I am sourabh sharma owner of residential huda house 1287 sector 52, gurgaon want to file a complaint against adjoining neighbor ms. Tricha bhardwaj owner of residential plot 1288 sector 52, huda gurgaon that they begin construction of their house by doing encroachment into common boundary wall without my consent. Their construction includes making holes and excavation on common boundary wall which could cause subsidence and/or damage to my property.
Here by i states that i have objections to allow adjoining owner to build astride the boundary wall as per their drawing. Please put an immediate stop on their construction of the above mentioned property.

Kindly note that the waste collection in our area is very irregular and pathetic, i stay in sector 9 panchkula.
The waste collectors are not coming over 2 weeks and otherwise also in regular days without lockdown situation the services are not regular, i have been calling the garbage or waste collectors from past two days to please come and collect the waste but all in vain. We cannot go out in this situation of lockdown and neither do i know the dumping area, please help.

Water bill complaints. The meter reader was taken the wrong readings.
Later on bill issued on average basis./flat rate. Actually the house was locked. But the main door was not locked. Always remain open. The meter reader can take the reading easily. The meter reader filled the factious reading as shown 3310. Hence it is requested to rectify the previous bills and refund the amount excess charged in the bill which was deposited by me.

Road restoration done in 2015, causing waterlogging in front of house on main road. Causing entry exit problem to us and along with associated houses.

The street lights in sector 9, Jhajjar are not installed. Our plot no. Is 153 in sector 9 Jhajjar 124504.
There is not a single light near our house and we are having great trouble due to it
Kindly look into it as soon as possible.

Dear sir. I ajita rana booking i'd e[protected] was to get married on 28 april 2019 and booked sec 28, panchkula community centre. My would be mr baljeet singh katouch had planned to come in india on 15 april 2020, but because of corona virus pandemic lock down he is not able to reach here as he is living in uk and all flights are cancelled. Now we are not able to get married on 28 april 2020. Kindly let's know how can i get my refund of booking amount as i have deposited for booking sec 28 community centre. Plea help and suggest. I am resident of house no 86, sector 21, panchkula... There is lot of debris in front of our house and nobody comes to clean. The situation has been same for so many years... It’s like living in a slum.

In rainy season the water gets clogged in front and the situation further deteriorates.

Request immediate intervention from huda authorities.

The waste collector who is appointed from municipal corporation for house number 82 sector 9 panchkula, there is a lady who refuses to pick up the waste from the home, though we have been regularly paying her fees and the reason she refuses is because of the leaves which fall in our backyard due the trees which are backside of the house, government trees. So kindly take strict action against her, because everytime she refuses and as a citizen of your city kindly look into this matter seriously.

Since 2years ago due to poor condition we sold1/4part of our house to some one now whom this land is sold used this to store cowdung and for making upla of cowdung due this many mosquitos and many other small bacteria occur which caused due to cowdung and we have to face many problem because this part is in our house as seen in the picture below we have told that lady many time but no improvement is done its is done continusly from 1and half year and also at rainy season rain water store and caused smell and number of deasies. Due this we got ill many times because the bacteria come in our food while eating.

Now a days corona virus is spreading rapidly.

It's a request to sir look at this matter as soon as possible

I'm Akshit Goel, resident of #386 Sector 7 and there are 10-12 stray dogs in my locality and they bark a lot at night causing disturbance to everyone living in the locality.
Kindly look into this matter. It has become very difficult sleeping at night.

In pragati nagar, gohana road, gali no.-2, approached streets are illegally occupied/possessed by all the residents from the starting to end of the gali no.-2. Mostly residents in the colony either served or in service haryana police/delhi police, so they misuse their departmental powers and approach with the higher authorities. Kindly look into the matter seriously.

Dear sir,
I am a resident of sector 50, c block, no c107., gurugram.
This is to inform that my adjoining villa c 106 has been purchased by a builder who is planning a 4 story building in the area of 230 sq yards.

This will make the things very conjugated as my residence c107 would be covered from 3 sides causing inconvenience for the movement & the fellow residents, besides complicated water & power lines. This small plot is not conducive to such construction.

Request you to please take up with the builder

Dear sir,

The main water pipeline passing in front of our house, 673, sector 6, panchkula has developed leaks and water is flowing on the road whenever fresh water is released by the municipal corporation. The water pipeline is laid about two feet below the surface. Besides water being wasted and creating a mess on the lane road, there is a great danger of fresh water mixing with pollutants, which well create a health hazard, unless rectified immediately.

I urge immediate action as the matter has too many negatives.

Kindly carry out repairs immediately by sealing the leaks or changing the portion of the pipeline.

I am resident of sector 2 rohtak. Here in just adjoining plots of my house are full of water lodging issue. There is lot of fear of snakes and insects. Disease spreads all around. Moreover standing water for many months may lead to enter in foundation of our houses. Requesting to huda administration that to issue a notice to plot owners to fill their plots with sand and if they don't do that then issue a warning against plot owners.

Hope that estate office or huda administration will look into this matter seriously.

Hi team,

There is mis management of auto driver, next to huda city center metro station.
People who are driving will not find space easily to cross the road as two lanes out of three are in use by auto drivers.
I hope auto drivers must be in single lane or inside lane.

One more concern is from iffco metro station to huda city center road. People will try to add their vehicle from some hospital gate entry.
I hope this needs to be blocked or better managed by some way.
