I am travelling in bus number (Hr38v6308)-gurgaon to hisar
Departed at time-3:20pm from gurgaon

Someone is smoking in the bus which is not allowed and i am feeling uneasy because of smoke.
Driver and conductor (Both) are busy in talking and not taking any action.
It looks like they don't even care.
They didn't even had a look who is smoking.
I faced this smoking smell issue earlier as well in these government haryana roadways bus when the driver was smoking.
This is pathetic and i request you to take action on this.

I was called by the transport company in the morning about the bus breakdown and tell me the refund procedure. However i cannot find anything on their website. There is an option to cancel the ticket but nothing about the refund procedure. Kindly help

Haryana roadways route sirsa to sangaria. Time of departure of bus from goriawala is 4.15pm. But today it departed 3.58 pm. It has caused very inconvenience for people. I m a girl nd it really caused problem because after it private bus timing is 5.30 and i reached home in darkness.. Please dont depart before schedule time. It has not only happened today, many a times it has happened.. Very very disappointed

Sir i applied for rc of my new bike on 27 september 2019. Two months ago from now at mohinder garh, but i didn't get my rc till now two months. Staff giving fake promises of sent through post from 20 days. Please take action asap. Sir now the transport rule is too strict. Sir i'm a government employee in indian air force. I want the rc to register my bike for entry in air force station.

I piyansh applied for a driving license at rto north gurugram (Hr26) on 11/11/2019. My license was approved and i got a text message stating my license number. I was told that it would reach me within 7 days and all information can be seen in sarathi website. Now if i check online, it shows printing of dl in form 7 is pending and the counter under which it is located is approval. I cannot see any tracking details or so for the license. My license number is hr[protected] and application number is [protected]. Please help me with the tracking.

My name is SALONI KANSAL. I have applied for DL and completed all formalities including test drive and submission of documents. But even after 6 months my DL is not ready.

I visited concerned office and authority did not give satisfactory answer. Instead they behave badly.

Bus nu hr 47b 15877 was departed at 0825 from rewari on 1nove 19. At shahjahanpur toll tax was not given at bars. Conductor and driver said all passengers to got down from bus as they not given toll as orderd by their superior officer. All pass thown on road for 1 hours and get distrubed. Take a strict action against such irresponsibile power of command.

Your site not working properly and after select pay option open gateway payment option and after then nothing. Please solve it as soon as possible. So thus reason some time we decided to go without tax.in meanwhile there is two losses. One is state revenue and second is we also feel guilty. If you not working properly shortly. State has too much loss because it is time of festival season.

Feeling harassed at delhi isbt kashmiri gate as there is no bus for yamunanagar from 4.10 pm to 5.15 pm

More than 100 plus passengers are in queue to get ticket.

No one is in ticket counter

Now roadways staff came and saying that there is no bus

No one can get ticket until bus reaches bus stand.

Feeling embarrassed.

As per your coustmer care executive conversation my dl is ready for dispatch from 14.08.2019. But rto didn't dispatched, many times i visited in rohtak rto office but office executive same replied will dispatch in next week, and today i am finally raised a complaint from this online portal.

Kindly take it seriously and do needful.

I applied for my driving licence online (Application no.-[protected]) and made online payment for the same but due to some technical issue payment got deducted from the account but wasn't reflected on the online portal. I contacted the dl office even submitted challan of payment but almost a month has passed but nothing has been done yet, please look into the matter and refund my money.. I waited for a month and now i am paying again at dl office

1. I am travelling daily from village nangal katha to narnaul by haryana roadways narnaul depot bus service (0800hrs). There are some daily commuters (Generally girls) known to conductor from whom conductor do not take regular fare and ticket of rs. 15/- instead of he takes rs.10/- ticket irrespective of their journey from village nangal katha to narnaul which is directly loss to state. The commuters have full support from conductor who insists them to tell the ticket checker that they sit from khatotimore. Generally ticket checker staff likely to be available between khatoti more and narnaul.

2. Moreover, the senior citizen generally prefer to travel by haryana roadways bus due to road safety reasons but the bus driver's behaviour is very rude toward them. He never stop at bus-stop if young lot is not available. He grumbles on them that they always want to avail senior citizen fare concession. But he stops bus for daily commuters on phone call and wait for 5-10 minutes without bus stop. Both of them have been acquired a maturity age of more than 40yrs. They should enough co-operate with senior citizen (Role model for youth and society) and understand that this service is for those people only. Being a citizen of haryana, i feel ashamed for such behaviour of haryana roadway's staff.

3. Hence, it is requested that a suitable action may please be taken against in this regard.

I had applied for learning dl through online portal via application no [protected] and took the advance appointment for test but today when i went to your department and met mr subhash at ambala cantt sdm office rc dl department regarding file marking he said to me that you have not attached dob proof i told him that adhar and voter card is there he said i want only metric certificate. I told him that on your online portal it has clearly mentioned that aadhar and voter card can be consider and accepted as dob but he throw my file and said i am not marking your file now tell me that why you have such complicated process with such aa rigid staff. After applying online and advance appointment i am still running here and there. Even i have paid in advance for appointment and now you will charge again for another appointment while i have nowhere in fault its just your staff incapability. Kindly look into the case and provide me solution. Even i wait for sdm mr subhash till 11 30 am since morning but he also was not present in the office

Dear sir,
I am a bus pass holder of your hr transport so 26 of august i visited your panipat bus stand for the renewal of my bus pass no. 3201258. And for the same i make the upi payment as they said to submit it online. The transaction got successful on 26 august at 11.07 am with the upi reference no.[protected] payment of rs.1535 made to [protected]@sbi but the panipat bus staff officers had refused to renew my pass by saying that they didnt recieve any payment in their portal.
So sir please review it and provide me the solution

The bus drivers and conductor are not picking the passangers {intentionally}

On the way to palwal there is so much crowed today
Because of no trasportation from railway side railway is faceing some issues so today all the rikshaw and private buses are overloaded but they are riding haryana roadways buses without passangers, only 15 to 20 passengers are there in the bus and also they are charging more than usual, what the # is this? What kind of facilities haryana transport is providing to us?
When we ask them to board in the bus conductor said that there is an technical issue in the bus and he don't let us board in the bus..
I am requesting you to take an action against it we are facing problems because all the trains are also cancelled for next one week from the way of mathura to delhi, please take an action and i am waiting for your reply asap

I was to the route of sulkha-rewari. There is a bus stop. But the driver of bus which was coming on 9:15am never stop the bus there. Thats why a number of students had face lots of problem. They didn't reach to there colleges at proper time. We are requested you to please take a proper action against them.

Hello sir,

I want to complain about a private bus which runs under state government permit. Bus route is rohtak bus stand-ashoka chowk-labour chowk-jhajjar chungi-jhajjar bypass to jhajjar. Bus timing at my stop (Jhajjar chungi is 8:10am), i don't remember the bus number right now.

Bus conductor refused me board into the bus, saying we do now allow local passengers. I travel between jhajjar chungi-jhajjar bypass.

Could you please advise if there is any such rule to not allow local passenger within the city, and if this rule is not there can you please take necessary action on this on priority bases.

Also do let me know if you need any other information.

I want to bring your kind attention towars the behavior of bus conductor of your kurukshetra depot. Sir, i was traveling in bus from chandigarh to ambala on 18 august 2018 number of the bus is hr65, 8215. I take this bus from chandigarh bus stand at 9:20 because i had train from ambala at 10:45. I give 500 rupe note for ticket and conductor told me he don't have change he will give my rest amount at ambla bus stand. When i was about to reach at ambla bus stand i asked for my money and he again told me that he don't have change but i was able to see change in his hand. I have vedio recoding and pictures which i will upload. I told him i have train from ambala please give me my money he refused and told me he will submit this money to bus depot you can receive from depot. He did not stop and he took me kurukshetra in same bus after that i made hi vedio and told him to do complaint then he returned my money. But i missed my train i was in shock what to do now. I had important meeting. I have losee near by 1.5 lakh and also metal hrasmet. Pleass take big step against him. So people can be safe from this type of people.

Haryana roadways — non refund of e tickets after cancellation

I had booked a e-ticket of haryana roadways from rohtak to chandigarh. Seat no. 16 journey date 16.07.2019

I had cancelled the ticket on dated 15.07.2019 but till date i have not received my refund amount. Its has almost one month passed after cancellation.

I had submitted my documents for registration of my new motorcycle to rto office beri on 15 jul 2019. They told me that after 1-2 days i will get an sms on the number provided, followed by rc. Till date i haven't received no. For my vehicle through sms, rc is not in sight. No satisfactory reply after multiple visits. As i'm in defence my leave is over and i can't visit there. Please intervene.
