Plz registered my complaints and take action at early. Waiting for reply on [protected]. I unable to pay home loan due to this trouble. I want rembersement and action against this trouble. Yesterday also i have filled complaints form, till time i didn't get any reply.

      Went to the bank to open 5 year tax saving account but instead they opened hdfc life insurance account (Hdfc sl progrowth super ii). Its been several days when i tried contacting them, they are simply giving excuses.
      Now i got message from them that my policy has lasped and i need to pay revival fee to continue with the insurance account. Feeling really frustated and agitated, can't trust these people any more, simply looting customers.
      Details mentioned below:

      Took policy at hdfc bank lanka branch varanasi (U. P.)

      Not sure what to do now.

        I am using a HDFC Bank Credit Card for more than Three years now.
        I was told that i can use the card and can convert my transaction into Monthly EMI. But after my first transaction i was informed that this facility is not availaible on my card. Unfortunately due to some urgency i exhausted the limit on my card. When i asked the bank to convert the outstanding on my card into monthly EMI they again refused the same. I am paying the Minimum amount for last two years and now I am fed up of this.

        i have ask the bank to do a Complete settlement on the same by Paying 25 K and close this and again they have refused to do so.

          I am pravee patel. My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). I logged into my account and i see that i have rs -8, 349.1 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank.. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer. According to rbi it is illeagal.

              Hi i am sunil katke from mumbai, policy no: 18958797. I had applied for a hdfc click to protect plus plan with sum assured of 2cr + 2cr on accidental death. I gave all documents regarding my medical history, my earlier policy rejection related emails to the employee harishchandra vyapari [protected] and ashish from vikhroli mumbai branch. They took 3 months time post providing all documents they asked (Have supporting of details sent with dates) to provide me the insurance cover note which i received on 27th march 2017. To my surprise, the policy note data regarding my historical health data, historical policy rejection data and such 4 to 5 important data was mentioned wrongly / incorrectly. I raised the alarm same day and sent a detailed mail to hdfc ([protected]@hdfclife) and the 2 employees (Mentioned above) same night. They didnt respond. I called them the other day for which they said, dont worry sir, i will speak to the underwriter and get the changes done, they may have entered these details wrongly (Have phone recording of these conversations). I said ok, please do the corrections and get me the correct policy note issued as a policy note with incorrect data carries no value if something happens to me. Hdfc life will simply highlight the mistakes and reject the claim raised by my nominee (Where even after paying all premiums on time the insurance will be of no use). With this i gave them 15 days time to get the corrections done. I also told them if these corrections are not done then what?, they said if its not done i will get your full refund done.in between i called them for taking a follow up for which i always was told we are getting it done in a day or two. Finally the 15th day came, i had lost faith and trust on hdfc life and decided to raise a cancellation request (Else the free look period will be over and i will be left with a incorrect policy note and will have to bare the loss of entire rs. 42200 premium i paid) just to make sure i get what ever money i can. I received rs. 31000 credit back few days ago. Now my question to all is.. Why should i bare the loss of rs. 11000 when i had given all details as demanded by them in time, i wanted to continue with the policy had they made corrected their mistakes in 15 days time. Since they failed i was forced to cancel my policy to ensure i dont loose the entire money for some one elses mistakes / fraud. After this i raised a complaint at [protected]@hdfclife for which they reverted saying nothing can be done now.

              This means hdfc life can cheat people by issuing a in correct policy note. If some one sees the mistakes and cancels it within 15 days its not going to hurt hdfc life as the customers money will be deducted for the stamp duty paid, or life cover which never existed since the information mentioned was wrong. And if some one didnt go through the policy note and fail to cancel the policy withing 15 days then the customer will be left with a wrong policy note and entire premium amount will be a loss with no life cover (As hdfc life will highlight these mistakes when the nominee raises a claim in future and they can simply reject the claim and enjoy the free premiums)

              I guess hdfc life has come out with such cheap tactics to get premiums at the same time they wont be liable to settle the claim. Well done guys. I am going to shift all my / family accounts with hdfc, loans, investments etc to a genuine company.

              I request all not to fall pray to such a fraud company. There are better genuine insurance companies that have decency to follow ethics.

              I have black listed hdfc life forever and i am going legal with all supporting i have to make them pay 1000 times more than the amount they have not yet refunded.

              are you kidding me, boss, please go through the complaint i have written, i have mentioned [protected]@hdfclife name and their non response / default responses like a auto mailer. its of no use sending emails to [protected]@hdfclife as the person responding seems to be sending stereotype emails without reading the complaints. surprised to receive the same stereotype message from you without reading my complaint too... god help HDFClife.. its a good organisation in bad people hand...
              Sir I purchase childern double benifit plan.but i pay one instalment plz tell me that can i withdrw my money on the maturity of my policy

                Sir I was booking a flight via goair on 12th january 2017 and got my transaction failed.
                I cross checked with the airlines and they didn't receive the amount.
                So I lodge my complained with your bank RCP branch mumbai.
                Its been more than four months those people never gave me a satisfying response. I use to visit the bank twice every month and every time they told me that they are waiting for the response from the merchant
                Sir today they replied me that transaction was valid .
                If it was so they should have told me earlier.

                This is not the way to deal with your customer
                A private bank will always remain private i think it can never reach the level of a well working bank.
                I want my money back or just tell me whether earth aur sky has eaten the money .

Now I left the job and after that bank started sending me message regarding non maintainance and bank is charging me non maintainance charge in negative balance. But as per RBI this is wrong. When I speak to customer care they replied the money is on hold due to non payment of credit card outstanding which was not belongs to me. The story is they issued a credit card to someone similar to my name 10 years back and without any information and communication they hold my money in my savings account aa recovery of outstanding of that credit card which was not belonged to me.

                        I have applied for credit card before 35 to 40 days and the reference number they have provided me is [protected]WH. They told me that the card would be processed within 10 days but nothing has happened and there executives are not even having any details about it. So i dont know what to do as no one is having answer even customer care of hdfc is not giving proper answers as one would not accept such service from a good bank like hdfc. As i have received twice the message about 10 days and 5 days for card to be processed but nothing has happened yet.

                          I am an HDFC bank CC holder, noticed that they are adding finance charges for the recent transactions along with the due amount which is not applicable.
                          It is acceptable for the due amount but why they are including recent transactions too for finance charges. This is not good for doing such a cheap tricks from the HDFC BANK.

                            Unfortunately I have credit card of HDFC Bank and purchased Washing machine on credit card. Since than i`m paying more than installment amount. Two times i have to pay more than installment as fund was not sufficient. During payment i have selected minimum amount as i understand installment amount. When i inquired today when only 03 installments have been left, i was asked to pay 19000/- Rs.

                            Machine`s original cost was 18, 500/-, I have paid 10 emi`s and still i was aked to pay more 19000 rs.
                            Further when complained, i was told that you supposed to be understood when you purchased card.

                                I am rajesh bhalja. Applied to open new account at bopal, samarpen complex branch ahmedabad.
                                Not received kit till 08 days are over. Trading account not opened till date. Not getting satisfactoring answer from branch people even after no. Of calls. Very lathargic functioning. Customer id given is 629617.

                                As i have to go out of station and even after requesting to do it on priority, lot of delay is there. Now i am thinking to withdraw and not to continue with hdfc bank

                                  HDFC Credit Card Fraud — Fuel Surcharge Waiver Scheme fraud

                                  I see a Systematic fraud by HDFC on Fuel Surcharge waiver scheme, if swiped for Rs.1000/-, I expect to see same amount but to my surprise, i see Rs.1028.09 being posted on the stmt and Rs.25.08 is credited back leaving a gap of Rs.3.01. I see a pattern where 2.809% is charged on top of authorized amount and only 2.5% is returned leaving 0.309% which is charged by HDFC, I tried to call customer care but he was able to see the issue but was only insisting on refunding difference for 1 transaction only but i have insisted on all the transactions so far on the card. This is not an isolated case, happening for all HDFC credit card holders who have fuel surcharge waiver feature promised as a benefit

                                    Hello all,

                                    Myself abishai joy. I have transferred 1200 pounds out of my wallet in hsbc uk. Despite of the swift details provided, it is highly disappointing to hear, the renowned bank cannot track this and it is becoming 2 weeks. I do hear that the manager ananth sudalai mogappair west doesn't attend the calls, could you please tell me or clarify, is this your standard of service?

                                    I need a reply to this asap.
