My name is Deepak joon, belongs to H. No 1617 A, sector 6, bahadurgarh, haryana, 124507 . Me and my family members are in problem problem, because of water supply of my house is blocked from past 20 days, I complain 4 times in huda office, but no any action done by them, there is no water in my house, please help us. Me and my family very thankful to you, please do some action about that.

Respected sir,
I am resident of sector 16, faridabad. our Sewar lines is blocked badly due to which water is overflowing in our pots. Earlier their was no such issue No. Block Sewar or water logging during rainy season, from last 20-22 years. I everything was perfect.
As HUDA framed two different pipe lines one for storm water drainage n other for sewarage drains.

But then some intelligent persons of MCF, they joined the storm water line into Sewar pipe line, to avoid every year cleaning of strom line before rainy season starts.

After joining two lines n never do cleaning on regular intervals which creates blockage in the Sewar line due to sand n dust which come along with rain water in rainy season. And now on public complaint they cleaned only the small pipe lines n give temporary relief for few days.

So it my humble request to the department please give some solution to the public which stays for longer period of time. And who will clean that main pipe line which goes from Magpie to sector 14 bypass.

MCF PERSON SAYS MAIN LINE IS SMALL N LOAD IS MORE, SO LINE SHOULD BE CHANGED N NEW BIG PIPE LINE SHOULD BE FRAMED BY HUDA. So what is best u see n check by your concern persons n get it done.

I am a resident of 2459, Sector 17, Huda Jagadhri. I am facing rain water drainage issue from last 3-4 months. Now the road construction work already completed, please resolve this issue as soon as possible as this can be a reason for malaria & dengu with the water stay.

Hi Team,

In sector 13 main market karnal, the road in between bushes are so big. They are not cut from the beginning of lockdown. Its difficult to see other side of the road and accidents are increasing due to invisibility.

Also the sewerage is completely blocked and it is full. Bad smell is coming to shops. The purge is coming out to road and washbasin water is not going.

Please help.

my complaint is about house numer 56 and 94 sector 7 panchkula, haryana, these residential house owner commercialising their property, flower shop at huda land at their front gate and they charging 10-15 thousand monthly rent, to enter in sector 7 these shops creating complications as their is only single way for entry. general people facing problems in traffic there please do anything for public safety.

I am complaint you about blockage in water pipeline. Due to this blockage many people are suffer from this. It also cover some area of main mohan road which creat problem for vehicle also.
Due to water collected mosquito breeding are increased and it problem like malaria, dengue etc.

We are not able to clear the blockage that why we are written this complaint to you.

I am request please clear this blockage as early as because we are suffer from this last 6 month we are also complaint in municipal Corporation Faridabad but no action can take place.

On the above subject I would like to invite your kind attention to my various letters, the details of which is given below:-

1. In the above cited litters, I have humbly requested your honor to intervene in the above matter as due to the illegal construction made by builder Dipak Ahuja and his wife Kavita Ahuja our house building has badly damaged.
2. For the sake of brevity, it is submitted that the said builder has constructed a 4 storied building on plot no 2146/28 adjoining to my house in utter violations of Building bye laws, making our house unsafe to live in. The common wall of our house with the above plot has been damaged due to negligent act of above builder, owing to which several cracks have been developed in the walls, floors and roof of our building.
3. It has made the building completely unsafe. Owing to the above negligent act of the above builder / Architect/ structure engineer, it may cause any untoward incident. In this regard it is further submitted that the above builder has not yet removed the violations and have not even repaired the damages caused to our building, inspite of the directions issued by your local HUDA office.
4. It was also requested that till the removal of above violations along with the removal of damages caused to the existing structure of my building, the survey department of HUDA Faridabad, may kindly be asked not to issue occupation certificate to the above building and get stopped the occupation of above said constructed flats in absence of OC.
5. However it is to my dismay that the builder has now started illegal construction activity in the back area of the building which is completely prohibited. It has erected pillars along the side of back wall resulting covering entire open area/ space to be left out open by the builder being a mandatorily requirement (to be left open for the purpose of ventilation & free air to each of person including neighbors). It appears that the above builder with collusion of HUDA official has taken OC from HUDA, ignoring all safety norms and building by laws, Inspite of our repeated request for ascertaining the safety of building by getting 3rd party inspection from a nodal agency, prescribed under National building bye laws.
6. So, I once again request you to kindly intervene in the above matter and issue discretions to the concerned authorities to take immediate action against the erring builder & against those officials, who has given OC without removal of violations, we smell foul play in this case & request your honor to seek free & fare investigation from vigilance wing of the state of Haryana and also take action against the builder for illegal construction, which will affect our right of free air and light.

This is to inform you that builder has made 100% basement in plot no. 1348 sector 21D faridabad. He has build total 6 floor including basement and stealth parking. As per the law 100% basement should not be allowed so i just want to know how 100% basement allowed here in this plot. The total size of the plot is 500 gaj means 4500 sq ft area. Please send someone to inspect this location and I hope necessary action will be taken care with immediately.

From past 30 days sewage water in our home is overflow due to which we are facing many problems like bad odor, overflow in toilet seats.
the concerned authorities are also not responding.

Big Pot Holes are made on Master Road due to rain water, dividing Sector-82 and Sector-83 of Greater Faridabad.

Street light is not working from last couple of months in street having h.n 971, 973.
Please look into the matter asap.

Road street lights from dhankot chowk to habitat society sector-99a not working more than a week, the road from dhankot chowk to habitat society sector - 99a is having bad lights. 30-35 lights in nos have been not working, leading to issues on safety of the citizens. Due to dark there are so many cases of mobile and chain snatching are already happened. Non-availability of proper lighting across the streets increases a further chance of accident and other mishaps.

Request for immediate action by huda authorities.

From 2 months continuous water leakage @ road no 27 dlf city phase-1, as monsoon season is on this lead to mosquito breeding starts no authority is listening to us as vivid is still there we anabale to go any office to raise this issue sachin dua [protected]

There is huge water logging infront of our house no. 63, sector-17, huda, jagadhri - yamunanagar, due to blockage in sewage pipe. Not only in rainy season but also in normal days. There is also risk of dengue & malaria due to water looging. We are in very problem situation. We have raised the complaint multiple time but no action is taken. Request you to please resolve the issue on priority.

At the premises of nr-46 sector 24, dlf phase 3, gurugram there is an illegal construction going on. They are not constructing the building as per huda's norm. They have occupied whole plot without leaving any driveway around the building, which is concern as per fire department and other authorities. I, ankit aggarwal, hereby request you to kindly pay a visit to this illegal construction site and get the matter resolved.

There is illegal encroachment by slum dwellers on plot no 652, sector 2 Panchkula.

This is causing health hazards as they are burning polluting materials for cooking. Also, they are breaking wood and other materials early morning or late at night.

There are 11 members in the slum, kids are present who run around on their own will and can cause accidents. They never wear any mask and they are prone to COVID at any point in time.

There is no facility of the toilet there, hence they have to dig up at one corner of the plot and use that area for urine and other stuff.

If someone said them anything they start using the abuse language. I have given a written complaint about those on 15th May 2020 but still no action.

I have followed on my complaint several times but no action as of now. The HCS ensures that they will be removed asap. But now its more than 4 months i am struggling with them. PFA the complaint copy along with site photographs.

Please take urgent action as it has become virtually impossible to live here.

There are 5 - 7 street lights are running at vaidwala road green belt (House no. 580 to 602 to forward all green belt)
I made complaints many times in office and toll free number there is no solution in night we have fear to go outside because of light, there are many theft also take place.
In night people also do (Intoxication) and there is also a risk of physical injury to the surrounding people from them.
So please understand our situation in that area there are only 3-4 houses and the street light was very necessary in that area, "please solve the problem"

With every rain, sewers are choked and it backs to our house. Presently full line house no. 1000 to 1006 of sector 14 gurugram is choked. Your immediate resolution to clear the sewer is required.

I am writing this to bring to your notice the third grade or even poorer condition of the roads of sec 15 huda, jagadhri.. The pwd department or the mc have shamelessly turned deaf ears on public grievances.
The roads of huda are nowhere near to prescribed construction standards and ptocedures.. Material used, width of roads, camber, kerbs and every parameter is simply haphazard.. It seems somebody who has no knowledge of the department is doing business.
All the roads are replete with patches and loose aggregate, dust... Waterlogging is similar to that in unplanned chawls.
Whoever is concerned with the department has to take immediate remedial actions.
Hope you will understand the urgency of our problems and take earnest action.
