I want to complain about the lapse of premium insurance of Rs 50000, policy number 11473192, Mamta Malviya, due to lack of submission of premium per year.
So I request for the refund of premium insurance amount as per as the detail of the amount submitted.

    My name is babulal, i am running a business of mobile & delears of samsung & nokia, i am holding hdfc swipe machine from past 3 years, before 5 months back i have received a swipe machine from samsung & nokia for the emi purpose. From last 20 days i m facing the problem in hdfc & samsung swipe machine both the machine simaltusouly not working as both tid appear the same. As i have approached to the samsung company they have told to contact pine labs. So we have called pie labs & they told me that you have to released a new plutus emi tid from your hdfc bank. So we called the custome care of hdfc they have given me the no. Mr. Mohammed khan whose mobile no. Is [protected] after speaking with them, he told to contact mr. Shiva [protected], the same response i received saying you please ontact mr. Bala mobile no. Is [protected] he is the right person to handle your problem. Before 6 days back i have spoke with him he told me that sir i will do it, he told that i need a signature & seal in a form which i personally will come & do it. From last 2 days he is not picking my phone. Today when i call up him he used the abuse languageand told that he will released the new tdi what ever you want to do you can do. You can compliant about me in hdfc i dont care & used abuse words abour me & hdfc. So i request you to please go through this matter as i am facing a problem in swiping as samsung is lauching s5 smart phone with 15% cash back offer. Already i have booked 10 nos. Of phone for my customer. So please help me out in this matter.

      I have checked statement of my account and found that there was deduction of amount 2500.00 from last couple of months . HDFC Bank Sharanpur Nashik Branch When I called to HDFC bank customer care, they told me that this was deducted due to average balance not maintained as your account is no more a salary account now. I have registered complaint in HDFC Bank customer care, and today I get called from HDFC bank, I asked them to close my account immidiatly but They are saying they will reverse only 2month AMB charges back actually they have deducted for 5 months. I have explained them that I didn't get any notification from bank side, they said that they have mailed on my previous company address, but actually I have changes mailing address of account to my current address and I didn't get any mail. I have not got any alert mail/call regarding the same even I haven't got any SMS regarding information for this deduction.

        This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank. An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12 Mar 2014 from my account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account. I have never been told that they have opened demat account with my normal saving account. Please help and give me an update on [protected]@yahoo.co.in

          I have taken two loans from my HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD. One on 29/08/2013 for 2 Lakhs &14/12/2013 for 89000.I have foreclosed both the loans post my call with Customer Service Executive basis the foreclosure amount mentioned by them.

          1st loan the foreclosure was done on 8th Jan 2014 by ATM Transfer for 189762/= & 2ndloan foreclosure was done on 5th Jan 2014 also through ATM Transfer for 92430/=

          Today when I called them up to get some General Information’s regarding my card, I was told that both the loans on my Credit Card are live and yet to get foreclosed. I was shocked and told them both loan foreclosure amount was derived post my call with your Customer Service team, but there are refusing the same, also the ridiculous part in this transaction is that none of them are ready to give a solution to my Problem.

          The bankers have completed cheated me and i have been a loyal customer with HDFC for past10 years without any default, also today I have made the additional FC amount for both the loans for 5405/- for 1st loan & 2311 for 2nd loan which they have charged me. Secondly I have made the same to escalate this matter to Consumer Forum and also to file a case which I will be doing shortly.

          The HDFC bank has cheated a loyal customer and I want my Additional amount Charged paid by me today for Rs.7716/- through ATM along with a compensation amount forgiving Mental Worry.

          I request Consumer forum to render Justice.

            My Name is Namita Powale, I was HDFC CREDIT CARD HOLDER but since last three years my card is block account is settled. I already paid Rs. 38, 000/- or more and strictly called them cancelled my credit card. I received a call regarding same for payment confirmation and cancellation receipt of my credit card. My card limit was 40, 000/-. After couple of months collection agencies started calling me for payments. I was under impression that my account was settled and by them my account kept accruing following charges each month:
            Late fee
            Service charge for Late fee
            Overlimit charge
            Service charge for Overlimit charge
            Finance charge / Interest
            Service charge for Finance charge / Interest

            Now, Ms Fatima Shaikh wants me to pay 72, 000/- (all above charges) thats not possible for me and I will not able to pay as well because I already paid my usage with interest of HDFC Bank. In last week I received calls from [protected], [protected], [protected]. I wanted to launch a complaint against these numbers as they using abusive language over the phone with me and next time I didn’t pick a call they called on my Husband’s office talked to owner of the company in abusive language. I am continuously telling them that I will not pay anything now because issue is over I don’t even know my card no because it’s a past since they are sending their executives to my home continuously calling my friends and family. Now I feel it’s kind of an extortion calls I am receiving from hdfc people and they don’t have any manners of talking to customers. Now I am a jobless pregnant lady from middle class family can’t be pay such a huge amount and y should I pay?? HDFC bank want me to pay Rs. 72, 000/- against for the credit amount Rs. 40, 000/- against which I Total I paid more than Rs. 40, 000/-. If will not pay this then they will give me, my family extortion calls. I need .How much a person has to pay to a bank against his card. It’s a crime for person to take hdfc card .A person has to pay more than his usage .I wants a right PERSON TO GUIDE ME where i can complaint against these persons and wanted to sort out this problem without paying a single penny.
            Also I want few questions to be answered:
            1. Does HDFC collection executive have right to lie and give false commitments to achieve their monthly targets?
            2. Does HDFC bank have authority to abuse and threaten people to collect the money?
            3. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to unethically avail card member’s family members and friend’s information?
            4. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to call card member’s family members and for collection?
            5. Does HDFC collection agent have rights to harass card member’s family members and friends and to threaten them?
            6. Does HDFC bank often sends wrong letters for settlement to the customers?
            7. Will I get justice and compensated for the trauma I had gone through due to unethical business practice followed by HDFC bank executives?
            8. Will I get any written explanation and apology from HDFC bank?

            HDFC bank has caused a mental trauma to Me, My family members and my family friends.
            HDFC bank executives have jeopardized banks reputation and my financial standing.
            I have been harassed, humiliated and traumatized by the recovery agents employed by HDFC Bank.
            It has caused me great embarrassment in my society and spoiled my reputation.

            I have lost faith in HDFC credit card division and the way your collection department behaves. Also I have all recordings regarding the harassment received from collection executive employed by HDFC Bank and would register a police complaint against them and the bank.

            I need an escalation in this case and would like to get a favourable resolution to this issue, falling which I will be forced to take further.

            I already registered this with [protected]@hdfcbank.com but no use because again i received calls from same no today.


            Today I again received call from [protected] name of the Person Ms Kadambari she called me and fired me for payments and give dhamaki kind like we will call your husband office and she did this next she called my uncle's home and told them I took loan from HDFC Bank apprx 2 Lacs and I told them to collect payment from them she has a address of them and now she is like will send a guy to his house to collect payment. I didnt took any loan from any bank and that girl is talking to my relatives my friends. This is very embarrassing that she is continuously calling my relatives has all of them nos and giving extortion calls to all of them and me as well. Kindly look into this matter otherwise I need to file FIR against these no from HDFC Bank. She is making a story that she is calling from ICICI Bank and doing all this. I done the expenses of apprx 35000/- my card limit was 40000/- and already paid more than 38000/- then again Bank want me to pay 72205.46/ and doing all this for extra money. You told me calling for payment to third party is against the bank rules and will not happen again but its happening on continuously. Today Kadambari tomorrow anyone else will call to my relatives and me for payments. Just send me clarification and justification on this.

            Please look into this matter urgently and do the needful.

              I have not activated the Smart Pay service from HDFC bank in written application or filled application or providing details in credit card form. I usually pay the LIC using my saving account. i have been using this for 5years. I have my plan to show in investments for this. half yearly Apr and Sept every year But this time the bank has done payment in March. Neither I show this in 2013 - 14 financial because we have submitted all investments to organization in January nor 2014 - 15 because it was done in March 2013. Please advise.

                I applied for personal loan amounting Rs. 400000/- in December 2013 and loan amount was got credited in my HDFC bank saving account in the month of 05 FEB 2013. From February onwards I am paying EMI on regular basis through ECS.

                But, till date I have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. from the bank. Now, I require the mentioned details as well as Personal loan schedule statement at the earliest for some specific purpose .

                My Personal loan accoun No. is 23565928. The tenure of loan is 4 years.

                Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail. .

                  Dear Sir, My Loan account no is 25592312, I had bought a Swift VDI Sept 2013 which was financed by HDFC Bank. Recently I approached the bank for foreclosure & they said they charge a whopping 6%...which was unbelievable.Again this was never mentioned when I approached the bank for loan.I have never defaulted on the payments & have been paying the EMI on time as per the schedule & this is what we get for being a loyal customer. Kindly do not approach HDFC Bank for Car Loans, other banks offer much better customer service & work towards customer retention...unfortunately HDFC bank does not bother neither care for its customers... SO Beware of HDFC Bank

                    I am Prince Asija, I had received a message from HDFC Life on 01st April, 2014 i.e.your policy is lapsed due to non payment of your policy amount, when I produce the Policy Receipt, he told me that is fake Policy Receipt, i told him that i had paid the cash payment, then i told i am personally visited in Sector 18 for check the name of Mr. Rohan Khanna is working in HDFC Life or not, HDFC Life Sector 18 Staff he told me that he was working in HDFC Life in Delhi Branch, then i paid the amount to Mr. Satender, collection boy of HDFC Life.when i paid the amount Mr. Rohan Khanna had confirmed the boy is correct to pay the amount, i had paid the 17, 500 /- in cash against Policy Premium Amount of Rs 25, 000/-, balance payment is my commission because i have introduce to self link customer in HDFC Life. but last 2 todays i had continusely call to Mr. Satender and Mr. Rohan Khanna, he was not pickup my phone, His Contact Number as below :-

                      Hello, This is srinivasa prasad HDFC policy holder since 31 st march 2010 MY policy details are as follows Policy number : 13614792 Plan : HDFC young star supreme suvidha policy holder: srinivasa prasad H J Premium amount : Rs.15, 000.00 per annum Background I started this policy on 31 st march 2010 as a life insurance policy which would benefit my nominees even in my absence I initiated the policy for an insurance of Rs.75, 000 for a period of 5 years from 2010 The insurance agents name was Suraj.T K ; code[protected] Policy details were filled by the agent ) The first premium was paid through a cheque through the agent Later received the policy details and was shocked to see that the premium was for a period of 20 years @ Rs.15, 000 per annum and sum assured was Rs.75, 000 only I immediately contacted the customer care and understood that the policy is registered and post 3 years of continuous premium payment the policy can be withdrawn or corrected to the proper term of 5 years But post 3 years I tried to reach the customer care again and understood that there cannot be changes done during that time and if i would cancel the premium then the returns would be lesser than the actuals paid.Also it was assured that after a period of 5 years of the premium payment the complete paid sum will be returned as against premium cancellation current Situation : First of all i would like to know what is the status of my policy 13614792. I see no response for the changes requested what is possibility of the changing the term of insurance.Is it possible to change the term again to 5 years or as mentioned in the policy if i agree to 20 years i suppose the sum assured should also be changed to Rs.15, 000 X 20 years = 3, lakhs or more . I write this mail with lot of disappointment with HDFC insurance agent, the entire policy is been filthy and none of the customer care people had provided proper guidance when i approached. Overall i have been cheated for 5 years and now the situation is i have already paid a sum of Rs.75, 000 ( Rs.15000 X5 years ) and still i need to pay for 15 more years and still the sum assured is Rs.75, 000.just because the agent has entered wrong information in the policy.                         I am using HDFC Bank credit card last 3 years

                        I received my current month statement from HDFC BANK.
                        They have calculated wrong invoice:
                        They have sent me Invoice as below:

                        Airtel : 1800
                        Late Fee 400
                        Membership Fee 279
                        Cess TAX 1.66
                        Billed Finance Charges 61.54
                        Service Tex 56.38
                        Total Amount (Expected) 2598.58

                        Actual Invoice they have sent to me 2710.66 (Which is Baseless).
                        This bank is doing the fraud – There billing department is pathetic. How they calculated wrong total Amount.
                        This bank is not good they charged and send the wrong invoice to their customer. Now I am planning to close my Account with HDFC BANK.

                              I wanted to mention about the incompetence of the customer service, I had availed a gift plus card (addressed to a beneficiary) in the first week of march (6th March) through online banking. There was no update from the bank for more than a week, when i asked my beneficiary he said he hasn't got any call from any courier service regarding the card. I called up the customer service on 17th or 19th march, they had no clue what was going on, I explained and they said they will get back next day, THEY did not. After one more day I receive a call from one of the floor managers, he says the card has been sent back to the head office as the beneficiary has moved from that address. The beneficiary hasn't moved anywhere, there is someone at the house at all the times. The courier service never called my beneficiary or anything. I told the manager it is the courier service's fault he will have to refund the service charge (56.18 rs) as they did not provide good (pathetic to say the least) service. He says he will get back to me after confirming, this was on 21st of March. I waited till yesterday, I did not get any intimation. So I call the customer again, I had to go through a back forth between complaints and gift card for about half an hour in order for them to understand what was the issue. Even after i gave them the complaint number, they said they don't have information, one person said the card is in transit (this is after a person had called and told me it has gone back the branch), the customer care has no idea on how to talk to the customer or do their job, I had to tell them how they need to search to get the right information. After an hour's struggle and escalation to the supervisor's supervisor, he says the card has gone back to head office. I said he has to credit the amount on the card and service charge back into my account. As they had made me wait for 12 working days, where neither the card was delivered nor do i have the money back in my account. He says have faith in the system, he will get back to me tomorrow with the update on the refund which is today and it is end of day. I have no call with an update. They are playing with the customer's money and have no idea where the card is, nor are they willing to refund the amount quickly. This is abysmal service, I'm frustrated, the gift card was supposed to be a wedding present, which has not yet reached my beneficiary (my friend). The kind of service they are providing is appalling and they are playing with the customer's money enjoying interest on it.

                                Hello,

                                I am T K Viswanath, with a Demat Account with HDFC Securities. My Demat Account Number is 43XXXX36.

                                The MICR Code & IFSC Code for the account linked to my Demat Account is not updated. I had asked for the means by which this could be done and I was told to submit a duly filled Dividend Mandate Form along with a cancelled cheque.

                                I had done the above twice and on both occasions it was rejected on the grounds that there was a mismatch in signature. The first time I had submitted the form (sent duly filled form by courier) directly to mumbai branch and on the second occasion I submitted it at HDFC Bank Hitec City / Madhapur Branch, Hyderabad.

                                On the second occasion I was then told by HDFC Bank Hitec City / Madhapur Branch, Hyderabad that there was again a signature mismatch and that my request was rejected.

                                On 10th March 2014, I went to HDFC Bank Hitec City / Madhapur Branch, Hyderabad and submit requests to

                                1. Update signature/address (Submitted duly filled in KYC form - attested by Branch & address / phone number change form )

                                2. Dividend Mandate Form along with cancelled cheque

                                Supporting documents I submitted are

                                1. Photograph
                                2. Address Proof (Passport Copy)
                                3. Cancelled Cheque

                                TILL NOW ie 26th March 2014 nothing is done. HDFC Bank Hitec City / Madhapur Branch, Hyderabad Branch people says its being handled by Mumbai Team and Mumbai Team says Branch hasnt processed.

                                Can someone tell me where are we on this ?

                                  I own platinum HDFC credit card. Last night, i received sms about the transactions that i didn't make. The Credit card is still lying with me. I was having humongous trust on HDFC credit card security but i am so disappointed... It has been compromised. Somebody has made a copy of credit card and used it for making transactions. Its really a serious concern.. My confidence with HDFC is totally shattered

                                    Given below is the mail which I gently wrote yesterday to HDFC Bank customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com but still I am getting call for payment...do we have legal action can be taken against to the bank.

                                    I am using HDFC Bank credit cards for over a decade and I have manage to pay my bill on time to HDFC. But last from two month I am not able to pay my bill properly.

                                    In month of Feb 2014 I got a call from Dipti from recovery team an she asked to pay amount of Rs/- 5590 and I have manage to pay the amount on 19th Feb 2014 to one of the HDFC Bank authorized recovery team who come to me from Kanjurmarg In Mumbai.

                                    Again in month of March 2014 I received a call from Dipti for the payment of minimum due and I told her that I will manage to pay by third week of this month, but I could not able to arrange the same and even i told her that give me a time by week end I am in process to arrange fund by end of this month or else I would make it by next month but she is just refusing to me for the same and said that I cant give u more time u have to pay within day or two days she was asking me confirmation date of the payment to pay. She was just keep going on and on for more than a half n hour and knocking brain for the same an again n again...I was frustrated with her typical voices of asking money it feels like to shoot my self that why I am customer of HDFC.

                                    She cant hold my choler and ask for money...??? that's not way of asking a money on professional level. Its called a harassment to the customer to pay the bill by hook to crook. I am not expecting this kind of service from HDFC bank.

                                    I am responsible citizen of this country and customer of HDFC Bank and I agree that my credit payment is due to bank which I need to clear as earliest. But due to certain circumstances my financial credit ability is not good enough coz I am in struggling stage to form my business of Solar Energy.

                                    I would like to request to the authorized concern person of HDFC Credit Card Division that I am not on position to pay the outstanding due as I need two month grace period time from HDFC to pay bill and I will make sure that I will pay the bill within the grace period of time and I would also request within this two month grace period time I should not get any call form any recovery agency I will directly inform to HDFC Bank phone banking about my payment.

                                        Harassment will not make me grow money. Please have your executives stop continuous calling and harassing people from my network. Sudha from HDFC branch, mobile number +91 [protected] keeps calling every 20-30 minutes, repeating the same thing again and again. They use another landline number [protected] When unable to attend to my phone owing to work or any other reason, she is calling just about everyone connected to me through whatever means they have at HDFC. To make matters highly unprofessional and immoral, she even asks why I am using credit card at the first place and to top that, she is blaming my parents for her behavior. HDFC.. WHAT SORT OF PEOPLE DO YOU EMPLOY THERE? I have been using cc from hdfc for past 6 years and have a very good upper limit, most of my large transactions are international payments. Now owing to business reasons and recession acting up, some payments have not been received and I faltered making payment for once, only once is years or for as long as I can remember since I started using cc. There is a limit to harassment that any one can put up and if you believe that you keep calling and harassing, you can collect, be my guest. I will be forced to file a court complaint and pursue every possible legal remedy against such issues. I am sure there are legal solutions against such harassment's, particualrly when I have already informed the bank that I will be facing payment issues in coming months and sought a solution for repayments.
