I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]" on 10th April RS-517+43 and on 28th April 646, on 15 th May 517 is deducted from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for Feb 2017 Mar 2017 April and May 2017. My account was salary account, suddenly it gets change into saving account with some min balance limit, without any Intimation from bank. Now total Rs:1723 is deducted in two months. without any confirmation and call how can someone take my money. and second thing its a bank mistake they must inform me that your acoount is now become salary account please maintain balance. please refund my whole money into my account.

Hi,

I am an HDFC BANK customer, my a/c no is "[protected]". Around total of Rs. 3275.00 has been deducted from my a/c for AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS from January 2017 to July 2017. My account was corporate salary account and it is still showing salary account with some min balance limit. Without any Intimation from bank now total Rs:3275.00 has been deducted in last 7 months without any confirmation and call. How can someone take my money without any information. If account is converted from salary to saving then bank should inform me to maintain balance. But it is still showing SAVINGS - CORPORATE SALARY TYPE 1. Please refund my whole money into my account as it is still salary account, so that i can continue this account with proper balance limit. If not then please close this account. I want to continue this account.

    I was purchase mobile on credit card Mobile cost 5100/= on date approx 10 mar 17. Now i have received one letter from your bank mentioning amount Rs 5890.42. I will pay 6000/= cash on 09/05/17 and after depositing this amount Again one message received from HDFC Bank for payment Rs 657.15 is due please give me total detail of my credit card and my card no is [protected]. I hope you will give me detail early response

        What is that third party cash transactions inc mean? Why they are deducted without my knowledge and no intimation before? Please check it out and revert my money back. And further please don't deduct any amount without any intimation mail or SMS.Dont make us to feel that your bank is worst and deduct amount often.           I had taken personal loan of 10 lakh i want to preclose the loan. But they are charging me 5percent when other banks are offering for free... This information was not given before... Even part payment doesn't exist... They want to ruin the common man.
          Initially the loan was offered with interest of 13.5 even person claimed that part payment and preclosure facilities are available... But no such things and hdfc is cheating people when other banks are able to provide the part and pre closure options

            My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company in mumbai, a/c no : [protected].
            So once i left the company in 2012 and joined another company in 2014, i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me). Also, i have not been much in mumbai due to studies and working outside. I had some balance left in my account at that time which was less than rs.10000. Today i logged into my account on 15th may 2017 and i see that i have rs -9000 in my account. I have not received any deduction messages on my registered mobile number which has not changed and i do not check my email id regularly due to number of irrelevant emails from hdfc bank and also it is not my primary used email id.

            I had called customer care some time ago and raised a request to close my account as i did not wish to use the account and they did said that they will follow up with the request and close the account. I have not been using my debit card/credit card for long time now. I went to hdfc bank branch to close my account, they handed me a form but asked me to pay penalty charges first.

            As per rbi regulations, banks are not allowed to make any customer's balance go in negative solely on charges levied for non-maintaining minimum balance in dormant accounts. You may check this link:

            Please waive off the negative balance as i want to close my account as soon as possible.

              My name is joydeep bhattacharya and i had applied for a hdfcbank moneyback credit card. My previous two years annual itr limit is more than 2 lakhs and i was eligible for the hdfc money back credit card as they told me. I was given application number from the hdfcbank - [protected]e1, when i checked the status it is showing disapproved.

              I did not got a proper cause that why my application has been disapproved. I run a small web development firm in saltlake, sector 5, kolkata. My company transaction per month is above 2 lakhs which comes to my hdfc current account each month. I have provided all the kyc and still they have rejected my application. I am also looking forward to close my current account in this bank and open the account in any other bank.

              Hi Anay,

              There was a signature mismatch and they have given me the declaration form, i have filled up it already and they sent it to Chennai. It was previously dispapproved when i tracked my status. but today i wanted to check my status and nothing was showing.

              May i know what is the issue now and when i can get my card? Otherwise i also have to close my company current account with HDFC.

                On 12th May 2017 deduction was done from my account with out any information. If you want to deduct, kindly first inform. so kindly check and in the month of April I have done around 15000 transaction and till now I didn't get any message or any confirmation mail from Hdfc . so why are you deducting this type of amount .It is highly regrettable and pls refund my balance. other wise i will go through the RBI nd suggest everyone to avoid HDFC bank at any cost .I hope that receive my own balance.

                despite maintaining sufficient credit balance in my HDFC SB A/C No. [protected] your BASTI Branch, uttar pradesh, bank has deducted rs.531/- from my account on 11.12.2017. this is not first time but has occured 2-3 times also. on visiting to them no fruitful reply is given.

                such chaos does not suit to a prestigious bank like you. please reverse entry and confirm.

                  I am a customer to ur bank and i understand i have been due in making my payments... I am not on a situation to make any payment and i have already explained the same to ur agents... Also i promised i will once i start working... However i still continue to receive calls at least 10 and people congratulations at my place threatening me and making a scene... This isn't what i expect from a reputed company like urs... I hope u make sure this kind of harrisment doesn't continue or i will be left with no option than to file a complaint about i guys and other legal harrisment formalities...

                    The cashiers namely Syeda Firdous and ShahzaibShair misbehave with almost every customer at Hari Singh High Street branch Srinagar J&K. With every customer these two people argue on one pretext or other, Result customer's work is not done he or she come out of bank cursing HDFC bank because of these two people's misbehaviour.

Make me in to mental tension not able to work in office or stay in home... I will pay what ever balance I have.

                          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited from my credit card number ending with 3893 without my concern on date:13/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund the same asap.

                          Halloo, an amount of rs 877 was withdrawn from my account on april 6, 2017. without any prior notice. am not using too much of third party transfer in your bank neither am not using this service..so kindly please refund my money back.

                            Dear sir
                            This is in reference to one of my credit card from hdfc bank credit card no : [protected], by name of yateendra shrivastava used for 6 1/2 years
                            Its since nine months i had stopped using the card due to loss of my job, which has also affected my card payments.

                            Even after this, to maintain my dignity and not to run away with money, whenever i get a call from bank, i had attended the calls asking for some time and to give me an installement option for payment. On 9th & 10th may i received the same call from a no :[protected] a very unmarred lady spoke to me in an abusing manner asking for payment for which i too agreed and requested for an installment option of 6 months, regarding this i also spoke to her senior mr patil,

                            Unfortunately while talking to the hdfc employees as they were continuously calling me while driving my bike slipped and had an minor accident having a cut in my left finger and a hard hit on my left arm, because even after telling her that i am driving she kept on continuously calling me and forcing me to talk.

                            Today they had crossed the limits and poked into my facebook profile and called some of my very far away relative whom i had never met in my life, saying they are from courier company, asking for sharing my contact no as they had received a letter from t. C. S, i stay in maharashtra, how can my courier go to m. P where i had never been in my life, when i tried to reach on the number no one responding (Mob:[protected] - found the no of hdfc collection agent from truecaller) though they have my residence address where i even stay now and is also registered with hdfc bank, but instead of calling me or coming to my home they called using a fake indentity (Punishable under section 420), poking through my personal profile (Punishable under cyber crime and cyber security). As i had also got an intimation on my mobile that some one is trying to login to my fb account (My mob being linked with my fb profile)

                            Ir kindly be aware that the card was on my name and the persons being called with fake identity from hdfc banks are no where bounded, agreed to support or provide any information to bank, hence they cant be even asked legally, this too is an illegal offence and torturing by bank.

                            Sir please be noted that i am going through a heavy financial crisis in my personal life as i was jobless since a year and am actually struggling to survive despite of that i was continuously in touch with bank not sharing my problems, but this act has actually affected me badly as hdfc and the persons calling me had tried to spoil and thrown my personal struggle of life in front of the my far far relatives and affecting my personal family relations, forcing me to take any unethical step with my life,
                            And the persons to be held responsible for my act will be the callers calling from these numbers and their immediate seniors along with hdfc credit card, managers who had forced me to come to this point of my life

                            I request you to look into this matter and help me or else i will be forced to die because of your silence.

                              I haven't recieved the refund for the following refund codes 304192 and 231851. Please see to it. I have contacted amazon.in and they said that the refund has been processed ok their end. I don't know why the bank is taking too long to credit the amount. The refund had been issued around the first week of May. I would appreciate it if some action was taken as soon as possible regarding the refund.

                                Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : [protected]s2 i got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification. Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows. Application reference number [protected]s2 status disapproved who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline circular no - rbi/[protected]/100 bod. Fsd. Bc.23/24.01.011/2008-09 dated[protected]. Hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman. I want reason for rejection. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past. Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

                                I was complained in this about hdfc bank credit card this evening. And got a call from the bank of number - [protected] and he asked about the details of the account and i told all those he asked and later my account was debited by 10000/- and later if i call again then he said that was a security deposit for the
                                credit card. He didn't tell me before about this how these people can debit n without even asking about that.
                                now i want my money back and i dont want this bloody credit card
                                i will file a complaint on this if i dont get that money back.
                                without telling how you could debit money we also have some problems right??

                                  I got a message as follows.

                                  "thank you for using hdfc bank debit card ending xxxx for rs. 9999 in mumbai atkFREECHARGE77252 on[protected]:17:04:06

                                  How come this transaction happened if i have not share any information of my card. I am also not using auto pay kind of stuffs.
                                  If i called to hdfc customer care, they informed me it was from freecharge, but it's not. I have checked my freecharge accounts.
                                  It shows a security breach in hdfc bank debit cards.also i think hdfc is not safe for customers as this type of transactions done without customers or bank permission.
                                  Please provide the exact reason and refund money as early as possible.

                                    These hdfc looters are charging some thing called depository charges, when i asked hdfc securities, they said check with bank, when i called up bank they said checked with securities. After ping png for 20 days i still get these chares deducted, with no explanation, that is happening when they call me preferred customer, bull #. Then i can imaging what will be their attitude in normal customer.
                                    I al going to close the demat with hdfc and better open in discount broker.
                                    Also i would like to discontinue my saving account with these idots.
                                    I am writing here just to make people aware here. These thck skinned, shameless breed will not solve problem by writing here, you have to escalate these to right complain forum, is sebi and nsdl, which i am going to do next.

                                      I have given my documents to Kapil Jain (HDFC bank) for Mortgage loan and after verifying my documents they said they are ready to give me loan. So I applied for loan and also given 11, 000 as processing fee.
                                      They said I have to take insurance as well. So I paid them 25000 Rs. for insurance.
                                      They had approved my loan and send message for disbursement. After few days, they told me that they cannot give me loan because there is some issue with documents.
                                      Now after rejecting my application, they said they cannot refund my processing fee and also they cannot cancel insurance.

                                      My grievance is that
                                      If my documents were not clear, why they approved my loan and why they force me to take insurance.
                                      I have been cheated by HDFC bank for 36000 Rs.

                                        I had done a payment of 11000 on 9th may through neft to sbi credit card. The amount got debited from my hdfc bank a/c but not credited to sbi credit card. I called the customer care executive. She told to wait for 3 days to credit the amount which was deducted to my own account. But its been 3 days now, still the amount not credited to my account. Can u pls look into this and resolve the issue as early as possible. I was tensed. Pls understand and do the needful
