Im rajashekar. S having loan account number 1550645 with hdb, i'm not able to pay the emi of rs.6561/- through hdb bill desk nor the login with hdb as it is not showing correct amount nor allowing to pay through online,
Please redress my grievance so that for no fault of mine i should pay some charges unnecessarily levied by the hdb financial institution,...

I am rupesh kruplani my employee id r29728 in merchant department. I joined date is 7th january, 2017 and resigned date is 31st may, 2018. I applied for a provident fund in march 2019.

But, still i did not receive my provident fund amount. So, i request you to process my provident fund amount and ensure as soon as possible.

I got the loan amount in my account on 25th april, 2019 without my consent. Iw as told i will be sent an email with the details like rate of interest, tenure, processing fee etc. But to my surprise kept waiting for all these and just the money was transferred in my account. They gave the rate of interest at 15 % while i had made it clear i won't be able to pay more than 11 percent since it was out of my budget.

Because of this i can not transfer my pf previous to present employment

I had done all paper formalities but still my date of exit is wrong updated

I have to you this mails to hdb customer service to get the repayment schedule of my personal loan no.[protected]. They tols me that email id is not registered mobole no [protected]. But i gave this email id to hdb agent while hr filled the form of loan.

I was resigning dated 30/09/2018 & as per telephonic conversation with mr. Rohit sharma, hr. & siddharth chaudhary, bm. His promises to me no any recovery given by me & my relieving latter.
Hdb have not given me relieving yet i want my relieving, f&f & pf....

I have got exhausted by my problem of loan (Emi) over refrigerator which was purchased on august 2018. We have already paid the amount once to ur agent and again amount was deducted through my bank account without my knowledge.. What a foolish act! Tricking customer will repay urself
