I'm using hdfc credit card since last one month card number ending with 8311. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1299 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card who you have deducted in my credit card account

    I have got job and opened salary account with hdfc in march 2017. Before that i had an credit card with hdfc. I had lost my job last year and due to financial problem i was not able to make payment for credit card. Now my account balance is showing as 14039/-
    But total available balance is -90139. Is it possible for bank to do so without any notification as the credit card was not linked to my salary account. Does we have have negative balance in salary account.
    I wish to make the payment for the credit card but now i am stuck and not able to use my debit card. The customer care is unresponsive and number is always busy and now i am facing lot of problem due to this issue. Please help me. How can they do so without giving any notice.

      I tok a health policy and when they called me to renew the policy i said i dont want to renew the policy and they have still debited the amount from my account. I made a call to the call centre and she said that your request has been taken and will be cancelled and money will be refunded in your account. But why did they renew it when i never wanted their policy. Fooling customers for money is what they want.

        Respected sir, my company munjal kiriu industries pvt ltd. Open my & all employees salary account together in hdfc bank. After 3 year, my employer change my & all employees bank account in another bank. After 4 month come back in same account in same bank hdfc bank. Then from amb charged deducted only my account. When that my employer send salary code in hdfc bank. But hdfc bank not in action. My account no. [protected]. Plz solve it & return my all deducted amb charged.

        Respected sir, my name is GOVIND PRASAD as account holder, a/c no. [protected] registered​ contact no.[protected].
        I applied for credit card on 12th april 2017, all needed documents are given representative, and also tele verification and address also finished successfully, with my reference number i checked my status, it showing "IN PROCESS"almost 18 working days finished, still i not received my credit card.

        I had tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Tirupati by using red bus service on22-apr-2017 at 10 :30am but even money deducted from my account but ticket didn't book.
        I request you to please refund amount deducted my credit card account

          The bank has made credit card enquiry without i being applied it for. I have complained several times and there is no response from the team.
          Please take action to close the cancelled card along with the enquiry made on my name without my approval and i being applied it for. This is seriously affecting and having negative impact on my score.
          I have mailed to the nodal officers and escalated the issues several times to the customer service team via email and calls and there is no action or response taken.

          i have registered the CIBIL dispute on the enquiry made by HDFC and i does not own any type of accounts/card with your bank.

          As requested shared the details above,
          HDFC credit card has debited my account and paid some ones else mobile. Now they want me to speak to Airtel regarding this to sort out the complaint. I have never registered for the services and neither have given such a number. They have done a mistake or their agency have misutilised my card. Now HDFC cc do not want to take any responsibility

              Dear sir, I have currently working with the Hdfc life & resigned from the job on dated 29th may because my Tm Mr. Prasanna dash pressurised me for termination or say give me resignation. beacause i just late last 3 days because my bike problem & before I come I was report to my Bm why I came late & they know. But sir last some months lots of partiality & Torcher happened with me even I have complete first my pm1 on individual efforts without my Bm support & on pm2 stage I was active in March business wise I have push hard in April but my crime is just I have not active in April therefore dash sir told me for coming their cabin & Torchering me for termination give me in written forcefully which letter i have attached in this mail otherwise I will terminate you.i don't think which I have written I have violated any code because it was forcefully. I am sincere in my work & regularly come on time & utilised full time on the field & work on system basis however he has pressurised me & tell me you can't go out of my cabin without written these things.               The above said HDFC Policy (Moneyback) Policy No. 00023482 was matured on 24/2/2017. inspite o[censored]ploading required docuemnts through email to '[protected]@hdfc.life, am not yet received the payment.
              No communication from HDFC life so far.
              If the payment not settled wihtin 7 days, I will submit the compliant to IRDA for payment.

                  Would like to bring into your kind notice that i am getting harassment calls from your agents for not paying the dues.

                  I have already communicated to all the agents since sep 2016 that i have no job in hand still i want to pay back as on getting the promise from one of your agent that all outstanding would be recovered in emi's when outstanding amount was 158000/= i paid inr 20700 and afterwords again i found that amount was not converted in emi,

                  From that day i am getting calls and outstanding is 220000/=, today some person named kishore ([protected]) called me and i have all recordings with me as they were threatening me continuously where as i am ready to pay in emi as i am working on daily basis where i am getting 15k per month and i requested him to converted in easy emi for next 2 years i will repay.

                  But this fellow is trying the limits using the abuse languages with me and other known persons of me.

                  Kindly please let me know should i knock the door of court as a case of harassment.

                          Respected Sir,
                          I am Ravi Malviya customer of hdfc bank.
                          I had availed two wheelers loan from hdfc bank vidisha branch in 2011. Of rs 34000.00 I repaid loan amount as per described schedule from bank, but due to some financial reasons there was some dpd in repaymemt.
                          While I contacted to branch one of the officer assured me that he will waive my penalty's charged by bank and I have to pay only some part of outstanding amount.
                          That time I was unaware of writtenoff concept of banking industry. And I done as per instructions of officer.
                          Now I applied for home loan at a financial institute and I came to know that there is written off status of my previous two wheelers loan.
                          I am agreed to pay all the written off amount, requesting you to kindly guide to came out of this blunder mistake.
                          I will be pleased if you provided me easy solutions to remove the writtenoff status.

                                I am senior citizen of 81 years old and I financed purchase of flat for my son. Still my son had to take loan of Rs 30 lacs from hdfc in april 2016 on floating rate. The installment outgo is Rs 27750 for 20 years. After reduction in interest rate present installment should be around Rs 24500. Whereas RBI is helping everybody for buying houses but these banks are not rtady to listen. Most of the persons I talked to are helpless. I retired in 1004 from P S U AS GENERAL MANAGER.                                   My uncle has taken a personal loan from hdfc bank few years back.. All payments were made timely but at the end due to some financial issues few installments were made late but later on all dues were cleared and have even got noc from banks branch in hazratganj lucknow 2 years have passed still his name is not removed from blacklist of cibil and when he went to back they are directly refusing to remove the name... We have applied for loan from other bank its an urgency... Untill and unless name is removed we can get another loan look into this matter and give a solution...

                                  My uncle took a personal loan from your bank few years back... He had made all the installments.. Only at the end few installments were made late due to some financial issue but in 2015 all payment was cleared the banks branch in hazratganj also gave the noc then why his name is still not removed from your banks blacklist... Look into this matter... And i want a reply as well...

                                  HDFC BANK customer support team contacted us to resolve our problem of removal of name from CIBILS BLACKLIST now why they are asking 9000/- rs to remove name from blacklist which kind of a procedure is this ... after paying all due amount and after that 5000/- as penalty in 2015 ...now why again asking for money to remove name... need an answer to this ??
                                  I had taken a personal loan from hdfc bank few years back.. All payments were made timely but at the end due to some financial issues few installments were made late but later on all dues were cleared and have even got NOC from banks branch in santosh nagar branch 2 years have passed still his name is not removed from blacklist of CIBIL and when he went to back they are directly refusing to remove the name... We have applied for loan and credit card from other bank its an urgency... Untill and unless name is removed we can get another loan look into this matter and give a solution...

                                      I have already made full and final payment of the card outstanding amount way back in year 09/2014, and also requested for card closure. But to my surprise, i see that there is an outstanding amount for this card amounting to rs 2809.

                                      I came to know about is as i see that my cibil score is affected due to an outstanding of this amount to hdfc.
                                      When contacted hdfc customer support they were unable to pull out the records as card is suspended status and transaction dated long back.
                                      They arranged for call back, person who called abck after 2 days insisted the charges were valid and i have to make payment, how absurd is that.

                                      Even after closure of my card, they keep adding late charges and then tell me to pay up, and also complain to cibil so that my credit history reflect bad.

                                      This is ideal example where this bank is making illegal use of the cibil facility.

                                      I have 2-3 other cards and evey month i spend around 50 to 60k, and no dues are reflected in this card. Even if there is a 1 or 2 delay in payment i get prompt reversal of the charges. (Unlike this hdfc bank.)

                                      They do not have a greviance redressal cell, its all customer support for every number you dial.
                                      Also in hdfc website 66224332 is given as greviance cell number, it is customer pin reset number.

                                      Can anyone call me from hdfc at [protected] to resolve this issue and make my cibil score better.
