    Dear Team, I have a savings account with HDFC from last 3 years and I never had an D-Mat account with the bank. But they charged me 900 for holding D-MAT account. They charged last year also but when I complained they refunded my amount.I acknowledge that I never ever had any D-MAT with HDFC and I'm not holding any credentials for the same.       I am a salary account holder of HDFC RT Nagar branch from past 2.5 years. I have a personal loan[protected] availed in July-13 and paid the 8th EMI on 4th of March-14. I have applied for Home Loan from SBI. Now SBI Manager is insisting on closing the personal loan and bringing the NOC from HDFC bank as it is greatly affecting my eligibility. I visited CMH Road branch of HDFC for closing the loan along with a letter head from SBI with seal and signature stating "I am availing the loan from SBI and the HDFC has to close the personal loan[protected] and provide NOC". But the Customer Service Manager is not ready to accept it and insisting on bringing the Loan Sanctioned certificate from SBI.However SBI is not ready to process the loan and give sanction letter without taking NOC from HDFC. It's deadlock and I am not sure how to pursue this. Please explain following: 1. When I have a letter head from SBI clearly stating my loan has been verified and can be sanctioned only if HDFC closes the loan and gives NOC, why HDFC is insisting on sanction letter, even though SBI doesn't sanction the loan without NOC. 2. Why HDFC is not showing the same enthusiasm in closing the loan as it frequently shows while disbursing the loan amount. (I get at least one call per day from HDFC bank asking whether I want to get personal loan even though I already have one). The last date for paying the first installment of loan is March 3rd week. If I don't pay within that time I will loose the Flat. Please reply soon as I am desperate and thinking of approaching the Ombudsman of RBI soon regarding this.

        Hi, I took HDFC Jeevan sampoorn Samridhi plan Policy No. 15392922. which has 50000/- premium per annum for five years Agents quoted me this has fixed guaranteed returns of 370000/- and its not market dependent. They told that they are offering 20% cash back for first year premium. But later on receiving policy, I got to know it has only 183000/- returns and some pity bonus. Neither I got any cashback. When I tried to contact agents/HDFC and told them about this miss selling, they did not concluded to any resolution and I still have all records of communication with them. I also have a phone tapped where agent have accepted that he has miss-sold this policy on fake promises about returns. They have done forged signature of mine in policy illustration table. and did not even show it to me while taking policy. My freelook period was over as all agents were untraceable and they have switched off there cellphone. HDFC people suggested me to carry on paying premiums and they did not cancell my policy. I wonder how a renowned name such as HDFC and its agencies are doing these cheap frauds and forgery with customers. I would like to get my two polices cancelled and money to be returned. They are creating a anti-trust within customers and in my remaining life I wont trust any investment companies/insurer. Regards Shashank

          Dear Sir, This is to bring to your kind notice that I Mahavir Singh Sikerwar holder of credit card number i would like to draw your immediate attention towards sheer harassment calls by the HDFC bank and its employees I had a credit card and due to my financial crises because of loss of job and sudden medical emergency.i was unable to pay the amount and went for settlement instead when I spoke to the bank i clearly stated my condition and told that I will be able to pay the amount in minimum term of two year they initially did not agree but later agreed to a term of 15 months. I was in regular touch with the senior manager from the bank and he only stated the same and intimated me about the settlement on his words i started paying the amount of Rs 8k per month.god only knows being in this financial crises how I was paying the payment. i didn't get the letter of the settlement through any registered communication Generally followed by the bank(one can check the records as no receiving of mine)an executive brought after some time as and to my surprise the time period mention was 8 months the fraud with me had already started from the bank side as when i called up the bank official(name i didn't remember)they told that it is only on paper and once you start paying the amount you can extend the period later that is not a big issue. An employee is the face of a organisation and cannot mislead the customer for its immediate gains the bank kept on asking me payments after eight months also and didn't even mention one time that all payments done till date are NULL AND VOID.so even thought that yes the commitment done by the bank official was correct.i completed the full payment of the settled amount in 15 months by that time the bank kept quiet at time of receiving the amount After a period of six month they have started harassing verbally and mentally to myself and my wife they say that all the payments till date are NULL AND VOID they used abusive language to my pregnant wife which is very shameful.I would like to say that sir, that aim absolutely not in a condition to pay a single penny as aim jobless with no source of income more over I have also been cheated very badly by the bank.i would request you to please take the matter to the bank and resolve it immediate NOTE:Mail already send to the grievance of the bank but satisfaction received Regards Mahavir singh sikerwar

              I have lost considerable time and money because of server issues at the service centre in Pahar Ganj, New Delhi. After my car was stolen, I paid several visits to the HDFC Bank's Pahar Ganj service centre and twice it happened that the server was not working. After waiting for several hours at the centre, I was told to come back another day. I have signatures of several other customers who witnessed the same issue on 28/01/2014. No service agent was present at the counters during the working hours and the security guard was turning the customers away. I was also able to take pictures of the centre where absence of service agents is evident. No agent was present at the counter while the customers waited in the waiting areas. Upon complaining to the Manager, he was able to process my request for foreclosure of my auto loan account. I had to pay a prepayment charge of 3 % on outstanding principal. However the service agents had failed to inform me that there is a rebate of 1% if an FIR is submitted. Although I had duly requested the agents for a list of documents required, I was not given the complete information. After complaining to HDFC Bank Ltd in Feb 2014, the bank apologized for the issues, acknowledged that server was not working during my visit but refused to compensate for my loss. The bank also tried to play down the issue as a one off instant instead of taking it seriously. I am a preferred account holder with HDFC Bank Ltd but I am considering breaking all ties with the bank and taking legal action unless the bank compensates my losses. K Lal

              Greetings! After reported the matter to [email protected], I received the following response from [email protected] : "We affirm that at HDFC Bank Ltd., we endeavour continuously to provide seamless service to our customers. It is most unfortunate that, despite our good intentions and efforts, you had to undergo some discomfort. We confirm that you visited at our branch on 28th January 2014 and that time system was not working. We have foreclosed the loan basis the help from other branch. As per the process of closure of theft vehicle, the client’s needs to be submit the FIR copy of waiver 1% foreclosure charges. In your case, you have unable to provide the FIR copy for waiver. As a result, we have proceed for closure and loan stand closed on 1st February 2014 with foreclosure charges. We confirm that Mr. Prem has collected the No Objection Certificate/form-35 on on 04 February 2014. The matter has been viewed very seriously and has been taken up for appropriate action by us so that our esteemed customers are not put to similar inconveniences again. We are grateful for your detailed feedback which will be of immense help in better understanding of the expectations of our valued Customers." After a few more emails, the 1% foreclosure charges were waived off and refunded to me. Although the complaint was not filed for the money, the matter was reported in order to bring to HDFC Bank's notice the issues that customers face at the branches.               maine aapke bank se credit card ke behalf pe loan liya tha. mera loan acc no. hai=[protected]. maine kayi bar complaint ki hai mere paas statement time pe na aane ke karan mujhe late fees deni parti hai. aur kal 3.50pm time pe aapke bank se phone aaya aur behad battamijji se bola gaya. apke executive ka naam hai sanjay ansari/ pankaj. mujhe ye hi dono naam bataye gaye the aur jis no. de ph aya tha wo hai[protected]. agar aapne is baare mein koi karvahi nahin ki to iam going to cosumer court.

              I AM GAUTAM KUMAR , I HAVE BEEN ISSUED A HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD FOR MY CONVENIENCE. I WAS NOT RECIEVING THE STATEMENTS AT MY RESIDENSE ADDRESS AND DUE TO THAT BILL WAS PAID LATE OE ON LAST DATE WHEN I RECIEVED A CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO PAY AND IN NEXT TWO MONTHS WHEN I NOT RECIEVED A BILL FROM BANK ,THEY CHARGED ME SO MANY FINE CHARGES ,FINANCE CHARGED AND SO MANY ELSE UNNECESSARY AND I REQUESTED THEM TO WAVE OF THE FINE CHARGES AND BEING A GOOD CITIZEN I WILL PAY EACH AND EVERY SINGLE RUPEE USED FROM THE CARD IN PURCHASE BY ME,BUT THERE WAS NO REPLY AND AGAIN THEY DID THE SAME THING IN NEXT TWO MONTHS AND THEN ALSO MY WORDS WERE SAME THAT THE BANK HAVE TO SEND ME THE DETAILS OF THE BILL AMOUNT AND ONLY THEN I WILL COME TO KNOW THAT YES THIS AMOUNT I HAVE USED AND THIS AMONUT I HAVE TO PAY BACK TO THE BANK BEFORE THE LAST DATE OF SUBMITTING THE BILSS ,,,BUT IF I AM NOT AWARE OF THE AMOUNT AND THE LAST DUE DATE,,,TELL ME HOW I CAN PAY WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION TO PAY THE REQUIRED DUES ,,,,,BUT SAME THIME IF YOU WILL START CALLING FROM YOUR COLLECTION DEPARTMENT TO PAY ON THE SPOT WHICH I S DOUDLED THE AMOUNT USED MEANS IF I USED 3500 FROM CARD AND WITH LATE FEE CHARGES YOU WILL SAY ME TO PAY 7200 RS INCLUDING EXCESS AMOUNT OF LATE FEES AND FINANCE CHARGES,SO BEING A MISTAKE FROM YOUR END AND I WILL NEVER PAY ANY FINE OR LATE FEE CHARGES BEC ITS NOT MY FAULT, AND THEN

              I have submitted a copy of the FIR to the same branch yesterday for the refund of excess amount. I keep getting calls from HDFC marketing teams that an HDFC Car loan o[censored]p to Rs 15 Lac is pre-approved in my name. If the processing amount is waived off and a better interest rate is offered to me, only then I will b considering HDFC Bank again. And I expect to receive better service this time.

                My husband had taken personal loan of Rs. 140000/- which was 5 yrs back, of which i was totally unaware of...now HDFC persons approached in september month and asked us for payment but my husband was jobless and recently he joined somewhere with salary of 15500/- so i agreed HDFC to pay...i asked the option of full n final settlement for which he agreed for 75000/- but later he convinced me for full payment if i want to increase my husbands CIBIL score...then therefore he tried to help me to pay in 2 shots of 65000 and 75000/- then Nov 2013 i paid 65000/- by taking loan from somewhere else on my name but unless i repay the earlier loan i wont be able to take 75000/- loan and same was informed to HDFC person n he agreed saying that "keep paying minimum installment of Rs 500 and pay whenever you get other loan". But recently other person are visiting me to pay as its year ending in Feb and March and therefore they are trying to get bigger amounts from me...which is almost impossible for me as i have a 2 yrs old daughter who keeps falling ill and i am hardly able to pay for her expenses moreover i have a housing loan so 2/3 rd of my salary is taken away by EMI. Last month i have given 6000/- rs DD and now they are asking for 20000/- or 25000/- as its year ending and they have their targets to be completed.I am having sleepless nights these days coz looking after my family requirements and my daughter is causing stress on me. So please help me out to settle the issue coz tension is taking toil on me i would like to meet the recovery dept to convince his to take final settlement and relieve me from all this stuff coz its me(not at all liable to repay loan taken by my husband) is making payments and not my husband who has taken the loan. Guide me accordingly, i can pay 20000/- next month as a full n final settlement which is more than what was said earlier for final settlement.Payments made till date are as follows : Nov : Rs 65000 Dec : Rs 500 Jan : Rs 500 Feb : Rs 6000 Since 1st march the person is asking for 20000 amount which i wont be able to pay coz i have to pay the installments of loan taken from my office n unless i clear that i wont be able to pay HDFC loan

                  Hello, I have paid my remaining outstanding amount to HDFC credit card before next bill generation date. Still they have charged me Rs.2500/- as finance and other charges. I was very regular in paying the bills. I have sent multiple queries to HDFC customer care but they are not at all cooperating me. Kindly help.

                      Some agent have opened my trading account i.e. no. 2097022 without my consent, and it is ridiculous that instead, of many complaints done by me, my account has not been closed. During the process of verification done by your bank, many times I told them not to open my a/c, I also had an telephonic conversation in the office of HDFC Securities Ltd. Indore, but they didn't care. Please look into the matter and refund me the amount deducted for opening the aforesaid account as soon as possible or I will have to go to Consumer Courts.

                          I'm sangeetha, I maintained account with HDFC Bank when I opened account there was no formal communication that 25, 000 should be maintained in account for every month. HDFC Bank detected 5, 000 in for first time and I have raised complaint for the same[protected]. Hdfc bank never tried to reach me for not maintaining minimum balance and without informing me they have detected 5, 000. I request them to revert back the money as this is first time.                             Dear Sir,

                            I wish to inform you the incident happened on 27/12/2013 Friday while
                            reporting regularly on time at evening 6.00 pm to Branch Manager Mr.
                            Gopal S Agrawal Shegaon branch - 2817. He told me not to come on duty
                            at 28/12/2013 Saturday & when you come on duty I call him first while
                            entering branch premises.

                            Mr. Gopal sir, threatened me if I entered in branch premises that he
                            will terminate me. Next day on Saturday 28/12/2013 when I went to bank
                            for attending my regularly duty on time at 9.00 am, as per his
                            instructions I call him first to ask the permission for entering
                            branch premises.

                            But Mr. Gopal sir forced me to take a leave for that day instead of
                            doing my regularly duty. I was shocked the action taken by Mr. Gopal
                            sir. From that day he regularly threatens me not to come in branch.
                            Though I was attending my duty regularly, sincerely and punctually and
                            attending my job which assigned to me time to time.

                            This is not a first time facing these situations in branch. Since I
                            joined the Shegaon branch - 2817 at 14 October 2013, he also used such
                            type of abuse words "[censored] you, Benchode, Chutiya", shouting at me in
                            front all staff and threatening me to terminate from the job. Even I
                            honestly worked hard to give my best result. I want to inform you
                            these situations which I faced during working hours. But I was afraid
                            because he was regularly threatens me to terminate from job and
                            spoiled my career. That's why I gave resign from job and currently I'm
                            Jobless.

                            At 17/12/2013 in evening at 6.30 pm Mr. Gopal Sir forced me to give
                            resignation from job. I don't have any other option to give resign
                            from the position as Personal Banker. This is not a correct way to
                            speak or insult in branch in front of other employees. I and Mr.
                            Pankaj Kothari we both faced this type of situation in Shegaon
                            branch-2817. Currently completed 30 days notice period and left the
                            job. I'm sharing this information from my personal email id because in
                            branch other employees should not face the scenario in future. Thank
                            you for giving me a chance for informs you.

                              My husband took loan of 9 lac on my name, emi was deducting from my salary only, i have got 2 girl babies, because of that he gave me divorce and now am bearing mine and my babies expenses, not able to pay emi, we have booked case against him, but these case is keep on postponing, so many times i requested HDFC recovery agent to give me some time for repayment of loan but they are not ready to listen, they directly come to my mother house and torturing us to pay the emi? and they are threatening that if we don't pay then they will go to my office and we know how to collect from their?? Please can somebody suggest what can i do to do ask for some more time with the bank, because i have all the proof that this loan is taken by my husband and not me just i need to prove that in court but dont know how time it will take. Kindly give some valuable suggestions??

                              My husband took loan of 6.59 lakhs on my name on august 2012. EMI was getting deducted from my salary for 6 months. Since I gave birth to two girl babies, he gave divorce and now am bearing my and my children expenses. I am unable to pay EMI. We have booked dowry case against him, but as you may be aware court matters never get resolved very earlier but certainly it will be get resolved soon. Many times I requested HDFC recovery agent to give me some time for repayment of loan but they are not ready to listen, they are directly coming to my mother house and torturing us to pay the emi? and they are threatening that if we don't pay then they will go to my office and they say that they know how to collect from their??                                 Team, This is reference to the Insurance Policy Issued to me and my wife providing wrong offer regarding HomeLoan Policy number is mentioned for reference: Vishal Dev Kumar[protected] Jyotsna Vishal Dev Kumar[protected] Case History: I got a call from lady introducing herself as HDFC Bank representative named Deepika and explained offer for home loan. Later new lady came in picture Shweta, she use to talk to me from no: +91 [protected]. Since lady introduced herself as HDFC Bank executive so there was no question of any doubt. Details of offer offered: I will have to buy a policy from HDFC Life Insurance and HDFC Bank will give me loan against that policy. I was told to pay 1 lakh premium for 50 lakh loan which i can use as Home Loan and will get all the benefits of Home Loan. I wanted loan in name of both me and my wife, lady from HDFC bank told me that i can pay 2 cheque of 50 k each and loan will be divided in 25 lakh each, 16670 was the EMI was told to me. It was confirmed that my loan is sanctioned. Person from HDFC LIFE FC Road Branch came and collected documents and we received policy documents on My and my wife's name. Mentioned is the no which was given to me for loan status check [protected]. In the mean time I tried reaching Shweta regarding Home Loan Document. For initial few days lady did not received my calls, finally after few days I was told that loan is cleared and will get paper's delivered in few days. They made sure 30 days are passed from date of receipt of my policy document so that possibility of policy cancellation is over. After few days I get call from [protected] and told that my loan was rejected, and reason given to me was security amount for both the application is insufficient. I tried to talk to Shweta and after almost half a month i was told that incorrect premium was told to me. If approval was taken then how come my loan was rejected? Lady again applied for the loan and again it was rejected. Reason of rejection was very stupid “Request for early approval" since i told them to get my loan processed on urgent request. I tried calling Shweta and again almost after a month on 31st of May she told me that i will get policy cancellation documents in 4 days and invested money in my account. I went to HDFC Life's office to inquire about such case and came to know this is a fraud and branch has received similar complaints. I logged official complaint in HDFC Life’s office Grievances Dept. and also logged online complaint on HDFC Bank’s complaint dept. Mentioned is the complaint no – [protected] and received complaint acknowledgement around June 10th 2013. My main concern is how are my policy details shared with these people (Shweta and gang). After few days I was told by Shweta if i submit more 50 k Cheque my loan will be approved. I was told to submit details in HDFC LIFE PUNE FC Road branch. There are only two beneficiaries HDFC Life and second is agent (SMC Insurance Brokers PVT LTD) Agent Code mentioned in Policy is 00446466 and License no 286 Another shocking thing happened, i was surprised when Shweta called me and said why have i logged complaint on HDFC Bank portal. From this incident it was very clear that Lady is either from HDFC Bank or somebody from Bank is helping them Later I went to HDFC Life for status of my complaint and executive told me that my complaint was rejected by Grievances Dept. I only wish to cancel my policy and my investment back as it was taken for Loan's purpose. I am still receiving calls from HDFC Life regarding premium payment pending. When i ask about my complainst they say HDFC Life has taken action against people involved. They also confirmed that they are aware that these type of frauds are happening and even then they are not cancelling my policy and returning my investment. Their executive is telling me to pay premium till three years and then i can withdraw my money with some % deduction.

                                Feel Sorry for you, I can totally understand what you may be going through, coz I m being cheated in the same manner. And I have lodged a complaint against HDFC life in Consumer Court...Sugest u to also approach Consumer Court and also use all networking means to let everyone know how FRAUDSTERS HDFC is...I am using all the netowrking mediums FACEBOOK etc to let everyone know and also side by side preparing my consumer court case against HDFC life...COZ this practise has to STOP...I have made sure, all my friends family, acquaintances close all their relations with HDFC...I am leaving no stones unturned.
                                wud suggest same to u too, DO NOT GIVE UP...approach local newpaper, PUNE MIRROR, police and do whatever u can, but do not give up...

                                  This is reference to the Insurance Policy Issued to me and my wife providing wrong offer regarding HomeLoan. Policy number is mentioned for reference: Vishal Dev Kumar[protected] Jyotsna Vishal Dev Kumar[protected] Early December 2012 around 15 Dec 2012 I got a call from lady introduced herself as Deepika from HDFC Bank regarding Loan Offer. She explained me offer is related to HDFC Life Insurance where I can take loan from 10 lakh to 50 lakh by buying a policy from HDFC Life Insurance and HDFC Bank will provide loan on basis of Insurance Policy. I was told if I want to have loan for 50 lakh I will have to take HDFC Life Insurance Policy of Premium of 1 lakh per year. I was interested in joint loan on my and my wife’s name. Offer also had the feature if I don’t want to continue policy after first premium I can adjust premium on loan EMI. Lady told me at the start I have to tell them the purpose of loan and my loan filing will be done for that particular reason. Around 20th Dec 2012 Deepika introduced lady named Shweta and said Shweta will be the Point of contact for this loan offer from very day onwards. I check with Shweta about joint loan and she said she will confirm from her manager. Very next day 21st Dec Shweta called me and said it is possible to have loan on joint basis. She told me to pay premium of 50 Thousand for my policy and 50 for my wife’s. I was ready for the offer. Very next day she called me for document collection, a guy from FC Road HDFC Life Insurance branch was at my door step for document and premium check collection. On same day Shweta called me and said she has already taken approval for joint loan and will receive the policy papers within week’s time. Mentioned is the no which was given to me for loan status check No: [protected] Once Insurance papers are ready, HDFC Bank will receive my policy papers from insurance company and loan process will start. After 10-15 days of process start I will receive Loan Approval Papers Me and my wife signed Insurance policy papers and handed over premium check to collection guy. After 5 days I called Shweta and confirmed about loan, she said application for loan is already sent to department for approval and will receive papers in 15 days. I told her if I can get sanction letter in week’s time so that I can start process of finalizing property. I received Policy Papers last week of January around 30 Jan 2013. I called Shweta to check loan process but she didn’t picked up my calls, I tried almost every day 10-15 times for next 10 days but no response. They made sure 30 days are passed from date of receipt of my policy document so that possibility of policy cancellation is over. Then I got a call from no [protected] on Feb 11 2013 that my loan is rejected, and reason given to me was premium amount for loan is 1 lakh and I have submitted 50 K. I was surprised and tried calling no given to me for status check. Lady picked up my call and I asked her about the no. where I have called she said this is HDFC bank Karol Bagh Branch No. I told her that Point of Contact lady is picking up my call, she said mail will be sent to point of contact to call you and after 2 days I got a call from Shweta. I asked her If approval was taken then how come my loan was rejected? Shweta said that was mistake from her part and she again applied for the loan and again it was rejected. Reason of rejection was very stupid “Request for early approval" since i told them to get my loan processed on urgent request. Again I tried calling Shweta and there was no response. Finally she picked up my call and said if I can invest 1 lakh more (50 in my loan and 50 in my wifes loan). Mean while I discussed incidence with my dad and dad went to Karol Bagh Gurudwara road branch to check authenticity of case. He checked with Branch Manage (Sardar Ji) and he confirmed there is no such loan offer available. Then my dad explained me each details. Same day I called up Shweta, she responded and said if I can give check in FC Road HDFC Life Insurance Branch I said I will give you check in Delhi only. She said let me check my manager and replied that we are not allowed to meet customers.                                     I jolly salil lightwala having account with hdfc bank adajan surat branch.My saving a/c no is [protected].I was working as agent in tata aia lic.They have opened a/c with zero balance.Now i am not working with tata aia lic.In my savings a/c balance was aprox 2800/rs.
                                    I have received letter/statement dt 07/12/2013 two days back. From hdfc bank showing my balance nil.I have visited branch and they reply that u have to kept minimum balnce of 10000/rs.I have not informed by hdfc bank before that.Today they ask for 2800/rs for minimum balance charges.
                                    I have lost my existing balance as well they demand for 2800/rs more. .Hdfc bank hasnot send any letter/statement of account earlier informing to keep minimum balance of rs 10000/.
                                    Please do needfulin the matter so i can close my account at the earliest.

                                      what a foolish bank ask nonsense quotations. no manacers to talk to customer. first make them learn. even bank manager also don't know to talk at all. if we are depositing the an amount in to a account teller is asking why are you depositing an amount where what what all question there are asking as if we are an criminal like.                                         My name is G Haribabu. I have taken a bike loan from your bank and unfortunately, Due to some financial problem, i acrossed the timeline period in middle of the completion of loan account. But finally i have completed all the loan amount.

                                        It's been almost 2 years. But still, i didn't receive my clearance from your end and since this all thing is tagged to my PAN Card, Due to that i can't able to apply for any other loans.

                                        So please provide me the clearance asap.
