Hi guys, it took overriding lot of humbleness and patience to come here and write this, i have been a old customer of hdfc credit cards for more than 3 yrs and my credits have must have gone in lacs of rs (all which were paid on time), a year back i lost my credit card and blocked it, i did get a replacement card, i tried multiple times to get it activated, through there sms service and all, now already have two other cards from other banks...

On viewing my credit card statement for March, 2017 i.e. bill dated 19th March, 2017 I found the petrol bills debit wrongly made. I used to put for ''Rs.200 only everytime and as such i received message for Rs.200 each time. But in my statement petrol bill debit made as 202.70. 211.30 like that at all times. Why this error? So far i have not checked my bills every month. This month only I occasionally checked. and noticed. In this connection...

I have applied for hdfc credit card, my credit card application no is [protected]w1, i fullfilled their necessary eligibility for credit card, and they said sir your credit card will be approved, but after some days i got email that they rejected my application, but i want to know why?? They rejected my application i want my documents back.
This should be tell before taking my documents....

Since 2 weeks i have been following up with hdfc but with no response.
My account was debited with 50k without any intimation due to which my account balance is currently in negative state.
Even my this month salary was adjusted in negative state and i am facing very hard times due to the same.
Even my relationship manager is not picking up my calls.
I have no idea who will be able to help me in this kind of situation...

In personal loan (Loan no[protected] committed interest rate only 12.85% and i confirmed with representatives mrs. Sathya (Emp id 851966) but disbursed loan interest rate is 16.80% they never confirm reveised interest rates with me before disbursements of my loan amount, since i was asked about that to her, her response was very rude and no response

I applied a Home loan in the month of September. Loan is neither approved nor I got my money, You took my money of 11, 615/-(I gave through Cheque).

I called you several times for this. But most of the time you were busy and several times I spoke to you and reminded you about the money. But I did not get anything so far. Please give my money back....

Unexpected deduction on 1st branch transaction for the month.
172.5 rs has been deducted from my account when someone deposited 2300 in my account from outside the home city branch. This was the 1st branch transaction for this month and when i am trying to contact to customer care i am not reachable to them....

I have added some of the amount to my payzapp account which was successful but when i was doing a payment through this app it got declined by payzapp and amount deducted from my account. Now when i spoke with payzapp people they told money will credited to my account in 12 days but still money has not credited to my account. I am using hdfc netbanking service from last almost 1 year without any problems. But nowadays its not working from last 2 or 3 days it is showing loading when i entered login id and password. I am using through hdfc netbanking mobile application. I also try to open it from Google chrome but the problem is remain same. It is showing that my last session is not terminated. I hope you will work on it and solve this problem Asap. Thankyou....

I have not received redemption amount in my saving account.

Today I have visited at HDFC Bank Ltd and Karvy Computershare Pvt Ltd at Gwalior.

I have purchase items from Easy Day Store on 30 November 2016. i have made payment using debit card . three times payment deducted from my card -

Amount wrongly deducted under DC INTL POS TXN MARKUP + ST from my act without my notice on 1st April 2017.

As per my understanding this is "Txn - Transaction. Markup - Foreign currency markup. St - Service tax. It is the foreign currency markup charges charged to your card for doing swiping your card at an International location. ... HDFC bank charges 3.5 of the transaction amount as a fee for using your debit card for a transaction...

Amount 28 is getting deducted with the description NWD DEC CHG (ATM Withdrawal charges) eventhough my account was opened as salary account and was said there will be no sur charges for any no of withdrawals from ATM other than HDFC. There were no intimation regarding the policy change if any also. This is very bad and unprofessionalism as a reputed worldwide bank shouldn't be doing this....

I took one personal loan from HDFC bank in Aug 2014. I don't remember my loan account number, and without account number I would not be able to get the statement.
I called HDFC customer care many times (since last week I am chasing them) and each time nobody knows how to furnish me with me loan account number or its statement.

I got call from [protected] neha from hdfc finance services and told me that hdfc finance service offer me loan on 0% roi. She called me multiple time and i also try to digest how's this possible? She explained me as this is possible as they will take policy from hdfc life insurance and against this policy they will give me porsonal loan without interest rate. My policy number 15620704. Hdfc offficials told me lies saying you have to pay for five years and sold this policy after i came to know i had to pay 11 years. I came to know that i got cheated after paying three years. I have paid 1.5 lakhs now they are saying my surrender value is 71k. Is it good for u cheating retired employee like this? See like helping me to come out of their cheating...

Please reissue me cheque book & debit card as my old cheque book is fully used & debit card panel is damaged. I have tried with both Phonebanking & Website, Both not giving any kind of response. Even nearest branch people were not cooperating.
