HDFC bank chargeback unit need to reverse the payment immediately, check attached proofs, I will file court case against HDFC if refund not received. HDFC bank provides very worst service ...!!

    I have applied for a personal loan in september through bank bazaar as they were giving a referal bonus of 2000 rs Till now, i did not get this amount, and when contacted they told me that i will get it And its been more than 3 months since the loan got disbursed to my account and i did not receive the referral bonus amount till now. And i asked them many times whether i should refer someone for getting this bonus, And they told me that i dont have to refer anyone and if i take a loan, i will get referral bonus within 15 days after loan gets disbursed to my account . This is a fake offer.And i want to warn all the loan seekers not to beleive in this offer as it is a fake offer. U can approach the bank directly for loans rather than this third party bankbazaar. They don't make false and idiotic promises like bankbazaar . I have raised this complaint after a long wait. Now, i have lost patience and i want them to stop these fake and idiotic offers whoch they ll not fulfill * I HAVE APPLIED FOR A LOAN THROUGH BANKBAZAAR JUST BECAUSE IAM GETTING 2000 RS REFERAL BONUS.ELSE I DON'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO APPLY USING BANK BAZAAR, I WOULD HAVE GONE TO BANK DIRECTLY FOR APPLYING .     These buggers just promise when they initate the call for loan .
    Actually They get perks, i[censored] take a loan.And then they forget.

        Am a Wipro employee US and I did open this HDFC account for my reimbursement account. My savings account did not have money but then current account has. Transferred amount of like 12k from my current account to savings account [protected] . And immdetaly the entire amount got deducted. I wantto know the reason and I was thinking of maintaining and opening an NRE account with HDFC but am really disappointed with this. Please revert back the money soon And please let me know if you can revert this account for me else I would prefer close this account.
        Please give me an explanation fast on this

          INTER-BRN CASH CHG INCL ST & EC 121213

          I, myself have deposited 4 Lakhs in my HDFC Bank Max Saver A/c and they have deducted INR 2, 247.2 without any prior intimation. When I checked with customer care they are giving th reason for every 50, 000 deposit there will be charges of INR 50 but that should sum up to INR 200 only. There is no answer for extra charges and they are asking me to wait for 7 working to get this issue resolved. Even the customer care service is pathetic...

          Hello Sir, My name is Prabhjot Singh i hold a bank A/C in HDFC bank mjith mandi branch Amritsar Punjab. bank emp. Navdeep Rajpal said me to make investment in bank (HDFC LIFE) Policy that to make instalment 30, 000x5 yealy for 5 years, and on matuarity after 5 years i will get Rs. 2 lakh 10 thousand and i mode 1st instalment Rs. 30 thousand (Policy no.[protected] HDFC LIFE but when i recieve Policy documents i found that the maturity value is not Fixed 2 lakh 10 thousand on maturity, it is as per unit value . Then i approched the bank( Navdeep Rajpal) he said if you are not satisfied with the policy you can handover the policy within 30 days (free look period) and you will get full amount back in your account. so i handover the policy back with all docutments required in time (19 days). but company pretext by saying that your signature did not match in the time period i again filed documents with signature in 27 days after 15 days company branch said me your paper does not forwrd to the main branch (mumbai) amritsar branch officer says to me write a complaint thats a company co-internal problem so i did it .But till yet not recieve any refund .please help me.                 I have taken a personal loan with HDFC bank hyderabad on Aug 2012. Loan account no: 22112839. At the time of giving loan, the representative by name Krishna approached me and said there will be no Pre-closure charges after 1year of EMI's payment. He also said that RBI has passed a rule saying pre-closure charges should be waived off and HDFC bank is going to implement it in next 3months. But When I went to Pre-Close the loan, the bank manager and the sales manager are speaking very harsh and asked to pay 4% Pre-Closure charge at any cost, this amount comes to around 17000 Rs for me. I even requested them to atleast decrease the % of charges to 2%. They didnt accept my request and I had to pay entire amount with Pre-Closure charges. I would like to know Why Representatives give fake promises if they cant stand on them. I feel this is really cheating by HDFC bank. While giving loan they will speak smoothly and they will come to our home N no.of times. But while closing they will have all sort of rules. I am very dissapointed and will not take any loan from HDFC bank again and also will tell all my friends not to take anything from HDFC bank.

                Also they have taken 4% processing charges while giving loan. i.e, on my 5 lakh loan, processing charges are 20000 Rs. and preclosure charges are 17000 Rs. I paid 37000 Rs as charges to the bank and I paid 15 full EMI's before closing the loan.

                    Total load availed : 133000 Amount paid already : 79000 ( EMI 3274 ) Rs 59920 has been lien marked and debited my Savings account HDFC [protected] I will not tolerate any more communication and harrasment to my parents . I need your help in settling this very old account of 6 years old. Total amount paid so far for a loan of Rs 133000 is 59920 + 79000 = 138920. Still the HDFC bank shows an outstanding of 1200000 /- I dont understand this unduly cheating by HDFC bank
                    Today i received around 75 calls from these two numbers [protected] and [protected] . They are harrasing my parents that they would be arrested by police. Both my parents are not healthy and they are cardiac patients

                        I am having a current account in Hdfc Bank indore Branch. As I am continuously facing so many issues with bank and when i talk to the phone banker they are not able to solve my problem and even not able to reply properly. recently HDFC Bank Debit my a/c with INR 3000 without my permission on 21 Nov 2013 and mentioned cash withdraw.how a bank can withdraw a cash from my a/c without my permission when called to phone banker for the same so they are not able to justify the reason that why they have done a withdraw of 3000 from my A/c.How some one can withdraw cash amount from my A/c.

                        Another issue is that 4 month back HDFC has given me a credit card but after that they have not given me the credit card bill and PIN also. I called so many times to phone banker for the billing statement and PIN so that i can know the billing amount and can pay the same but after requesting more that 5 times they have provide me the duplicate statement.after providing me the statement i paid the full amount but in next month bill they have charged so many late fees and finance charges and told me that it is because of late payment.I want to make one thing very clear that it is not a late payment from my side.If you are not able to provide me the statement and bill how some one can pay the amount without any statement and bill.HDFC bank should check that how many time i have requested for duplicate statement if they are not able to provide me bill on time than its not my mistake. total fraud done by bank, not expected with this level of bank.I am waiting to complete 30 day than i will complaint the same in RBI.

                          I had opted for one month subscription with WWW.BigFlix.com using HDFC Bank Credit Card. However, Bank keeps charging every month with prior notice and stores user data for making payment. This risks my credit card data. Also bank practices are unethical. Sophisticated way of looting your card holders and later on blame it on "Terms and Conditions" page. On one hand, you provide cards without annual maintenance fees and on the other you recover the money from so many unethical practices. HDFC Credit Cards must be avoided.

HDFC LIFE Kolkata – 700 001 Sub:- Request for paying interest for the cancelled policies 15992540 & 15991514 Ref:- My letter dated 19th November, 2013 and your last reply letter dated November 28, 2013 Attn:- Mr. Pravin Birje, Customer Service Department Sir, It is very much surprising to see that you have denied to pay interest for the above mentioned cancelled policies citing an alibi that in the ‘Declaration Section’ of the Proposal Form it was mentioned that it was an ‘interest free deposit’. You must clearly note that originally one policy was opted by my father Sri Salil Kumar Ghosh and another one by myself. Both o[censored]s filled up proposal forms in our own handwriting which were completely changed and my signature was forged by your representative and both the policies were generated by my name. Therefore, the declaration section of the proposal form for the above mentioned policies did not carry my original signature which indicates that I have never accepted your terms and conditions. I can challenge that you will not be able to furnish the proposal form where I had signed and accepted your terms and conditions. As a result you were compelled to cancel both the policies by returning my initial deposit which was allegedly held by your company for seven months. Therefore, Rs 86, 000/- did accrue a reasonable amount of interest which I have been claiming from you. So, please do not try to dilute the importance of the matter by diverting the focus from the main point that you have cheated my father and myself by forging my signature and doing injustice with us which is highly illegal. SO, BASED ON EXTANT SAVINGS BANK INTEREST RATE, CALCULATE THE INTEREST ON RS 86, 000/- FOR THE PERIOD OF SEVEN MONTHS AND RETURN THE SAME TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN SEVEN WORKING DAYS, FAILING WHICH I SHALL i) Inform the matter to consumer forum as well as consumer complaint web-site. ii) File a Case against your company through my lawyer iii) Share the incidence of fraudulence and forgery done by your company to my friends, relatives and acquaintance through Social Networking Websites. iv) Inform the whole incidence to IRDA.                               They have all crooks in there customer service deptt. always tell new things about your card so I finally closed my account after 3 years o[censored]sage. they didnot inform me about reward points settlement and now they are saying since ur account is closed u cannot avail reward points. In a good and customer centric environment company shud issue me a letter stating that you have this much points available which you can use against certain things. However with this stupid bank you dont get anything no letter from there side that my account is closed. my card number was [protected].                                 As per the ad in Deccan Chronicle on 02nd December 2013 regarding email data entry jobs for housewives, I called up the mentioned numbers on the same day. The lady I spoke to was Ria and she told me that she is calling from HDFC bank from chennai and they are giving laptop with internet for the data entry job from home. For that she asked me to deposit 2000 rupees in one Nitin Khandelwal 's a/c in delhi which is now closed after I deposited the money. Then the next day, I received a call from Shaheen saying that she has to send the laptop along with an executive, so for that I have to deposit 4500 rupees as the courier charges which will be refunded to me along with my third month's salary (Rs 25000 per month). Then I deposited 4500Rupees on the name of Raj Malhotra's account which is held in SBI bank shastrinagar branch. From then onwards till 11th december, they kept on telling me the different timings they will be sending the laptop and then suddenly, to my shock, since 12th dec, all the three mobiles are switched off which are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I request you to please, please help me in this regard. I can't give you my phone number.

                                  I spoke to customer care of HDFC bank before doing the the transaction on 01.10.13, and they confirmed that i can buy any thing and i can convert that amount in to EMI, based on that i made a transaction on 10.11.2013 for Rs.60900/-, after that i contacted the customer care, and they are saying you can not convert this tranaction in to emi, they told send the mail to Grivances cell, then i send some many mai, but these people are saying you have to pay the full amount at one time, and now they are charging interest also, now i don't have that much money for that i am prefering for emi. pls help me with this regard.                                   in continuation of the above mail, now the hdfc bank is charging interest, where is they have to decided for emi conversion, pls help me to proceed further.
