This is really pathetic! I have a problem with my internet account and I dont have a handy solution from any source of contact. If I call CC number It will never work or keep me waiting for hours together. If I try to submit a complaint, I dont have space to write what my problem was? I want someone to address my problem related to fund transfer immediately.

    I was having HDFC Credit Card. in my credit card 6000 point was redeem by bank as cash Rs 2400. Aug 2015 i have given request to HDFC bank for redeem my point and i have paid payed credit card payment and Rs. 2400 have to adjust from my redeem point. but bank did not redeem my point and making penalty, interest and all charges.
    i have communicate to customer care and by mail also settall my account and close my credit card.
    now HDFC bank forcefully debited Rs. 9100 from my saving account.

      The servises of hdfc are very poor.Yesterday i had went to bank but your executive not contact ne directly he tell another third party perso who is not a bank employee And wearing visitor card in unitech branch. I had applied many time for creadit card but your executive dont tell me the proper reason for dis approval. What a faltu service ad when ever i am calling they dis connexted my call. The poor service provided by any bank.

      I have applied for credit card many times and all the times it was got dis approved. I dont get any call or messege regarding verification anf dont know the proper reason of dis approval. Before verifying all these thing bank always dis approve my application. I have applied for more than 6-7 times for credit card. If i am not financially strong then please let me infrom without doing nothing you are always suddenly disapprove how. I got always a message that your application number this is please check after 4 woriking days and after that it always got dis approved. If bank think that i am not strong in credit then plaease let me know rather that wasting my time and labour. Please let me know what are the challanges you are facing. Other wise i ll change my salary account to other bank because i dnt get any benefit from your bank. I have also called phone banking executives but they always pick the phone and suddenly disconnect the same. Is it the right manner to treat a custome? Are they dont know how to behave with a customer? Similarly i have went for Unitech, Rajrahat, Newtown, 700156 branch but your executive not contact me directly they send a third party agent who wearing visitor card in bank. Requesting you please confim i ll get credit card or not accoringly that i have to change my salary account.

        Sir
        My user id 53069043 have a salary account & a linked credit card(**** 0289). I registered smart pay to pay cesc electricity bill automatically but in my statement hdfc charging same amount two times with declaration that " cesc direct pay" & "samrt pay" since november, 2015 as rs 1080, 710 & 810...
        I have logged a complaint from my account last month to deactivae the direct pay or why this is shown in my statement?
        No response was made from hdfc again i submitted same request on last week & to day also. There is a fake feeling from & acknoeledgement mail from system... No actual response or investigation i felt on my complaint.

        In addition i called to toll no[protected], seen on hdfc care page, to followup my resolution but the auto voice is asking credit card no, expiry date etc & after putting all the card details the call disconnects automatically. Dont know whether the phone no is also a spam or not!

        I preferred hdfc credit card & transacts over lacs during few months but i think the support experience really bitter than axis or citi card & today again wrote to non responsive hdfc customer care to resolve it asap or tell the procedure to surrender.

          My hdfc policy no. is 14370552. I have not recieved the payment of my policy amount around one lakh sixty five thousand, although my policy lock in period has completed. company is telling that, the amount would be credited to the beneficiary account. but i dont know that, i have made my wife as nominee, but not beneficiary. she dont have the account.
          actually iam still alive, the amount should be credited to me, as a policy holder.
          so iam in need of amount immediately, for my needs. but company is troubling me to give the amount.
          so, iam writing this complaint to aware the public, about hdfc policies.

            i have purchased a policy of hdfc life policy no is[protected] on 29th feb 2016 in which i have mentioned my wife as a nominee whose name is "sarmistha basu" .But unfortunately when i received the policy document i found that there is major mistake in the nominee's surname. In your policy document it is written there nominee's name is "sarmistha das", which should be "sarmistha basu" which i have clearly mentioned in my form.So i am requesting you please help me how i can change the nominee' surname in my policy document

                I have send the letter to closed the a/c number [protected] in the month of april 2015 but still it is not closed. Through this a/c i took car loan and had clear everything on 10/04/2015 at patna the loan account number was 20442045. I could not access to the branch since i left the place and also will not able to maintain the balance requirement. Now i have not plan to used the account so please kindly closed the a/c.

                  Hello,

                  Greetings for the day!

                  I am writing you today to report and escalate multiple charges levied on my credit card billed statement for the month of April, 2016 that was not informed to me.

                  I am an active credit card user of your esteem bank for 6+ years and have been truly happy with the services your guys provide for the credit cards.

                  This time it was an unpleasant experience when I saw some unknown and unexplained alien charges on my account. I called in your bank to know if there is any extra charge for the cash withdrawals using the credit card. I was made assured that there is no "additional" charge for cash transactions and it's free of charge for you. But when I saw my bill this month, I was shocked because I was charged Rs.300 for each Rs.10000 withdrawn. In addition to this, I was charged with something Rs.1110 as finance charges.

                  I am sorry to say but this is not the way to carry on the business. The representatives are always helpful but this bitter experience has caused me immense trouble. I have been laid off from work for a month due to some medical issues and you guys billed me with something which I was not informed of. This is making me to take my business somewhere else from your bank.

                  I have been a happy user of HDFC credit card until this happened. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to take my business somewhere else and the organization I work for(Concentrix), will also be forced to remove tie ups with your bank. I won't hesitate to report this to the social media as well about the lies told to the customers and billing them with hefty unknown charges.

                  I request you to please look into this matter and kindly refund the charges for me which were not informed to me at the time I called in to enquire about it. This is a huge inconvenience. I hope you guys would understand.

                  I emailed them and their reply was: charges are valid and you will have to pay. that's it. not resolved

                  they didn't do anything except telling me: PAY THIS!!! Caused immense trouble. I have reported them with the RBI now.
                  I already have an on going Loan with hdfc and they called me after three months for a top up and I was ok with it.. gave all the documents required and have never failed in returning the emi's.. yet the credit manager declined my Loan because he was in a bad mood that's it
                  This was the reply I got please help and look into it for me

                  it was resolved but there is another scam now.i am going to file a f.i.r. someone called me claiming they r from hdfc bank and they r gonna credit my acct.ibstead they debited my acct for 4000 rs. that was done from my kotak bank account. good job hdfc guys!!!

                    I would like to bring in your notice that my husband late sh. Suresh kumar gupta has mortgaged our residential house property paper a-1 / 31 ground floor, satyawati colony, phase 3, ashok vihar, delhi -110052 with your bank in exchange of credit limit for sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no - 4091, naya bazar, delhi - 110006 with your hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi-110006.

                    My husband sh. Suresh kumar gupta expired on 08 december 2014. I went to the bank and met authorised officer mr mohit garg on 18 april 2015. I submitted him the application dated 18 april 2015 for withdrawal of all types of guarantee/surety with immediate effect and requested him for release of my house property immediately. Mr mohit garg assured me to release residential house property papers within one month.

                    Mr mohit garg did not keep his words after contacting many times on telephone which forced me to met mr inderdeep on 02 june 2015 at hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi -110006. I handed the application to mr inderdeep dated 02 june 2015 for release of my residential house property papers. Mr inderdeep assured me to release my papers within 15 days but no action has been taken by him. T

                    It came to my notice that hdfc bank branch, naya bazar, lahori gate, delhi-110006 has increased the credit limit of sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no -4091, naya bazar, delhi -110006 in september 2014 without consent of my husband because my husband refused to sign the surety/guarantee papers.

                    I would also like to bring in your notice that bank has increased the credit limit of sng agro impex pvt ltd & sng trading company, shop no -4091, naya bazar, delhi -110006 in january 2015, after the death of my husband i. E 08 december 2014 without our consent.

                    Currently the bank and its officials is not disclosing us the nature of loan and related details. Further i doubt on the morality of the mr mohit garg and mr inderdeep with regard to granting of huge credit limit and for not disclosing any information with regard nature of loan and its details in this case.

                    I had communicated with the bank officer several times but no result came. Attaching all the documents for your reference.

                    It is requested to you to help us to release of our property papers and save us from unethical practices of hdfc bank.

                      Hi,
                      This is Avinash Kumar Choudhary (Account no-[protected]) holding a Salary account in Hdfc bank which is located at sector 18 Noida.
                      My complain is all about the deduction from my account without any information.
                      1st incident happen on 2nd or 3rd of january 7600 from my account got deducted without any reason i called multiple times in customer care and as per their advise balance got deducted for credit card payment .

                      in next month i received my mini statement in which there were no adjustment made of that amount .

                      After that i am calling continuously to cst care regarding the same issue and they asked me to contact creadit card collection team and provide me two numbers which are:
                      33016801
                      33016802

                      I called them 1000 numbers of time but no one responded or called me back.

                      Today 04/30/2016 again my account get credited with 16198 and same has been deducted from my account .

                      Also i have made couple of request to call back but never get such calls.

                      I want my money back in my account and also where that adjustment made of 7600(approx).

                        Case:

                        I am surrendered my policy on 11 april 2016, but till now i didn't got any refund and the reason you people are saying like as below
                        Update on 18.04.2016: wrong nav selection and life assured name mismatch

                        Above is the reason you are saying... What i am saying at the time of surrender i am submitted all the required details:1) name declaration 2) cancelled check 3) address proof 4) id proof
                        But now you are saying name mismatch bull i don't know you are having a idea about name declaration or not
                        And the second reason you are saying wrong nav this is also bull answer from your end because i am surrendered my policy on 11 april after 3.30pm that means the next day nav will calculate and the same was taken consideration and again you are saying wrong nav selection, actually the nav selection is not from my end that's from your end only, you are blaming people saying silly reasons...

                        And also i visited the hdfc life banjarahills branch located in hyderabad, on 25/04/2016 regarding this issue, they are saying, sir you are submitted all the required documents so you don't need to submit again and again
                        And they are saying we are considered the right nav, we don't why this happened... And just saying we will follow up this issue with out taking any request from my end...
                        And also i am personally mailed to [protected]@hdfclife.com, [protected]@hdfclife.In... And they are useless they don't have knowledge regarding this issues simply saying we will process it give me some time and please contact hdfclife branch they will solve your issue but branch people saying there is nothing wrong from our end...

                        What do you mean! Do you think customers are fools? Why you people are cheating customers every time saying useless answers and useless promises
                        Hdfc life is not a trust-able company at all...

                          This is very disgusting that HDFC has debited Program Management Fee without any intimation or permission whatsoever.
                          Also the branch officials in North-Ex mall Rohini Branch are lying to me that an email and sms has been sent. This is breach of customer trust. HDFC must refund this fee WITH INTEREST.
                          HDFC management is answerable for this & this issue should be highly reported. I m awaiting for the answer.

                          I dont avail any of classic account services. I simply wanted to open simply saving account, but it was forced sell to me saying that there are no addl fee.

                            Someone name Minakshi called me 3 times this month regarding late payment of my of HDFC credit card, But every time she called me, she spoke like she actually owns the bank, the whole responsibility for customer to make the payment is on her and she have all the rights to insult customer on call, to shout on him, to speak with very disrespectful, abrupt, non-legal and very bad behavior I observed.
                            My simple request to HDFC is this, who has given the right to this lady to missuses and violate the policies and threat the customer with very violent behaviors ??

                              I did imps transaction in hdfc bank for rs. 45000/- on 29/04/2016. My sb a/c no [protected] debited but my beneficiary a/c no [protected] in sbi is not credited. My sb a/c hdfc bank is not credited back. Stattion us of imps transaction shown by hdfc bank is "your last transaction has been timed out. You will receive your status in your mobile shortly". Imps ref no is imps-p2a[protected]

                              The said transaction has timed out hence the fund will be credited in beneficiary bank account in 2 working days. Please check with the beneficiary bank for further status of funds.

                              Already complaints log on 19th april & 21st april but no response till now.

                              Hdfc return my excess amount with interest.

                                  It courteous request to all my People an urge that Never invest any money in HDFC Life Insurance biggest fraud cheater in Insurance business If you don't believe than try you will your self be punished here my truth and complaint against HDFC

                                  It very disappointed and frustrated service from HDFC Life insurance and I want my back invested amount Rs 20000 credited purchased your HDFC ULIP for tax exemption and Investment in June2015 Policy No 17625053 on paying Rs 15000 for 3 ECS thereafter none ECS get deducted from my Citibank totally completely nostalgic I was totally harassed and horrified irrelevant and misbehave by cheater and trying to fraud my money saving amount After 6 month also not my single ECS has been deducted any way after 3 month they send the person cancelled blank cheque for ECS deduction one month ECS for Rs 5000- now the most erratic part of your HDFC service I checked for next 6 month till now April2016 there wasnt any single ECS done from Citibank Anyhow seeking your irresponsibility irregularity its not creating trust bond which can confidence that my invested money is saved in your Insurance Policy Overall I don't have trust on your Insurance and I want my invested money Rs 20000 back and to my account as early as possible

                                      We have sufficient amount of balance in mybank account then also hdfc bank bounce our cheque, this is creating a wrong image of my firm in market therefore a good judgement is to be made
                                      We need a good decision & fast we have the right to make complaint on hdfc
                                      In this case our bank has also claimed that party has balance in the account they gave us the sufficient amount letter

                                        I got a call saying that my debit card had not been used for a long time, and it was going to be blocked. if i wanted to stop the card from being blocked, i should act immediately and share my card details.
                                        Coincidentally i hadn't actually used my card for a very long time and had recently applied for a new ATM PIN, so i believed the call to be a genuine call. however it was not genuine. Such sensitive information being circulated to an outsider is not at all acceptable. The caller made a lot of forge transactions and debited upto 50, 000 from my HDFC bank account. THe HDFC employees could have been involved in the forgery, as important information was known by the fake caller who calimed to be from HDFC bank itself.
