business and industry growth .

            Dear sir
            I am a regular traveller between jaipur and delhi. I have complaint against the bus which start at 5.50 pm from jaipur to chandigarh. The staff of the bus every time refuse to book ticket for gurgoan from jaipur and they stay that there is no stop at gurgoan and only after long argument thay give ticket for gurgoan. On 29.08.09 they crossed all the limits and they misbehaved and were very rude to me.

            Yesterday (29.08.2009) evening when i went to the ticket counter the person stationed at the ticket counter refused to issue me the ticket for gurgoan and instead asked me to take a rajasthan roadways bus as he said he cannot issue the tickets for gurgoan. I politely asked him if he was working for haryana roadways or rajasthan roadways on this he asked me to ask the bus conductor or driver. When i approached the bus conductor and the driver they said that there is no stoppage in gurgoan and when i argued that you give me writing so that i can complaint the matter to higher authorities on saying they got annoyed and startting talking roughly with me and they even misbehaved with me and used foul language. On intervention of one the police personel personal stationed the counter clerk issued me the tickets for gurgoan. The bus did not go to iffco chowk in gurgoan where exactly i was to get down but they dropped me in the main highway where then traffic is non stop and it is risky to get down in such a place but i had no choice.

            In this connetion my request is to please let us know if there any stop at gurgoan so that i won't trouble the rude and impotite staff of haryana roadways in furture.

            sir, in haryana rodways there is no bus from hissar to sonepat or sonepat to hissar, there are number of students who study in sonepat from hissar or in hissar from sonepat, so it is so difficult to manage, my humble request to you please start a bus on this root which covers straight way from hissar to sonepat or viceversa.

            Dear Sir,
            I was travelling by Haryana roadways ( Blue line Proud of Haryana Roadways) on 14 octuber 2009 which starts from Jammu ( coming from Katra) for Delhi at 0400 hrs early in the morning. Problem came during way that Bus made hault at Dhaba near Madhopur ( Near Pathankot). Conductor asked all passiger for toilet/bathroom at about 0600 hours inthe morning. When I came from toilet, the bus was moved. My bag was in the bus with too much costly telecom items/spares of my company in which I am serving as Engineer Project. For picking up bus in the way I hired a taxi with a non affordable cost of Rs. 5000/-, about reaching at Jalundhar I caught the bus and saved my company and personal property at my personal loss. Is there any responsibility of conductor/driver to check the passinger before leaving the hault to avoid any loss of the passinger.
            If any responsibility become to haryana Roadways management and comlain cell, Please kindly take action on running staff of that bus.

            I pay your attention towards our problem. Myself is Vinod Kumar that belongs to village Jewra.Our common problem is that no one HR bus comes via jewra & there are no fix time of coming the bus. When we request them they treat very badly even abuse. No one other facilities of transportation for travel. In early morning our children had to go walk for village Sarsod for study. So they late. For this there education effect badly. Please take some strict action against driver of this rout. I hope you understand our problem.

            Haryana Roadways — NO SERVICE OF HARYANA ROADWAYS ON DELHI NUH-GURGAON AFTER 5 PM

            THERE ARE NO BUS SERVICE ON NUH-GURGAON ROUTE AFTER 5 PM
            उपरोक्त विषय के बारे में आपको सूचित करना चाहते हैं की हिसार से सांय 6.30 बजे गाँव
            चौधरीवाली जाने वाली बस न. HR-39A-8421 में श्रीबलवान सिंह परिचालक केपद पर नियुक्त हैं जोकि यात्रियों से बिना टिकेट दिए कम किराया वसूल करता है| उसने कई नियमित यात्री गाँव आर्यनगर के बांध रखे हैं जिनसे वो या तो रोजाना RS. 5/- वसूल करता है या कुछ दिनों का इकठा किराया लेता है| इसी प्रकार आगे की सवारियों से भी इसी तरह कम किराया बिना टिकेट दिए लेकर जेब में डाला जाता है| इस रूट की सांयकाल की सभी बसों में कमोपेश यहीं हाल है|
            इन सभी बस वालों की आगे से आने वाली बसों के चालकों और रस्ते के लोगों से मिलीभगत होती है जो इन्हें आगे FLYING होने की POSITION में MOBILE पर सुचना दे देते हैं और फिर इन सवारियों को फटाफट टिकेट बाँट दी जाती है| तय से कम किराया वसूल लिए जाने के कारण सवारियां भी इनकी शिकायत नहीं करती व् हर अवस्था में इनहे सहयोग करती हैं| अपने कई सुभ्चिन्तकों, गाँव के और लोगों रिश्तेदारों को ये रोजाना मुफ्त यात्रा की सुविधा प्रदान करते हैं जैसे की हरियाणा रोडवेज की ये बसें इनकी व्यक्तिगत सम्पति हो | इनकी गैर- जिम्मेदाराना गतिविधियों के कारण न केवल राष्ट्र और रोडवेज को करोड़ों की हानि उठानी पड़ती है अपितु भर्ष्टाचार को भी बढावा मिलता है|
            FLYING छापामारी से भी ये समस्या हल नहीं होगी क्योंकि अधिकतर अधिकारी इनकी जान पहचान के होते हैं और चेतावनी देकर या थोडा बहूत जुर्माना लगाकर इनको छोड़ दिया जाता है| अधिकतर बार तो इनको FLYING होने की सुचना हिसार H.A.U के पास ही MOBILE से दे दी जाती है| इनकी चेक्किंग के लिए कोई अलग से ही तरीका निकालें ताकि इनको आपकी उपस्थिति का अहसास न होने पाए| |
            अतः आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना है की राष्ट्रहित व् अपने निगम के हितों का ख्याल रखते हुए आप इस विषय में उचित कार्यवाही करें ताकि भविष्य में इस प्रकार का कार्य करते हुए ये कई बार सोचें|

            विषय:- यात्रियों से बिना टिकेट दिए कम किराया वसूल करने हेतु बस कंडकटर के खिलाफ शिकायत|
            श्री मान जी,
            उपरोक्त विषय के बारे में आपको सूचित करना चाहते हैं की हिसार से सांय 6.30 बजे गाँव
            चौधरीवाली जाने वाली बस न. HR-39A-8421 में श्रीबलवान सिंह परिचालक केपद पर नियुक्त हैं जोकि यात्रियों से बिना टिकेट दिए कम किराया वसूल करता है| उसने कई नियमित यात्री गाँव आर्यनगर के बांध रखे हैं जिनसे वो या तो रोजाना RS. 5/- वसूल करता है या कुछ दिनों का इकठा किराया लेता है| इसी प्रकार आगे की सवारियों से भी इसी तरह कम किराया बिना टिकेट दिए लेकर जेब में डाला जाता है| इस रूट की सांयकाल की सभी बसों में कमोपेश यहीं हाल है|
            इन सभी बस वालों की आगे से आने वाली बसों के चालकों और रस्ते के लोगों से मिलीभगत होती है जो इन्हें आगे FLYING होने की POSITION में MOBILE पर सुचना दे देते हैं और फिर इन सवारियों को फटाफट टिकेट बाँट दी जाती है| तय से कम किराया वसूल लिए जाने के कारण सवारियां भी इनकी शिकायत नहीं करती व् हर अवस्था में इनहे सहयोग करती हैं| अपने कई सुभ्चिन्तकों, गाँव के और लोगों रिश्तेदारों को ये रोजाना मुफ्त यात्रा की सुविधा प्रदान करते हैं जैसे की हरियाणा रोडवेज की ये बसें इनकी व्यक्तिगत सम्पति हो | इनकी गैर- जिम्मेदाराना गतिविधियों के कारण न केवल राष्ट्र और रोडवेज को करोड़ों की हानि उठानी पड़ती है अपितु भर्ष्टाचार को भी बढावा मिलता है|
            FLYING छापामारी से भी ये समस्या हल नहीं होगी क्योंकि अधिकतर अधिकारी इनकी जान पहचान के होते हैं और चेतावनी देकर या थोडा बहूत जुर्माना लगाकर इनको छोड़ दिया जाता है| अधिकतर बार तो इनको FLYING होने की सुचना हिसार H.A.U के पास ही MOBILE से दे दी जाती है| इनकी चेक्किंग के लिए कोई अलग से ही तरीका निकालें ताकि इनको आपकी उपस्थिति का अहसास न होने पाए| |
            अतः आपसे विनम्र प्रार्थना है की राष्ट्रहित व् अपने निगम के हितों का ख्याल रखते हुए आप इस विषय में उचित कार्यवाही करें ताकि भविष्य में इस प्रकार का कार्य करते हुए ये कई बार सोचें|

            हमारे पिछले निम्न लैटर 23.03.10 के विषय में अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी है जबकि सामान लैटर की एक प्रति तात्कालिक trafic manager को भी दी गयी थी| बालसमंद, भादरा, चौधरीवाली, डोभी, गोरच्छी, सभी बसों के परिचालको का ये ही हाल है| इस विषय में तत्काल कठोर क़दमों की जरूरत है| विभाग क्यों सोया है पत्ता नहीं| परिवहन मंत्री ध्यान दे जी |

            Driver is using abuse language and not stopping the bus at proper stand . no one is listening urs problem . so kindly take some immediate action this problem

            For your kind notice, on 19.03.2012 I along with my 5 years child was coming from Hansi (District Hisar) to Chandigarh in Haryana Roadways bus no. HR-39B-9411 of Hisar Depot. At bus stand counter when I got issued one and half tickets, bus conductor write one seat number (23) on my ticket and when I asked him to issue two seat numbers as I had purchased one full and one half tickets, he told me that half ticket will not be provided seat number. But on the asking of another conductor who was also issuing tickets on the bus stand, he write two seat numbers on the back of my ticket (42 and 43) but after starting of the bus, he asked me that half ticket will not be provided seat and threatened me that If I did not take my child on my lap, then he will get me down from the bus at Hansi itself. Then some of the passengers also told him that there is a rule in Haryana Roadways buses that half ticket will be provided seat but he remained adamant all the way from Hansi to Chandigarh and misbehaved with me all the way.

            It is requested to you that if there is provision of providing seat to a child (half ticket) in Haryana Roadways buses, then the same may kindly be got noted to the conductor and driver of all the buses especially to conductor of Bus No.HR-39B-9411 of Hisar Depot, so that no other person will face the situation I had faced on 19.03.2012.

            i was travelling from chandigarh to ambala, ...conductor of bus number HR39C 4927 ...misbehaved and slapped me... when i asked him to drop me at bus stop polytechnic chowk...he refused and slapped me... please see the situation and take immedate step...i am going to file a suit case. i am studyng law...

              Dear Sir/Mam,

              My name is Heena and i am living in Ballabgarh, working in gurgaon, i would like complaint abt the poor service of haryana roadways on the FARIDABAD GURGAON route... there are only limited buses where as there are several passengers since morning 8 am. buses operate after 30 minutes of other bus, but its pity to say that buses never run on time and there fore are over crowded just coz of limited buss service on this route, being a lady passenger it is really becomes impossible to travel... while returning from gurgaon the buses are never seen on the route...

              i m a citizen of narwana city {dist jind}. we have alot of business work in ludhiana city.
              there is no proper trasnport services to come back from ludhiana in evening. last bus at
              2.30 p.m. after that there is no bus or train service.
              six months before a bus had been started on 6.p.m from ludhiana to delhi { sangrur depot}. but now that service has been closed. pl see this matter with business and industry growth .
              bahan ki lodi bus me kyo chadti hai bhosdi ki ek gaadi kharid le.agar bus me jana hai to kisi bhi tharki ladke ke pass baid jaya kar

                ON[protected] I BOARDED IN THE BUS NO HR55B 2603 (TICKET NO A-8 840457 Rs 15/- AND G8 824716 Rs 5/-)FROM PALWAL TO SOHNA FROM REAR DOOR OF BUS AND FRONT GATE WAS KEPT LOCKED BY THE BUS STAFF; ON MY BOARDING THE DRIVER SHOWN HIS UNHAPPINESS THAT REAR DOOR TOO SHOULDNOT BE LEFT OPEN
                FURTHER THE BUS CONDUCTOR, WHO WAS SEATING ON THE FIRST TWO SEAT NEAR TO BUS DRIVER CALLED ME TO TAKE TICKET IN VERY RUDE MANNER
                ON APPROACHING TO HIM NEAR THE DRIVER SEAT; I FOUND THAT BUS CONDUCTOR WAS ABOUT TO LIGHT UP A CIGRETTE; SO I PROTESTED AND REQUESTED HIM NOT TO DO SO. BUT BOTH CONDUCTOR AND DRIVER MADE MOCKERY OF MY REQUEST OF NOT SMOKING; AND DID ALL WHAT THEY WANTED

                THE BEHAVIOUR OF THESE STAFF WAS VERY IRRITABLE THROUGHT OUT THE BUS JOUNEY, AS THEY WERE SHOWING PASSANGER WERE BURDEN TO THEM

                On dated 18/04/2011, Bush No.HR55 H 4613 & Rute Gurgaon to Karol Bagh drivers behave is so rude. He does not stop the bush & quarrel with passengers. Kindly see this matter.

                  I WISH TO BRING YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS OVERCHARGING AND DUPLICATE EATABLES' SALE AT KURUKSHETRA BUS STAND.
                  NO DOUBT HARYANA ROADWAYS AND ADMINISTRATION IS DOING ALL THIS WITH THE HELP OF EACH OTHER.
                  SIR/MADAM VENDORS ARE SELLING DUPLICATE EATABLES THOSE TOO VERY HIGH PRICES AND IF ANY OF CONSUMERS ARGUE THEN EXCHANGING HOT WORDS IS A COMMON SITE THERE.

                  the behavier of conductor Mr, VED in vridaban hisar route is untroulable they charge more fare rupees 85 in place of 83.no officer checking staff hear the complain of traveller consumer.they charge more .I request for actual fare they not return our balance amount 17 rupees becouse they return 15 but i request for 17..They also charge 5-10 rupees from travellers those travel up-to Chattikara from Vrindaban & not give tickets to them.
                  so please take action against him otherwise may be we will go in appropriat place/court.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I am Sandeep Kumar Purohit (House no.-131, Gali no. – 10, Bhikam Colony, Ballabgarh, Faridabad Haryana, Pin code – 121004). On July 08, 2011, I took a bus of Haryana roadways from Ballabgarh to Jaipur at 6:00 am.
                  It is stopped on the way. The driver and conductor of the bus told every passengers that there were some problem in bus. They told the passengers that the passenger who wanted to go Jaipur took the other bus. Neither they (Conductor and Driver) would return the money to the passengers or nor they stopped any bus of Haryana roadways. The also stopped the bus at the remote area where there was no Bus stop. When the passengers asked for returning money then they (Driver and conductor) told that who told you to sit in this bus. They (Driver and conductor) abused me and other passengers too. They (Driver and Conductor) told the passenger that you (passengers ) could not do any thing against us. We also return to Ballabgarh by walking and reached after 48 hour . All passenger were telling that thay were doing the same with the passengers every day in this route.
                  Sir, if you have such type of driver and conductor then how can a person travel in the bus of Haryana roadways. Is it safe to travel in Haryana roadways?. Please take strict action against The Driver and conductor and return our money with compensation.
