Hi, I am Ajay Kumar Banka from Kolkata WB. I am using HDFC Titanium edge Credit Card ending ****. One day I got a call from HDFC Bank sales executive whose Name is Mrs. Sangita Kesawani and he called from HDFC Bank West Bengal. Initially he told me the following  Your Credit card has a lot of offers.  You can get discount on every purchase of online sites (e.g. Flipkart, Amazon etc.) and top stores (e.g. Reliance Super Mall, Shopper Stop etc.).  The above is always with your card that means you will get discount life Time on your credit card.  The Credit card will be life time free. There is no, one time Charge will be taken from you per year.  To avail this you need to take a Health Insurance and a Life Insurance from HDFC ERGO.  The Premium (i.e. around Rs.527.00) will be deducted per month from your credit card for two years. After hearing the above, I told him, I don’t need any Insurance as I have everything. He told me, Sir don’t worry about the above premium, it just a security deposit kind of thing. If you will not claim anything in the coming two year the whole premium will be returned to your credit Card again. After much dilemma I finally agreed to take the above Insurance by thinking such discount offers etc. I also asked him please send me a written document which states that the above offer will be valid for my credit card life time. He ignore the above statement sometime but when I asked for written document frequently in the conversation, he told me it will take around three months to prepare the written document of the above offer. It will reach you in three months. After that they have deducted Rs. 11070.00 from my credit card. Now I am giving premium of Rs.527.33 per month. The Policy Number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The sales executive also provide me his office Number[protected] and told me that I can reach him any time in office hour whenever I face any issues regarding any discount on my credit card. Now the Real Fact of the above things: Currently I am not getting any discount from my credit card on purchase from online sites or Big stores. And that person has given me false promises and now he is not picking the above phone number also. HDFC Bank and HDFC ERGO are cheating their customer and sale their product by giving false promises. In Short they are Fraud Company. Now I want my money back in my credit card and I don’t want any insurance from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited.
