Dear Sir, This is to put my grievance before you that I have been misguided by HDFC agent and employees from the initial stage of taking the referred loan. The HDFC agent misguided me by saying that the loan that has been approved is Home Loan but later I came to know that it was Home Equity Loan. Since 2009 I have religiously paid my EMIs right on time but I was jobless and could not pay my EMIs for six months. Further during these years I never got any intimation from the company that the rate of interest has increased and no. of payable months have increased from 180 to 540 .Approached Mr. Sidharth Agarwal who committed to pay an amount against which the interest put on me will be waived off and further committed that I will have to pay approx. Rs. 2000 which will reduce the rate of interest and no. of payable months.. I went all the way from Faridabad to Munirka and settled the dues by handing over the cheque to Mr. Sidharth Agarwal, honoring his words.He has committed that after clearance of the cheque, interest will be waived off and it will be reflected online in my account within a week but it never happened.After clearance of the cheque, this person stopped responding to my calls even.I am writing this to you today because Mr. Sidharth told me that he will not do anything to waive off the interest and threatened that if I write to the company he will further find ways to harass me. This is highly unprofessional and a complete cheat at the Company’s end. I am getting reminders from HDFC Faridabad that my EMI amount will be increased forcefully and the no. of payable months have already been increased. Mr. Siddharth Agarwal is diverting from his commitment. This is a clear cheating and the COMPANY is responsible for this since its employees are misguiding. I request the Company to look into this matter since I am not in a financial position to bear such heavy charges and increased EMI. I request the Company to: 1) Waive off the interest put on me. 2) EMI will be same Rs. 6245/- as I am already paying 3) Let me know a minimum and nominal amount to be paid to reduce the no. Of payable months. 4) Let me know the minimum part prepayment Principal amount. Also I am not getting proper response from Faridabad office.     Money deducted from account without intimating - Depository Charges This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC Bank.An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 13th Feb, 2014 from my salary account, mentioning about "DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN[protected]".I mean, I cannot understand to what extent the bank can go to deduct money from the account without mentioning any reason.The bank follows no principles and never thinks twice to harass a customer. And the bank salesperson are the worst people you can come across. They just want to sell you products at any cost and not giving you the right information on anything especially the charges associated with it. Requesting you to please do something about this and get my money refunded back into my account.

      Firstly I went to withdraw Rs.5000/- from Central Bank ATM, ID No.- F30N115401, Ladosarai, New Delhi around 9.35 AM, Because I am having SB A/c No.- [protected] in the Central Bank of India, Ladosarai Branch. But after 3-4 try when Central Bank ATM didn’t respond. Then I went to HDFC Bank, ATM, ID No. – P3ENDL09, Ladosarai, New Delhi for withdrawal of Rs. 5, 000/- it was a successful transaction. But I never entered Rs.10, 000/- to withdraw from HDFC Bank, ATM ID No. – P3ENDL09, Ladosarai, New Delhi. While I was returning after withdrawal of Rs.5000/- from HDFC ATM, ID No. – P3ENDL09. I got three SMS from central Bank of India about following transactions :-

      2 Amount Withdrawn : Rs.10, 000/- (Even not entered & withdrawn by me from HDFC, ATM ID No. – P3ENDL09)

      3 Amount Withdrawn : Rs.10, 000/-(Even not entered & withdrawn by me from HDFC, ATM ID No. – P3ENDL09)

      Then went to Central Bank of India, Ladosarai, New Delhi where I am having SB A/c No. – [protected] for Complaint regarding above transactions. Following complaints I made to Home Branch as well as Online ;

      Today on 13th Feb.’2014 I got letter dtd.12/02/14 from my Central Bank of India, Ladosarai, New Delhi. They are saying that transactions has happened. But how it has happened I don’t know. So please let me guide for further action. I am going to Lodge FIR against this false transactions of Rs.20, 000/- from HDFC Bank, ATM, ID No. – P3ENDL09, Ladosarai, New Delhi.

      My branch manager is not cooperating or helping me to get my problem solved, his behavior in this matter very pathetic. Please do the needful as soon as possible in regard to false transactions of Rs.20, 000/- from HDFC Bank, ATM, ID No. – P3ENDL09, Ladosarai, New Delhi.

        I need to bring to your attention my experience as an HDFC
        Bank customer.

        My Name is Aamir I Baig residing at Nagpur 440032. I was using an HDFC Credit
        Card which is about 1-2 years old and
        due to some problems with the bank I had stopped paying the credit card dues.
        After about 4 months. Because I am jobless for now and have no other mode of
        earnings. I have updated the same to the Collection department multiple times.

        But still I am receiving a harassing call from HDFC recovery
        executive who is not ready to tell his name whose cell no is +91-[protected] and
        he started threatening me. He claimed he is calling from the HDFC Legal team
        and said that I have dues which I need to pay and I informed him that I have
        already had a discussion for final settlement with executive but still he
        started threatening me that he has my home and office address and he is going
        to come and beat me and my family up and will ensure that I pay the amount or
        he will create a nuisance in my office and ensure I get kicked out of my
        office.

        I am not sure what to do at this stage as I fear the way
        recovery executive has been calling and threatening me and calling my family
        members. They are using statements like “Go and commit suicide if you don’t
        have the strength to pay the debts”.

        These are not the only statements that the bank executive
        used, but were also accompanied by an offensive and abusive behavior and
        language, which is legally and ethically against the Human Rights and Indian
        Penal Code.
        As I don’t have the job right now and I am searching for the job, I have told
        them that once I will start my job I start paying debts still they are calling
        my relatives & friends and threatening them.


        I would request you to kindly advice if I should file an FIR against HDFC Bank
        and Recovery Executive. I am not sure at this point how to get rid of this guy
        who has been harassing me.

        We hope that you take note of this experience and help us.

          This is absolute atrocious behavior from a cheat and third grade bank (HDFC) which first blocked my account and then is ready to take money from my account without settlement. Firstly you never changed my address even after I called you repeatedly. Secondly you gave me wrong no of Mr. Anit's Nayak who is the branch manager of Bhubaneswar from the place where my credit card has been issued Thirdly you blocked my FD account without my permission Fourthly even after blocking you assured me that you will settle the credit card due at 70k (because of your fault) and you will not take money from my FD account. Even after all these discussion now you are informing me that you will deduct 1 lac 14 thousand from my account without my permission and you will not settle for 70k event after the fault is from HDFC. I think HDFC is an absolute fraud and does not know how to serve the customer. I will take necessary action against this third grade bank Complain no 'HBL=[protected]'

                We have a swipe machine from HDFC Bank in Ghaziyabad turab nagar.
                We wanted to close the account as many charges are induced and not properly explained .
                After asking to close it the machine is not working but amount is charged from the account and deducted where as no one came to acknowledge that the account is shut down or not ;
                or to take back the machine;
                or any acknowledgement call.

                    Hello Sir, I wanted to invest amount Rs. 15000 to FD for 5 years for tax benefit in HDFC bank (HDFC Bank, Thippasandra Branch, Bangalore) & with that intention I went to bank. When I requested for the process to do it, Ms Sanu Singh from HDFC Bank explained me about the HDFC LIFE SL PROGROWTH SUPER II. She explained it is very good investment & more than 10% returns are expected comparatively with the FD (9%). Then I said okay with it. But when I received the after 10 days, I did detail analysis on it where it so many hidden charges (monthly policy charges, policy administration charge, risk charge)which she did mentioned while I taking the policy. I took the policy, went to her & argued that why didn't you mentioned all this hidden charges then she started telling that in the end of 5 years you will get more than 10% even if you exclude this charges. She said if I invest Rs.15000 to 5 years you will get around Rs.83672 which is more than 10%. I didn't do calculation at that time & thought that it may true. So I went back thinking that if I am getting more than 10% after 5 years why to worry about the charges. But later when I did the calculation, then i got shock about the math HDFC Illustration tool is doing. Here it is below illustration of HDFC Bank with assuming the 10% returns . Policy year Premium Fund Value (end of year) 1 15, 000 14, 667 2 15, 000 30, 532 3 15, 000 47, 698 4 15, 000 66, 273 5 15, 000 86, 372 If you calculate the final amount with a simple Interest also you are getting only 4.75% returns. I took all this calculations to her & asked her explain how this 4.75% simple interest becomes 10%. Then she started telling her superior will talk to me regarding this & she will explain correctly. She asked me to come branch next week so that she will contact her superior, take an appointment & will call me to discuss. I waited for 1 week & called her, then she replied that her superior is not well (suffering from Jaundice) & she will call me once she is well & free. Next I waited for 2 weeks by the time I lost time of more than 1 month which I came to know later that one month will be the grace period in between I can cancel the policy. When I talked to her later, she changed her branch & started telling me she can’t do anything now & I need to bear this loss. So my conclusion is HDFC agents to get their commission can tell anything to you, try to make fool to their customers, make false promises, etc., When customers asks reply then they will raise their hands saying they can’t do anything.                       I am Ananya, holder of credit card no. [protected] . My credit card got settled in 8 installments of Rs 4520 each month, total amount of 36160. I paid every installment on time. My installments of June and July got late bcos of the collection agencies. I conveyed the same many times to customer services. But no one came to collect last two installments. Then In October month, i got call from bank that i should go to ATM and pay my last two installments which i paid immediately. After that one lady called me up from bank in December that i have to pay Rs. 27k more to close my credit card as my last two payments got delayed. I told her the same thing that i have paid all the installments on time but ur collection agency guys didnt come to pick the same and which i have conveyed to CS deptt many times. I told her when i have already paid six installments then why would i pay 2 installments. Then she told me she will talk to senior and let me know. After that call she never called me up. Then on 15th Jan 2014, i send the grievance mail to nodal office. i got automated mail on my email id that i will get a call back or mail from deptt. But today even after one month i didnt receive the same then today on 5th Feb 2014 i forward that email to MD of HDFC and head of Credit card deppt. After an hour of that mail i found that bank has hold 27k in my salary account which i have with HDFC bank for last 4-5 years. I will not accept this at all. I am very tensed bcos even after paying your due of rs 36160/- still HDFC have kept my funds on hold of rs 27000. I am single working woman. i can bear this behavior after being the saving and salary account holder and mutual fund holder in HDFC bank. This is pathetic. Ananya

                                Hello,

                                I'd applied for HDFC credit card and its rejected due to Landline Number. For Landline Verification I'd given my Proprietor Landline number.

                                I've already discussed with your agent on this, and they told me "its not an issue". And I don't think Landline should be an issue for credit card.

                                False assurance by HDFC Credit card agent.

                                Anyways, if you can't provide me card, please request you to send back my documents (PAN Card, Voter card, Salary Slip, Rent agreement, Photo copy). Because you guys may be missuse my documents.

                                So Please send back me my document.

                                  Hi, on 11th jan 2014 i got my credit card from hdfc bank. the time i got credit card a person from hdfc called regarding this health insurance and explained me everything and when he was explaining me about this policy premium payment plan i told him directly that i don't want my credit card limit to be blocked for a year so he said clearly that " sir, we will increase your present credit card limit to 10000 and on that we will charge you the amount as of 6800 something" and then he transferred my call to chennai people where these people explained everything about the policy and did the recording of the conversation. recently when i swiped my card i got message that your limit is over when i checked the limit my limit was still 50k and it did not increased. i have called there customer care regarding this and they are denying it. they are clearly stating that i am lying to them. so, now i don't trust them because HDFC ergo doesnt do what they say. so for future i dont want any trouble.they have charged the amount on my card ending with 7443 long before i have received any documents stating that i have some kind of health insurance. Last week i have called the customer care and asked for policy cancellation and refund. they said they will process it and soon i will receive my refund but today itself i got a message on my registered mobile that " your policy is shipped from first flight courier and you will receive the policy documents soon". I have tried calling them again but there customer care are so busy that they don't even pick even after a one hour call waiting on there [protected] helpline number.. my policy number is 51788244, My date of birth is 30/03/1985 policy taking date is 11/01/2014 name : Avinash Sharma.                                     My Concern points-



                                    ·Policy sold to me as single premiumon 17th Jan-2008 by HDFC employee (Parveen Chundawat, Shalini Edwin ) mail address :Praveen.[protected]@hdfcbank.com]-

                                    This was miss- selling & miss-communication towards the customer.



                                    ·I had been chasing him/her for a long time for policy documents/bonds against that Investment but I have not got any proper response from him/her and also not received the policy bond. I tried reaching him/her regarding the Policy document several times. As per him/her policy bond will send to me but I have not received any document/s regarding that.

                                    It is fraud and irresponsible from reputed organization employee.



                                    ·Case escalated with HDFC for resolution at every level.(first complaint registered with hdfc on 20th Dec-2010).

                                    HDFC team closed the case on conducting an internal assessment and said it was not a miss sale.



                                    I am not satisfied with the response of HDFC.



                                    I have done so many voice call/mails/complaints letter hard copy, reminder to HDFC.for solves my case. Still disappointed from HDFC level-1.





                                    Sir finally



                                    I am raising my voice to you for solution and help to resolve my case-Refund of Invested amount (Rs-50, 000) from HDFC.

                                    I am very positive i.e you will support me on this front and set a example for my whole life.Pls guide me on legal front how can i take up my case with HDFC organisation.

                                    POLICY LAPSE,PREMIUM REFUND

                                    Date:-11/12/2007 I wanted to complain about the lapse of premium insurance of Rs 50000, due to lack of submitting the premium amount per year. So I request for the refund of the amount as per as detail of the amount submitted.

                                      i am a hdfc account holder and i also have a hdfc securities account.but last 3 to 4 months i can't access my net banking. i went to hdfc bank many times and also call coustomer care but no result would i get.during this period my hdfc securities transjections is cancel and a lot of fincial loss i get.but at this time bank can't help to solve this problem. i go bank today and then he written my complaint but no solution he given. my complaint no. is 01287336.my finencial loss is gone higher on each day.

                                        I already have paid all my credit card bill amount before two to three months. even I suddenly received below massage from HDFC Bank.

                                        "Payment Due Date of your HDFC Bank Credit card ending with 1954 is 27-JAN-2014. Min Amt Due is Rs.1230 & Total Amt Due is Rs.4575. Pls ignore if already paid.

                                        After my very bad experience with HDFC Bank, I personally suggest not to use HDFC Credit card. HDFC Credit card division is a cheater division. they speaks something and do something. they just harass customer.
