This is to inform u that i am tax consultant (Gst & itr work), some of my clients applied in your bank for loan against property & business loan through one of your dsa runned by rajesh awasthi who has taken money in cash or through transfer around 20000/- rs. & from last 20-25 days he is underground & he also switches off his phone.
So, on 1st & 2nd nov for this matter i tried many times for contacting with branch manager of rajajipuram branch, lucknow whose contact number is [protected] but he didn't pickup the phone. So, i inform him by sending messages but he didn't respond to me. So, what did it mean, i think that he also involved in this fraud with mr. Rajesh awasthi. On my clients request, i also contact to hdb fi person satyendra whose contact no. Is [protected] & he is saying that he know the rajesh awasthi from last 3yrs, if he is saying that mr rajesh awasthi is not connected with our bank & if he has taken money then bank is not responsible for this thing, so the thing is that then how mr. Rajesh awasthi get the loan application forms from your bank & he said that he had personal terms with bnak manager of rajajipuram branch. Why the bank had given dsa to such type of fraud person.
I will not leave the branch manger, rajesh awasthi & that fi person. Because it affects my market of gst & itr work. On behalf of my 4clients i am going to lodged fir against all the above mentioned people.
I also had links with civil advocates, police officers & mla's. I had the proofs of giving money through clients to mr. Rajesh awasthi.
Please look into this matter seriously & resolved it immediately.

Dear Sir,

For the above Loan Account no ‘NIRMAL OVERSEAS LIMITED’ had taken a Loan against property, and I am been showing as a Co Applicant of the said Loan and it is showing on my Cibil.

My Question is I have resigned from the Company Long time back then how can HDB Write my name as a co applicant when I Have no relations with the company and HDB has renewed the loan again when I was not having any relations with the company.

So, you are been requested to please do the necessary action against them.

I have worked with hdb financial service cochin and i july -20 -2018 was my last working day. I have served one month notice period and cleared all the formalities. Till date they have not yet credited my last month salary. I have followed up with the hr regarding the same several times and he is not responding properly. My team leader was mr. Vinu and even he is not helping me. Kindly please resolve this issue and help me.

I have taken consumer loan from hdb finance two years before and i have also closed my loan but my sbi bank account was debited rs.295 without any acknowledgement on september and october by the hdb finance for that the reason mentioned by them are - chrg recvd-mandate fail txn. So i need reason for the debited amount if it was an unnecessary debit i need my amount back to me. So please help me

And id is (S57215) worked in hdb division of hbl for credit card section as a bdr and resigned from my services on 03rd of september -2018, that resignation is accepted and proceeded. But i didn't get any acceptance mail still now i want to submit that acceptance letter to another company where i am going to join. I worked as a employee in hdb financial services for 2.6 years my employee id was - s57215 - and recently i resigned from the company as i was getting a better opportunity.. My issue was regarding the salary received to me for the notice period was less than i expected... I received ₹11, 533.. But the calculations i did was more than the payment received to me... I want to tell you with all my due respect that hdb financial ltd. Had sent me a absconding letter which is completely wrong and unprofessional, because i had already informed my reportee manager mr. Vitendra sir about my resignation and also sent my resignation to him. I worked for hdb financial ltd. To almost 2 months and not get one rupee salary but i never complained about this. I don't want any salary but want to remove this absconding letter. Kindly help me.

I went to my branch for the foreclosure of loan account 1141659 but they asked me to submit the bank statement from which i'll be paying back the left over amount. This not done no bank ask for the statement to give the foreclosure. And all the staff is very rude and don't know how to treat a privilege customer. Please help me to get the foreclosure.

I have given a cheque of 386248 to close my account, my account got debited on 25/09/2018 but my account is closed only by 05/10/2018, in between the emi date has came and the cheque got bounced saying insufficient amount and also i got charged 880 rupees by your branch and 118 by my bank, also it got reflected in my credit score. I wish to know the reason for submitting cheque for a closed account and also 17262 charged as penalty. I want 17262+880 which is charged extra in my account..

This is surendra kumar das. I had taken a personal loan from hdb and i closed the loan by paying the complete amount due. However the status of the loan is still in writeoff status. Request you to kindly get that corrected as soon as possible as i have made the complete payment without taking any waiver. Request you to take an immediate action on it as i have applied for a personal loan from axis bank for my marriage purpose and the application is rejected as the loan account from hdb is in writeoff status. Attached is the loan statement for your reference.

Sir, i am paying installment 1584/-rs through autodebit to hdb financial services from june 2018
But they have debited 2056/- from my account on 04/10/2018 while i have not any due from hdb
I have been tried to customer services of hdb but still they have not resolved my issue

This is a fraud with me

सर, मेरे द्वारा आपकी मानसरोवर सेक्टर 9 शोप न. 16&17, 21&22 जयपुर से घरेलू मकान की मरम्मत कार्य हेतु लोन लिया गया, जिसको मैनेजर ने व्यावसायिक लोन मे 16%दर पर जारी कर दिया जबकि मै एक राजकीय कर्मचारी हूँ, 16 किस्तें लगातार मेरे बैंक सेलेरी खाते से जमा करा दी गई हैं परन्तु ब्याज दर अधिक होने के कारण रीपेमेंट करने के लिए एक माह पहले आवेदन करने के उपरांत शाखा स्टाफ द्वारा सन्तोष जनक कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है कृपया बकाया राशि जमा करके noc and property paper दिलाने का श्रम करें

Hdb Bank हांसी मे लोन के लिए फाइल लगाई थी hdb बैंक का मैनेजर आया था my office मे मुछे मना कर दिया आप को लोन नहीं मिले गा... उस के बाद मेरे घर जाने का मतलब क्या बनता है... ये कौन सा क़ानून है लोन मना करने के बाद भी घर जाते है... किसी भी बैंक लोन लेने की फाइल देता हू... मेरे Your credit Score Excellent मे HDB बैंक का लोन लिया हुआ दिखा रहा है इस कारण मै किसी बैंक से लोन ली ले सकता...credit स्कोर से हटाया जाये

लगाई फिर से मैनेजर आया... सब कुछ देखा your credit score देखने के बाद मैनेजर ने पहले वाले मैनेजर को मोबाइल फ़ोन किया उस से पूछा गया Ravi Kumar ने hdb बैंक मे फाइल लगयी थी पहले लोन क्यू नहीं मिला... इस का मतलब पहले वाला मैनेजर से पूछ kr काम किया जाये गा क्या... मैनेजर ने ये ans मिला लोन के लिए मुछे आप के भाई के id चाहिए मेरे भाई से बोल चाल ना हो तो लोन नहीं मिले गा... ये फाइल लगाने से पहले बोलना चाहिए था की 1 Guntur लगे गा... मेरा your credit score से लोन ataya जाये नहीं तो मै High Court मे hdb बैंक के khilaf फाइल लगनी पर सकती है मुछे आप के पास 7 दिन का time है
