Builders making floors in sec 31 Faridabad breaking Huda rules with impunity

A person name dharmender a resident of dharam colony, palam vihar extn. Gurgaon runs a illegal commercial boring plant inside the colony extracting ground water. The police is aware of this but does nothing. He is a local goon. Balaji borewell address is in front of e116 dharam colony. Request you to kindly act as per law.

In Chakkarpur, Sector 29, Gurugram, huge residential buildings are being constructed with the flimsiest of materials and on weak structures, no rainwater harvesting provisions; are being constructed very close to each other with no space between them; trees have been cut without permission, there is minimal ventilation and there is absolutely no access to fire brigade vehicles or ambulances in case of an emergency. They are causing life-threatening hazards for everyone, there are no social distancing norms being followed, and they are flouting every building bye-law.
Please do something urgently. Pictures are attached.

आदरणीय श्रीमान जी मै आपको अवगत करवाना चाहता हूँ कि मैं डाक्टर कुलदीप सिंह मकान नo. 1970 सैक्टर 2 पार्ट रोहतक का निवासी हूं । मेरे साथ लगते प्लाट नo. 1969 सैक्टर 2 पार्ट रोहतक श्री तारिफ गाँव भालोट के नाम पर अलोट है व इस प्लाट को काफी समय पहले ही 8 या 10 फुट ऊंची निव भर के छोड़ रखा है जिसमें बहुत सारी बडी झाड़ियां व अन्य गंदगी है व अन्य जहरीले जानवर है जिसके कारण यहाँ रहना मुश्किल हो गया है । जिसके बारे में मै दूरभाष पर कई बार प्लाट अलोटी श्री तारिफ को अवगत करवा चूका हूँ व खाली प्लाट का मिट्टी से भरत करवाने बारे प्रार्थना कर चूका हूँ लेकिन प्लाट अलोटी श्री तारिफ हर बार मिट्टी से भरत करवाने की सिर्फ झूठी तसल्ली देता है व करवाता नहीं है । उसे झूठी तसल्ली देते हूए एक साल से ऊपर का समय हो गया है व हर बार कोई नया बहाना बना देता है । इसलिए आपसे विनम्र अनुरोध है कि प्लाट अलोटी श्री तारिफ के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें । धन्यवाद । प्रार्थी डाक्टर कुलदीप सिंह, मकान नo. 1970 सैक्टर 2 पार्ट, रोहतक । मोबाईल नo. Sir/mam,
I'm writing this complain to you after alot of efforts to stop the encroachment being done in sector -2 rohtak.
The land on which a park has to be made as per huda is being encroached by the people living beside the land. Illegal construction has been done. Half of the park has been encroached and fencing is done in it. Also, a gate has been deployed to the park which can be used only through that house. Rest all sides have been fenced and they have made it as their personal park and have put manure for vegetation where no one can even enter.
Multiple complains have been registered by the people living nearby. An application has been submitted with the signature of more than 15 neighbouring houses in the rohtak huda office.
The officer visited the site last week and ordered the je to demolish the illegal wall they have made in the middle of park to encroach the land and has ordered to stop any further construction there.
Still the construction is on and after many complaints at different levels i feel this is a platform where the case must be listened and sorted.

In 9-11 sector hisar, near commercial parking the road construction work is under progress but in some portions public are responsible to pay for rohdi (Stones), if they are not taking it at their own finance than that portion will be the roadless. Why it is?

Sanitation and sewegrage problem in houing lane from hno. 1028p to hno. 1053p sector 15 panchkula, haryana from past 2 years. Insted of repeated request and reminders to the concerned dept. Problem prevails. Huda says mc will do and mc says huda will do. The sewerage and draining outlets are completely blocked because they are not cleaned for years together. As a result, when there are slightly heavy rain spells, the drainage canal overflows and all the dirt seeps on to the road & on our ramp. Even the sanitation drums are placed in the residential area, as a result foul smell and dirty flyies has also increased. The stagnated water has been causing serious health issues. Malaria, dengue, chikanguniya, apart from stink and travelling problems have made the life of residents of this lane literal hell. Most of the residents of this lane are senior citizen and are more exposed to diseases and fear of covid -19 due to the unhygienic situation caused by the above said faulty drainage system.

Dear sir and huda officials,

Huda has created some rules of carpet areas to maintain the city beautiful. But few people don't understand and illegally extend balcony and break the privacy for another society member.

This is complain for illegal construction of balcony of flat number 102 in spiti society gh -7 panchkula. Flat 102 has extended the balcony illegally without any approval. Other member of society also start thinking to encroachment of society area. Kindly take actions so that illegal encroachment can be stopped.

We, being responsible citizens of haryana, india bring some of the important details on your kind notice which you should know and take a strict action on it.

In above context, we would like to inform you all that there is a house owner at sector 19-b having house no. 380-p/19-b who has illegally encroached a large area of huda public property by fencing the whole area with steel wires and put it under his own possession. Every colony member requested them please do not involve in such kind of illegal activity but he (Property owner) with his personal goons ignores each and every person’s advice (Who was trying to elucidate him) and engaged in the activities of flaunt the law. If you physically visit and see, you will shock how can it be possible to illegally encroaching such large amount of public land in own house boundaries.

Therefore, we request you to kindly look into the matter and take a stringent action against him and free the huda’s public property from his possession.

We are also sending herewith attached a letter addressed to chief minister, haryana being chairman of huda, haryana and some other esteemed officers for taking appropriate action against this mismanagement.

Sewrage overflow in front of 2987 sec 14 p2

It is intimated that we were not lived in house no 598 sector 14 rohtak since 01/03/2020. Due to holidays of our children’s and also due to covid -19. Therefore our house was locked which is essential for us. During this period i also assume that our house was visited by your staff. Due to which flat rates are to be proposed in bill no - z1a21406 consumer no[protected] consumer name sh jai singh malik. Now we assured you about our meter situation which is fully ok you can also check our meter by contacting our mobile no [protected]. So we are requested to you please visit our home by contacting on above said mobile number and please re-generate our bill according to meter readings. We are very thankful for this

Sir,
I am a retired brigadier living in house no 3432-p sector 23 gurugram.
This is to bring to your notice that the house next door is being used by dr lal pathlab on rent.in view of this pandemic it is a cause of concern for a 70 year old like me. Their toxics n waste may effect our health.
In view of the foregoing it is requested that this lab should be asked to shift to a commercial spot in the market.
