I have taken a fridge from khosla electronics on 15/05/2018 which has been financed by you. I had provided a cheque num: 666357. Which was cleared on 11/7/18. However the next ecs failed due to carelessness from your end. The man date form has not been sent to canara bank. I am receiving calls from your call center at mumbai. The agents do not know how to talk to people and are utterly mannerless. They do not care to study the case. I am unwilling to pay via chq or cash as it will be problamatic for me to do it on regular basis. Please make sure the mandate is sent and the ecs is activated.

I see in my bank statement is you charges 590rs on july and august month.
So let me know why you charge if i already pay emi on date.

Dear sir, i am one of the borrower hdb uppal hyd branch. My loan account number is 2493303 year 2017. Rupees 200000/. Ins 7535/ montly. I was paid 91900 total instalments andsome due amount also. Yesterday i was again paid my three months instalments.. June july aug.. Rupees 22605/. Hewas again charged cheq bounce charges 8850/ and penalty rs 5497. Why this charges? In three months? Which rules your people following? Any rbi circuler? Or any rbi guidence? My request is plz see the matter. He was charged very heavy. I was already paid nearly one lakh rupees in a year. Buy when i was see my bal is again 170000/. What is this sir? Kindly take action. Thank you

Hi sir,
I purchased a washing machine from ganesh store, jhotwara, jaipur. And finance through your hdb finance. My concern is that every moth i received a text that due to some technical issue your installment didn't pay. And then they add some extra charges in my installment.
Now if i want to pay my installment before the due date so what is the procedure. Because your sales executive deny my request and behave like a illiterate person.

I am doing business in Delhi, Warehouse in Dwarka and Shop at Chandni Chowk. Your agent (Mr. Rahul- [protected]) approached me at chandni chowk (1853/2, Hari ram Market, Bhagirath Palace, Delhi-110006) for loan at 12% reducing interest. We coordinated further and I gave my side documents (PAN, Aadhar, Balance sheet, ITR etc.). Your Agent and Mr. Pandey (Mo: [protected]) as he said Branch Manager told me for loan of Rs 500000/- @ 12% reducing interest for 3 years and I would have EMI of Rs 16607/-. Mr. Pandey came at my home and took my sign on some blank documents and took 2 signed BLANK cheques. He told me that this is loan kit he would let me know for loan amount and EMI after approval and will take my sign on Sanction letter after approval.
He told me that 2% processing fees + approx. Rs 2000/- CPP + GST 18% will be deducted in Rs 500000/- loan amount.
Today 30.07.2018 morning, I got Rs 2, 89, 128/- in my account via RTGS- HDFCR[protected]. Immediately called your both executives but their replies was irrelevant to any professional person. Mr. Rahul told me that Loan might get cleared of Rs 3, 00, 000/- and I have EMI of Rs 11, 500(plus).
But still I told him that I have not received any sanction letter Nobody told me for loan amount and EMI ( that was @12% reducing as they committed).
Please reply as I am not interested to deal with HDB Financial Services with such behavior of your Executive.
I will definitely make a big hoarding and put at front of my shop at Chandni chowk for my feedback. and if I am in loss of few thousand I will put some more and make paid advertisement of my feedback.
If I am your unsatisfied customer I have all right to show my experience with you and this depends how can I show and where can I show.

I took the personal loan for near about 4 year from hdb financial. I paying installment on the given time. Now i came here to take statement for my loan account then they are telling me that they will charge me rs 590.00, which is completely #.

Also they are telling me that this charge should be paid every time for statement.

They are charging this amount to me and others after paying them complete loan amount with interest.

I was an Former Employee for the HDB ORG from April 2015 to Jan 2018. My last working day with the company was 05/01/2018. From that date i am applying my PF around 4 times its rejecting because of incomplete documents or because of not filling the documents properly, when ever i am going to HDB office for to apply PF i will go with all my docs including my bank statement xerox. But though that HR(MANJULA) will not take all docs she will ask only my cheque. And when she is doing my work she wont concentrate on my work, she will simply speak her personal phone calls and if i ask something she will shout on me. She is completely not capable to do that HR work, Useless resource in the company. Im Staying in Garvebhavi Palya and to go from here to Rajaji nagar i need to spend 70 rupees and i don't have any money in my hand. i called more than 100 times to mumbai team to know my PF form Status no one is attending my call. and now i really do not have any patience if my PF form not processed this time i will go to consumer court. I will not leave you people. Because of my personal issues i will be shifting to chennai this month end, i will not be available in Bangalore for to come and apply for PF again. whatever form i have given for PF withdrawal please do process with that itself.
