[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Credit Card — Unable to Close the Credit Card

Dear Sir/Madam Iam using the HDFC Credit card for more than 3 years and due to un-circumstances I couldn't pay the Credit card bill since I lost my job last 6 months back. Iam keep on calling and requesting them to either Convert into EMI. Customer care representative told there is no EMI option and they are not helping me to close the Credit Card. My Credit Card limit is 62, 000..but due to interest its now around 68, 000 and when I request help me to close. Nobody helps me. For last 1 and half years Iam paying every month 3, 500 as minimum due whereas my 68, 000 is not even 1 rupee getting reduced. As a interest I have paid more than the credit limit 62, 000 Could you please help me on this and I cant pay any more mimimum due since I lost my job. Please do the needful
