My card is blocked post 5th May.Got a SMS on 5th' May that card is temp disabled in absence of KYC docs.Prior to this i never got any intimation to submit the KYC docs.This has caused severe impact as i am a regular user of CC.They have advised to submit the KYC in a PO box through post/courier and courier is not willing to take the doc for PO box.
I tried to make a complain to the customer care but they refused to treat this as a compliant.

I need to know if i have not been given any oppurtunity to submit the documents, can this not be treated as complaint?

thanks for your response. My name is Vikash Mehrotra and my contact number is [protected]. My card number is ending with 0629. I was not following up this as i i have put it in grivenance but till date there is no resolution.

The issue is even after sending the KYC documents which was is duly received by your Chennai office on 18th May, my card is still in disabled state. I have provided proof of delivery as well but you guys are taking your own sweet time. The grivenace cell is also of no help as they failed to resolve the issue even after a week of raising this.
Can you please let me know what is the next level of escalation?

      I had Booked Prestige Elect Kettle order no.[protected] against reward points on 3rd Apr 17 but till now not received and no communication from HDFC. Bank employees and personal officer are also not helping saying that these are all online activities hence we cant help!!! This really horrible. I hope some body sees this complaint and resolve immediately

        Dear sir,
        Subject - fraud transaction don with my hdfc bank credit card no-[protected].
        I have make complain on 24/10/2014 to hdfc bnak customer care for below fraud transaction has done with my credit.
        1. 04/10/2014 - via bangalore in - rs. 12224.00
        2. 09/10/2014 - bharti airtel ltd-mumb mumbai i - 3000.00
        3. 09/10/2014 - WWW.PAYTM.COM noida i - 2000.00
        4. 09/10/2014 - WWW.PAYTM.COM noida i - 2000.00
        5. 09/10/2014 - paytm noida in - 2000.00
        6. 09/10/2014 - paytm noida in -999.00
        7. 09/10/2014 - paytm noida in - 999.00
        8. 09/10/2014 - paytm mobile solutions noida i - 1000.00
        Total amount is - 24222.00
        All above transaction was done without my knowledge. Even i haven't received any sms or e-mail on my registered mobile no or e-mail. When transaction was done i was leaving in abroad. I always keep active my registered mobile no [protected] and e-mail id.
        I'm fallowing up since oct. 2014 to till now hdfc bank is unable to give me justice.
        1st fallow up with hdfc bank customer care (Mr. Balaji) (Customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com), and many more representative of hdfc bank, but they are unable to resolve it and they have told me it's your responsibility to pay all amount to hdfc bank. I asked him to provide me valid proof but till now they are unable to give and they are making so many problem in my working life.
        2nd fallow up with ms. Geetha priya manager - correspondence (Pno desk) (Priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) and she has taken more than 3 month to investigate it and finally she was unable resolve my complain and also unable to provide me otp proof for sms and e-mail. She has confirmed me that - all transaction was done with secured and bank has send otp on registered mobile no. She has also confirmed me that - i must pay to hdfc bank without any proof. Either i have made or else. She has also told me that – his manager was trying to call me but unable to reach. It was not true cause on that time i was abroad and i have never received any call on my international mobile no. If she is true kindly she can provide me call log, on which mobile no they have called. Causes i have already update to her my international mobile no.

        3rd fallow up with mr. Pramod nair, manager - correspondence (Chairman & md cell) (Priorityredressal. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) he has also taken more than 2 month to investigate it but finally he has also confirm me that all transaction was done with secure and with otp and i need to pay all above amount. Till now he is unable to give me any proof of otp which was send to my registered mobile.
        As per me – all transaction was fraud and hdfc bank is unable to resolve it and they are forcing to me to pay all outstanding amount either i have made or someone else.
        I want to declare that all transaction was fraud cause
        1. I have never shared any confidential information to anybody such as passwords, pin number, secured personal information etc., through e-mail, letter, sms (Short message service) or on calls..
        2. When transaction was done i haven’t received any sms or e-mail on registered mobile no and e-mail id. Excluding for above transaction i was always received sms on same mobile no.
        3. As per his (Hdfc bank) report when transaction was done i was leaving in abroad and all transaction ip belongs from india server with different location.
        4. I was carry my credit card and mobile no with me.
        5. Till now hdfc bank has not sent me any valid proof for all fraud transaction was done. It’s totally hdfc bank security system failure.
        Kindly help and provide me justice.

        To, HDFC BANK, as per your above communication till now i haven't find any update... when you will close this complain? why all of you are not responding my complain with proof?
        Kindly give me proof which i was requested from bank if you are unable to give me proof then close the complain and send me NOC as soon as possible cause i'm fallowing since oct. 2014 and till now HDFC bank is unable to give me right proof which i was requested.

          I had applied for a HDFC ERGO policy in 2014, where it was said over telephonic communication that after 2yrs completion the premium amount will be adjusted in my c.card bill. After 2yrs completion, an executive of the bank Jaydeep Roy called to confirm the same & confirmed that to get the benefit of the adjustment, I need to first renew the Policy & after 3 month's premium payment, I will be getting the adjustment benefit of total (24+3)=27month's premium in 2 equal amounts in the 4th & 5th month respectively.I was even given a policy cancellation date & document number in support. This person confirmed though I will accept for the renewal they will cancel the policy from the bank's end & will do the needful. Many a times my call were not attended/even put on hold, but till Feb-17 I was coordinating with this person. Now in May-17, when I try to follow up, I am being informed, that this was a false commitment & that no such adjustment will be made.
          I have the call recordings which I can provide on demand in support of my above complaint. Please provide me justice.

              My name Is Nitin Kaushal and I am working In Guru Nanak Dev Engg. College since last five years. I have applied for personal loan on 06.04.2016. To process the application they took around 20 days. when I strictly forced them to take action on my application they further took 10days. Further on they refused my application by giving an unjustified reason. May be the concerned person name is Ruchika Sarin. May be she is not such mature to understand any statement and I am disappoint how she is on such post. Now again I am demanding my documents since eight nine days. but there is no response.                 I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]" on 10th April RS-517+43 and on 28th April 646, on 15 th May 517 is deducted from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for Feb 2017 Mar 2017 April and May 2017. My account was salary account, suddenly it gets change into saving account with some min balance limit, without any Intimation from bank. Now total Rs:1723 is deducted in two months. without any confirmation and call how can someone take my money. and second thing its a bank mistake they must inform me that your acoount is now become salary account please maintain balance. please refund my whole money into my account.

                I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]". Around total of Rs. 3275.00 has been deducted from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS from January 2017 to July 2017. My account was corporate salary account and it is still showing salary account with some min balance limit. Without any Intimation from bank now total Rs:3275.00 has been deducted in last 7 months without any confirmation and call. How can someone take my money without any information. If account is converted from salary to saving then bank should inform me to maintain balance. But it is still showing SAVINGS - CORPORATE SALARY TYPE 1. Please refund my whole money into my account as it is still salary account, so that i can continue this account with proper balance limit. If not then please close this account. I want to continue this account.

                      What is that third party cash transactions inc mean? Why they are deducted without my knowledge and no intimation before? Please check it out and revert my money back. And further please don't deduct any amount without any intimation mail or SMS.Dont make us to feel that your bank is worst and deduct amount often.                         I had taken personal loan of 10 lakh i want to preclose the loan. But they are charging me 5percent when other banks are offering for free... This information was not given before... Even part payment doesn't exist... They want to ruin the common man.
                        Initially the loan was offered with interest of 13.5 even person claimed that part payment and preclosure facilities are available... But no such things and hdfc is cheating people when other banks are able to provide the part and pre closure options

                          My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company in mumbai, a/c no : [protected].
                          So once i left the company in 2012 and joined another company in 2014, i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). Also, i have not been much in mumbai due to studies and working outside. I had some balance left in my account at that time which was less than rs.10000. Today i logged into my account on 15th may 2017 and i see that i have rs -9000 in my account. I have not received any deduction messages on my registered mobile number which has not changed and i do not check my email id regularly due to number of irrelevant emails from hdfc bank and also it is not my primary used email id.

                          I had called customer care some time ago and raised a request to close my account as i did not wish to use the account and they did said that they will follow up with the request and close the account. I have not been using my debit card/credit card for long time now. I went to hdfc bank branch to close my account, they handed me a form but asked me to pay penalty charges first.

                          As per rbi regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance in dormant accounts. You may check this link:

                          Please waive off the negative balance as i want to close my account as soon as possible.

                            My name is joydeep bhattacharya and i had applied for a hdfcbank moneyback credit card. My previous two years annual itr limit is more than 2 lakhs and i was eligible for the hdfc money back credit card as they told me. I was given application number from the hdfcbank - [protected]e1, when i checked the status it is showing disapproved.

                            I did not got a proper cause that why my application has been disapproved. I run a small web development firm in saltlake, sector 5, kolkata. My company transaction per month is above 2 lakhs which comes to my hdfc current account each month. I have provided all the kyc and still they have rejected my application. I am also looking forward to close my current account in this bank and open the account in any other bank.

                            Hi Anay,

                            There was a signature mismatch and they have given me the declaration form, i have filled up it already and they sent it to Chennai. It was previously dispapproved when i tracked my status. but today i wanted to check my status and nothing was showing.

                            May i know what is the issue now and when i can get my card? Otherwise i also have to close my company current account with HDFC.

                              On 12th May 2017 deduction was done from my account with out any information. If you want to deduct, kindly first inform. so kindly check and in the month of April I have done around 15000 transaction and till now I didn't get any message or any confirmation mail from Hdfc . so why are you deducting this type of amount .It is highly regrettable and pls refund my balance. other wise i will go through the RBI nd suggest everyone to avoid HDFC bank at any cost .I hope that receive my own balance.

                              despite maintaining sufficient credit balance in my HDFC SB A/C No. [protected] your BASTI Branch, uttar pradesh, bank has deducted rs.531/- from my account on 11.12.2017. this is not first time but has occured 2-3 times also. on visiting to them no fruitful reply is given.

                              such chaos does not suit to a prestigious bank like you. please reverse entry and confirm.

                                I am a customer to ur bank and i understand i have been due in making my payments... I am not on a situation to make any payment and i have already explained the same to ur agents... Also i promised i will once i start working... However i still continue to receive calls at least 10 and people congratulations at my place threatening me and making a scene... This isn't what i expect from a reputed company like urs... I hope u make sure this kind of harrisment doesn't continue or i will be left with no option than to file a complaint about i guys and other legal harrisment formalities...

                                      I said that I will not for one month minimum amount for my credit card because of my illness I said more than 15 times they are keep on calll me from various numbers.. Make me in to mental tension not able to work in office or stay in home... I will pay what ever balance I have.
