But till I didn't get any documents related to this. I many time approach bank for the same also but they are not reply me properly. And they are ask me to go to Courier Agency for the same. I have provided my wife's HDFC(CRN : xxxx9788 & Acc no :xx30185 ) savings account to Capgemini to receive salaries. On date of joining Representatives from HDFC informed me that account will be life time salaried account.

Now something goes wrong, Capgemini hr said bank is not accepting the payment and Bank says we never stopped accepting payments. I was confused.

Amount 28.51 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this.
Should I get my money Back?...
