Dear sir, With reference, the Policy - pp000066, Date: 22/09/2016, Exp: 21/09/2020 That you done with amount 2840.57, service tax 426.09. I never said about this policy ii denied many times after that you did buy why i was not in favor of this policy Kindly cancel this policy asap. With reference the police no pp000208 I have taken loan from Bajaj Finserv nd given me HDFC life insurance policy on 20/07/18 nd amount singles premium-16, 948.98 with tax-3, 050.82 so I don't want this insurance policy nd terms nd condition they mention if don't want policy then it can cancelled so I can't afford above amount pls cancel my policy my name-paragonda B Naik
