My salary account(In hdfc bank) was created in my first company back in 2013, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account. I logged into my account for some reason on 21st feb 2016 and i see that i have rs -5k in my account. Now the charge has reached -6k. I request you to please wave this charge off. I would want to transact again. Maintaining a minimum balance is not a problem if i was informed. So, if this charge is completely waved off. I will immediately transfer money to this account and maintain the minimum. Its really not fair going below zero for balance not maintained.

Hope to get a positive action on this.

Mr. Nitin From the collection dept of HDFC bank ltd called me on 28/03/2016 and he also harassed me calling again and again and also send Mr. Rajesh who have attacked me physically due to delay in Payment of My card.they used to call me more than 40 time a day and also use foul language and harassed me dn and again.
I have submitted the closing form of Saving Bank account to HDFC bank in Jan 2015 when my account is having zero balance in it. And from that day HDFC is increasing the minus balance, till now my minus balance has gone to -7000.Kindly help me to close my account.

    I hold a cc of hdfc bank with last four digit number no XXXXXXXXXXXX6532 and have not been able to pay the minimum balance

    since January 2016 as i was out of the country and as my mobile number is a postpaid my international

    roaming was not activated, so i was not able to make online payments on my CC from there as the OTP was sent to my register

    number and my number was not in service there.
    i am getting calls from nos [protected] / [protected] from a guy identifying himself as Sandeep Yadav from HDFC Bank Credit

    Card collection department and demanding payment.I told him i was not there in the Country and my issue why i was not able

    to make the payment

    He calls me at least 10-15 times a day on my cell phone and also on my parents numbers also he is just badgering and

    harassing me.is this the way your bank treats its customers, he tells me to go and pay the amount immediately, also he

    questions me as to why i have used my cc if have no intention to pay.I told him i have a Financial Crises because of my Father's business got shut and the entire load of my family is on me. I told him i will make the payment at least minimum but i was not able to beacuse of the Financial problems. But they guy is not ready to listern they laughed when i said that i am going throught a very bad financial problems.

    This is type of badgering and threatening is not expected from a bank of your reputation with whom i have had a

    relationship of several years.

    This guy starts calling me from 8.30 in the morning and goes on calling till after 7pm, he even calls me on sunday claiming

    that his department has a shortfall and hence he is working on sunday as well.

    I request you to stop this kind of harassment, i have always paid my dues only once last year in october i failed beacuse i

    was in Dubai on a business trip that time but as soon as i returned i called and made the payment, but by badgering,

    harassing, threatening me that the bank will send collection guys to my house will not solve the problem.

    I told that guy that there is a Death in my family and i am in Gujarat and today even he called me i answered the call and

    said i am in a middile of a call you call me back in 30 min. But till than one of his collection guy went to my place and

    disclosed with my parents that there a due of 74000 rs of your son and we want a payment.Is this the right way to collect

    money???

    I called him again and said please give me the name and address of any of the manager from HDFC Bank CC dept with whom i

    can go and meet, but still same ans we want the payment today it self and until you make the payment my guy will not leave

    he will be waiting for you out side the house, i told him my shift timing is 11 AM - 8.30 PM and i will reach home by 9PM

    but still Sandeep Yaday said yes you go home anytime my guy will not leave he will wait for you until you give him the

    payment. I requested him that i am going to meet the Manager in HDFC Chandivali Branch but he said you go and meet whom

    ever you want my guy will not leave until we get the payment. I asked him the name and the number of the manager he says

    you go tomorrow morning when you are at HDFC Bank Chandavali Branch and call me i will give you the number but i want the

    payment today at any cost till than my guy is not gonna leave he will wait for you outside your house.

    Is this the way to collect money???? by harasing the family????


    There has to be some limit to the extent that the bank goes to in harassing customers.

    I request hdfc bank to do something about this kind o[censored]nruly behaviour of its collection staff.

      Miss monika called me, offering for hdfc credit card on 22nd feb 2016 and she took all my confidential documents like id cards bank statement and address proof and till now i didn't receive my credit card. Meanwhile i called her many times and send messages also but they are not taking it seriously.

      Could you please take same action against them for this. I have their all the conversations saved with me.

        Sir,
        I Neha kausar, living at Town Maudaha District Hamirpur pin code- 210507, i join HDFC branch at 22nd Feb 2016 as a BSO(Bank Sales Officer) i have given target of 3 account of Feb & 10 at March, i opened 5 account in Feb, 11 in March & 3 at April, I did Life insurance of 1 Lakh in march, manager told me that he will give me 11000 rs salary & will give joining letter on 1st april but while i asked about joining letter on 7th April he replied it will be provided after 10-15 days, after it code will be generated & than salary will be counted. Accounts which was opened by me was counted in another agent & he gets incentive upon it. i didn't receive any salary or incentive. Also manager told me that i has to stay till 8pm at bank even all staff goes home at 5pm.

          I joined a company on temporary/trial bases. As a joining formality the company has opened my salary account in hdfc bank, it was a salary account and i was told that i don't need to maintain any balance in this account (Since it's a zero balance account).
          Due to some reasons after few days i left that company and hence salary was not credited in that account. Also, i called hdfc customer care to close this account, and they said that, they we'll take follow-up on this.
          Not even a single transaction or service was used for that account.
          Now, hdfc is seding me an sms every month saying that your account is being charged by rs. 687 for non maintenance.
          I don't understand why this charge for a zero balance account?

            Sir i have applied for a home loan with all relevant documents, bank has taken a fee of inr 5725.00, the bank has informed me that in my cibil credit report a unpaid loan is showing, but bank is not providing mr the copy of that report which makes me unable to submit a dispute form at cibil,
            So the bank is not providing me complete details/ copy of cibil report and not cooperating me to process the loan.

              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined other company and there was no credit of salary into my hdfc bank account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they told me you have to contact your hdfc branch and follow up with the request and close the account. After that i went to branch and had discussed with maintenance charges that time i have paid near around rs. 2000 as amb charges at branch with the help of ms. Bela and also i submitted manually application to close this account, but still i ma getting the same message "dear customer, a/c xxxxxxx charged rs. 687 for non maintenance in mar 16. Pls maintain req bal to avoid charges" i request you to please take action against this bank... They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

              HDFC Bank Taking NON maintenance charges -1600 Rs/- WHY ????


              My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company. I joined another company and they opened my account in another Bank due to which there was no credit of salary credited in HDFC bank for a month.

              After few days joining new company, I thought to close my account. When I went to HDFC branch (DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon) to close my account they didn't close my account and said "you have to go to your main branch where your account was opened". I requested them PLZ PLZ close my account because I have to go to out of my country for 6 months for business purpose. BUT THEY DIDN'T CLOSE.

              When I returned after 6 months HDFC BANK CHARGED 1600 RS/- FOR NON MAINTENANCE CHARGE. They even didn't inform me and it was not my fault.

              I request you to please take action against this bank... They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

                Sir, i was taken HDFC health suraksha policy in jan 2014.I renewed policy on 20 Jan 2016. As per their terms and conditions iam eligible for cashless for joint replacement for my mother which is not pre existing.This problem was first reported in Aug 2015. After that we approached further. But insurance team not giving approval for cashless mentioning it as a pre existing.But that is not pre existed. If it is like this then we are asking to prove but they didn't so.Hospital team also cooperating with HDFC and they made wrong report.Based on that report they are deciding.How is it possible sir? If this is the condition Insurance company has to take health checkup and confirm accordingly blindly how they can judge sir? They are playing with our lives. This is totlly their mistake and denial to provide services as per agreement. If iam not eligible for cashless how can they give for cashback? Totally they are doing wrong

                Regarding my cashless approval claim number RC-HS15-10339248 dated February 25, 2016.I approached HDFC vide Complaint Number 013-684-691 raised on 01 Mar 16 and IRDAI vide Complaint number 03-16-003585 raised on 05 Mar 2016. But HDFC giving same reply and covering their mistake. They provide address and phone numbers emailed me HDFC Address : HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Ltd. 5th floor, Tower 1, Steller IT Park, C-25, Sector-62, Noida -201301. Call : 1-800-2001-999 / 1-860-2000-700 Fax : 1-860-2000-600 Email : [email protected] IRDAI suggested to approach you because they are not giving proper justification. also If hospital team has done mistake they are giving penalty to us sir. They dont want to listen any thing from ourside. They dont want to undertake any health checkup and misguide the people when real problem occurs then they are saying like all this type of reasons and they deny it.

                  Dear bank,

                  Please stop making fool of people, it may affect their personal lives very badly.

                  I am facing this problem from last 1 week where bank asked me to pay my credit card bill manually as they held some amount as auto pay. According to them, i should get the held money at the same time i pay the amount manually. I did it on 03rd of april but bank has fake commitments, seems they have taken the "april fool" thing very seriously and trying to fool me.

                  This incident messed up my all commitments and other loans as well and i got negative balance in my account and i am unable to have food properly as i don't have other source to get the money.

                  They have deducted the amount against the credit card and due to which my other loan(Hdfc bank) got bounced back and they are asking for late payment fees for this.


                  I have spent more than 150 rs on call only for the same. And according to them "amount will be credited in my account within 3 working days" "due to "holidays" which started itself from 8th april but request was made on 3rd april.

                  If bank has 24/7 services, they should have a dedicated team to resolve any issues at anytime.

                  Thanks for ruining my week and for the fake commitments.

                    I am an hdfc bank customer with customer id 60366998. I tried to withdraw 1000 rupees from a kotak mahindra bank atm on 1st april 2016. The amount got debited from my account but cash didn't come out.

                    I called hdfc immediately and they gave me a complaint number 1062785 and told me to wait 7 days for the refund!

                    I didn't receive the refund after 7 days and i called them again on 8th day. Now they've registered another complaint and asked me to wait another 7 days saying that they haven't received even a tentative refund date from kotak, and that they can't refund the money until kotak refunds it to them.

                    I asked them who was following up with kotak for the refund and they didn't have an answer. They can't even honor their own commitments because they're too lazy to follow up with another bank. My email id is yashti.[protected]@gmail.com. Please get me a refund for those 1000 rupees, i can't wait the rest of the month.

                      I have purchased an online policy hdfc life click 2 protect plus on 4th april with application s[protected] and i paid 3 months premium. But till now i did not received any call from hdfc representatives. I had called to customer care many times, alway they are saying that there is no application has been generation.
                      Could you please let us know what is the procedure to cancel the policy and get it back the paid amount. So that i will go to other provider.

                          Hello,
                          This is to bring in your notice that i have purchased a health plan from hdfc life.
                          Application no received on my email is[protected] and received by message on my mobile is 90279055. I don’t understand why two different application numbers are provided.
                          It may please be noted that your executive mr. Dharmendra kumar (Mobile no – [protected]) has picked up the premium cheque from me and promised that the policy will be processed in the month of april 2016, so it may be considered for next financial year 2016-17 but the policy is having date of 31st march 2016. He brought mr rajesh kumar (Sdm corporate agency, pachim vihar branch) with him who explained about the hdfc life policy details. Mr rajesh kumar also confirmed that the policy will be processed in the month of april 2016, so it may be considered in next financial year 2016-17.
                          When cheque was required, mr dharmendra was calling me & my hr person continuously. Now when i am calling mr dharmendra & mr rajesh, they are not picking up the call. This shows a very simple reason that now customer is not important.
                          Also the following details are mentioned wrong on my policy.
                          1) residence address & pin code.
                          2) annual income
                          3) educational qualification
                          4) designation
                          5) nominee’s date of birth, residence address & pin code .
                          This is not acceptable, your organization is not from government sector. Therefore, we as a customer expect prompt response from your organization.
                          It was not a pleasant experience dealing with executives from your organization. So i just want to cancel the above mentioned policy & the premium amount should be sent back to me at the earliest.

                            But i dont have recieve my december month salary and pf ammount sallery till now.I think hdfc is a good brand in the market so i am expecting good service and behavior and i am hoopping i will get my sallery and pf ammount soon. Thanks

                              I visited my home branch with a work to removal of my sweep-in facility on 4.4.16, I met with officer Ms Muthamaa with regards to this work, she behaved very arrogantly and told me to go to window no 5, then that officer told me to go to Manager cabin. I am not satisfied the way both of them behaved and they want to shift their duty to other. Your officer should be well trained and polite to solve the problem of customer rather than speak arrogantly and harass the customer by transferring one window to other window

                                I took the home Loan from HDFC from Noida 62 Branch for a Flat. During my paper work HDFC Life Sales person offered a HDFC SL Pro growth Plus Plan to protect the home Loan and told me many benefits and returns from this Policy; but when I got the proposal Letter from HDFC life in mail; I saw that all the commitments made towards this policy were fake and False regarding the returns and charges; I sent the mail to HDFC Sales Person and HDFC life representative to stop and cancel this policy; But after the 10 days of the cancellation mails; this policy still in proposal status, After my many reminders they have not cancel this policy. HDFC life already have taken 1 Lacs as a premium from my HDFC home Loan account and I am being charged for this Loan amount. and my money is stuck with HDFC life fake Policy. I want this policy to cancelled and money deposited towards the premium to be returned back to me as soon as policy to my account.

                                  Hdfc bank executive called and wrongly guided me for a business loan at a rate of interest of 7%.He did everything online and disbursed the loan but with a rate of interest of 13.99% which I was not properly explained earlier.I don't want that loan are this higher interest.kindly cancel the loan or do it at least at a lower interest.                                     In March My reward point is 2301. But in April it reduce to 1705. When i asked your customer care said it reduced because you upgrade the Card. But at the time o[censored]p gradation customer care said its is absolutely free.

                                      My salary account(In hdfc bank) was created in my first company. I resigned from my first company after two years. And its been almost three years now. And suddenly i thought of checking my hdfc account to resume and use it as my savings account. But i was shocked to see that it was already converted to savings account from salary account(Without any information to me) and that it has negative balance in it. And my balance in that account is now -6596.91.

                                        Hello. I am Chanchal from Varanasi. I want to surrender my policy. So I went to Varanasi office three times . First in afternoon. Second & third in morning time. But they give me half details and today they were telling me about unnecessary surrender charges. They were not co operative and they have misguided me.
