Hello sir,

I want to complain about a private bus which runs under state government permit. Bus route is rohtak bus stand-ashoka chowk-labour chowk-jhajjar chungi-jhajjar bypass to jhajjar. Bus timing at my stop (Jhajjar chungi is 8:10am), i don't remember the bus number right now.

Bus conductor refused me board into the bus, saying we do now allow local passengers. I travel between jhajjar chungi-jhajjar bypass.

Could you please advise if there is any such rule to not allow local passenger within the city, and if this rule is not there can you please take necessary action on this on priority bases.

Also do let me know if you need any other information.

I applied for transfer of vehicle in my name 0n 21.07.2019at at EDISHA, PANIPAT. Vehicle has been transferred in my name . But RC not sent to me so far.

    Respected sir,
    I want to bring your kind attention towars the behavior of bus conductor of your kurukshetra depot. Sir, i was traveling in bus from chandigarh to ambala on 18 august 2018 number of the bus is hr65, 8215. I take this bus from chandigarh bus stand at 9:20 because i had train from ambala at 10:45. I give 500 rupe note for ticket and conductor told me he don't have change he will give my rest amount at ambla bus stand. When i was about to reach at ambla bus stand i asked for my money and he again told me that he don't have change but i was able to see change in his hand. I have vedio recoding and pictures which i will upload. I told him i have train from ambala please give me my money he refused and told me he will submit this money to bus depot you can receive from depot. He did not stop and he took me kurukshetra in same bus after that i made hi vedio and told him to do complaint then he returned my money. But i missed my train i was in shock what to do now. I had important meeting. I have losee near by 1.5 lakh and also metal hrasmet. Pleass take big step against him. So people can be safe from this type of people.

        I had submitted my documents for registration of my new motorcycle to rto office beri on 15 jul 2019. They told me that after 1-2 days i will get an sms on the number provided, followed by rc. Till date i haven't received no. For my vehicle through sms, rc is not in sight. No satisfactory reply after multiple visits. As i'm in defence my leave is over and i can't visit there. Please intervene.

          Its been months i am writing to rto mailbox and i am not receiving any response their side. Please let me know what needs to done as i have already made the payment for this application no again on 03rd june 2019

            Reference no. V[protected], trip id:[protected], pnr: jul192659. Received a call from chandigarh office that bus from chandigarh to igi airport on 28 july 2019, 18:30 has been cancelled.. Was asked to drop a mail for refund which i did same day. Neither got any revert to email nor any information whether refund hasbeen initiated or not. Had to face undue inconvenience due to last minute cancellation so kindly initiate refund asap and intimate about the same.

              I booked a ticket online from panipat to delhi on 22nd july 2019 for early morning 6 am. No one was at the ticket window to help me. There was no bus ready even though i reached 20 mins befor. There were two rajasthan buses going towards delhi, but i missed them because of my e ticket. Found the conductors hanging out at the back side of bus station and no one was ready to help, sunce they said the bus they think had been sent to haridwar instead yesterday. There was no bus for delhi for another hour or i dont know if more. I got very late for my office and lost 500 rs for latecoming. I had to find a bus from outside the bus stand since no one was helping. Had to take another ticket and stand in a bus since all seats were taken. The conductor said he couldnt do nything, since his bus number is not written. But the issue is no number is written on the ticket

                Conducter was dunked and refused to give ticket after taken full cash. While asking for a ticket he says "iss time ticket nahi milti". He didn't give ticket to anybody.

                It is a matter of govt loss, corruption, drunken at duty place, public unconvinced

                In view of the foregoing it is requested that strict action be initiated against the conductor.

                  I have done the online payment on sarathi site for the learning licence for the application no [protected] on date 6 june2019. But amount is deducted from bank but not reflected into on site. Then i called to help desk of sarathi team. But they refuse it& said to meet to concern rto team. Then i meet physically to concern team on last friday. But they refused to adjust it. Now i call on saral service desk, but they also refused to work on it.
                  So now i request to refund my amount of 350/-. Or tell the procedure to refund it.
                  Bank also confirm that it is paid to the concern merchant which is assign by rto team.

                      I'VE BOARDED the bus from Rewari at around 5:30pm along with one of my colleague for IMT Manesar. Thereafter due to change in plan instead of deboarding at IMT, I ASKED conductor for providing me ticket upto kherki. For that he took RS. 10 (from 100 RS note which I gave to him as I dint have change that time) and returned RS. 90 back to me without ticket.

                      I asked for ticket 3 times and the third time he said, if I'll give you ticket that would cost RS. 20/-.
                      I asked him to provide me the same along with his good name though I knew it costs RS. 10 only.
                      To my surprise, he reverted with words"10 RS ki ticket mein
                      Pradhan mantri banegi kya?" Without telling me his name.
                      He provided me the ticket after so much of arguments and with a harsh reply" De di na, chup ho ja ab"

                      Public transports are mend to provide services to public, not to show arrogance and that even when you trying to being corrupt.

                        हरियाणा रोडवेज यमुनानगर की बस संख्या HR58 8017 दिनांक 7 जून 2019 को चंडीगढ से यमुनानगर सायं 7 : 30 बजे जाती है । उसका कंडक्टर बहुत ही बदतमीज है । वो सवारी से बहुत बदतमीजी से पेश आता है । अगर उसे कुछ कहो तो गंदी गालिया देता है व हाथापाई भी करता है और सभी सवारियों से कहता है कि यह बंदा चोर है सबके पर्स व मोबाइल चोरी कर लेगा।

                        आपसेअनुरोध है कि उसके खिलाफ जल्द से जल्द कोई कार्रवाई की जाए ।

Sir my complaint for public transport i m doing uptown from ambala to mohali 8b from last 6 months sir i found that there have no any single public transport avaialbe for public and more than 2000 people are doing uptown from ambala to mohali by own car sit i don't have car and my salary is not sufficient to buy car there have only option by carpool but sir it's charged is to high i can't afford and many people have who need public transport there so please you are request kindly look into this problem and start public transport from ambala to mohali route other wise you should visit there for a day you will found how much people we are facing due to not transport.

N every haryana roadways stop this hotel just because they work for commision base... N i suffer the problem is that thus hotel owner use abuse word n do rude behave also from every passenger n i also informed this hotel owner r charged high rate n served very bad product quality also...                                 This is in regards to bus services i boarded from kashmiri gate isbt till chandigarh on 20may 2019 it was haryana roadways hr47c 5336. Bus conductor allowed all local passenger to travel in bus and which created a big disturbance for paseenger travelling to long route as bus was over booked people were standing and even falling over passenger who were sitting on their seats.

                                Just to make little extra profit its making so uncomfortable journey for long route passenger.

                                  We were booked to travel from delhi to chandigarh on 27th april 2019 at 8:30 am by a volvo bus numbered hr 55 q 1504 belonging to the haryana state transport. Right after the stop over at karnal, the bus broke down and no replacement service was provided. We had to complete the rest of our journey by the ordinary haryana roadways bus at the price of volvo bus seats.
                                  I request for a complete refund of the fare of my 2 seats (Seat no. 41 and 42) on the haryana statement transport volvo bus - hr 55 q 1504 costing rs. 1150/- in all (Rs. 575/- x 2 seats).

                                    Please refer to the subject mentioned above - i am a doctor and a running a hospital (Dr. Dabas hospital, bawal) and go to bawal daily from rewari. Today (03/05/2019) at 11.40am, i boarded a haryana roadways bus, no. Hr47-b4422, from bawal chock rewari and gave two ten rupees to the conductor for ticket (K[protected] to bawal. The conductor accepted one coin and return the other coin and saying that this coin is not allow (Nakli). Than i requested him to accept this also because this coin has been given by some conductor on this route. He told me to give coin to the same conductor. The conductor in this bus is about 25 year of age, supporting beard, red shirt and pale cap, sanwla colour. May i request you to hold an inquiry against this conductor for this arrogant, discourteous, indifferent and insulting behavior. Haryana is a separate country. Everywhere say in delhi and u. P., old ten rupees coin are accepted. Hoping for an early inquiry against a person who is bent on failing our currency which is anti national act.

                                      I left my green box in one of roadways bus. I took bus from chandigarh isbt sec.-17. The bus is going to may be charkhi dadri. Bus ran from isbt is approx. 4.20 pm on 27 april 2019 (Saturday)
                                      The box is green and there is sentance written on it "lock the box". Box is full of books
                                      If you find, kindly please return me.

                                        I am amit kumar s/o sh. Shyo ram and living in pinjore. I had applied my license from kalka on dated[protected] and my application number is[protected]Receipt no. Con4/811transaction id – hr2019sa6793556), i lost my license and me submit a complaint online and attached all supporting documents with address proof and after pass more than 30 days still i did not get my license due to the uneducated person who is making a license they did not change the house number, many times i told him to change my house no when he was entering my details online, they said we will change the house number. After submit all the supporting document like aadhaar card and electricity bill, its clearly mention that my present i also inform then please change my house number in my previous license my house number was old and they replied in your new license the address will change automatically, but after a pass long time i did not get license[protected] then i visit sdm office kalka and check with helpdesk and who make my license and i asked him, he simply replied, may be you did not said, they were blind, they also check all of my document carefully but after that they did not change the address as per my supporting document aadhaar card and electricity bill etc. On dated[protected] i visit 3 times in kalka sdm office from pinjore. I already paid 840/- rupees for my license and they are demanding the same amount without my mistake and i do not have more money for this and they replied drive with the same license. If anything happen wrong then who will responsible for inconvenience to me or others. I also four times visit in pinjore post office regarding my license after check with helpdesk kalka they said you have to wait, i clearly know that my license will not reach to me because of wrong address. Please help me to make my license again and already i paid such amount what they told me.
