Haryana Urban Development Authority [HUDA] Complaints & Reviews

This complaint is regarding house number 1545, sector-3, faridabad. They recently extended their terrace (Chaja) beyond the permissible limits set by huda. This has caused problems with the neighbouring plots wrt sunlight. They blocked the view of other houses. Please look into this complaint....

There is no water supply today since morning in sector 21 panchkula haryana...

JCB working in green belt/ park area infront of plot no 39A, sector 2, bypass road faridabad is broken by a JCB working in HUDA green belt, damaged the waterline resuting in gushing of water all around and disconnecting supply to Godavar CGHS, plot no 39A, Sector 2, faridabad . requires immediate attention...b s rawat, secretary GCGHS...

Hlo sir i am the owner of plot no 834 sector 5 hansi hisar.There is a electricity wire and piller of main line are bend towards my house.please take an action before any tragedy happens....

This is to inform that in our area Sec-3 housing board colony Rohtak
the water supply is not coming properly form yesterday morning however we tried to call multiple times to our supply provider but her didn't gave any accurate information, we are facing many problems due to this, kindly look in this on priority basis.

I was alloteed a flat under huda affordable housing. The total cost is 250000

Due to covid 19, our business has suffered a lot and income has drastically dropped. So now that i am cancelling the flat, builder is asking for inr 25000+1% flat which is fine but he is also charging an interest of almost 9000

Which is invalid as per tcp haryana policy. They can't charge interest on refund and cancellation. 65000 for...

I am living in jind, huda sector, urban estate, sec 10. We are facing various issues relating to the water supply. The water which supplied to our house have very unpleasant and unbearable foul smell... It seems like something dead decayed and today on 8th may 2020. When we store water it having lots of worms, larvae and pest in it. These worms are dangerous for health and can cause various allergies and skin and eyes problems....

the sewer of our area has been blocked for 5-6 days, some cleaning staff had also visited but no problem has been resolved yet please resolve it as many people residing in this area is suffering . No one can came out from home due to over and over flowing of sewage the area is outside house no 10, model town, bhattu distt fatehabad -125053...

Kindly note that the waste collection in our area is very irregular and pathetic, i stay in sector 9 panchkula.
The waste collectors are not coming over 2 weeks and otherwise also in regular days without lockdown situation the services are not regular, i have been calling the garbage or waste collectors from past two days to please come and collect the waste but all in vain. We cannot go out in this situation...

Water bill complaints. The meter reader was taken the wrong readings.
Later on bill issued on average basis./flat rate. Actually the house was locked. But the main door was not locked. Always remain open. The meter reader can take the reading easily. Road restoration done in 2015, causing waterlogging in front of house on main road. Causing entry exit problem to us and along with associated houses.

The street lights in sector 9, Jhajjar are not installed. Our plot no. Is 153 in sector 9 Jhajjar 124504.
There is not a single light near our house and we are having great trouble due to it

Dear sir. I ajita rana booking i'd e[protected] was to get married on 28 april 2019 and booked sec 28, panchkula community centre. My would be mr baljeet singh katouch had planned to come in india on 15 april 2020, but because of corona virus pandemic lock down he is not able to reach here as he is living in uk and all flights are cancelled. I am resident of house no 86, sector 21, panchkula... There is lot of debris in front of our house and nobody comes to clean. The situation has been same for so many years... It’s like living in a slum.

In rainy season the water gets clogged in front and the situation further deteriorates.

Request immediate intervention from huda authorities.

The waste collector who is appointed from municipal corporation for house number 82 sector 9 panchkula, there is a lady who refuses to pick up the waste from the home, though we have been regularly paying her fees and the reason she refuses is because of the leaves which fall in our backyard due the trees which are backside of the house, government trees.
