I had received a sms from you regarding pre approved credit card and applied for the same. I have screenshot which says that its approved and I will receive the same in 7-10 days. Now I can see that card is declined
Please share reason for the same

    I have bought 2 policies[protected] and 1 more). As I keep almost all my savings in FD, I did not consented for Bank Mandate in both the case.

    My bank has received both the mandates. I fear these have been forged.

        Made a purchase for 8696 ₹ on louis phillipe store on 10/11/2021. Promotion for 10% cashabck on hdfc bank debit card was going on during that period. I made the purchase with my hdfc debit card but still i am waiting for my cashback. Tried getting touch with hdfc bank customer care and they are asking for the sms or email for th offer.

        The offer was in-store so i don't have any sms or email for that, seems like they are just trying to avoid my case.

            ‌i want to close isa(investment service account) example mutual fund account, i found quarterly deduction in my account 250+gst, last this deduction in may i said that time in may kindly close this service and refund my charges, but you only refund my 250 not refunded gst and 45 rupees loss, but you made a big mistake also you did not close this service on my account you did not closed isa account, so again inr 295 deducted for jan-march, it's means you are not closing yet and april to june and much more remainig then you will deduct in future, what is this i already said that time, if you did proper work then i am happy today without deduction without any hasitation, but now i want clarifaction why you didn't close this service on that time when i said last, and i want totally refund now and close this service of isa account, and a letter which you will write that service account has closed and in future you(priyam maheshwari) will not face any kind quartely deduction of that service related to isa, that i totally want, , in short------ i want to close isa investment service account and totally refund charges and close this service in proper manner and i don't want face this problem in future

              I had made the settlement on the 29th of May 2022, attached is the Settlement Letter, and have made the payment in 1 Installment. But Im rather Frustrated that the Card Has not been settled yet, plus i keep on receiving calls every day plus, this Compliance Officer Keeps on sending email without verifying. And even i still are receiving the emails of the current credit statement.

                  I opened and account from the branch and everything is working fine till I received a post from HDFC, I'm not able to received it as I temporarily moved to different city.
                  Now my account is blocked it's very frustrating that I can't resolve it without going into branch. There should be a online address verification with aadhar.

                    I didn't even knew about this charge.
                    I saw it today an amount of rs 295 has been deducted without prior notice which a very disappointing factor, though the account being credited with my salary that means every time i need to pay some odd amounts which gets debited directly.
                    This was not expected from a reputed bank. Total disappointment. Instead they ask for personal loan with an aggressive push.
                    Deducting without prior notification is like stealing which is not acceptable

                          Dear Sir,

                          This is inform with reference of Transaction ID - T2206281603441324046620 that I had lost my Rs.10005 from my account on 28th June'22 due to fraud call transaction through UPI. I didn't enter any password or pin, Immediately i complaint to customer care.The banker told me to provide the cyber crime report and other details of transaction, which i submitted to nearest branch.The Bank provided me the closure date of 12th July'22. In mean while the investigation process is started and i got a call from the investigation team on 6th July'22 & 7th July'22, I explain all the details to them over the phone and than the bank done the credit of Rs.10005 in my HDFC account within 2hrs than amount puts on hold.From 8th July'22 - 11th July'22 i called to phone banking executive regarding the holding the amount of RS.10005.They are not able explain instead of providing me solution they told me to call merchant bank because they hold the amount so they credit the amount. I called to the merchant bank they told me that we can only help to the merchant customer or who having the vending machine, than i again called to the phone banking officer they said we have no idea regarding this holding amount.Number of times i called phone banker but no has any idea they were refuse to help me.On 11th July also i called to the phone banker again same reply no idea. After that Rs.10005 is debited from my account without my concern or informing me.Than again i called to the phone banker regarding the debited amount of Rs.10005 than they told me that its your liability bank will not responsible that and they will not pay you.

                          This is how the HDFC bank is treated with their customer. In this way the bank misguide me or cheat with me. I got a mail in which Mr. dharnajay Pandey contact details is mentioned. I call him on 11th July'22 he didn't pick the call than i mailed them and got a call from him on 12th July'22 he told me that he will put a request of reverse the amount give me a one day to sought the issue. On 12th July' 22 I didn't get any call from them and on 13th i called him he say give a time i call you later. Now on, 14th July'22 I called him he say this amount is transferred by investigation department i don't why its credited and reversed. The investigation department will refuse to pay because its your liability not Bank's.

                          In this way everyone is blaming each other, no one is ready to help the customer.Even the Branch manager Mr. Pandey said that investigation team is responsible for this i don't know why my name & phone number is provided.

                          I request you i take necessary action it because each and every is blaming each other. If its my liability than the bank had transfer the amount to make fool or cheat either helping to fraud. At least the bank should inform me that this is a temporary credit. Bank has no right to hold and reversed the amount without giving any prior notice or concern. my query is why did bank transferred the amount without investigation. If investigation team is credit the amount than who is responsible for debit and why? The bank imposed the liability on me. It's not my liability i didn't enter the PIN no., OTP or password. If we receive or pay the amount we need to scan it, i only did the scan it or even enter the amount in it.

                          I already lost my Rs.10005 which is a monetary loss to me and my family. On the other hand the bank gives me a mental disturb which is not acceptable. please refund my amount as soon as possible. I open the account with HDFC Bank for savings and security but now i feel the bank is not secure as well provide mental upset to customers.

                                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful

                                  I have a hdfc food card via Cognizant Technology Services but have lost it.It had a balance amount of Rs9633
                                  Had applied for a replacement card and have received it. But the balance is showing as 0 in the new card.
