HDFC Credit Card Fraud — Fuel Surcharge Waiver Scheme fraud

I see a Systematic fraud by HDFC on Fuel Surcharge waiver scheme, if swiped for Rs.1000/-, I expect to see same amount but to my surprise, i see Rs.1028.09 being posted on the stmt and Rs.25.08 is credited back leaving a gap of Rs.3.01. I see a pattern where 2.809% is charged on top of authorized amount and only 2.5% is returned leaving 0.309% which is charged by HDFC, I tried to call customer care but he was able to see the issue but was only insisting on refunding difference for 1 transaction only but i have insisted on all the transactions so far on the card. This is not an isolated case, happening for all HDFC credit card holders who have fuel surcharge waiver feature promised as a benefit

    Hello all,

    Myself abishai joy. I have transferred 1200 pounds out of my wallet in hsbc uk. Despite of the swift details provided, it is highly disappointing to hear, the renowned bank cannot track this and it is becoming 2 weeks. I do hear that the manager ananth sudalai mogappair west doesn't attend the calls, could you please tell me or clarify, is this your standard of service?

But still now 2000/rs amount was not credited inmy account. He went asked at bank and they told him amount was not yet credited

          I was having a salary account with hdfc bank then it turned into saving account when my company changed then i withdrawal all my money and made it zero balance may be two years back, till now it was good but suddenly i received a message from hdfc bank that i have "-1, 397.25" balance in my account. I haven't performed any transaction from last 18 months or so. Right now i can not afford to pay that much money at once. But why should i pay for not performing any transaction i almost forgot about my account but suddenly that message arrived and i don't know what to do. I just wanted to close the account but they said it is not possible as the company is changed, i dont care i just wanted to close the account that's it.

              I am a customer experiencing terrible service from the hdfc kochi padivattom branch home loan service.

              Please find below reference email for the latest on going issue.

              Kindly advice the procedure for escalating the complaint to a higher authority in hdfc against the manager mr. muthukrishnan

              As you are aware, the loan amount was closed by paying 24lakhs three weeks ago. However, one cheque of 2 lakhs was not recieved correctly by purvankara (ref to prev emails) and was returned by them to hdfc due to incorrect entry in cheque (making the same error 2nd time due to ignorance).

              After all the extremely poor customer service experience, finally last week my father had to further discuss this matter with mr. Arun and he told to get back with information about the dissappeared cheque and the 2lakhs being held by HDFC.

              One week went and there was no phone call nor any email. Now today i have called Mr. Muthu and you still have no clue what has happened. This is the limit of customer torture!

              Kindly tell me the procedure to escalate this matter to your higher authorities.

              If you do not help me with this i wil also have to report the fact that you were hesistant to advice the complaint escalation procedure.

              With the usual trend i expect no reply nor phone call from anyone of you...

                  I have got job and opened salary account with hdfc in march 2017. Before that i had an credit card with hdfc. I had lost my job last year and due to financial problem i was not able to make payment for credit card. Now my account balance is showing as 14039/-
                  But total available balance is -90139. Is it possible for bank to do so without any notification as the credit card was not linked to my salary account. Does we have have negative balance in salary account.
                  I wish to make the payment for the credit card but now i am stuck and not able to use my debit card. The customer care is unresponsive and number is always busy and now i am facing lot of problem due to this issue. Please help me. How can they do so without giving any notice.

                    I tok a health policy and when they called me to renew the policy i said i dont want to renew the policy and they have still debited the amount from my account. I made a call to the call centre and she said that your request has been taken and will be cancelled and money will be refunded in your account. But why did they renew it when i never wanted their policy. Fooling customers for money is what they want.

After 3 year, my employer change my & all employees bank account in another bank. After 4 month come back in same account in same bank hdfc bank. Then from amb charged deducted only my account.                       I applied for credit card on 12th april 2017, all needed documents are given representative, and also tele verification and address also finished successfully, with my reference number i checked my status, it showing "IN PROCESS"almost 18 working days finished, still i not received my credit card.

                      I had tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Tirupati by using red bus service on22-apr-2017 at 10 :30am but even money deducted from my account but ticket didn't book.
                      I request you to please refund amount deducted my credit card account

                        The bank has made credit card enquiry without i being applied it for. I have complained several times and there is no response from the team.
                        Please take action to close the cancelled card along with the enquiry made on my name without my approval and i being applied it for. This is seriously affecting and having negative impact on my score.
                        I have mailed to the nodal officers and escalated the issues several times to the customer service team via email and calls and there is no action or response taken.

                        i have registered the CIBIL dispute on the enquiry made by HDFC and i does not own any type of accounts/card with your bank.

                        HDFC credit card has debited my account and paid some ones else mobile. Now they want me to speak to Airtel regarding this to sort out the complaint. I have never registered for the services and neither have given such a number. They have done a mistake or their agency have misutilised my card. Now HDFC cc do not want to take any responsibility

                            Dear sir, I have currently working with the Hdfc life & resigned from the job on dated 29th may because my Tm Mr. Prasanna dash pressurised me for termination or say give me resignation. beacause i just late last 3 days because my bike problem & before I come I was report to my Bm why I came late & they know. But sir last some months lots of partiality & Torcher happened with me even I have complete first my pm1 on individual efforts without my Bm support & on pm2 stage I was active in March business wise I have push hard in April but my crime is just I have not active in April therefore dash sir told me for coming their cabin & Torchering me for termination give me in written forcefully which letter i have attached in this mail otherwise I will terminate you.i don't think which I have written I have violated any code because it was forcefully. I am sincere in my work & regularly come on time & utilised full time on the field & work on system basis however he has pressurised me & tell me you can't go out of my cabin without written these things.                                 Would like to bring into your kind notice that i am getting harassment calls from your agents for not paying the dues.

                                I have already communicated to all the agents since sep 2016 that i have no job in hand still i want to pay back as on getting the promise from one of your agent that all outstanding would be recovered in emi's when outstanding amount was 158000/= i paid inr 20700 and afterwords again i found that amount was not converted in emi,

                                From that day i am getting calls and outstanding is 220000/=, today some person named kishore ([protected]) called me and i have all recordings with me as they were threatening me continuously where as i am ready to pay in emi as i am working on daily basis where i am getting 15k per month and i requested him to converted in easy emi for next 2 years i will repay.

                                But this fellow is trying the limits using the abuse languages with me and other known persons of me.

                                Kindly please let me know should i knock the door of court as a case of harassment.

                                        Respected Sir,
                                        I am Ravi Malviya customer of hdfc bank.
                                        I had availed two wheelers loan from hdfc bank vidisha branch in 2011. Of rs 34000.00 I repaid loan amount as per described schedule from bank, but due to some financial reasons there was some dpd in repaymemt.
                                        While I contacted to branch one of the officer assured me that he will waive my penalty's charged by bank and I have to pay only some part of outstanding amount.
                                        That time I was unaware of writtenoff concept of banking industry. And I done as per instructions of officer.
                                        Now I applied for home loan at a financial institute and I came to know that there is written off status of my previous two wheelers loan.
                                        I am agreed to pay all the written off amount, requesting you to kindly guide to came out of this blunder mistake.
                                        I will be pleased if you provided me easy solutions to remove the writtenoff status.
