Dear Sir,

I deposited a cheque No: 154678 for Rs 12000 drawn on SBI bank dated 6th June 13 in HDFC bank, Dilshad Garden, Delhi Branch. But after a week, I got to know from Bank that they have lost my cheque and are unable to locate it. I want to complaint against the bank for loosing my cheque and they have not been able to trace it till date.

I request you to book a complaint against the bank and resolve it....

I invested Rs.150, 000 over that last three years on "Sar Utha Ke Jiyo" policy with HDFC SL and the value just kept diminishing. According to the HDFC SL team the current value of the policy is appx Rs.123000. I was informed to pay 30% towards surrender charges for en-cashing the policy if I do not pay the premium amount for the coming 2 years.

I am confused and unable to decide, where to invest...

I'm holding HDFC debit n credit card, to pay my mobile bills or to purchase online, every time the payment I try to made through debit will be decline by bank. On Dated 10/04/2013 I purchased a mobile phone from Spice Hot Spot outlet. When i purchased this phone then processing fee was Rs 299/- and when i got statement slip on 23/05/2013 it has been charged Rs 900/-. There was a difference of Rs 600/- in that slip. So pleae find the attached scan copy of processing fee slip which i got on that day. Although i paid that amount but i want to remburse that so help me to remburse my extra amount....
