Dear Sir,
I have taken a term insurance policy No. 14224273 in the month of march'2011 by HDFC Life to cover my Home Loan from HDFC Ltd.

I have not received the Policy certificate till date, I have requested many times to HDFC Life to send the policy certificate.

Recently, when I inquired from HDFC Life of Noida Sec-18 Office, an official said that since your policy is assigned to HDFC Ltd. It will be within the custody of HDFC Ltd. But as per my best knowledge I has never assigned the policy to HDFC Ltd.
Also when I have asked to HDFC Ltd., They have denied that they have the policy certificate in their custody. I have also registered a complaint vide no. [protected] dated 25.05.2011 to HDFC life and got no response.

Now I would like to go consumer forum against the lapses in service by the HDFC Life and want my policy certificate and appropriate compensation.

If you Bought any insurance Policy in any Life insurance Company and if you allowed Management of your fund value to the HDFC, you can take Loan ( Limited loan based on your sum Assured Amount)in any HDFC Bank. But you need some paper work between you and the HDFC. Likewise new things have come up for the benefit of the Customer.
if you Take LOAN from any Crore Banking company like SBI, HDFC, AXIS, you Need to buy their Life Insurance product( Compulsory ) with a high sum Assured which is automatically assigned to the Bank. That Insurance product is assigned to the bank for recover of your LOAN.
I think you have some confusion!!

    Recently I applied for a Home loan with HDFC Bank and in the processing, I came to know that my CIBIL report shows a big outstanding in one of my card which is overdue and needs to be cleared immediately. I got shocked as I promptly pay my credit card dues and hence applied for the CIBIL report to know the card number and the bank details.

    On receiving the CIBIL report, I found that there were around 5 credit cards listed against my name, when I actually hold only 2. I found a card number issued by HDFC Bank with balance of Rs.52445 which is overdue and the report says I'm the defaulter, but I actually do not own that card number.

    When I went and enquired in the Credit cards division, I came to know that the card was issued in the name of the person whose name is somewhat similar to my name and since his mother name and my mother name are same, they have reported me as the defaulter to CIBIL. This clearly shows the carelessness of the Bank and its lethargic approach towards customers.

    I escalated the issue, but it has been around 2 weeks and no response from Bank person till today. He gave me a mobile number for contact which always goes unattended.

    What if my home loan was rejected because of this issue ? The bank person cooly asks me to escalate the issue to CIBIL than to bank as that process will be a bit faster. It's a shame on HDFC bank and its customer service. If this continues it will lose many of its valuable customer

    HDFC Credit Card — CIBIL report against my name

    I am consisting applying for Loan to different Bank, but i am not able to get approve my Loan.(banks are not providing me any details)

    I am worrying that is any overdue is there in CBIL against my name ?

        Hello All,
        I am a customer of HDFC Bank Limited and I have availed a loan in the amount of Rs.310,000 from your bank with an EMI of 10,899 every month payable on the 4th of every month. I have been making timely payments on the 4th of every month and due to some unforeseen medical expenses I could not make the EMI due on the 4th of May'2011.

        I called your customer care department and informed that I am unable to pay and the same will be paid on the 30th of May'2011 along with the check bounce charges and the penalty. I think as a customer I must be given the time frame required considering the situation.

        Having said the above the collection department guys started calling me for the payment and I picked the phone and informed them that I will make the payment on the 30th of May'2011. However, they refused to hear me and harassed with 10 to 15 calls every day from the following numbers[protected], [protected],[protected],+[protected] and the list can go on. Are these people employed by you illiterates??? Can't they understand English??. Not to stop here on the 28th of May'2011 I have received 53 calls from them.........This is harassment and nothing else.

        The saga does not end here. They called a reference number provided by me for 23 times and informed them about my loan due payment. How can you even do this???? This is against the law to disclose about my credentials to a third party... These guys insane from some asylum?????

        What collections procedures are they following??? Which law says that you can call me and harass me for the payment though i have informed you guys. I don't think so that your agreement says that you can call me for [protected].... times to collect a payment. This in in human. The people calling me do not even know the basic phone etiquette, nor they can speak English, they are just robots and a bunch of stupid illiterates.

        I have just missed one payment and I think I have time till the end of the month of pay as far as i pay with the penalties. But no ......call those people who are absconding.......... and do not trouble people who pay and keep the bank informed about the developments.

        This is the most pathetic service i have every received and i would not recommend any of my colleagues to approach HDFC.

        I am also writing my experience on all the social networking sites and also to the consumer grievances cell to address this issue. Believe me I will not hesitate to go the press or the media to tell my story.

        Majid A is correct. The HDFC collections guys are more than barbaric people. They harass and just not the person who is suppose to pay the emi, but to those people also who are associated to him. Can any one give us some guidance as to how to take legal actions against these kind of people and HDFC bank so that they dont do the same mistake again.           Sir,
          I am very upset with the way HDFC treats me as a customer.I was given a titanium credt card with a credit limit of Rs. 50000.I have following issues:
          1) Extremely high rate of interest and the hidden charges were not conveyed to me before issuance.
          2)The customer care person uses abusive language over phone and comments on my inability to pay the charged in a rude way.
          3)Unnesessary penaty is being imposed further inflating the bill.

          Pls help.

            Myself Shoukat Shaikh, want to complain about HDFC ERGO health policy auto renewal from my HDFC credit card.

            Policy number: HR[protected]

            After repeatedly and explicitly telling HDFC ERGO representative (when they have called me twice or thrice for confirmation of renewal) that I no longer want to continue with this policy any more, I got an SMS from "TD-HDFCERGO" with below message

            "Dear Customer,as per your tel.confirmation we will debit your credit card a/c for health renewal HR[protected] in next 3 days. Pls maintain sufficient bal."

            Which is pure lie, on the contrary I had always said not to renew my policy, has these insurance company stooped so low and use lying and deciet to extract money from customers?

              NO PAYMENT IN LUMP SUM OF MY SLIC POLICY ON MATURITY

              I Sumat Jain of 27, Moti Dungari, Alwar (Raj.) Invested Rs. 30000/- on 31.03.2006 as one time payment to HDFC Standard LIC pension plan. My policy no. is 10573564 The due date of maturity was 31.03.2011.
              On 05.04.2011 the HDFC sent me a letter asking me to choose any option of annuity out of 3.
              When I requested to HDFC to pay me the total maturity amount Rs. 45436.74 In Lump Sum, they told that I have lost my this option because they send me a letter in Feb. 2011 to select this option and as I didn’t avail this option at that time I am not entitled now.
              I told them that I have never received your such letter, but they told that they have despatched the letter through DTDC courier.
              I request to your honour to please enquire into the matter, I have not received any such letter till today. I don’t know to whom HDFC has send and to whom the courier have been delivered. On enquiring at DTDC courier, Alwar. they have informed us that they have never received this letter, so how they can deliver it.
              I want the total maturity value in Lump Sum payment. The HDFC don’t want to give me even half of the bank’s saving account rate of interest and have ill intention to mitigate my hard earned money by adopting the unfair means.

                i had a credit card with hdfc which i paid off in installments and confirmed with them that there is no balance left and the card has been cancelled. i was provided with the receipts for the payment which i made in 2008. after that i did not hear from them any more. when i applied for a personal loan with barclays they said that my name was repirted to siebel and there is a outstanding balance of Rs 20000 aprox. when contact them they tell me that they will get back to me with the information. now its been 3 months and this is the same responce which i get from them. i have even cancelled my bank account with them as they are not trust worthy. please help me in getting this issue resolved

                  My name is Saurav Kumar.I m holding hdfc gold credit card([protected]) from last 3 months.In March 2011 I had my sister's marriage,due to which i used my whole credit,In April 2011 I got my first minimum due as Rs.1300,which I paid before tym,Then on May 2011 I got my minimum due as Rs.3500(aprox),I paid Rs.500.I talked to customer service of HdFc credit card dept,I told them I have lots n lots of bill to be taken care of becaz of that I can pay minimum balance till 2 months,whoch I can bear.They told me that You can pay that,but you have to bear Interest rate n late fee chrgs.I said ok.today Dated 24/05/2011,I received call from [protected],she said she is calling from hdfc debt collection company.She start shouting and yelling at me.I told her to lower down her volume n try to understand my situation.Then I told her that she is rude n i dunt want to talk to her.I told her to transfer call to her manager.Then another came on line,she was more rude than the agent.Without asking me the reason for delliquency she start shouting n used unprofane language on call.I hang up her call.After that I received more than 15 calls from different no.which i dunt picked up.([protected],[protected],[protected])
                  My concern is that if I have credit card wid your bank n I have sum emergency then certainly I will use your card.N if its a paying account,how come my account can get transfer to debt collection agency.N if its wid debt collection company then the employee over dere know how to talk to consumer.they should try to understand customer situation.

                      With due respect i m an residence of Hissar (Haryana) and i applied for a business loan earlier three-four months through an executive Mr. ANGREZ SINGH under Mr. AMIT RANA (LOAN BRANCH) of HDFC bank , railway road branch. He checked my documents and told me that he sanctioned my loan from bank and he recieve all of my documents, he also signed of me on an application form of HDFC bank , but did'n't gave me any application no. or reciept and after two days he told me that if i gave him a percentage of Loan amount he will approved my loan by the bank. i gave him a sum of amount and after one month i asked him about loan status he did'n't gave any statisfaction answer. After this i asked many times and every time he told me that your loan will be santionced and more time to deliver the payment. Then one day i took him my application no. 18330369 and call on customer care no. and check the status they told me that your application is not in eligibility due to less of taxes or ITR and it was told to executive by the bank before two months , then i complainted about app that is no. of[protected]. And every time asked from executive he misbehaved with me on telephonically and did'n't meet me again. I visit on branch and asked the manager about this he sent me to Mr. Amit Rana whose the team leader of Loan Cell. Amit Rana told me that he gave me the solution and refund all of my money which is received by the executive. But i have'n't recieve any solution by the bank , So i requested you to plz tell me the solution of my problem and refunded all of my money receive by the executive and all of my documents take by the executive , because i m sure that he missused of my documents. and how can i take action against the executive and the bank that all of are involved in fraud .

                        Hi, I am Yamini Sahni work in Ienergizer in Noida.
                        My Account No.:-[protected] ,i tried on 16/5/11 to withdraw Rs 5800 from Union Blank ATM( Gorakhpur PAC Camp ) and also from SBI ATM ( Near Gorakhpur Railway Station). However, despite my repeated attempts I was not able to withdraw a single penny despite having enough balance in my account but when I checked my account the next day(17/5/11) the amount (5800) was missing despite myself having cancelled the transaction.

                        Kindly take appropriate action and ensure that I receive my entire sum which has been deducted despite cancelling the transaction.

                          How come there is a Pin change in the same month?
                          When i being the cardholder dont have the card with me,from where did the
                          pin change come from?
                          And the withdrawal from direct HDFC, How is it possible when i have been
                          out of town at that period?
                          Is the duplication of the card being provided to somebody else with my
                          details or whats the exact thing?
                          looking at the statements my mind is into turmoils.
                          Credit card is a secured cash card, so how come so many unauthorised
                          transactions?
                          i fail to understand.

                          I have already logged complains in numerable times but no action has been taken yet. and this everyday calls are driving me and my family insane, kindly help.

                            I had a HDFC Gold credit card which was stolen and used. I informed the same to the HDFC customer care about that and requested for the action. But they didnot respond on that. I followed upp with them by sending mails and doing phone calls to the customer care but no one revert. Now when the amount accrued from Rs 15000 to Rs 40,000, one of the associates calls me ask talk in the abusive language and says that you stole the money. I even told him to settle the dispute but i got no response. And now after long even when i paid the dues i still am getting negative report in Seibel. Please help me and tell me how can i make a positive report in Seibel.

                              I am ch.surendra having salary account and a/c no-[protected] and on 17th may in my account the Rs-110.30 has been deducted regarding this ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 250411 and i took the statement for opening demat account when i am taking this statement i have asked them is it free or charged, then they told it is free for demat account opening proof and my account is salary account so 1 stmt is free for me for month but u can take under this also but i have charged for this so i need the refund regarding this and need the reply aasap and i have called to customer care several times regarding this but i was unable to connect and so pls rep me or call me

                                    In January 2011 we have made a plan to purchase TATA ACE, and then we went to PASCOS DariyaGanj TATA showroom,

                                    They told all the condition & PRICE of Tata Ace (Ex-showroom & on road) then we asked for finance, then they given me a no of Mr. VIJAY

                                    Which is franchise of HDFC bank; he collected papers of my Father Mr. RAMBHOOL TYAGI & mine SOHAN LAL TYAGI. On dated 27-jan-2011.

                                    He told he can arrange Rs.275000 for us, we were agreeing on that. Then he told to us, you can receive your Vehicle from CHATTARPUR on 8-FEB-2011.

                                    When we asked on 8-FEB-11, he was telling vehicle truck met with an accident, & they will provide vehicle on next week,

                                    In the end, we did not get our vehicle after 45 days,

                                    Then we have planned to cancel this deal, we have intimated that person (VIJAY) also HDFC Customer Care.



                                    Now we are purchasing a new car, but we are unable to get car loan, because HDFC added my fathers & mine name in CIBIL for

                                    TATA ACE LOAN Repayment, but when we did not get this vehicle or loan & we have also intimated contact person (VIJAY & CUSTOMER CARE) then

                                    Why they added our name to CIBIL LIST, CAN THEY SHOW ON WHICH VEHICLE REGISTRATION RUNNING ON MY NAME, DATE OF REGISTRATION,

[protected] AM HOLDER OF HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD No ending in 5236 WHICH WAS ISSUED TO ME ON OCTOBER 2007, based on my Salaried A/c from my Company A/c Ending in 1697 . I was using the card and used the pay the amounts in normal way, later end of 2009 year my financial condition became bad due to which i had a Debt of 4 Lakhs of Debts on my Head . I have 3 loans and 6 credit cards of which i am due for 5 credit cards and 3 loans which comes to around 5 lakhs. Hence i have requested for settlement for credit card but every time the collection executives use to take a minimum payment from me and used to say next month they would come back with a settlement letter and they never used to comeback it continued for few months. Later i have stopped making payments to them and now my actual Principal Amount outstanding towards bank is 8,000.00 for which they made it to 83,000.00 by adding late fees, finance charges, over limit fees. few days back I received a call from executive names jawed from Begum pet branch stating my credit card could be settled for 24,000.00 for which I stated that my financial condition is bad and I could only be able to make 20,000.00 only and we had some heated argument and he has informed to Chennai Head office who have blocked my Salaried A/c ending in 1697 on 04/29/2011 for Rs 19,000.00 and also received notice from HDFC Bank to contact the concerned person Ramesh and later Ajay for the a/c settlement if not the amount which has been placed on hold will be debited from my a/c on 14/05/2011,who stated they would only guide whom to contact for settlement of the a/c. I went to bank and spoke to Manager Anita from Credit card department at Begumpet Branch who stated that the settlement was not completed for Rs 20,000.00 hence they have blocked my a/c so I requested her to tell the settlement amount for which she stated I need to pay more Rs 24,000.00 apart from Rs 19,000.00 which they have blocked from my salaried a/c for which I told her that I spoke to their executive Javed who told me that the settlement amount was Rs 24,000.00 then why are u asking me more 24,000.00 as u have already blocked Rs 19.000.00 from my salary I am ready to pay more 3.000.00 to settle this She states it can’t be happen as the amount in my Salary A/c has been identified by Bank hence it cannot be used towards settlement. I just need one clarification if anything that is been deposited to my a/c is been identified by bank why it will not be counted towards the settlement when u are saying that settlement amount is Rs 24,000.00 and u got already Rs 19,000.00 from me why the hell u ask me more Rs 24,000.00 for settlement. I have made a complaint on the grievance office site for which there is no response. later i called up to the Grievance no[protected] and spoke to lady she told me she would set up a call with the grievance officer on Sat, but i did not received a call from the manager infact my a/c was debited for the amount holded in the salaried a/c and received a call from Manager Raghu from Begumpet branch stating about the settlement of a/c for Rs 44.000.00 for which i stated i already had spoken to above mentioned people for which he stated there was a miss communication from Associate Javed who incorrectly told me that the a/c would be settled in 24,000.00 being a bank executive how can u give false information to customer and even the manager Anita also told me the same thing Raghu is saying that the a/c can be settled for Rs 44,000.00 for which is stated as u have already taken Rs 19.000.00 from my a/c remaing amount i would be able to arrange is Rs 5,000.00 for which he is not accepting. and even Raghu stated if i am not settling this then my a/c would be blocked again for the next month also and then would take next month salary too. Believe me if this happens then there is nothing left for me than to do suicide because of these harassments. I am a married man and i have 3 loans that i need to pay monthly if you block my complete salary how would i live and what about my other loans. SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND PLEASE TRY TO RELEASE MY ACCOUNT AND SETTLE THE CREDIT CARD ISSUE, I REALLY BEG TO YOU PLEASE TRY TO RELEASE MY SALARY ACCOUNT SIR, AS YOU ONLY CAN JUSTIFY THAT MY SALARY IS NOT TO HIGH AND I AM ONLY THE PERSON EARNING IN MY FAMILY OF 5 MEMBERS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO RUN THE FAMILY IN SUCH SHORT AMOUNT AND UPON THAT IF THE ACCOUNT IS BLOCKED THAN WHAT KIND OF TROUBLE I AM FACING LOOKING THAT I HOPE YOU WILL LOOK UPON MY REQUEST AND TRY TO RELEASE THE SALARY ACCOUNT.

                                      HDFC Bank — Blocked my account

                                      I have a personal loan from Centurion bank of punjab. which is now HDFC Bank. Several emis from my account were bounced due to insufficient funds. However, their representative used to come and collect the amount from me every month. Now suddenly they have blocked my bank account which has around 13, 700/- rupees in it. This bank account was not linked to the Loan account. This is blackmail. Kindly advice.

                                      My salary account is[protected] with HDFC bank Connaught Place branch.

                                      Yesterday my salary was transferred in the above mentioned bank account number. I am unable to withdrawal my salary from above mentioned account number. I called in HDFC bank customer care number. According to the executive the salary is on hold from credit card devision.

                                      I was managed a credit card of HDFC bank around 6 years back. Same was settled from HDFC bank Naraina Branch on Rs. 10, 200/- in three shots. Two installments were completely cleared but in last installment I faced some misbehavior issues with the lady executive of DSA. I told her clearly that rest amount of Rs. 4,500 is pending from my side and I want to pay the said amount only on one condition that please share the statement of my credit card. Because the limit of credit card is Rs. 10,000/- and I already paid around Rs. 17,000 on the card. She use vulgar words against me.

                                      Please see the attached documents of trailed mail with HDFC bank.

                                      Now today I had a word with Ms. Ruby Anand of HDFC bank credit card division. I told her that this is my salary of whole month and I have a wife and 2 year old child with me. If you want I agree to pay the card limit amount to you and please release the rest amount of my salary. She ignored and told that whole amount of salary around Rs. 32,763 will be settled as a settlement amount. Please arrange Rs. 10,000 more or we will send a mail to Chennai for approval on Rs. 32,763 to settle the card amount.

                                      My whole salary blocked by HDFC bank. Only Rs. 4,500 is due from side and I agree to pay Card Limit amount amount of Rs. 10,000/-. But I want to release my salary.

                                      Sir I am very depressed and want your intervention.

                                      Point 3 - If you do not have any kind of Warrant then why you called me and said rudely "Pay the whole amount within 36 Hours or your warrant will be executed".

                                      Point 4 - Systems or servers are yours, peoples are yours, working for you then why system and password offer to customer for self access of your database records.

                                      As discussed several times.

                                      Please share the HDFC Credit Card Statement and card history for the rest of the period (DISCUSSED WITH Ms. RITU) for the account [protected] from start to till date.

                                      Reason for Card Statement and Card History - Received many harrassment calls and letters before and after of settle the card regarding Court Notices / NBW Warrants / Use of Vulgar Words / Open the case in front of family members personally or verbally through phone.

                                      As discussed with Ms. Ritu above mentioned card already settled on INR 10,200.00 in 3 shots. A amount of INR 5,500.00 already paid to bank and the rest amount of INR 4,700.00 is ready to pay in cash. Received a letter from HDFC Bank Cards Devision stated that the settlement being time bound, any default in payment of the ammounts as agreed or within the time stipulated under the settlement will invalidate the settlement and render the same void. After couple a days I received a notice from court under SECTION-138 on the above mentioned card account and a notice letter from S.S.Advocates Chennai. Credit Card Statement is a right of customer stated under RBI Circular DBOD.FSD.BC.17/24.01.011. Please read the below mentioned points carefully:-

                                      1. Customer’s rights in relation to credit card operations primarily relate to personal privacy, clarity relating to rights and obligations, preservation of customer records, maintaining confidentiality of customer information and fair practices in debt collection. The card issuing bank/NBFC would be responsible as the principal for all acts of omission or commission of their agents (DSAs / DMAs and recovery agents).

                                      2. The intimation for including an individual’s telephone number in the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) should be facilitated through a website maintained by the bank/NBFC. The numbers cleared by the card issuing bank/NBFC for calling should only be accessed. The bank/NBFC would be held responsible if a Do Not Call Number (DNCN) is called on by its DSAs / DMAs or Call Centre/s. The card issuing bank/NBFC should ensure that the Do Not Call Registry (DNCR) numbers are not passed on to any unauthorised person/s or misused in any manner. Banks/NBFCs/ their agents should not resort to invasion of privacy viz., persistently bothering the card holders at odd hours, violation of "do not call" code etc. The disclosure to the DSAs / recovery agents should also be limited to the extent that will enable them to discharge their duties. Personal information provided by the card holder but not required for recovery purposes should not be released by the card issuing bank/NBFC. The card issuing bank /NBFCs should ensure that the DSAs / DMAs do not transfer or misuse any customer information during marketing of credit card products. In the matter of recovery of dues, banks should ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on Fair Practice Code for lenders (circular DBOD. Leg. No. BC. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated May 5, 2003) as also IBA’s Code for Collection of dues and repossession of security. In case banks have their own code for collection of dues, they should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of IBA's Code. In particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank/NBFC and that they observe 11 strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location. Banks /NBFCs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

                                      Now I am facing calls from your two various agencies regarding settlement of the Credit Card amount. Received calls from your agency number 43161720 regarding settle the card amount on 10, 200 within 3 shots. Approval has been taken. After 4-5 days received calls from another agency number 45501813 / 45501812 regarding settle the amount on 7, 000 within 2 shots.



                                      Yesterday received a call from unknown person. According to him he was from your legal department. As per his wordings “I am calling from HDFC Bank legal department. Your NBW warrant has been issued from Chennai. Pay the amount of Rs.52, 710 by next EOD or you will face trouble of any kind.



                                      From last one week I am facing 4-5 calls on daily basis from various numbers. Your agency people talk on phone very rudely and use vulgar words.

                                      I presonally met with Mr. Rajeev Handa also on 01st December, 2010 at around 5:07 PM. He was on Naraina Branch 1st Floor. Already discussed all the matter with him and agree to pay the amount of Rs. 10, 000 as per his guidence. I told him very cleared that I am going out of delhi for some official work and I am back after 4-5 days please call me and send your executive with settlement letter and collect the cash of Rs. 10, 000. But nothing has been done. I called many times of 43161720 but didn't received any response. After that I received a call on 14th January, 2011 at around 11:30 AM from Rajesh of HDFC bank. I also told him that please send an executive to gurgaon and collect the cash. After that no one called me. And when the amount was transferred to my account it was blocked. And put a pressure on me to pay the whole outstanding amount. Rs. 57, 000 in place of Rs. 10, 000.

                                      I am writing this email with great disappointment which I have been facing for last 5 months, I think I made a big mistake to trust bank like HDFC which is well known bank in the world.

                                      Issues which I have been facing appended below.

                                      1. Your bank representative was misbehave & used the abusive language with me and my family members even while I have been making the payment across to your bank & get in touch with your bank official n having intention to pay off my settlement dues.

                                      The word or dialogue which has been used by one of your bank official (Lady Executive)

                                      TUNE PAYMENT KARNI HAI YA NAHI KARNI HAI.
                                      TUJH JAISE KAMINE AADMI KE SAATH AISE HI BAAT KARNI CHAIYE.
                                      Kya tum intelligent ho.
                                      Payment karte ho ya nahi.
                                      Agar payment nahi ki to dekh lena.
                                      Esclation karne se kuch nahi hota.

I hold a salary A/C in your bank which has been lien by your bank official due to non payment of credit card payments Even I have been following the same with bank official Mr. Rajeev Handa & met personally Mr. Rajeev Handa also on 01st December, 2010 at around 5:07 PM.                                       3. I told to bank official that my wife and my 2 years old child with me and very difficult to manage both after this kind of behavior. As I am sole bread earner of the family how do I manage my family daily expenses with out money?
                                      Bank is trying to fetch the money from my account.

                                      On 08th March, 2011 bank was trying to withdrwal money. EAW DEC CHG 07-03-11 [protected] Cheque No. 3010 withdrawl Rs. 25/-

                                      Again on 08th March, 2011 EAW DEC CHG 07-03-11 [protected] Cheque No. 3031 withdrawl Rs. 25/-

                                      Today I received a call from Ms Ruby Anand. She forced me to settle the account on whole salary. I discussed all the matter with her once again. But she ignored and put a pressure on me to settle the account on Rs. 32, 000 in place of Rs. 10, 000. Also said that if you not agree to settle the account on Rs., 32, 000 bank will debited the whole amount and not issue settlement letter to you.

                                      One point is how can bank debit the amount from my account without my signature or debit note?
                                      Thank you for your kind and quick response . Please try to resolve this as soon as possible as i am in a very bad situation and going through lot of stress.
