I am Nikitha, Software professional using HDFC titanium credit card. Every time i try to redeem my reward points, the points required to redeem that particular product would be more than the points I have in my account. I thought may be that was the case but the actual case is different which I just got to know as I checked for my dads card. for a particular product when i tried to redeem it showed 6160 points required and my account had only 4468 points, When i tried to check with my dads card the same product requires just 3300 points and its only 1209 points in his account. This is pure fake. These people are bluffing customers.

I feel its better they stop cheating customers. Its really disgusting when we keep trusting them and they come up with such cheap tricks.

HI Team, I have been charged Rs.112.36, Rs.112.36 and Rs.224.72 as 3rd party TPT cash txn charges OCT 13 070414 and TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414, Feb 14 090414 respectively without any prior notice and which was not deducted previously. This is an unnecessary deduction so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise I have to close my account because other banks dont charges these kind of taxes like yours. Hi, Why my account is debited for Rs. 112.36 with description "TPT cash txn charges Oct13 070414" without informing prior? My Account is salary account and I did not see this type of transaction till date in my account. Please refund the said amount ASAP otherwise I will close my account in such bank where even in Salary Zero balance account also gets debited again and again. Hi, This complaint is basically related to money deduction of R's 40.41 from my HDFC salary account without prior notice. I am really so surprised of this deduction was being happened very recently on 19th April2014 with the tag Narration of TPT cash txn charges Jan14 090414. Could you please let us know, on what basis this was happened. Moreover, this deduction should not happened since mine is salary account.. Please let me the exact reason for this or else I will refrain avail of your service here on words. Even I feel this is illegal to take money without notice for my personal email or my mobile number([protected]). Hopefully waiting for the reply soon on my telephonic number. Dear sir/madam, I am Ramaprasad having hdfc account holder, getting 20k salary per month. When i have asked personnel loan, they(hdfc loan dept Kumar was Executive) have collected all address proof documents and 3 signed checks but now they are telling that your time is up to get loan. i wanted to know that why cant i get and they are not submitting my documents and 3 signed checks.

I am a high value customer with HDFC bank. The bank suddenly decided to stop sending paper statements without taking any consent from me. There is no value to simply calling customers "Preferred customers" if you do not know how to treat customers as such! It is basic courtesy to allow customers to "opt out" of paper statements but continue giving them the option. even my 500 rupee per month Airtel bill comes by paper and they do not try to force me to accept e-statements. I am thinking of shifting my business to a bank that cares about their Customers and means it when they call a customer "Preferred"

I have made a purchase to buy laptop in chennai. Before making the swipe, I got the confirmation that the transaction will be converted into EMI. Now they say that I have made gold purchase instead of laptop. I have provided the transaction bills, laptop bought bills etc. Then they said via mail that it is approved and asked to contact in phone because it is confidential. After calling them for 3 times, they say that it will not be done and I have proved that it is for laptop only. Now they are asking me to pay 40, 000 in one shot. Hi, I ordered(No. 1813597) a DVD player from HDFC Bank's Smart Buy portal on 1st of April 2014. Till now its not yet delivered. When I spoke to their customer executive on today, they are saying that the order is canceled because of out of stock and amount will be refunded with in 10 days. They haven't canceled my order until this date if there is an out of stock of product. They are playing a drama and asking me to wait for another...

I have applied Online for a Regular Savings Account in HDFC Bank Website. I have furnished all the required details and also uploaded required documents for opening a New Regular Savings Account with HDFC Bank on Wed[protected]:35 PM. The Application number is DSA[protected]. I received an Email and SMS response immediately stating that " Our representative will call you shortly to schedule a time to take your signature on the form and pick up the necessary documents, if required, to process your application." "If you do not hear from us within 1 working day, you may write to us at onlineapp.[protected]@hdfcbank.com" Since I did not receive any response from the bank for more than 1 working day as mentioned, I emailed about the status of the application to the mentioned email id - onlineapp.[protected]@hdfcbank.com on Thu[protected]:27 PM. For this email I did not receive any kind of response. Not even a single email or SMS. Then again I emailed a follow up on Mon[protected]:41 PM. For this email also I did not receive any response or a call or even an SMS. HDFC Bank provides a option in their website to Apply Online for opening a Regular Savings account and they do not even bother to respond to the application. What kind of system is the bank operating on. If the bank is too busy to respond to applications online, then why do the bank bother to waste my time by providing a so - called APPLY ONLINE option in their website. They could straight away ask me to visit the nearest branch to open an Account. My Application for opening a Regular Savings account itself is being ignored like this, I cant even imagine what it would be for other services such as Demat, Loans, Credit Cards etc with HDFC Bank. Very Unprofessional on the part of HDFC Bank. I didn't expect such Lethargy from a reputed bank such as HDFC Bank or maybe i was under the wrong impression as this HDFC Bank was professional and reputed in the first place.

Dear HDFC Bank, Could you please refund my account[protected] with the charge deducted as depository charge on 15-Apr? I wanted to have a clear explanation on how could this amount be deducted off my account without my consent. I paid ten installments of premium for pension plan scheme brought out by this HDFC standard life in the year 2004.the same was matured on 4th feb 20014 and i was asked to visit HDFC Std life office. before hand i collected the documents and handed over them to Sri Namdev Nishant of HDFC Std Life.He misplaced the cancelled cheque and nearly i recived SMS from him To send another one. and he asked me to scan and send to his personal mail ID. immediatly i recieved message that my policy has been renewed. i was shocked. on reciept of policy vide number16632005. I returned the policy HDFCstandardlife.requesting them to cancell the policy AND RETURN THE MONEY. NOW AFTER ONE MONTH I RECIEVED A SMS MESSAGE FROM THEM THAT MY REQUEST WAS NOT AGREED AND I SHOULD VIST HDFC STANDARDLIFE OFFICE. WHO WILL PAY THE TAXI/BUS/TRAIN CHARGES? WHY I SHOULD VISIT? tHIS IS DEFINTLY A BOGUS COMPANY CHEATING PEOPLE BRINGING USELESS POLICIES. tHIS IS THE COMPANY WITH MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS IN INSURENCE SECTOR. PEOPLE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY. ANY BODY PL HELP ME.

Hello, PPR Policy no[protected] I have been misled by hdfc life through HDFC agent w.r.t. policy number 14318012. I have paid premium of 3 years - Rs. 1, 80, 000 excluding service tax I was informed that If for some reason I have to surrender this policy, I shall get minimum amount of rs. 154, 211 after 3 years. Same has been stated in a very very very small font on the policy document as well. When I applied for surrender few days back, I was told that value of the same is 70, 128. I have worked very hard to earn money and I just cannot accept that hdfc life - through HDFC agent and HDFC is cheating me by taking my 3 years instalments. This is not acceptable. I have been HDFCs customer for very long time and I have never faced any issues with the bank. But this is really intolerable. Please return me my money as soon as possible - if not interest at least my complete premium should be returned. I want my complete money back. I have worked very hard for the same. The amount I have invested is more than my yearly salary. I request you to kind take some action and return me the same. Hi, I had applied for HDFC Bank International Credit Card through my company as part of its joining formalities. And I received the letter from bank that my application has been rejected without quoting any specific reason for rejection. When I called bank customer care (06Arpil14 13:15:00), representative told me that he won’t be able to share any specific reason for rejection as there are multiple eligibility criterias and its bank internal which can’t be shared with customer. I don’t understand, what is called internal to bank and kept hidden from their customer in transparent banking?? I requested representative to specifically tell me the reason, so that I can investigate myself if someone is screwing my credit rating without my knowledge despite of regular full payment of my credit card bills and never defaulting any of credit payment in the history. But he said even our system doesn’t have any specific reason recorded. I am pre-existing customer of HDFC and wasn’t expecting this from the bank. Not happy at all and I won’t be considering HDFC for banking in near future based on this experience. Details of bank communication, Application/Letter reference number [protected]w2 Query reference number [protected] Feeling like HDFC don’t deserve to serve me, since I have very clean and prompt credit history in banking from my side.
