Hello Sir,

I have some problem with HDFC credit card below i have mentioned my problem please read and take necessary action.

i got a call from hdfc representative on november month 2010 regarding the hdfc titanium card, she explained about the facilities that are in the card like EMI and Balance transfer all are enabled default on your card. i conformed again before apply and applied. i got the card on december 2010, the representative told me that after getting your card with in 10 days you have make a call to the customer care and transfer the balance from some other card to hdfc titanium card. i called the customer care service and asked them about this after 3 days they said you don't have option of balance transfer in your card, i told about this they said ,"no you dont have the balance transfer offer you have cash load offer, please wait for few months we will enable this like that". after few days i purchased a two mobile phones amount of Rs.28000 using hdfc credit card, and i called the customer care and asked them to convert my 28000 purchase in to EMI, "Same answer from the customer care you don't have that offer, so please wait for few more months we will enable it like that" i requested the customer care to raise the request for EMI conversion. They simply told me that sorry we don't have offer on this like that. so i collected money from my friends and payed to the HDFC full amount, after a month i planned to purchase a laptop some amount of 48000 , this i called the customer care before i purchase and i conformed that i have a EMI option, the customer care executive told that yes you have the option just call the customer care after purchasing.and i purchased after i called them please convert this as a EMI This time they told "Sorry you dont have the EMI Offer" please wait for some more months and it will be enabled on your card. like that. I asked them i already inform to the customer care before purchase , but now your saying like this , they told me very simply sorry we given you a wrong information. sorry for that but you don't have the EMI option on your card like that. i requested some many times and emailed to the manger simply they are saying sorry we can't do anything.like that.please do the needful. i referred 5 of my friends and they got the card also , but they have the all options balance transfer and EMI like that i asked them how they enabled you this offers, my friends told they have received a call about a HDFC medical insurance and i have applied that then automatically all the options are enabled or me like that. i also got the call but i told them i have some other insurance some no needed like that. This is full of cheating.please do the needful. the interest of 48000 is too high for every month.please take necessary action.

emi credit card — debit balance

Sir, this is with reference to customer ID 4446931. in the recently sent statement where in you have credited back the lombard policy cancellation charges but deducted Rs.1415.76 against purchase and other charges. Here i want to explain you that when i have not received the card itself then where is the question o[censored]tilising of purchasing any thing from it. Hence i request you to kindly credit back that amount also.
I further request you that the card No.[protected] has not been delivered to me and you have earlier debited Rs.18, 078.98 to my ICICI Savings Bank account no.[protected] directly. Hence take this as request and credit the amount back to my savings bank account instead of crediting to my credit card statement.

I am Kishore from Bangalore. I am Using my credit card HDFC from 2008 to till now. I understand ur problem but we cant say as they are cheating but its not good what they are doing with customers. Cause they will say that EMI option is there for ur card which means its from merchant end and not from HDFC end. U can use many number of times from merchant's side. We should know clearly before doing any actions. I can give one suggestion for future usage, Please call to HDFC customer care (not for single time) number of times and speak with different people before doing anything then definetly u will come to one conclusion regarding that. I am doing same thing that's y i never troubled myself. If we compare with remainng bank's i feel HDFC somewhat better and i[censored] experience some banks like ICICI then I think u will be white wash. Just follow my suggestion and i hope u wont be troubled in future. My side HDFC somewhat better than others. "Balance Transfer" option will be depends on credit limit. Starting they will say that u have option of balance transfer. Yes they are right from there end u have offer on ur card (titanium) but based on ur salary slip if credit limit is less then it wont be applicable. The person talks to u at that time will have role to explain u the features where as to decide ur credit there will separate department people so we need to be smart our-self.

Just Call To Customer Care (Any bank credit cards) number of times until u get conclusion whether Positive or negative speak with different customer care people and know ur self before making any actions.

Example: I started using my credit card from 2008 June. Starting I purchased mobile and converted to EMI as per they informed to me and completed by Jan 2009.. Later on May 2009 when i thought to purchase Laptop I don't know Y but I called to customer care and got the answer that "I don't have EMI Offer". I tried to call second time and the person ellabrated his answer and told that same answer. after couple of days again i call them and person told the same answer and explained me clearly that they are offering for one time from their end that i used already so i can get emi from merchant;s end. So i searched for EMI offer from merchant's end and I purchased laptop and paid in EMI for 12 months.

So speak with different customer care people...

    Hi,

    This is kapil sharma worked with hdfc standard life insurance co. in outer circle connaught place and applied the provident fund in Ansari Road for the same.
    The letter which I had got from hdfc standard having the PF-6310.
    Normally according to the company norms that should be credited with in 2 to 3 months time.
    Kindly see this matter.

      I have my zero balance salary account with my first company IGT. I left this company before month and joint new company name Genpact and I open ICICI bank a/c. now I deposit amount Rs. 90,000.00 in my HDFC bank account and i check my account on[protected] then i found that amount has been deducted from my account Rs 2482.00 without my confirmation.

      I call on costumer care no two time but they donn't respond me
      now I want my amount back

      I am holding a sallary account with HDFC bank, Acc-No:: 1625******1330, on last month i have got my first salary, i have save ny salary to use for a purpose as it is my first salary of my life, but I have checked my online statement today and found that for the period of last 12 months an amount of Rs 393.26 per month is deducted from my account on a single day without any prior intimation and reason. This had happened in just a week and I lost around Rs4325.00 In the mini statement this shows as AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS for the month of Dec2012 and nov 2013 Deducted. This is very disgusting. i have opened thia as my salary account with HDFC. I am planning to close my account, if i didnt receive my money back.

        I have account in HDFC bank(Mayur vihar pahe II). I did not received any sms, email or mail about
        AQB from bank side. But 827 Rs deduct in my account without any information.
        I already complaint hdfc bank but I did not received any call from your side.

        HDFC Bank in cheating and highly unreliable to customers. It's not cosumer frientdly at all. I also have faced same problems from HDFC a/c.

        It's better to say this bank tata/bye-bye.

          Was in the processes of getting a Car loan from HDFC Bank, Thane branch, the experience has been completely annoying, the reason why most people approach private banks these days is for their service , and i guess its only because of few people and the banking expereince they extend to customers , we make a opinion of the Bank.

          The loan application has been pending for a week now when the commitment given was 3 working days ,since we had a preapproved loan and salar a/c's are also in the same bank.When HDFC bank staff requires documents they stand on your head but when its our turn to ask about disbursement they give excuses , Sales Manager by the name of Birender and Mr. shetty from Mumbai Thane branch was that the delay is happening because loan approvrs have gone for a Goa meet and there is a delay for that reason. It leaves a bad taste for me as customer for these people and the bank as well. I had very high reagrds for the service standard of HDFC but now i would prefer not to deal with the Bank. It would really worry me if the sales and branch staff of my company work like this and give tgis kind of service to customers . I myself work in serivice industry , am very well aware that what is the value of commitment and time lines in the industry.

          Latest excuse for delay in disbursement is that today being 30th April the system will be closed for 2 days for updations.
          The last bank one should approach for car loans for sure

          HDFC Bank — Very irritating service of hdfc bank

          Dear sod,

          I am B.kiran goud having account in hdfc bank i lost my ATM debit card i:e on 1st of september and i
          asked for block my ATM card that is done and i went to hdfc bank to apply for new ATM card i:e on 6th of
          september and staff of hdfc bank she said that your card will be issuing within seven days after seven days i didnt receive my card and i called for phone banking people she said that within short days you will get your card and again i called for call center people they said your card is being issued stating that within 5 days you will receive your card to your mailing address this is after 15 days i had a patience for some more days after 5 days and i called for call center she said that right now system are busy stating that i will cal u aft 10 minute she didnt call that day the naxt day i called again i got irretated and she said that your card is issued and that your cardis at allwal branch you have to go and collect your card on 2nd of octember i went to branch and i collected my card after that after 20 days i didnt even receive my ATM pin number and today again she said that yor pin is posted to your mailing address and that is mis placed and we can not trace out your card and again she is telling that you can apply for new pin request very stupid service of hdfc bank and they are not able to belive there customer also for issuing card of atm stupid service of hdfc bank so please take immediate action on hdfc bank my account number is [protected] hope u will take immediate action on hdfc bank

            My self vivek porwal , my credit card com e at Raipur ( Chattishgarh) from 6 days back, i tried more than 1000 times call on -[protected] ( 29thApril-11) Doc no ---[protected] ( HDFC credit card in name of Vivek Porwal,Devendra nager Raipur)but no body respond or pick calls.ultimatelty one madam pick phone & told me we dont staff to provide yrs couries & courier is with me & told if it is possibel then i will send u. even in evening at 6 PM agaian i remind u teire response like a Govt. employee & not customer centric approach.

            Really sir it is shame ful For courier services, this is my suggestion if we do not have please no need to pick courier.

              I am Karthik Anbumani and my credit card no is [protected]. I obtained this credit card after lot of persuasion by the marketing person. At that time itself I sought his confirmation about hidden and unnessary charges used to be imposed by credit card issuing banks.

              I used to make my monthly credit card payment on time. On 3rd Feb 2011, I have deposited an ICICI cheque for my monthly payment which is due on 4th Feb.

              I have noticed that a penalty of Rs.486/- was levied for delayed payment in my subsequent statements. When I contacted the Customer Care people, I was informed that the cheque was realised after 5 days and because of this the charge was levied and they are unable to waive off the same.

              It is common in urban centres that the cheques are getting cleared on the very next day of deposit. But this so called efficient bank has informed that it took nearly 5 days to clear the cheque.

              Is it fair to penalise a regular customer like this? I don't find any difference between this bank and the mafia groups charging exorbitant interest and charges from innocent public?

              It also came to my knowledge that in many cases, the collection managers has waived off even bigger amounts from customers to regularise the accounts. Sometimes even bargaining is taking place.

              In this regard, I further regret to note that the response of the customer care people is very disgusting and they are not willing to provide the oppurtunity to escalate the matter to their seniors.

              Under the circumstances, I am deeply thinking of surrendering the credit card with immediate effect.

                  My SB account No.11048087 which was opened in Bank of Punjab few year back with minimum balance of Rs.1000/- in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 and the bank name converted into Centurian Bank of Punjab after some time and appx. 2 year back the HDFC bank has taken over all the accounts.
                  Now I came to know that the HDFC bank has itself raised the minimum balance amount to Rs.25000/- and zeroised my account due to not maintaining the minimum balance and I have not been informed about this ever.
                  As such, I may kindly be helped to get my hard earned money back from the bank.

                    Sir, i had opened accounts (Alongwith demat account) of my family member in hdfc bank at anand vihar branch east delhi and became classic customer.The bank is charging very high brokerage i.E,minimum rs25/-excluding stt and other charges. This inflamable brokerage is very high in compare to other banks like icici,kotak etc.I had spoken to staff concern of hdfc but could not get satisfactry reply.



                    The agent of bank had not described the correct brokerage plan at the time of opening a/c. Howevever,this is mistake on my part as i have not studied the rule and regulation and believed on agent.Due to which i have been trapped in hdfc bank. Icici bank is charging minimum rs.17/-. Is hdfc bank a special bank charging rs25/-as a minimum brokerage ? I am totally disappointed to discuss on the matter with hdfc staff member. No positive
                    Action could be taken. There is no such broking house charging high minimum brokerage like hdfcsec. It is clear that hdfc sec. Is looting demat account holders. The minimum brokerage is rs.25/- without tax is not understood
                    Is it a special bank charging such amount ? The plus point of bank is that the website of hdfcsec is appriciable as it opens in a just click and format/design of trading is also good.Looking these auspects, i had started trading through hdfc.But disappointed with the high brokerage being charged.

                    In this connection, i have been trapped to open the account with such hopless bank.
                    I did a blunder mistake to discontinue the icici demat where i was trading earlier. However, icici bank may be better than in concern to minimum brokerage.
                    I will not recommend any one to deal with hdfc bank looking to high brokerage amount. Once again i will request hdfc sec. To consider the minimum brokerage and fix at par with icici bank or other broking houses.

                    Hi, read your piece on minimum brokerage, this is similar in most broking houses. Icici also charges a minimum of rs. 25/-.

                    Infact brokerage in delivery is higher in icici as compare to hdfc.

                      REGARDING PERSONAL LOAN
                      I BORROWED A PERSONAL LOAN FROM HDFC BANK IN 2007 FOR RS.75000.00. BANK DEDUCT FILE CHARGES ETC & GIVE ME CHEQUES FOR RS. 73510. BANK GIVE ME CHEQUE ON 25.12.07 & START 1ST EMI FROM 07.01.2008. WHICH WAS COMMITTED AFTER 10TH OF EVERY MONTH.

                        Executive name - Shalini is an stupid girl , I dont know for what reason she has been given the job , she calls the people and blackmail emotinally to them for making credit cards just for completing her target . she called me up 10 times in day for makiing one and i was not intrsted at all, then she emotionally blackmail me to make it. i said yes , but once i have given the documents she is never bothered to pick up my call. and giving her cell to relatives that she is not available. Worst customer service which i have gone through.

                          I had invested Rs 25,000 as a single premium growth fund for five years. I was told that I will have an appreciation of 15 % annually and after five years I should be getting about double the money. Now after completion of 5 years on 29 October 2010, the company says that I have to buy one of their annuity plans
                          which are absolutely bogus and irrelevant for me because I am already 60 years old. I have talked to them several time and have been writing to them for the last three months. I am getting only vague replies.

                          You will be doing a great service to thousands of middle class persons if you spread this message.

                          HDFC Standard life agents speak something, their documents give something else and the company
                          implements some thing totally unpredictable. I think this company is top to bottom filled with cheats,
                          and fraudulent people and should closed immediately.

                            This is being information to all of you I m upendra kumar one of the HDFC bank account holder since last 3 to
                            4 year, according to my account history or my transaction history HDFC Bank is approved 1.64 lac Personal Loan in my account, after that I make a call on customer care to get more information about this after that some one jitin who called up me and provide me information about loan product, after that I was applied for 1 lac Personal loan and provide my all document salary slip(10. 6 K) , PAN Card , latest mobile phone bill ,after submitted the all document he confirm me there is no any issue to approved you P.L , after his confirmation my verification done positively in 5 to 4 days , but after the last verification call 25th April my loan was rejected with the remark of (Credit due to credit cards bad match not payment up to the mark call you with in 30 mints ) I don’t understand why the loan department was reject my application where as I was shared all information positively to jitin (Sales person) , I have a HDFC platinum credit and I was take a cash on call loan against them then at that time he confirm me there is no any issue bcoz we did not match any cases against credit card , but at the time of rejection my approval was rejected to put my bad credit card history ….


                            I want to highlight my points…

                            1. At the time of providing complete information why agent not give me complete information
                            2. I have submitted my salary slip of 10.6k but in bank history it was shown 10k.
                            3. if I m not qualify for the loan then why bank give me offer ..
                            4. Why bad credit card history was put in my account where as credit card department said you have the good credit card history.
                            5. Pls do confirm my loan will be approved or no…??

                              It has been almost a couple of months since I have lost my Debit Card ATM PIN. When I asked for a Duplicate PIN in the HDFC Bank International Tech Park Bangalore Branch, they asked me for an address change since the new PIN will otherwise be sent to the Guwahati Assam Branch itself where I hold my savings account. I listened to this and my present address got changed after a month! I had to go to same HDFC branch again to enquire about the address change since I had not at all been informed about the address change. I have been treated badly over there. The lady receptionist over there said, "Bank is not responsible to convey the customer the information about the address change. She/he has to be up and doing for the same." Anyways, the address got changed and I have been asked to apply for a Duplicate PIN. I did the same on 6.4.2011 and have been assured that the Duplicate PIN will be sent to the present address within 7 days. This is the 20th Day. No information from the Bank side. I need the new PIN urgently and I know that I will be charged an amount as well for the issuance of the new PIN. The only concern is: Is losing/forgetting ATM PIN as bad as committing an offence?

                                I WAS USING HDFC CREDIT CARD. MY LAST PURCHASE ENDED IN 2009. AFTER THAT NO PURCHASES ON THE CARD. CHARGES WERE ACCUMULATED TO THE CARD ACCOUNT SINCE I WAS MAKING MINIMUM PAYMENT. I DID NOT STOP MAKING THE PAYMENT. MONTHLY I AM STILL PAYING THE MINIMUM AMOUNT. MR ANAND FROM HDFD CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT KEEP ON CALLING ME FOR PAYMENT I CLEARLY EXPLAINED HIM MY SALARY DATE IS 28TH OF EVERY MONTH BUT HE DOES NOT LISTEN TO THAT AND KEEPS ON DISTURBING BE ON MY OFFICE LINE. WORST SERIVCE MY HDFC I AM ASKING THEM TO CHANGE MY PAYMENT DUE DATE TO 28 THEY DO NOT DO THAT INSTEAD THEY KEEP ON ADDING CHARGES JUST TO EARN INTEREST THEY DO NOT CHNAGE THE DATE FROM 22 TO 28..............VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

                                  I was having a credit card from HDFC bank. Due to lost I asked for replacement and they produce a duplicate card. Where my old lost card is used and they charge into my account. They have deducted many amount from my bank account and also I have paid a lot. Still they are incresing the amount and always calling me.

                                  Now they have come to my residence and toubling/thretening me, my friends.

                                    HDFC bank collection team uses abusive language and giving threats on over tghe phone for credit card payment.

                                    Kindly look int the matter seruiosly as it is too much of mental and social harrasment and if any thing happens to me oy my family then HDFc would be responsible for that.
                                    We need to have solid proof when it comes to this kind of complaints, first of all try to record the conversations where either abusive or profanity is used. then please lodge a complaint with the nearest police station . Please include the name of the person with the contact number and also make the bank a party to the same. Even if this does not work the best is to file a private criminal complaint with the honorable courts.

                                      I'm an esteemed customer of HDFC Bank. I've got 3 Savings Account with you and Car Insurance from HDFC Agro Ltd.
                                      Since I'm being continuously harassed by the Surveyor I took this pain to write it to you.

                                      At first Cashless Claim was approved before the Car repair but after the same has been done now the surveyor is creating issues unnecessarily.
                                      All the required documents as per norms have already been provided as and when required.

                                      Since I'm working with Airtel and posted in Gujarat , my father is only the person who is available at Ludhiana , Punjab.
                                      The old gentleman who is not keeping well is paying frequent visits to Honda as well as Surveyor Office for claim.

                                      We are customers to HDFC and I don't understand why surveyor is creating such a nuisance.

                                      I have trust and utmost faith that this issue of mine shall be resolved by HDFC at the earliest as always.

                                      Being a Corporate customer I take it as last resort before going to any other channels.

                                        I am sovendra kumar, was a cse in HDFC Bank Charkop, kandivali w mumbai, i was given the proper resignation to Sales manager Mr. Ramesh Pandey at 28/07/2010 and have a xerox copy of resignation but now my salary a/c ([protected]) was blocked from august 2010. i asked to many time PBA Mrs. Samika Lard about my a/c information but i didn't get any response and ask HR Manger Mrs aswani she told me contact at home branch, now i want closed my a/c because i left my so give me a specific solution
                                        Otherwise I will go to court with support of police and tell me where you use my money for your personal use or charity this is the second time for complain but I did not get any reply
