My money is deducted as showing"ISAQMC-ST-EC Oct-Dec[protected]" i had complaint about the same at HDFC,some say it is deducted as i had opted for mutual account,but i had not signed any such form,instead of that i had filled one form to close that account ,but still my money is being is being deducted,so let me know the reason for the same.
It happened to me also, they are crazy people. I never interest in MF how come they are charging. May be HDFC software not working properly.

    I HAVE TAKEN CAR LOAN FOR 3 LAKH FROM HDFC CHANDIGARH BRANCH , MY AC NO. IS 16835233 FOR WHICH I HAVE MADE SEVEN TIMES REQUEST FOR THE DETAILS OF MY LOAN SANCTIONED WITH CUSTOMER COPY, BUT EVERY TIME I GO TO MAIN BRANCH IN CHANDIGARH I AM TOLD THAT IT WILL REACH U VERY SOON,BUT STILL AFTER 6 MONTHS I HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE SAME.

      copy of credit card settlement letter

      I settled my HDFC credit card dues approximately 6 years back. later on i got a NO DUE letter towards credit card dues from HDFC-Hyderabad. i have returned cards to branch also. now the problem is that I lost that NO DUE letter which i required for loans. I have given all my identification details to branch,but they are unable to track my credit card details. they are asking credit card number to track my details but i dont have credit card...

      Hi Deepak ji,

      My name is Biju Sasidharan and I am writing this mail from Chennai, after a very bad mental Harassment provided by your bank guys.

      I have no clue why I am been called upon every time for a card payment when i have clearly told them that card must have been taken by my dad who passed away 3 years back.

      I have no idea on this credit card and I been penalized and getting mental depression from your team.

      I every day get at least 50 -60 calls from [protected], [protected], [protected],[protected],[protected]

      I am getting really toucher and getting my personnel life affected because of these calls.

      I been told i have to make a payment of 30K, but understandingly I am getting a salary of Rs.25K. I am not in a position to make this payment as my life runs only with this money.

      I am going to get married and I am unable to apply for a loan too and this has really put me down in life and I promise if something goes wrong in my life its all because of the mental agony and harassment been given by your Chennai team.

      I am trying hard to control my pain.

      I really need your support and intervention in getting my card settled and I really need a PL, where I can make the payment from my salary.

      Please Please Please help me in getting this resolved as you are my only last chance and person whom I cry out for Help !!!!!

          Dear sir, i am dealer of cross road jo chevrolet car;s sale karte hai.hamare yaha se custumers ki loan file's HDFC BANK me lagayi jati hai, jise approved karane ke liye aapke Manager Mr.Sanjay Dwivedi jo Kanpur location ko dekhte hai wo hamare customer's ka loan approved karane ke liye money demand karte hai. aur hamare yaha ke sales mans se kehkar jate hai ki agar aap hame case doge to main aapko alag se Rs2000 dumga.

            I had got a car loan from HDFC bank new delhi for my santro car no. DL 8CN 0621 and paid all the instalments. All the instalments and all the cheques have been cleared. My request for change of address had been returned.

            They have not bothered to send my NOC to my permanent address: A3/114, sector-8, Rohini, Delhi-110085.

              I , M.John Paul, working for CD Equisearch Pvt ltd, have opened the salary a/c from HDFC bank, East marredpally, Hyderabad 2weeks ago. initially they informed that my name is mis matched with the offer letter , on request my company officials issued me the offer letter again stating my name is M. JOHN PAUL, the same letter is collected by HDFC executive on tuesday,i.e[protected] till now my a.c is not activated and more over they are not even informing me. so i request the HDFC officials to look into the matter and activate my a/c as early as possible.

I was locked complaint in 28th january but nobudy take action against this complaint. Complaint is that walky has been fully dead and castumar care is saying that we hav don`t new stument when stument would come i`ll do that . In date 2/2/02 one executive visited in bank his name is dinesh .he was saying that i`ll change this stument tommaro but he don`t come again . when i call this person he was saying u have to go in service center where u meet mr. ajay he will change this stument but mr. ajay told me that i don`t have new stument i`ll short out your problem tommaro but nothing was happend .                     I booked a 2 BHK flat in PRAKASH APARTMENT at ASANSOL (WB) in January 2010.HDFC approved my loan (Loan A/c No[protected] for the flat when I submitted agreement copy and building plan in March. PRAKASH apartment is an approved project of HDFC ltd.

                    But the builder M/s Aniraj Enterprise secretly revised the plan in April 2010 in collusion with HDFC Kolkata .Neither HDFC nor the builder informed me and kept secret all inspection reports of my flat F-01/c at PRAKASH APARTMENT and disburse laon amount Rs.6,71,750/- to the builder.

                    In November, when I personally visited my flat, I came to know that my flat was not built as per plan I had given to HDFC. Clearly, there is a collusion between the builder and HDFC.HDFC violated RBI Rule Clause 12 (A)i,ii,iii for Home Loan Financing. I complaint to National Housing Bank, but HDFC Indore has given an ambiguous answer (copy attached).
                    Can I approach Consumer Forum Against HDFC and Builder.Both are from different states,so different jurisdiction.Is HDFC violated MRTP act?
                    Indore consumer forum told me that compalint agaist can not come under MRTP act?

                      I was in need for statement of account of my Auto loan


                      Feedback
                      1. I was in need for my statement of account from hdfc bank for my auto loan , I called 61606161 and got the address of loan centre pune
                      2. There was no landmark told to me hence I found it difficult to search for loan centre
                      3. Why can not we send the statement of account on registered e mails id or can we have a customer portal for loan account customers ?
                      4. Good thing we are not charging the customers for statement of account , thanks for the same
                      5. I went to the address , and found that there is a door at ground fl which was closed , customer may assume the loan centre is closed
                      6. Although the same was working on 1st fl , it the customer is suppose to use the lift ?
                      7. Before walk in to a loan centre , I request for statement of account on phone banking and through e mail to bank
                      8. I stand in the que for customer service
                      9. Customer service lady asked me to call again to phone banking officer ? why ? why can not we accept the request directly from customer when he is in loan centre and in front of customer service desk
                      10. I did not call , she accepted the request after speaking to her about 9th point
                      11. Before above , I was not able to see the representative from the glass installed there with strips in between
                      12. Even when we issue the token , why we want our customer to stand in the office ? why can we have a chair for him to sit ( look at other banks e .g. kotak )
                      13. I also request for NOC also for another loan , lady asked me for charges ?
                      14. I am fine with charges but why 250 ? why so costly ?
                      15. Ok I agree for cost even , she asked me to go to bank branch and deposit the money
                      16. Why can not we accept the petty cash at loan centre , just rs, 250 OR debit customer account by taking the signature from him for SI / ECS OR ask him to use net banking and give the money
                      17. Incase we need the cashier , than why the loan centre is not available at bank branch
                      18. Ok fine, I went to HDFC bank at Shankar sheth road , pune
                      19. The gl fl cash counter was only for > 50 k cash receipts , what about me . rs, 250 ? no board , no communication
                      20. Finally security person told me to go on 1st fl , there was a long que
                      21. I came to know that there are 2 windows for cash receipt , but only when there is long que , the other window will work ( mercy of bank )
                      22. Hence I stand in the que ,
                      23. There was no name display on this desk , the other window started in between , security insult the customer who thought they can get chance for new window
                      24. Window lady name was displayed , lady was fast enough to service the customer and even kind
                      25. My window was as slow as possible , in the mean time I seen insurance banners on the right hand side
                      26. Do you expect customer to get the one new relation with you when he is already having problem in one que/ relation
                      27. Finally I deposit the cash , but that time I came to know all problems. Issues . audit s of the bank thanks to Deepak Joshi as he was discussing the same loud enough to irritate us
                      28. I again went back to loan centre and finally got the statement of account and NOC
                      29. I tried to write this on site, could not succeed as character limit , but received the call from customer service for communicating that he is sending my statement of account on my e mail , I laughed
                      30. I agree , I was in urgency hence I went to loan centre but thanks to that I am able to share the feedback which I consider as valuable

                      Please note, there are few nbfc s like Bajaj Finance where the loan statement is available under customer portal for free of cost anytime

                      I have opened HDFC bank account on 1/09/2015, but I came to know that they given wrong kit to me so I made compliant on this problem. After two days I did call to HDFC bank, they said "we will working on your account problem so within 2 days we will activate your account " it's continued and today I went to home branch (Domulur bridge HDFC Bank) they said just close the account that's it. This is response by MR only. He don't know how to solve the problem and situation with customer.

                        I have been mislead my Ms. Archita Biswas of HDFC Bank. She doesnot respond to customer queries and is abusive.

                        I had settled my credit card account in Feb 2010, and paid two cheques amounting to Rs. 14, 000. Only Rs. 2000 and some change was agreed upon by HDFC representative to be waived off, which they had charged as interest.

                        I chased the HDFC representative to give me a letter of closure, and submitted my credit card. The credit card was closed, but they kept adding interest to the Rs.2000 change.

                        Suddenly I got a letter from HDFC bank that they are going to deduct Rs, 18, 000 from my salary account, which was a new account. I contacted Ms Archita, and all she did was abused and didnt answer her calls.


                        And one fine day they deducted 19, 000 without giving any notice!!

                        What is going on???HDFC BANK IS ON A SPREE TO LOOT CUSTOMERS and as employees they have appointed uneducated, unethical people, who dont know their job.

                        I have the receipts of Rs.14,000 I had paid to settle the account in full.

                          As I had received call from HDFC Credit Card Division JB Nagar Andheri Mumbai The person name Amit singh [protected] Call me on[protected] he explain & promise me that my credit card due will be converted in to 6 EMI if I will be take the HDFC EGRO General Insurance company Policy I had received the policy & my amount also deducted but my Rs.44,000.00 due was not converted in to EMI & also they had deducted the policy amount

                          Please look into this issue & take some corrective action so that this type of person should not cheat any other guys.

                            I want to get into your knowledge that The Branch Manager and Customer Service Manager , at HDFC Bank Ltd, G-20-22, Times Square Multiplex,10, Central Spine, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur – 302023. is not supporting to get resolved my cheque clearance from last 2 months. Always when I reach at branch they tried to found the way to escape from their customer service resposiblities.

                            Case Details As below :-
                            I visited to the branch for Request to correction in name in Account. As I have recd PF office Cheque which is payable in the name of Gayatri Tiwari A/c No. [protected].

                            This is my Account which was opened on behalf of my Driving Licence approx 2 ½ years back. I can Understand the issue of payee name as Post My marriage my name is my working organization is changed from Gayatry Mishra to Gayatri Tiwari. As I issued Marrige certificate in which My Husband’s Surname along with My Name is clearly mentioned. But bank is denying to accept the changes to rectify the account, Post this applied for Pan Card but again branch denied do the changes, Third time when I reach at branch with Marrige Certificate and Pan Card copy B.M. refused to do the required corrections and asked to visit A/c Holding branch at Mansarovar which is near about 25 KM away. Personal requests, Multiple visits at both vidhyadhar nagar branch and Mansarovar Branch playing with me as table tennis ball.

                            I am requesting to the Nodal Officer Please reply for below :-

                            Why the bank is creating KYC Norms as a panic process for the customers ?

                            Why the Staff of the branch is not bother to attent the customers if he has not holding the account in his branch ?

                            Why Branch Staff even The Branch Manager is playing passing-Passing game with customer if he/she is not visiting to the account holding branch ?

                            Is Pan Card and Marriage certificate is not sufficient to do the necessary Last name correction in Salary Account ?

                            Please Look at the matter and take necessary action on priority basis.

                              I have been using HDFC Securities for over 2 years right now, inspite of complaints they seem have turned deaf ear to the consumers. The site has most horrible and unprofessional looking screens I can't check what are charges done of my transactions in my portfolio.

                              Site is very complicated and unprofessional in looks, looks some college student was used to develop it. They don't seem to improve the look and feel of the internal site.

                              They also don't support buying mutual funds directly from there site, they link it up with HDFC account and there quarterly charges made by HDFC bank to maintain it :)

                                I had recently applied for personal loan and was rejected after week long process of documents collections, many verification phone calls at office, home, reference and physical verifications at office and home. The reason given by current day faceless banking phone executive is that my name appears in CIBIL. Any further questions goes unanswered and some times get imiganary replies. My point is if banks take CIBIL score/reports so seriously for processing loans, why not first ascertain this first before collecting documents and other procedures. This will surly save valuable time and efforts of every one involved.

                                Is it not the duty of the banks to explain why there application was rejected. RBI should make this mandatory to duly explain to consumers in case of such application rejections. The accuracy of CIBIL data is another monster all together which i will not mention here.

                                I am very unsatisfied for the service given by your one of the Executive in LOAN dept. Mr. Pradeep, Mobile No.[protected], Bank No.27546767 in Kopar Khairane Branch, Navi Mumbai.

                                I am working in VAID ELASTOMER PROCESSORS LTD., Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Automobile Rubber components mfg. Co. having 400 + employees since last 12 yrs.

                                I was visited in HDFC Bank in 19-Sep-08 for the Personal loan of Rs.1 Lac 50 Thousand. On that time, Mr.Pradeep told me to bring 1 PP size PHOTO, Residence Proof, ID Proof, Last 3 months Bank statement & 3 months Salary Slip. O. K.

                                Then I was 2nd time visited with all documents in this Bank on 03-Oct-08. On that time, he told me to bring latest Bank statement till today and Sep-08 months Salary Slip. Our monthly payment date is 10 of every month.

                                3rd time, I was given all relevant documents on 22-Oct-08 (1 PP Photo, Ration card Xerox, Company’s ID card Xerox, PAN Card Xerox, Property Tax Xerox, Company’s Permanent letter Xerox, 3 months Salary Slip and 3 month’s Bank statement from 1-Jul-08 to 30-Sep-08 and again up to 21-Oct-08 by request in Bank because our Bank is issued Bank statement Quarterly mode) Mr.Pradeep is going to other branch on that time, so I was submitting all documents to his colleague Mr. Rahul. (Mobile No. [protected]) He told me to come next time to fill up loan form because loan form is given only by Mr.Pradeep. On that time, Ms. Hansa from Credit card division who is sitting near Mr. Pradeep’s table, she told me that without HDFC credit card, your loan is not being sanctioned so please provide me your 3 month’s Bank statement and latest Sep-08 month’s attested Salary slip. And bring again duplicate Sep-08 month’s salary slip when you come here for filling the loan form.

                                4th time, I was visited again on 31-Oct-08 and handover my all loan documents to Mr.Pradeep. On that time, he demanded me the last 6 months Bank Statement. First time, he only demanded last 3 months Bank statement.

                                So I was gone to my home at Airoli again and bring 1-Apr-08 to 30-Jun-08 months Bank statement on the same day evening. Then only he fill-up my loan form.

                                Yesterday, 05-Nov-08, he ring me on my mobile and demanded again latest Bank statement till 05-Nov-08. After submission of Latest Bank statement, then only your loan login will be opened.

                                I am totally frustrated for his such kind of behavior. So many times I am going to my Thane (W) LBS Marg located IndusInd Bank for requesting latest bank statement. And I am not able to visit again and again my Salary A/c Bank for requesting Bank statement, because the bank employees are always busy and unable to co-operate with me.

                                Kindly suggest what I will do? Because my Bank provides me Bank statement only on the basis of quarterly mode. Not monthly. Bank Pass-Book is not provided.

                                I need loan urgently for re-built my native place room which is collapsed in July-08.
                                My all documents are clear but every time, your Executive Mr. Pradeep ask me to bring latest BANK STATEMENT. I think Mr. Pradeep is not having proper communication skill and unable to write/speak English because I experienced him.

                                I had applied personnel in HDFC and got approved vide A/c No. 13964512 dt. 20/10/08, the total amount is credit in my account. there are two discprency which are as follows :

                                1. the loan amount credited on my account 23rd Oct'08, the EMI starting from 7th Nov'08. Due to this i am loose an amount of Rs 2900.00 per 15 days interest. is it way to take intrest advance every month 15 days before...so that i will lose the amount?????/.
                                2. There is no charges for cheque transfering in same bank. but charged as Rs565.00

After core banking the HDFC personal had collected one cancelled cheque for ECS during July/Aug 2008 and again in Jan 2009. Since December 2008 the HDFC reps are collecting cheque and once they have also collected the amount of Rs450 for no fault of mine. Again in March 2009 they had written me a letter to include my name in defaulter list. I had replied to them vide Registered Post(copy enclosed) with a cancelled cheque of Canara Bank above account and requested them to give me total amount payable for foreclosure which they have not replied but instead have again threatened, the letters are enclosed.                                 HDFC need not be sorry for my application been rejected as i am not at all disappointed with it.

                                Its unfortunate to see such standard replys. Is it not the right of the customer to know the reason for rejection ?? This means there is no transperence and the Bank thinks its not important to inform the reasons for rejection.

                                In developed countries like US, UK and Singapore, when ever the bank rejects such applications, they share the copy of the credit report with their method of acessing the credit worthiness of the applicant and explains the reason for their decision. Perhaps we in India have a long way to go.

                                Its unfortunate to still see the pre-liberalisation mind set in these banks. Sincerely hope these banks soon realise that they depend on customers for their business and its not really the other way round as it used to be earlier.

                                HDFC PERSONAL LOAN- POOR RESPONSE — NOT RESPONDING THE EXECUTIVES AFTER RECEIVING THE LOAN

                                I have submitted the document for a personnel loan on 30th june 2011 in HDFC. And the application got approved on 07/07/2011 and the personnel loan account number is 19120094. 8/7/2011 I have signed the agreement and handover my 8 SBI cheques to the executive who came to my office. I asked him as well as the person who was dealing my loan pappers as how long it will take to credit the money in my account, and the reply was with in 48 hours.

                                After submitting the cheque and agreement this is the 4th day (96), and I am not getting any clear response from the executive who was dealing/ collecting the loan documents. They are persuming as may get on today evening, but not sure. When they approach me for the personnel loan they offer me the processing time will maximum take 4 working day, but now it crossed more than 2 weeks. I talk with the customer care and they know only as the process in the last stage.

                                Could you please help me to clarify exactly when the money will credit to my account? Or please let me know whom I have to contact for getting the clear picture?. Because as per your executive opinion I planned everything for last sunday and finally everything got changed. If the money is not getting on time, its not going to useful for me.

                                  I HDFC BANK NARAINA BRANCH - I RECEIVED CALLS FROM ONE MR SHAILENDER SINGH FROM THE BRANCH. HE SPOKE TO ME IN A VERY ABUSIVE WAY USING FOUL LANGUAGE AND ALSO THREATENED TO HARM ME AND MY OTHER RELATIVES AND FRIENDS. I SPOKE TO THE DEPUTY MGR OF THE BRANCH MR KAPIL SACHEDEVA BUT I AM AFRAID I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ASSURANCE FOR MY SAFETY.

                                  I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF THIS MATTER IS LOOKED INTO AND APPROPRIATE ACTION BEEN TAKEN AS THE THREATS WERE SERIOUS. HE EVEN WENT UP TO THE EXTENT OF CALLING SOME OTHER PEOPLE AND THREATENED THEM TOO.

                                    Hi,

                                    The HDFC ATM which I tried to retreive Rs. 4000 is located in WIPRO ELCOT, Sholinganallur Campus.

                                    The money got debited from my Account < [protected] > but the money never came out the machine and the bill also was not generated.

                                    When I complained to the HDFC Bank and registered a complaint, verifying the transaction code they are claiming it is not a HDFC ATM. I am totally frustrated with their response because it is prettly clear the Wipro campus is accomodated with HDFC ATM in sholinganallur.

                                    This looks like HDFC Bank is Looting the public money in these tricky transactions with the use of system errors. Claiming the code is different.

                                    I need justice and the my hard earned money from this Bank.

                                      This is with regards to my complaint 4 days before on this forum, about me receiving calls from an Advocate from Delhi stating that an arrest warrant is being issued against me if i do not deposit the money in 2 or 3 hours. I received an email id and a Reference ID TTU[protected] from the customer assistance.

                                      I tried sending mails several times on the given ID but every time the mail bounces and I am still receiving the calls from no. [protected]. There is still no revert from any Customer Assistance which is very upsetting.

                                      Request you to intervene into the matter urgently and assure me that I am not being put in any sort of legal or illegal trouble as well as these calls are stopped.

                                      I have been receiving calls since morning from 27th January, 2011 from Mobile No. [protected]. This persons claims to be some inspector Virender from Delhi Police and says he's going to release arrest warrant which have been issued through a court judgement for my arrest due to non payment of credit card dues. I have been given other number of some advocate R S Verma [protected], who says if I deposit the alleged outstanding amount within 2 hrs he'll stop the issue of warrant. They are constantly calling me after every half an hour that what is the status of payment whether u've made payment or ur making payment or not. They have been also sending an SMS that the case is being sent to Gujarat Police and you will be arrested and have to pay a bail of Rs. 2 Lacs and such things.

                                      HDFC bank is using such dirty methods to extort money which they wrongfully claim to be dues payable by us despite the fact that supreme court has issued a judgement in a case against ICICI bank that they can not and must not use any such tactics to collect outstanding dues whether genuine or not. I have lost my job some time back and my mother had been serious as she has suffered a paralytic attack. I am under very much pressure and unable to handle the stress.

                                      As a forum for consumers, I request you to kindly take up this matter seriously and act against this for using such tactics for collecting money.

                                      I had tried to send a mail on the above E-Mail ID but it bounces back stating invalid ID. I also need assurance from the bank that no untoward step is being taken against me and I am not put in more distress and trouble by stating from your representatives that an Arrest Warrant is being issued against me and I will be in trouble, etc.
