      Hello,

      I'd applied for HDFC credit card and its rejected due to Landline Number. For Landline Verification I'd given my Proprietor Landline number.

      I've already discussed with your agent on this, and they told me "its not an issue". And I don't think Landline should be an issue for credit card.

      False assurance by HDFC Credit card agent.

      Anyways, if you can't provide me card, please request you to send back my documents (PAN Card, Voter card, Salary Slip, Rent agreement, Photo copy). Because you guys may be missuse my documents.

      So Please send back me my document.

        Hi, on 11th jan 2014 i got my credit card from hdfc bank. the time i got credit card a person from hdfc called regarding this health insurance and explained me everything and when he was explaining me about this policy premium payment plan i told him directly that i don't want my credit card limit to be blocked for a year so he said clearly that " sir, we will increase your present credit card limit to 10000 and on that we will charge you the amount as of 6800 something" and then he transferred my call to chennai people where these people explained everything about the policy and did the recording of the conversation. recently when i swiped my card i got message that your limit is over when i checked the limit my limit was still 50k and it did not increased. i have called there customer care regarding this and they are denying it. they are clearly stating that i am lying to them. so, now i don't trust them because HDFC ergo doesnt do what they say. so for future i dont want any trouble.they have charged the amount on my card ending with 7443 long before i have received any documents stating that i have some kind of health insurance. Last week i have called the customer care and asked for policy cancellation and refund. they said they will process it and soon i will receive my refund but today itself i got a message on my registered mobile that " your policy is shipped from first flight courier and you will receive the policy documents soon". I have tried calling them again but there customer care are so busy that they don't even pick even after a one hour call waiting on there [protected] helpline number.. my policy number is 51788244, My date of birth is 30/03/1985 policy taking date is 11/01/2014 name : Avinash Sharma.           My Concern points-



          ·Policy sold to me as single premiumon 17th Jan-2008 by HDFC employee (Parveen Chundawat, Shalini Edwin ) mail address :Praveen.[protected]@hdfcbank.com]-

          This was miss- selling & miss-communication towards the customer.



          ·I had been chasing him/her for a long time for policy documents/bonds against that Investment but I have not got any proper response from him/her and also not received the policy bond. I tried reaching him/her regarding the Policy document several times. As per him/her policy bond will send to me but I have not received any document/s regarding that.

          It is fraud and irresponsible from reputed organization employee.



          ·Case escalated with HDFC for resolution at every level.(first complaint registered with hdfc on 20th Dec-2010).

          HDFC team closed the case on conducting an internal assessment and said it was not a miss sale.



          I am not satisfied with the response of HDFC.



          I have done so many voice call/mails/complaints letter hard copy, reminder to HDFC.for solves my case. Still disappointed from HDFC level-1.





          Sir finally



          I am raising my voice to you for solution and help to resolve my case-Refund of Invested amount (Rs-50, 000) from HDFC.

          I am very positive i.e you will support me on this front and set a example for my whole life.Pls guide me on legal front how can i take up my case with HDFC organisation.

          POLICY LAPSE,PREMIUM REFUND

          Date:-11/12/2007 I wanted to complain about the lapse of premium insurance of Rs 50000, due to lack of submitting the premium amount per year. So I request for the refund of the amount as per as detail of the amount submitted.

            i am a hdfc account holder and i also have a hdfc securities account.but last 3 to 4 months i can't access my net banking. i went to hdfc bank many times and also call coustomer care but no result would i get.during this period my hdfc securities transjections is cancel and a lot of fincial loss i get.but at this time bank can't help to solve this problem. i go bank today and then he written my complaint but no solution he given. my complaint no. is 01287336.my finencial loss is gone higher on each day.

              I already have paid all my credit card bill amount before two to three months. even I suddenly received below massage from HDFC Bank.

              "Payment Due Date of your HDFC Bank Credit card ending with 1954 is 27-JAN-2014. Min Amt Due is Rs.1230 & Total Amt Due is Rs.4575. Pls ignore if already paid.

              After my very bad experience with HDFC Bank, I personally suggest not to use HDFC Credit card. HDFC Credit card division is a cheater division. they speaks something and do something. they just harass customer.

                  I am using HDFC credit from last 4-5 years. I was generally using this card to make all my payments of insurance policies . I have make many times premium through this card . I have received message of payment to ICICIprulife without my concern of Rs 30000/- on 04.09.2013( according to my card statement of Oct.2012. Then I contacted to bank & raised the issue with them. They got agreed that its a disputed transaction and I got refund of this amount of Rs 30000/-( according to my card statement of Nov.2012).

                  Now my actual complain is that same thing has happen with my card that without my concern a payment of Rs 30000/- made to ICICI prolife without my concern on 11.01.2013 ( according to card statement ofJan.2013). I have received a message about this transaction through sms and called back to customer care of card and ask them about this transaction, I also requested them to block my this card so that no further transaction can be made with out my concern . I have also inform the customer care in writing .

                  I was socked to know that after change of my card no. I have again received the message such transaction. I requested the HDFC card customer care and ask them to settle this amount.

                  In every reply they are asking me to contact the ICICI prulife and get the proof of reversal this transaction .
                  I have also contacted ICICIprulife about this episode.

                  They ( ICICI) said that this amount has already have reverted to my card bank( HDFC) on 07.03.2013 and ask me to contact hdfc bank.

                  My problem / complain is that why should I suffer due to mistake made by my credit card bank. Now I have totally stopped the transaction this card . I have already ask them to settle it immediately but we are getting no response from them and totally making responsible to me for this.

                  Please help me in matter.

                    Please note this is second time that i am politely asking HDFC bank to remove my mobile no from there database. As first i am not a customer of HDFC bank.
                    Second i am getting sm from hdfc bank confirming loan approval and policy being issue which i have never applied for.
                    i have spoken to customer care of HDFC bank informing the same and was told that mobile no. was accidently update by some customer and will remove the same from database.
                    But still today also i, e 24/01/2014 i got sms from HDFC bank about HDFC life group credit policy no. CP000006V227600 being ISSUED, i am no where related to HDFC bank and requesting for the second time through this email to please remove my mobile no.

                    Third such instance will result in complaint in consumer court for mental harrasement and also a police case for misusing my mobile no.

                      On 23 January 2014, i purchase 25 units of share. which is less then Rs. 10. But brokerage Rs. 0.25 Why? As per brokerage structure given by you, it should Rs. 0.05/- per unit. When i ask to customer care, they are giving me unreasonable causes, asking to check SEBI Norms. At the time of account opening they asked me, there is very low brokerage (Rs. 0.05 / 100), but now it is not. They are saying it was only for three months of account opening. And also it was not true before completing 3 months. What should i do???

                        I have a set of policies with HDFC Life insurance. I have paid premiums for past two years upon reminders and there was no problem of autodebit or ECS. Last year I bought a property and my financial situation at present is tight, due to which I have opted for not paying premiums. I never knew they have enabled auto debit all of a sudden and debited the premium from my account. I called up the customer care to request refund, they say the money cannot be refunded. And they have refused even to take my complaint. Personally, I don’t recommend HDFC life insurance to anyone, as the funds are not performing any good. I have all my money tied up with them, on top of that they enabled ECS without my consent. When asked, they said you signed the proposal yourself, but the insurance agent never told me that ECS will be enabled. Besides, hiding important clauses while selling policies is downright unethical and this calls for disciplinary action from regulating authorities. Its a different case if the customer has taken loan and stopped repaying it, in such a case bank has every right to autodebit amount from the customer. I don't owe any money to the insrurance companies, I have taken the policy for my welfare and if I decide not to pay up premiums due to financial constraints, they should have no right to autodebit from my account. This is a serious issue. Are there no regulating authorities monitoring what clauses they put in their policies to trick & cheat customers? I have a few more HDFC life policies which have not autodebited from my account despite my non-payment of premiums. I guess they got this nasty clause into their policies recently. I have the same problem with Max Life Insurance. My money is gone for next five years. I would like to withdraw all my policies with HDFC Life, I would like to recommend the same to others. Even if you convey that you dont want ECS enabled, there is no guarantee they will take the request. They have a closed system, no transparency. Finally, we are the people who feed these unethical people without knowing what we got into. But again, its us, who can avoid ending up into such problems by not opting insurance from Such companies. Now I had my bad time, in future they will. I am going to spread this message across all internet forums. As per me, HDFC Life Insurance and Max Life Insurance have lost their credibility, and never will they have long term association with their clients. They are going to go down the gutter if they choose to trick and fool their customers, instead of winning trust with honesty. My recommendation to all the readers: Please avoid taking policies from these two companies. I am sure there are other companies, for now. And yes, never take high premium policies - please find other ways for tax saving. Dont feed these worthless people.

                          I have a HDFC Credit Card Issued to me in Jan 2014 and have not made a single Transaction using the same since Date.My Account was charged Rs 495 on Account of Enrolling for SmartPay for a mobile number which is not mine.My mobile number is [protected] whereas my account was enrolled for [protected].The thing is i have not enrolled for any smart pay /even made a online enrollment request.You can check the Card Usage History to confirm the same. This was done by the Customer Care Executives who without my permission enrolled for this and as a result I'm suffering now.I did not expect this from a reputed bank like HDFC.Had raised a dispute for the same. Dispute Ref No Customer Care:[protected], [protected](LATEST) Card No: [protected] Kindly ensure that this issue is being taken care of and the amount to my Account.I will not be paying the amount as a dispute has been raised for this.Please ensure that I'm not charged for the same and if my CIBIL Rating is affected I shall definitely go to Consumer Court and will go ahead cancel the card, and won't recommend this to any of my colleagues. Hoping that the seriousness is conveyed and prompt action will be taken at the earliest.

                              Sir, I have a credit card of HDFC BANK. From few months i am facing very serious problem with HDFC BANK and their Credit Card Department. I always bropped the cheque before time to HDFC BANK HOWRAH BRANCH but my cheque always took a lot of time to be cleared. Today technology and network is so advance that the chaque gets clears within 2 days. On 2nd December 2013, i dropped the cheque and it got cleared on 18th of dec. Now the time taken by the bank to clear the cheque is their own problem or activity. I dropped the cheque on time, even though they have added the charges, on 8th dec late fee, On 15th over limit fee, service tax and finance charges(total= Rs. 1713 ) i complained against to the customer care against it( Compnain No: [protected], caller AMIT). After few days, i called again and i was informed that the charges had been removed. On 28th of DEC 2013 i dropped a cheque at HDFC Bank ATM, CREDIT CARD BOX. And the cheque got cleared on 8th of Jan 2014. Today, i got Credit card statement, where i see that the charges for the month of Dec had not be removed also they have added a late fee for Jan 2014. I cannot understand, why the bank is working so hard on taking Unethical Charges from clients. They just delay to clear the cheque and take charges from us. again i made a call and confirmed that the charges for december is not removed, complain no: [protected], talked to CHITAN. I wish to receive all the charges from the bank or else i wont pay any outstanding for JAN 2014. Thanks Ashish Shaw [protected]

                              It's been more then 5 days since i email them with complete detail and there is no reply from the bank, seems they sleep rather than working.
                              i don't know why the government approve these bank in India.

                                On January 15 I received a statement regarding the deduction of an amount of 842.70 Rs from my account. I don't know from where the hell this amount got deducted. Currently I am a student and this amount of money means a lot to me. And contacting to customer care is even a cumbersome task as every time they ask for card and account details.                                   Dear Sir, I have applied a auto loan through customer care 20 days back and i have been contacted by Mr, Sandeep who reporting to Mr, Sanjay RM. Firstly this person Sandeep doesn't have any convence to move that why he take long time to reach any destination and for this i sufferd a lot and he is very lethargic in his approach and after severel days i got a SMS that my loan is not released due to signature diffrence so i personally visited to nearest branch and got my signature verified which is very usual as my bank account is 9 years old and all my transaction is on same signature. I informed by sandeep that since he doesn't have time to come to ITO office and submit bank certify signature attested paper so i travel all the way did the same where again he started roaming here and there but fortunately a person of his team come and listen my story he did some help and my DELIVERY ORDER had been released so finally i am able to take delvery of my car on 14th jan but problem not end here because insurance paper not mailed to Hans hyundai motinagar and they refused to give my car and then i tried all my efforts to arrange insurance paper but sandeep phone is switched off and his RM sanjay said he doesn't no any thing about insurance so he suggest me to talk sandeep because he only know all my case. In all this drama i personally requested to dealer so some how they released the car with commitment that insurance copy must be deliver tomorrow morning and advice me to park my car at my home just to avoid any consiconses. In morning i phoned sandeep and ask about insurance copy so he said that a copy had been delver to dealer and my cover note courier to me but unfortunately till time i have not recieved cover note and when phoned him he very lethargicly told me i will recieved a cover note. I called his RM sanjay but as usaul he told me that he doesn't know any thing so i asked now 4 days happened must be their some on line insurance policy no is their so i get copy their but no help. All this expereince i Suggest firstly HDFC must penalised these people and secondly advice all of you pls choose any other company for auto loan becuase handling of HDFC to their customer.                                     Please help.

                                    I am using a credit card and account with the HDFC bank. As I was unable to gave the total payback of the credit card and they had holded my my Bank account and went for the settlement of the refund amount. I aggreed for the same and I received a call back for the same on my mobile number that the amount will be payback in the insatllment of 4500*8, with the first installment of Rs.4750, I aggreed, but they have now debited the amount of Rs.6500 from my account and they gave no inofrmation about the same . When I call the credit card department for the same, they say to call the debit card department and debit card department is asking to call on the credit card department and no body is giving the full information reagrding the same.

                                        I had a salary account in HDFC since November 2010. I was offered a Demat Account as well and assured that it is completely free of charge and will be chargeable only i[censored]sed for trading. Thereafter I have been using my HDFC salary account till September 2012 after which I left my then organisation and went abroad. The salary account thus got converted to a normal savings account. Now yesterday on 15th Jan 2014 there has been a deduction of 842.70 from my account mentioning "Depository charge for Dec 13th". But I have never used or logged in with my demat account since 2010 when it was opened. I was also not charged any depository fee for this account prior to this incident. Then how this undue deduction of money was done without any prior intimation. I was fully assured that the demat account doesn't have any charge and was hence coaxed into opening one. So, this sudden deduction is completely unacceptable. Look into the issue at the earliest and revert my money back to me as it is hard earned money.                                         Hi i am using the HDFC salary account + Demat Account as well, i been getting charged for every month Depository Charge of Rs29.56 in the time of a/c opening the Executive said there is no charges accept the brokerage fee.
