Street light is not working for last one month in front of my house. Owing to that risk factor of safety and security is becoming big issue for all o[censored]s. Due to raining season risk of snakes bites is also very high as most of area is open area Please repair at earliest at possible.

I am the owner of h no. 1653, sector 28, panchkula, haryana.
since 13/06/2018 i am trying to make payment for enhancement cost of my plot under one time settlement scheme of huda through online mode but on numerous attempts the transactions is showing failed. kindly look into the matter since the last date of making payment under the said scheme is 15/07/2018 and i can not make the payments through off line mode since i am posted in mumbai. kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue at the earliest.

I have a residential plot in South City 2, Gurugram - 122018. The plot number is 15 in Q-1 block.

HUDA approved the map of Q-1 block clearly showing my plot's boundaries. At time of construction, Unitech people are required to clearly state my plot boundaries and tell the boundaries to nearby land owners.

But unfortunately Unitech people are not listening and are delaying the work. Hence I am not able to start my construction.

Please ask the concerned Unitech authorities to take action without delay.

House No 749, Sector 7, Panchkula is directly applying motor to water pipe for pumping water to 1st and 2nd floor as lot of PG girls are staying there. This is causi g a lot of problem to other house in the locality as water supply gets disrupted to all other house in the locality. This has become a regular routine with this house and they use motor in a illegal manner to pump water to their 1st and 2nd floors. Please check and impose applicable fine so that they stop doing such things in future.

I reside in sector 32 there is a damage in water pipe line which is in the park opposite Nisa house H.No 144 sec 31 gurgaon. A huge amount of water is wasted every day. Please help us in saving pure water. We are trying own our own from a long period of time but same problem occurs every day. We are watching this happens from long period.
I request you please solve the problem as soon as possible so that the pure drinking water is saved.

From last few days At house no 1285 sector 11 panchkula read quarter, a Gallon of water is wasted daily. Their water tank overflows every morning and evening due to which water is wasted continuously...
One side, in our people are facing problem due to shortage of drinking water on other side such people are wasting it continuously... If they stopped wasting water, This water can supplied to the needy people...

I reside in sector 39 gurgaon huda plots (Opposite medanata hospital) and there is no water supply from last one week... We are paying for water tankers everyday for rs. 800/- each day. Half of the salary is going in this thing. Please do something as its getting difficult day by day.

The line man and je is saying from past one week that the problem will be solved but till now no solution has been made.

This is to bring into you kind notice or you must be already aware of the fact that construction of wine and beer shop is taking place adjoining gold souk, sector 43, gurgaon.
This is a proper residencial area where old people and children live. The area could have been used for parks or other reconstruction activities, making kisan mandi etc but the huda decided to make a wine nd beer shop. There is already minimal light in the area nd adding a beer shop is now going to make the area very unsafe. Every day a girl is raped in haryana, already notice has been taken off cab drivers parking their cabs there and seeing obscene videos. Sir/ ma'am kindly think logically nd take back the decision of having s wine and beer shop right in the middle of a residencial area.
Yesterday itself hefty men were seen in that ground staring everyone. Please don't make life miserable for us.

Our backside neighbors 1464/ sec 15 panchkula are making house. But no measures are taken for the construction material dropping in our backyard. It is very annoying. Pls order them to put some plastic turpoline (Sheet)
As i have to dry my clothes at backyard and they get soiled daily.
We have tenants on first floor, they r also disturbed by constant gaze of labourers!

My water and sewerage bills are being issued by huda karnal for 4 nos wc whereas there are only 2 nos. Wc constructed in the building. The sde huda no 1 karnal as well as xen huda karnal were requested time again to issue my water and sewerage bill for 2 number wc and also to adjust the bills already overcharged for 4 number wc but up till now the matter has not been resolved.
Though requisite occupation certificate has since been issued by the estate officer huda karnal on 20/05/2013 (A photo copy enclosed). The required fee for sewerage connection has since been deposited with xen huda karnal (A photo copy enclosed). The sewerage connection file has also been deposited in the office of sde no.1 huda karnal since long (Dairy vide their no.1370 dated 8/7/2013), yet the water & sewerage bills are being issued for 4 number wc instead of 2 number wc.
It is worth to mention here that the payment of bills are being made, keeping in view the instruction as given overleaf of the bill that payment of bill should be made within due date even in case of any dispute. Thus the latest bill dated 01/06/2018, as received, has been paid online on 7/6/18 for rs. 463.
Thus, keeping in view as explained above, it is once again requested to get resolve the issue by getting my water and sewerage bill for 2 number wc and adjustment of bills already overcharged for 4 number wc in the next bills issued by huda karnal authorities.

It is to submit that i have (Bill no. Lnb10349 dated 2nd jun 2018) for rs. 12775/-

The old meter reading : 1232 (As per bill)
The new meter reading: 2326 (As per bill)

However, the actual new bill reading is 1326. The concerned person wrongly mentioned it as 2326 instead of 1326. The picture of the meter reading can be seen for that

I am resident of huda sector 18 kaithal. I want to inform about sector 18. Their is not a parmanent garbage piker. Excess of congress grass in the sector. Whose couse number of deseases. Because of that people of sector saffring from the cause. It is requested that please visit once in sector and their is not a single facilities provide by huda...

This is to bring to your notice that one of the resident of sector 4 panchkula, house no - is throwing garbage in front of our house no 554, sector 4, panchkula. Despite of repeated efforts, he is again throwing the garbage in front of our house. Please take some action and kindly give penalty to this person. Then person name is mr. Kaura

There is no water supply in house no 452 sector 5 gurugram for the past 15 days. Complaint to huda jal dept has not helped. We have to get water through tankers to survive. It appears that the huda water junction point, on the road in front of the house, supplying water to the house, is blocked. Only. 4 houses are affected. Other houses are getting water. Request urgent attention

I am a resident of sector 52 gurgaon (Opposite artemis hospital). Lot of malba is dumped in the empty plots no. 881 and 882. Also, village people have opened their sewer lines to the same plots accumulating stagnant water thus helping mosquitoes breed.
The society residents keep falling ill because of the mosquitoes and hygiene issues.

Please help resolve this. It is an earnest request.

Their is no water supply from last one month in bahadurgarh sector -6.
huge problem of water supply from hiuse no 762 to 754, 825-826.
we made written complaint to water work office on 19 april, 2018 . still no action taken.

In these summer days you can understand how much problem we are facing.
Request you to please take some action. water work employee didnt take any action. they are just sitting in their A.C room & enjoy.

I submitted complain for low water pressure at huda website on 30th april 2018.
Complain no[protected]. Time for resoltion was 3 to 4 days. But no one has visited till date. On call to helpline number, no one is helping. Everytime they give new timeline for resolution of complaint.
Its been 12 days now.
There is no detailed information on website if the compalin is taken care of or not.
Status shows complain is in open state.
On visiting office, they said officer will visit in one or two days. But no officer has visited till now. There is no clear escalation matrix where customer can escalate their complain.

It has been observed that"amount to be paid" as a fee for change of defective water meter in panchkula is not working in e-payment through web site. Due to this, the residents are unable to deposit the fee and how much and unable to proceed further. Kindly rectify the same as there is lot of inconvenience to the residents. As such it is requested that complete web site your organisation in various facilities through online given to the customers be checked and rectified and properly completely

It has been 5 days since am approaching junior engineer for demarkartion of the plot
Situated in ambala.

The people who have got it done, have paid bribe to this gentleman.

My complaint is that i am retired government employee and wish to build my house, for which i do not have money for bribes,
And i wonder whether action will be taken against him.
