Pathetic process for credit card upgrade

Some relationship manager calls me up and offers Credit card upgrade, to which I agreed.

After few days someone calls back again referring above conversation and asking my personal information for verification. I denied to give the info and lady arrogantly says that if I do not give information she cannot process app and hungs up the phone.

Wrong commitments & hidden charges applied after loan approved by hdfc

1) Am not informed about the IGR charges and ownership till the loan has been disbursed

Less withdarawl money than transaction

Transfer money from lost food card to new food card

I have lost my hdfc food card (No. [protected]) and re-issued new food card (No. [protected]).
By mistake, i failed to update new food card details in my salary definition so that my money is transferred to lost food card

I had done a transaction through internet on mobile on 8 th Jan 2016 at 3 am approx to add money to mobikwik wallet from my Hdfc bank customer ID 60112112 while amount debited the same was not credited to mobikwik...I complained on same day and contacted more than 10 times but didn't get my money back...date of resolution given many times and extended without reasons.....
