I have cancelled order on paytm and they have refunded money to bank which is debited from my debit card. I also received SMS that - "Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 2324 for Rs. 14328.00 has been credited/reversed by PAYTM14226 on[protected]:14:53:15". But till now I didn't received in my bank account.

My credit card ending 7034 has been selected for 25, 000/- loan on the basis of my credit card. So Users I just wanted to Inform you please do not trust such fake commitment calls.
On yesterday I got a call from one of the HDFC Executive and she said I will get a loan in 10 min approval process but since last couple of days I am trying to get this loan.

Its been two years since i had requested closure of my two children"s bank account through a employee mr prateek batra of hdfc bank branch gopinath bazaar delhi cantt. This individual had pleaded me to open the accounts of my children as he had to meet some bank targets.

Amount has been debited from my account without any knowledge. Some body has used atm card and they have taken around 50000. Im very much frustrated. This is very very huge amount which i cannot tolerate. Have register a complaint. They are asking me to file a fir in police station. Why should i go to police station? Bank has to pay for this. I got a card way back in 2004 and I was missold by HDFC bank executive then by saying there is no annual fee, however to my horror I got first bill after 3 months which was having an expense of 900 and 1000 as card charges .
However, I refused to pay 1000 which was card charges and paid 900 which was my due and got it settled .

Had applied for credit card a month back but their team has stopped giving any communication after collecting the document and issuing application ref no. Tracking link on the website is showing "IN PROCESS" for the last 3 weeks. Was told that I'll get the card in 10 days after I apply, but it is still in process even after a month.

The case started on 20th oct'2016.

There were 3 fraudulent transaction happened on my credit card in the month of oct’16. I spoke to customer care and they asked me to fill in the dispute form and send it to dispute team.
The first mail which i sent was on 30th oct’16. Even after that i mailed multiple times for the status of the dispute.
