This branch doesn't deserve a single star even... They need commission to process the loans and if we escalate it to manager (Saroj-[protected]) who doesn't knew how to speak to customers will always blame us... I hope he got recruited from red light area with rich experience.. For closure of loan and for each and every detail need to visit the branch, i don't understand how these people are existing in 2019... If you are not present during the time of closure of loan they demand higher money more than outstanding.. Will always try to cheat people and earn money from them... And no actions are taking while escalating the same.. I'm leaving the country so didn't take it seriously or else would have definitely placed my dick in all their mouths for sure, specially for manager saroj 2 times minimum, he deserves it... I would strongly recommend anyone to read my review first and please avoid taking loans from hdb /hdfc...in case no option left for you to take loan then at least please avoid this branch... Every one in this branch are not born to a single mother / father... So better avoid them... If you wish to continue it's your fate as many people suffered with these guys greediness...#no customer obsession #say no to hdb

    Dear sir,
    Sir my father sh pawan gupta had taken l.A.P of rs 5390000 from hdb financial services, yamuna nagar (haryana). Loan account no is 2328261. Total loan was covered by insurance company hdfc egro. My father got died unfortunately on 17 july 2017. After that insurance company gives the claim of rs 3370005 in dec 2017 and rs 990000 on 28 feb 2018. Loan amount of rs 953000 was pending on that day. Our business gets slow down after the death of my father. After that we had gone many times to the local branch office of hdb for paying the balance amount and take our property papers back to us. But they are not giving any type of proper response to us. We had talked manually many times to the branch manager as well as to cluster head for our problem. But they are not responding anything. We had given in written for paying the balance amount in june 2018 but no action was taken then also. We had complaint by mail to hdbfs also many times for our complaint but till now our problem is in pending status. The branch persons are harassing us. We have proper faith on you. Kindly take proper action on my complaint. Please see the matter as early as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.

      I am previous employee of hdb financial services ltd hamirpur hp. I am joined as a senior sales manager and employee code is hdb 59387 and resigned from 8th oct 2018. At the time of my joining my dob wrongly entered in my epf account[protected]. Regarding this issue i am sending mails to our hr ma japjot kaur. But my problem not solved and she provide hr helpdesk link. I have also raised request in that link and send related docs to pf office bandra under pod no i[protected] and 341 bhavishya nidhi office mumbai i[protected] at 2nd jan 2019. As per courier tracking same was delivered on 4th jan 2019 at same address with now pf office bandra rejected the same due to courier not recieved, during that time i was call pf office bandra then mam said the recieve the same courier and dob changes are in process. I have called to hr mam japjot for any concern person mail id or contact no then they said they cannot deal pf related queries and they have not any contact no. Request you to please help to solve this issue.

        This is meenakshi prop: umayal seeds got mortagage loan from hdb financial services (Loan agmt no:1074904) during the yr[protected] and closed on 14.10.2018. While closing the loan they have not handed over the original moe. Previously the loan has been top uped but during the top up they have processed the loan with the xerox copy of mortgage deed as attached for your ref. After the closure hdb staffs are not cooperating to clear ec cancellation mortagaged loan with them referring the original moe misplaced. But rather the registrar is asking for original moe due to new govt guideline june 2018, that ec cancelllation has not carried over with xerox copy of moe. So please kindly arrange to do necessary help to proceed with.

          reg foreclosure enquiry n staff behaviour

          I had visited HDB Dindugal branch, tamilnadu for enquiring foreclosure charges me branch sales manager Ranganathan.I told him have transfered to another location and paid 7 dues want to close the ac. He gave false information that loan can be closed only after 18 months. I told him as per the agreement and norms it stated loan can b closed any time after 6 months. Hearing this he started to scream and abuse and asked me to close the loan...

          With respest i tell about my issue that i am working in hdb collection and financial services, malviya nagar, jaipur since one year.in my office my hr mrs. Neha kastiya and my floor manager mr. Jayesh ji. Per month feared me that i resignation to office otherwise they kick out to office. I have done my file and work with sincerely and targetly. Last two months i received insentive with all team.. And previous some month also received insentive but theire after they pressed me and mentely tortured time to time. And always he rejected my confirmations and my requests.. I dont know why they do with me.

            My name is nithya (N13962 employee of hdb financial services in 2 yrs 9 months) working in consumer durable finance at hdfc bank. I am doing my work properly. Recently one month before my mentor was changed his name idhayathulla. G.in this team i take 2 days of combo leave but he asked to resign this job. At the same time he doesn't care about my team salary issues, incentive issues and our problems he wants only business business and only business.in one month he had forced to resign five members in my team. Pls ensure the freedom and protect of hdb employees. I want to know the reason of my resignation? Can anyone pls reply about this.

                My name is rajkumar my loan number is 4184390. I am a regular emi payer since 2015, in this current month dated 4 january 2019 i had sufficient balance in my account however i received a cheque bounce sms on 5 january 2019. Now i received a sms for charges of rs 885 why i received these messages as i always pay my emi on time.
                This is totally regretting for making relationship with hdb. These things are highly not trustworthy. Please look into this matter and waive my charges rs 885 and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                  Hi,
                  I write this post for public awareness, from last two days i got a phone call on my mobile for hdb finace loan offer from no.[protected], they offer loan against insurance policy that should be purchased from online or particular company they specified, after that within 15-20 day after bond paper received, they credit loan amount in our account, with a interest rate of 3% per year.
                  When i ask him to give this all proposal on written format they deny for it, and starting abusing,
                  Hdb is a fraud company, only moto is selling of insurance policy of private company, because now days the condition of private insurance company is very sick. They any how cheat people by selling policies.

                    I am a customer of your institution and I would like to complain about the rude and unwarranted behaviour of the manager of your institution of the Shillong branch who called me from his personal number to harras me about my loan.. as a customer I do not appreciate being called by your employee from their private numbers to harass me. I put this strongly that action be taken against the manager. Kindly ensure that such should not happen again in the future.

                      I am a lonnie of your bank vide loan account number 5741295 and total loan amount was 11990. It is intimated that first emi of my loan was due on 4 jan 2019 of rupees 1262.00 which was scheduled to deduct through ecs against account number [protected]. But till 5jan 2019 the emi was not deducted from above mentioned account. On 6 jan 2019 was received a message from your bank they suggested to maintain sufficient account balance for deduct of rupees 1262.00 by 7th jan 2019 whenever deduction was not done uptown 7 th jan 2019. On 8 th jan 2019 again a message was received with online payment link and advised to pay the outstanding emi through paytm. I already paid of 1262.00 through paytm at 1410 hours. On evening on the day a message was received from my salary account branch for intimated rupees 1262.00 is already deducted through ecs. Hence, you are requested to refund of rupees 1262.00 to my esc account earliest please. I am sure u will exercise the matter seriously and refund the rupees 1262.00 earliest on purity for maintaining user friendly relationship for future.                         Sir I am a Lonnie from your bank vide loan acct No 5741295. My first EMI of Rs 1262/- required to deduct from my Account through ECS on 03 Jan 2019. But till 5th of Jan 2019 not deducted through ECS. On 6th Jan 2019 your bank advised to maintain sufficient balance to the account for deduct via ECS on 07th. But not deducted and on 8th again a massage was received with online payment link for payment through PayTm. I paid the EMI of Rs 1262/- through PayTm. On 9th I received a massage from bank against deduction of EMI amount of Rs 1262/- through ECS. Hence, you are requested to refund the extra deduct amount of Rs 1262/- on my ECS Account earliest please. I am sure that you resolve the matter on priority for maintaining user-friendly relationship for future. Thanking you sir in advance for early resolve the matter.

                            On 4 jan 19 my repayment a/c having deductable amount in bank.
                            Even though i got account bounce sms.

                            Then i manually contact nobody respons and nothing respons customer care paydesk option.

                            This is totally regretting for making relationship with hdb.

                            Know i am checking my hdb go app. It showing my due emi plus interest.

                            This things are highly not trust worthy.

                            Do needful.

                                This is related to my loan number: 1354369 in which excess money is charged from me by collecting cash from my house and in the same month debit my account. Also penalized me after deducting double amount from my account. Manager is not branch is not listening and came out as very rude person. I have submitted one written complaint on 25.10.2018 also but nothing happened. Behavior of branch staff is purely unethical. This incident happened in tilak nagar branch. I will not make last payment till my issues are resolved and i will not be responsible for that as nothing is due from my side.

                                  4th january 2019 was my emi date in hdb financial service.in that day i had sufficient balance in my account from 9:15 am (04/01/2019). But i received a cheque bounce message from hdb financial service on 05/01/2019 and 295 rupees deducted from my account. Please sir look at this matter and solve the problem.

                                    But the for this month I received below message

                                    "Dear Customer, EMI of Rs 2004 of your CD Loan no.5710887 is due on 4th Jan 19. Please ensure to have sufficient funds at least 1 day before due date for EMI clearance.pls ignore SMS if paid.

                                    So there will be conflict on due amount which I received recent message and amount got deducted same

                                    I need to understand why this difference on emi which has calculated in both message

                                    I bought washing mchine ans i paid all emi on time excpt one but they havw charged 2 emi late paid and in my acc funds was sufficient and many time i treied to call cstmer care they are not respoanding my call i treied in there offc they said it will be resolved in few day but till now it cant be resolved
