This is sandeep mane with loan no.1973746 with chembur branch till now myself paid all emi on time to time but from last 6-7 months mysel[censored]ndergo with some medical issue infected by thyroid and dengue hospitalised for same. After that mysel[censored]se all my emergency saving to pay all companies emi on time. Now still treatment is still going on mysel[censored]nable to go for work from last 1-2 months. Which leads non earning condition for me. Pls go through below attachment for your reference.

[protected]visited my residance to recover my emi but myself not available over there so he rudely talk with my ladies family member and
Menaced with my ladies family member while no one gents family member were at residance. And talk terribly to pay outstanding. When myself reached in evening both are my family member crying against your recovery employee beheviour. He doesn't have any sense how. To talk with ladies.
I also had. Stalk with his senior but h failed to understand my problem even myself having running problem medical issue certificate. They terribly against legel notice. And pressurised to pay at any cost. After many request from my end they don't want to understand.
Myself had a good track record but from ur end. But due to some medical issue and sudden accident happened with me unable to pay in time. Need some time. Want to close asap. Requesting to kindly wait for some time. Will close and inform u asap.

    And i receive to many calls from your branch and i've already discuss same thing on call and i receive call from mayuri 8 times in a month.

      Sub: Deduction o[censored]nwanted Late payment charges – Reg.
      Ref: My Loan A/C No.4354517

      With reference to the above, I would like to inform your goodselves that I bought a A/C on 01.05.2018 from Viveks for Rs.30, 000/-. Initial amount Rs.10, 000/- was paid by cash and balance amount was paid by twelve months by ECS for Rs.2500/- till January 2019. Every month 4th was due date for ECS. The first month due amount was paid by Canara Bank cheque, vide no.[protected] for Rs.2500/-and clearing. On 04.07.2018. In second installment for ECS, I did not received any message for deduction of due payment for ECS. Hence I informed to Viveks Representative and they told that speak to HDB Finance staff. Immediately I informed to HDB Staff and convey the message. After two or three days the HDB Finance Staff came and received for Rs.2500/- from me by cash. The next month i.e August 2018, I did not received any message from HDB Finance. Hence I went to HDB Finance office and informed the situation, they told that you contact respective bank and they will solved the problem. I went to canara bank and informed all the details they told that your ECS form was not submitted to us, so we do not do anything. In the mean time, even though I got a sufficient fund, every month the ECS was not deducted from my bank account.
      In the same situation was continued by every month till November 2018. But, I was shocked in the last month of 04.12.2018 the due amount of Rs.2500/- was paid by me through cash and the same date the same amount of ECS was deducted by my bank account ( i.e double the amount Rs.5000/- was paid). Till date I have received from HDB Finance you have to pay for Rs.2331/- for late payment charges. I have a bank statement from the period 01.06.2018 to 31.01.2019 which was proof of my account statement was maintained by me. Why should I pay for late payment fee? On 09.04.2019 Rs.500/- was deducted by my bank account. Every month I have received from lthe HDB Finance you pay the out standing amount. While I received this message from every month I mentally disturbed and also increased the stress.
      Hence, Kindly look into the matter very serious and clear the problem at the earliest and give No Objection Certificate at the earliest and refund my Rs.500/- at the earliest.

        I am Kashikar courier services. I have applied for commercial vehicle loan. My all documents are cleared. But eventhough Hdb finance unable to sanctioned the loan. Also taking too much time and they are unable to give proper justification on that. Why they are rejected the loan. My overall opininon about service is so disgusting..

              I have been following up with hdb financial services for last 6 months and there is a long email chain and no one from hdb is responding now. I have already shared my cibil report and required details asked by hdb fs.

              I haven't heard anything yet. It has already been proved by hdb that it was a fraud so why my cibil report is still showing the status overdue (Written-off). It is not a settlement, it is a case of fraud so it should not be shown in my cibil report. This is a mental harassment for me. Requesting you to please remove it from my cibil report asap.

              I have not heard anything from HDB Finance yet. Still waiting for their response.
              I was former employee of HDB financial services and my employee code was R34916. I was resigned from 20 March 2019 and I served notice period of 15 days. I get my full and final settlement salary but didn't get my experience letter. Kindly help me to get my experience letter which I urgently required.
              Pre aproval lone you are sanding your exeicative to calect my document last 5 days i am weting ur execative call or vist.
              I think they are not interested to respond.

                      I got the loan amount in my account on 25th april, 2019 without my consent. Iw as told i will be sent an email with the details like rate of interest, tenure, processing fee etc. But to my surprise kept waiting for all these and just the money was transferred in my account. They gave the rate of interest at 15 % while i had made it clear i won't be able to pay more than 11 percent since it was out of my budget.

                      Feeling very helpless. Expecting help from hdb people. Also, total sanctioned amount was 500, 000 which i got only 4, 83, 000. There is no information about why amount was cut. Wasn't even informed about the processing fee.

                        Because of this i can not transfer my pf previous to present employment

                        I had done all paper formalities but still my date of exit is wrong updated

                        They are told to me for update correct date of exit in portal for i had done all paper works and then put the courier to given address

                        The courier was delivered to given address his revert come on the mail after follow-up the courier is not revived

                          I am a hdb finance customer who has taken a mortgage loan 7 years (2012) back. All my emis were deducted on time except last 2 emis (Though i had enough balance in my account). Now they are charging extra amount for the delay. Even though it was not my fault as i had enough balance in my account.
                          I reached out to customer care toll free number but didn’t get proper information and they directed me to contact the branch. I visited the hdb finance office at “race course rd, new palasia, indore”. Nobody gave the proper response as to why there was no emi deducted and what all extra charges were applied to my missed emi (Which was not even my fault). Please help resolve this issue

                            I got call from +91 [protected] HDB finance advisor, stating HDB is offering promotional Loan offer with 0% ROI.
                            Against BHARTI AXA insurance policy purchase.

                            Proposal:
                            To purchase Bharti AXA insurance of amount (1st EMI) equal to loan Amt / 12 years.

                            When i ask for any legal ID for HDB finance, then executive was hyper and cross questioned me to impress
                            his confidence.

                            Plan explain:
                            HDB finance will pay loan requested amount upon agreement and sanction letter once policy is enrolled
                            BHARTI AXA policy bond need to surrender to HDB person once Amt is paid.
                            HDB will benefited with maturity amount of policy purchase by customer

                            This is suspected fraud, need expert advise!

I have complaint through email and i speak to your customer care executive. But their not give response to my complaint.                                       My loan account number is 6375850
                                      I get very bad experience from hdb finance from v v nager branch, when i ask for details and process about due of my emi and still not cut from my account then persons namely aakash machhi (Chf016913) tray to phisycle with me also they romve thier belt and try to harm me, i want to take strict action against this person and want written apology from this guy

                                        I bought a refrigerator in Consumer durable loan from HDB. I finished paying all my installments on time as well as I finished my tenure of 8 months by 04.02.2019. But still HDB people not closed my loan. Lot of times I enquired with customer care people, almost 8 times. 10 days back their Customer agent informed me that HDB has to paid me Rs. 108, thats the reason they didn't close my loan. She assured me, they will close it in 7 working days and NOC has to be collected from nearest HDB services at my area.

                                        Please look in to it and help me out
