HI Sir,
I have issue with HDFC bank credit card debt management team ([protected]@[protected], she is in HDFC Delhi Office Branch), she is so much rude whenever she want she can hangup the call in-between talk and she is not ready to give me the account statement and not ready to talk over the email. I simply asked her to share the details for my account where I have used my credit card which went to beyond 5000. And every-time I am getting calls from different-2 HDFC bank employee (Gaurav-[protected] and Pankaj-[protected]) and they misguide.
I need simple thing, whatever is pending with me, I will pay and whatever pending with HDFC bank (my reward points), bank need to pay me as that is my money.
According to my understanding, I have payed around 6700 in last month of credit card and after that I have used only 282 something rupees from the card, but when I went to pay that amount from netbanking, it started showing me zero. So I have requested customer care executive to close and and updated my number, but anyhow I did not receive any call. But after 7 months I got a call from HDFC and they are asking me to pay around 5000, so I asked them to share the final 2 months statement, so that we can come with the actual amount or if I am missing anything, so that concern can be sorted out. But HDFC bank is not ready to share anything, only want me to pay 5000 without any proper information.
Please help me out with this issue as I am employee and pay my taxes on time. But these HDFC bank peoples are making my life hell.
