Recently I opened a Sukanya Samriddhi Yojona account for my baby girl, bank send me a welcome kit through INDIAN POST on[protected], account No. XXXXXXXXXX4583 track id EB[protected]IN, on 17th it's show's Item Delivery Confirmed, but today 23rd february still I didn't received my welcome kit. Please help me out..

    I had payment to Kendriya Vidyalaya for the month of Quarter Jan-Mar 2022. The Payment made from my wife to billdeskpg.[protected]@hdfcbank for Rs.3, 260/-. ON 22.02.2022 6.03 PM. But, the payment not credited to Kendirya Vidyalaya account i.e. Union Bank of India. So, Please clarify and reply as soon as possible.

      I have arranged my money for a jumbo loan I had taken from HDFC bank 3 months ago, tried to pay it on 18/02/2022 through net banking with amount 57, 844. while payment there should be the option for jumbo loan card (1309) but it showed an inactive card (3821) which I payed because I did not knew the actual jumbo card number. Now the amount is stuck on the inactive card (3821) and HDFC customer care telling me it will take a month for refund and telling me to pay it off with another 57844 so that I don't have to pay fines. I don't have any money at the moment I cant afford to pay any fines which is like 300/day until paid.

        I bought my iphoneXR with hdfc bank debit card on 29/07/2021 in from Imagine, Sector 35, Chandigarh. As mentioned by hdfc bank, (To receive cashback of 4000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) I haven’t received my cashback till now, it been more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

          I am facing timeout issue from last 30-40 days while using HDFC credit for online transaction. I have complained may times to HDFC customer care and relationship manager but issue not yet resolved.

          please help me to resolve this.

            I still haven’t received the cashback of Rs 5000, It has been over 210 days. It was promised within 120 days. Please help. I made the purchase from Reliance Digital on 2nd July 2021. I am tired of checking the account again and again. I hope this issue gets resolved. Looking forward to a positive response.

              YC error on UPI

              By my knowledge, my account was not misused by anyone and now for some reason, I am unable to send money to anyone via UPi apps. The customer care is absolutely useless in this case as there is no human element. Please help...

              I am an NRI and I don't have access to my registered phone number. I am trying to transtact through my NRE account and couldn't do so as I am not receiving OTP on my registered Email ID

              It seems changing the registered phone number is too complex of a procedure. Therefore I now want to get OTPs on my registered E-Mail ID

                Hi,

                This is in the Regards of PPF account # [protected] Which I opened in Sep'21 with HDFC Bank through online application.

                But I also wanted to inform you this PPF was opened when I already have a request in post office to open a PPF account.

                Now I have 02 PPF account on my name, one with Post office and second with HDFC Bank, which should not be.

                I request you to please close my account # [protected] due to I have to continue the Post office PPF account now.

                Due to I am having 02 account on my name I am not able to deposit money in any of account. I should have only one PPF account to make deposits.

                I also submitted a request to Bank in October 2021 but I did not get any response till now, I need your support in closing the account.

                    Hi Myself Prathamesh Jadhav, My account with customer ID:[protected] has been blocked for any transaction indicating a low severity memo present. I have been not been given any intimation by email/postal/sms of any sort about the problem beforehand and HDFC bank simply just froze my account for any transactions . This is unacceptable as I am unable to spend my money when in need. I have visited the nearby Hdfc Mazgaon branch(Mumbai) multiple times. As per them there is no issue in my account and KYC has been newly updated by them and address has been verified. I have called to the customer care with no resolution in this matter.Hdfc Mazgaon Branch(Mumbai) has also raised service request 18498989 regarding this to resume my HDFC account .
                    It has been now 17-18 days, and I am facing this kind of worst experience first time .I am not able to perform any transactions when highly needed, nor I am not getting any help from HDFC executive .
                    If this kind of behaviour continues I will be forced to look for other alternate option .
                    Hope my issue gets resolved on priority as it is hampering my work .

                    It took very long time almost one month for hdfc to solve this issue . Helpless online support, even mail support was not proper .After coordinating with nearby branch multiple times this issue was resolved

                    I have been using Hdfc bank for almost 4 years and this is my worst ever experience over the last 20 days .If this is the case what is the use of this kind of Account which is useless .Even after changing the address recently 1-2 weeks before and getting verified by Hdfc Branch (Mazgaon, Mumbai ) Manager Shoaib Khan, even today I got message of Hdfc account block .As my salary will be credited by 25th this month, I will be forced to look for alternative option if this issue is not resolved in couple of days .

                    It's getting more and more irritating now, already address changed and verified by Hdfc Mazgaon Branch, Mumbai and also service request[protected] is raised by Hdfc Mazgaon Branch (Mumbai ) to restore my Hdfc account after low severity memo was put on my account, still today there was block placed on my account .
                    I didn't expected this kind of behaviour from HDFC !!!

                    Without hdfc executive contacting me regarding the issue, i have received sms that service request[protected] has been closed .What kind of service hdfc is providing I am not able to understand .Simply pathetic !!!

                    My salary is supposed to come by tomorrow .What I will do with this block account .I need to clear some important transactions .Even after doing all the things required it has been now 20 days my account is still blocked .This is worst experience I am facing by HDFC bank.
                    I am of the opinion that bank if forcing me to look for alternative option .

                    Hdfc bank is taking it's customers for granted .It's been 21 days still my issue is not resolved .No positive response .I will definitely switch to other banking service in near future if this is the case

                    I have come to know from one of the HDFC executive that this issue of mine is pending from Technical team, but the person handling this issue is on leave and he will be available after couple of days .So no other person apart from him can look into this matter ?Can i escalate this to higher authority ?I am again repeating this here that i have to perform some important transactions today .
                    Hope HDFC bank technical team understands my concern and look into this and resolve this issue asap by EOD today itself

                    No value of money for hdfc bank .My services are down since 21 days and issue is not resolved yet till date .Even after communicating to bank again and again that I needed to do some important and urgent transaction today, they are still delaying the process

                    am not getting any help from online support team as well as no positive response from nearby hdfc bank centre .If this is the case then in near future I will be switching to other banking services, when in need I didn't got any help from your side .

                    It is close to one month now, and I don't know what is going on with my block account .
                    No one has contacted me yet .Very slow process from your end, if this is not going to get resolved soon, then kindly proceed with closing this hdfc account .
                    Very poor service, I have visited nearby Hdfc branch (Mazgaon) multiple times also contact Hdfc executive many times but no positive response till now.Hdfc branch (Mazgaon) has emailed to some team for getting this issue resolved, but they are not getting positive response from them .It is getting delayed too much .

                        I availed insta loan facility on CC for 110000. Bank says that they have dispatched the DD through UWEX courier but i have not received it yet now i am able to contact the courier service. They gave me a reference number 40138144 for tracking and number[protected]/03, however none of them works. Please help. There is no website as well for the given courier service.

                          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                            How can you hold my amount since it is salary account???

                              Hey,

                              I had applied moratorium via SMS link sent from HDFC for settling the due of my HDFC Credit Card on 4th October 2021. I received an approval for moratorium via email and letter for the same. It explains that the moratorium is for 6 months (till 29th of March 2022) and post that, a 24 month restructuring repayment period.

                              Sadly HDFC decides to send me legal notices from varies firms and I also got a call to pay the whole due and cancel the restructuring - because the lady on the phone believed “I’ll be unable to pay monthly on time”. I cordially asked not to cancel restructuring.

                              Now I receive an invitation for conciliation from Ms. Nikita Indoria asking to come down on 23rd Feb 2022.

                              I humbly request HDFC to rectify this horrible mistake which is also affecting my CIBIL score on monthly basis and to issue a legal repayment statement to continue with my moratorium.

                              Emails sent to Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, TermLoans.[protected]@pic.hdfcbank.net, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, emailreplylegal.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, anil.[protected]@hdfcbank.com (one of called in Feb asking to pay full amount, then when this situation was explained there was no reply) and [protected]@gmail.com (one who emailed for conciliation) has been of no use as nobody replies or updates anything over emails. Its just been a long trail of SMS for someone assigned for recovery and letters asking to pay overdue.

                              Please get me out of this mess and let the moratorium course apply with the credit card for healthy repayment.
