I was using HDFC credit card till 2010. In 2011 I sifted to Delhi from Hyderabad and was not using that card afterwords, around 2012 they sent a new card to me and some due amount too. I requested them to give the details of the due amount which was never sent to me. then the CCE asked me to accept the new card and start using it but I continuously asked them to provide the Full and Final statement for the last card which is never provided by them, they followed mostly every year end but never provided me the details.
Now they troubling me a lot with sending mails.

One of the last complaint addressed by them was as follows :---

They started charging me for Medical Insurance Premium without taking my express consent for the same, took my signatures in the papers and are not cancelling the same. It has added to my expenses unreasonable. Please help me cancel the given HDFC Bank Credit Card.

      My name is Gagan Oberoi.

      My ATM card has been hacked and misused by someone else on 20 mar 2016. Amount of Rs 23000 has been withdrawn in total by 3 transactions (10000+10000+3000). Here I want to throw light on security provided by HDFC bank. How can this be happen? Is our money not even secured in bank. What kind of security HDFC bank provide to their customer.

      I really want you to take strict action against the bank as I want my hard earned money back at any cost..

        I Baljit Singh Kaushik with my wife Renu Sharma from Rohtak (Haryana) got a personal loan from HDFC Bank in 2010 with A/C Number16068460 .Initially, we were told that we were getting the loan from HDFC [protected]@12.8%interest but were shocked to receive the letter from bank depicting it @16.5% interest after some months. We paid all the EMIs from March 2010 to January 2011 regularly and wanted to repay the loan completely as the rate of interest was too much. To our surprise, the bank refused to take full loan amount. I talked to the HDFC bank authorities and kept on paying the installments regularly .Finally, the full and final payment was done 0n 01/07/2013 as asked by bank and the bank issued a full and final settlement/Closure letter Ref: 16068460/156/S19629/010713/c/001.We just came to know that our name is in CIBIL defaulter list and we are unable to apply for a loan. It is highly shocking for us.
        Sir/Madam, me and my wife are Associate Professors in Reputed colleges and well-paid off by the Government .We have sought a Home Loan LBROH[protected] in 2014 from ICICI Bank and are regularly paying the EMIs of Rs. 37360/-.We are cheated by employees of HDFC Bank. So we appeal to this forum to get this solved at earliest possible.
        Please give suggestion for my problem and what is my next step.

          I got a brochure of HDFC Home Loan which says 0% Processing Fee and No Hidden Charges. I applied for home loan transfer. Even after 45 days, the application was still under
          processing status. In the mean time they presented my (so called refundable fee) cheque of Rs.12030/

          I did not get any kind of service, but wasted my time and efforts for more than 45 days. so, I requested to cancel my application and asked for the return of my full
          refundable amount. But they now want to deduct Rs.2000+taxes for not providing any kind of service and support.
          They mentioned refund of Rs.9740 will be done with in a week, its more than 15 days now but no updates on that too.

          I want to make sure they refund my full Refundable amount of Rs.12030/

            I received a call from HDFC Ergo recently and they said that I have to register for a policy to protect my credit card and it's mandatory for me. They will provide me a health insurance policy plan for 2 years. Unless I take the policy they will snatch back my credit card. I enquired about the matter with our nearest HDFC Bank where I was assured that there is no such terms and conditions of opening a mandatory policy. That's why on the next day, when I got the same call from HDFC Ergo, I directly refused it. But today on 20/03/2016 I have received an SMS from HDFC bank that my credit card was debited for an amount of Rs. 9000 against the HDFC Ergo policy and they will send the policy details shortly. Now I want my money back and if I don't get it then I will file a case against the company in the court. Please help me out of this situation.

              I was opened a savings account but till date cheque book and atm not delivered to my residential address. They are not found my house. Whereus my passport, sbi savings and credit card related documents, lic, Bank of baroda savings account related documents and most important HDFC credit card statement and other documents received at my residential address.

                  I have a HDFC LIFE policy for which I called on [protected] and requested for a cheque pickup on the 7th March 2016, I was told that I would receive a call within 48 hrs and it would be done, since I did not receive a single call, I called back again on the 13th March, I got the same reply and when I asked if my policy LAPSES who would be responsible ? The call was cut off, no one called even .after that
                  Again I called back on 16.03.2016 spoke to Bharati and gave a complaint & also requested to be connected to some senior person, I was not connected Nothing happened even after that .
                  Today 19.03.2016 I called again, spoke to Raj asked him to connect to a senior person, After keeping me on hold for a long time says his Madhavi Mam is busy on another call & would call me back at he end of the day .I asked him what was my policy date & he tells me it is 22nd March 2016 ..My Health is getting affected too .
                  They have to know the difference between CUSTOMER CARE & CUSTOMER HARRASMENT.
                  If my POLICY LAPSES, WHO IS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE ??????
                  AND IF LAND UP IN HOSPITAL DUE TO THIS HARRASMENT, WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE???????

                        if fund is not maintaining means they can block my account for that.
                        Instead of that, how they can charge like this.

                          I was used my card on JAYAM SUPER MARKET on 20th Feb 2016 for RS 952.
                          But the issue is debited same amount for twice from my account.

                          I shared to HDFC all documents regarding this transaction. But nothing response get from HDFC. I don't this amount will refund or not. Now I am fearing to use HDFC card.

                                Hdfc bank is sending me promotional offers on a daily basis which i do not qualify to get, like personal loans as things stand for me.so now after asking me to purchase cars of varying sizes, they have embarked upon a stupid idea of asking me to purchase autos(17/3/16) and lorries.are these people qualified enough to sit inside a bank and conduct transactions with their customers.illiterates.their ATM machines are nothing but kacheray ka dabba.It can be turned into a toilet instead.probably the messages are being texted from Mumbai or Chennai.That does not find a mention in the SMS.

                                    I have joined HDFC Bank last year at an AVP level, and for some weird reason the team manager has not taken up to me in a good manner, ever since I have joined the company. He has been nasty, publicly ridiculing, point out small mistakes and not giving basic acknowledgment. It becomes extremely difficult for me to control my temper, yet some how I have managed to keep a cool. This manager has some sort of a personal vendetta against me, due to which neither I get the deserved recognition NOR the credit. Not only that, ever since I have joined 1 team-mates, who has been part of this team from before is indirectly rude, hostile and tries to poison everyone`s ears against me - even though I hardly interact with her, NOR have any personal interaction even before I joined HDFC Bank. It is only before I end up lodging an official complaint with HR - no one in this team is trustworthy, except for a few people.

                                        Hi Sir/ Madam,

                                        This is regarding the life insurance claim of my brother. I lost him last year in road accident. While closing the account, while enquiry, I got to know that he had accidental life insurance on his platinum debit card. After checking all conditions getting fulfilled, we submitted the required documents to which bank assured to forward it to ERGO office. I enquired for 3-4 months but they said, response is yet to come, later on they said that ERGO office didn't recieved the documents and need to be re submitted, I re submitted the documents at bank but it didnt reach ERGO office again.

                                        I want to complain against the bank in which my brother had account for not processing the claim. If while providing card bank says some policiy then, they should fulfill it too, otherwise they should directly accept that bank is making just false commitments.

                                        Please suggest the way.

                                        I have not received any solution till now. Even HDFC bank Dewas people are not accepting the complaint against the concerned person (Saurabh Porwal, for not forwarding the documents)

                                        Please suggest some way to address the complaint.
