Applied home loan to hdfc bank meerut branch opp.Cc university road in july 2009 through mr .Gaurav m.No.[protected] & mr. Deepak mittal loan head hdfc/meerut branch.
After sanction of loan on 23.07.2009 check not issued by branch
& after few days both employes not pick phone ,i send registered letter to bank 0n 23.08.2009 there is no responce by bank .
After personel meet on bank ,bank refused to give loan.

In nov.2009 i asked to refund my processing fee but employees of hdfc home loan bank wait some few days more.
Please take necessary action aginst bank employee
& arrange to refund my processing fee rs.6612/-

Have they refunded the amount back? I am facing the same problem.
HDFC housing finance is a bull bank and if you are planning to take home loan better go for some other bank for eg: SBI or ICICI.. they are far better. NO FALSE PROMISES..
On 6 dec 2012 HDFC home loan processed a cheque 634885 of 11236 INR from my ICICI bank savings account as a processing fee for the home loan.Although you guys denied to give the loan you have still not refunded my money.
And now no one is responding to my mails even.

    Dear Sir,

    There has been a repeated illegal and disproportionate charges leved by hdfc bank, West Marredpally, Secunderabad. I had given a letter for closure one of my account no.[protected] more than a year back and opened another account with Rs.25000 minimum balance. It took the bank more than a year to close the abovementioned account despite repeated visits to the bank. In the meanwhile the bank charged around Rs.800 plus service tax and cess, for not maintaining quarterly balance, which, the manager said would reverted back. Eventually the manager resigned and my money was lost.

    Further with the new account [protected], although I had Rs.25000 in fixed deposits, the bank charged me a penalty of Rs.1000 plus taxes etc. On questioning thay said that I should maintain Rs.50000 in FD in order not to face any penalty.

    Recently, I had called the HDFC phone banking and requested a pin for my wife's debit card. They took the request and said they would charge Rs.25 or 50 for the same. It was agreed. The pin arrived and the statement arrived six charges of Rs.50 amounting to Rs.300. When questioned through the phone banking, I was told that we had called the phone banking 6 times and the charges were levied because my balance was low in the account. What has phone banking has got to do with balance in the account and such charges inappropriate and unauthorised. I would like the bank to prove if such rules exist in the bank. I dont remember calling the phone banking number six times for the same request but theer are chances that the call might have got disconnected.

    I would call this DAY LIGHT ROBBERY by HDFC and would like all the charges reverted back.

    HDFC Bank — Illegal seizing of FD

    I opened an acccount with HDFC Bank in June 2007 bearing [protected] and at the same also opened a FD of Rs one Lakh which was interlinked with this account. They gave me an Credit card which had led to a misery of all sorts for me. Despite paying regularly all the dues they showed me that I owed 60, 860/- on 23/11/09. Without any complaints i accepted the fact and told that they can adjust this amount against my FD and even applied for the closure of the FD on 23/11/09. But all problems started since then and i am being made to run from pil;lar to posts. The credit card dept have been using abusive and foul languages with me and with my parents who are beyond 80 years of age. This is what you call a service from you. I am not beggging from you but requesting you to appropruiate the amount and give me the balance which is purely legal. But despite giving an application on 23/11/09 they are dilly dallying and extending and till todate i.e 26/11/09 there is no respite. Within three days the amount increased to 64,360/- and I even said okay adjust it and give me back my money. But again the same game. They are still to appropriate within the same Bank and comes the lame excuses that the collectgion dept are not heeding to our requests. How you can seize a customers FD without any valid rules? What is the time frame to disburse a customers FD? Why will anyone go for a FD with your bank if this is your attitude? Does it also mean that you people are interested in looting peoples money even if they volunteered to pay up. What is this banking. I am pained to say that you are not even close to Nationalised banks in terms of service. I would like to request everyone to just remain away from such instituions who doesnt have an heart for its customers. and why should banks should exist? If this is the plight of a person who has enough funds against their name in the bank and the banks still uses foul and abusive languages, what would be the plight of an ordinary individual. Stop all this advertisements of consumer friendly and give good lessons to the staff how to perform. Or else automatically, your bank will find itself in red very soon...

      Hello Team,

      My name is Gaurav Sharma, working in Gurgaon. I have used my HDFC bank debit card for a transition on Bhagwati Departmental Store, Sector 17- Gaurgaon (Haryana), on 1st Nov 2009. That transition was failed due to communication failure. The amount of 1526 has been deducted from my account, but merchant said he didn't get that payment. Hdfc bank said we have already given that amount to merchant. Till today I haven’t get my money back its 2 and half month have been passed to my transition. Every time once in a week I launch a complaint to Hdfc bank. You can check a reference number 'HBL=[protected]'. I am attaching a screenshot of my account number. Kindly take a strict action against them.

        Dear

        I have been applied for an car loan, initially ROI (Rate of Intreset) Start by 10% pa reducing but after that some problem in approval / my verification, but after all verification completed & loan approved.

        My self is co-applicant in this loan, loan is my father's name but my self is doing each & every thing for this, My self was not aware about loan EMI calculator & ROI (Reducing/Floating), so again & again I told HDFC Franchisee M/S Vasu Associates but his reply always you don't take any tension, we will take care but ultimately they cheat to me for ROI.

        After approval of my loan they call to pick car then they demand cheques security as well as advance EMI, Intially they demand approx 5600/- EMI for 2.5 lacs for 60 months.& same time I said intially you commit for approx. 2100/- per lacs according that this amount should be approx. 5250/-., He told me we are unable to provide loan at 10% ROI we will provide minimum at 11.2% according that your's EMI will be 5510/- then my reply its ok but when I got chart for 60 EMI from bank then myself calculate as per chart & found ROI more than 12.0% then Lodge complaint in bank but bank not responding positively, Bank make an conference call between his franchisee & me ultimately no solution till date for rectification of my this problem.

        As per 11.2% ROI EMI will be 5410/-pm, so i want change my EMI & take hard action against HDFC/Franchise for cheating with me.

          I HAD OPENED SAVINGS MAX ACCOUNT AT HDFC BANK, DHANBAD DURING 1ST WEEK OF AUGUST'2009 WHERE ONE HAS TO MAINTAIN QAB Rs25,000/- AND PROVIDE FREE CREDIT CARD ( AS PROMISED BY HDFC BANK OFFICIALS). HOWEVER EVEN AFTER 4 MONTHS NO CREDIT CARD WAS ISSUED AND HDFC BANK OFFICIALS HAD ONLY VAGUE ANSWERS. HDFC BANK MAILED STATING THAT THEY "sincerely regret to inform that they are unable to offer credit
          card services to me currently for the reason " Non sourcable area ( DHANBAD) " . THEN WHY AT THE TIME OF ACCOUNT OPENING AND EVEN TILL THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER HDFC BANK OFFICIALS LIED THAT CREDIT CARD WILL BE ISSUED? THIS IS A FIT CASE OF FRAUD & CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.

            This is to inform you guys that, please dont take any loans from bajaj. one of the useless company i found in finance. i have took an finace for my vechile. given all the documents. the emi has to be deducted from my account. but since last 5 months i have been paying emi's in cash and i have made available all the documentation to start my ecs even after paying 5 emi's.

            Bajaj only gives you finance rest all services you have to do yourselves. no one will care for your service.

              I was using credit card of HDFC bank and has made the payment just one month late. The executive told me that you will not be charged late payment. After that every month I used to get the bill with late payment. That time too executive told me to ignore the same. Later on the amount raised to Rs. 7000. Before that the credit card department executive called me and insisted for settlement and I agreed for settlement by the amount told by them i.e Rs. 1000. On 7th January, the company deducted Rs. 7000 from my HDFC saving account when my salary got credited. I am a simple guy working in call center with the salary of 10k and now this bank has left me no-where else. This is my last hope. I would request you to please help me in this case and get my settlement done at the earliest. My contact nos are [protected] & [protected]

              If the company leaned on my saving account when the amount got raised to Rs. 7000 then why it didn't leaned when the amount was somewhere around Rs. 500/1000
              Dear Sandeep,

              I would like advise you from a view point of a professional expert.

              First of all you should note that there is a standard procedure for the REVERSAL OF ANY UNDUE CHARGE pertaining to any credit facility provided by any bank.Normally in case of any matter related to CREDIT CARD ; usually Customer need to call the call center and need to explain the reason for delay.Bank at their sole discretion may reverse the charges in special case.

              In your case it seems that you have not followed the same option rather than probably contacted the collection executive...who never have the power to reverse any charge.

              As far as SETTLEMENT is concern ...in this case also Bank issue a letter of SETTLEMENT at first based on which the payment should be made.

              If these procedures are followed in any case ...i am sure there would not be any kind of service issue at all.

              Now you know better about your case.If you feel that you have followed the same manner...though you are facing this kind of issue ...I would suggest you to escalate this matter directly to aditya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com and mark a cc to tejali.[protected]@hdfcbank.com; jagdish.[protected]@hdfcbank.com; Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com in order to have a proper response from HDFC BANK.

                Do you have plans to equalize Rate of Interest for OLD and NEW customers. OLD customers are paying very high Rate of Interest.

                I do not think HDFC is a customer oriented bank. My experience with them is how to find the good & rich customers & cheat by have high ROI.

                I heard that some housing financing companies (SBI, India Bulls) are changing the spread (means reducing the RO) for old customers with minimum charges like less than Rs.3000 and where as HDFC ask us to pay 0.5 to 1.5% depends on the spread change


                so avoid going to hdfc for any loans and enjoy them selfs without customers.

                  Res. Sir,

                  I apply for NOC of HDFC Bank for install CNG gas kit approval than after i endorse my car insurance which implement on ref. of RC Book. I apply no Dt. 30th Nov. but till date i can't receive it. and i am stay at Baroda Gujarat. and My car passig from Amreli ( Gujarat ). I spent Rs. 4000. for this matter for RTO apprval but RTO should not give permission without entry of HPA bank's NOC.
                  There are no response till date.

                  HDFC Bank — Delay in NOC

                  I took car loan no 16263715 from HDFC bank and it is closed but when i call the customer care they are saying its not updated in the database

                  i got car accident and car got in total loss and the insurance people are asking me NOC,
                  but HDFC bank are delaying it unnecesssarly with their rules.
                  I am trying to apply for NOC as my car is on loan and no branch in pune / pimpri chinchwad area is ready to co operate for the same I visited at least 4 branches for the same reason, even the persons are not bother to check the documents at all

                    Sub: Complaint Against HDFC Bank Credit Card Division

                    Dear Sir,


                    I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

                    On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

                    If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

                    Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

                    Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

                    My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

                    Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

                      Greetings for the day!

                      I am holding a HDFC bank women gold card, card No is [protected] which is in blocked stage right now.Currently i have an outstanding of 59,000/- rupees against the same card which was 65000/- last month and without informing or calling me 9300/- has been deducted from my account.

                      As my salary account was with your bank only, you can yourself verify that my organization not paying me salaries on time (More than 5 months) coz of which i have to undergo heavy financial losses.Hence, i was not in a position of repaying the outsatnding against this card.

                      As i have got a new job few months back i want to claer off my dues whatsoever on priority basis.

                      I have been calling your customer care number and credit card cell no[protected] but could not get the satisfactory response from there side as i want to clear my dues as on date in one go as i cant afford to pay such a heavy interest month on month.

                      Though i got a call from your executive(rohini branch delhi) regarding the same but the gentlemen called me was insisting me to opt for a settlement for 37000/- which i dont want to opt for.I rather requested him that i want to clear my outsatnding 1.e 59,000 provided your bank issues me a NOC and promise to delist my name from CIBIL which he didn't confirm.Infact he was pretty rude and wnated me to follow his instructions or otherwise he mentioned that he will continue to deduct the payment from my account.

                      Please suggest me what to do in such circumstances????

                      Me at first place approaching the bank to payoff my dues instead of opting for settlement, is that my fault???

                      I had a credit card, which I stopped . But, , , surprisingly, i have received somany calls and a call for settlement, which is totally ridiculous, and unjustified.


                      My credit card issue has been manipulated by the bank and my father been harrassed over phone.

                      This has reference to Credit Card No. [protected] that I had been using regularly from the year 2006.If you go through my payment schedules you would notice a healthy transaction .But recently there were some non-payments as I’m going through a tremendous financial crisis due to my father illness who is suffering from cardiac blockage and is at an INSOLVENT STATE .As a result of which I have to run my family alone which includes his entire expensive medical treatments and the overall expenditures of the family.

                      However, in a view to come to a settlement point I made a request for a minimum settlement..The last settled amount told was Rs.55, 000 in 8 mnths installments .But a single earner like me who is also having a loan (Account No.[protected] cannot afford to give 6000 from my salary as per month EMI amounts to Rs Rs.3697, So keeping in mind all these I requested your executive Ms. Ruchi Khanna to make a further effort of minimizing my amount.But she with her rude behaviour screamed at me and ORDERED me to pay the first shot by cash.How can an executive specify the customer by to pay by cash to fulfill her monthly target.

                      But it came as a sudden shock to me when I found my entire salary has been blocked by the bank without even a prior intimation to me inspite of me coming forward for settlement? Is it in accordance with moral laws and follows humaneterian ground?

                      Kindly do the needful as every paise matters to me now and my father is without his medicines from last 7 days.Any untrroden incidents if occurred in between due to this delay would compel me to knock the highest court of justice.

                      Still I wish to settle the issue in a clean and clear manner and hope to receive your hands of cooperation in this regard.

                      Hai,

                      I had a credit card No. [protected] and it got misused on 3/1/09 & 4/01/09 and I informed to customer care to block the card & gave the complete with your complint formate. After wards i have not received any result & i paid the balance which only my usage. afterwards i received the new card i informed the settle my complint, after two months it got blocked.

                      after wards simply bank is sending the statement & i have getting the calls from some agencies.
                      last week one person called me for settlement & he affered Rs. 2500/- for settlement. He commited once you paid to 2500/- with in 24 hours your card will be activating and your balance with be writing off.


                      As per his commitement I deposted to bank Rs. 2500/- after that i have not geting responce from that person I need to know he is from bank of any agency Ph no.[protected].

                      I need to solve the complete & i want to use the cards. please send the clarity.

                      I would like to advise you in the view point of a professional finance expert.

                      First of all you should note that CIBIL [Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited] is an informative database of all customers having any kind of financial liabilities (past/current and good/bad) with all the financial institutions. This database is updated by all the financial institutions on a periodic basis with regards to the payment track of customer. Hence, the customers name are never DELETED but are updated on a periodic basis in the database.

                      So as far as your concern towards the DELETION of your name from CIBIL is clearly.

                      Now It is quite good that presently you are in a position and willing to make the outstanding payments pertaining with your credit card in FULL.You should inform HDFC BANK for the situational default which had taken place earlier.

                      Certainly if you should write directly to aditya.[protected]@hdfcbank.com ; tejali.[protected]@hdfcbank.com;Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com about this in order to have a proper response.

                      Bhawana you should note that None of the financial institution wish to loose any of its good customer.Obviously if you are also a good customer of HDFC BANK ; better prove it by putting a mail on the above mentioned ids about your intention.

                      Well this sounds like a solution... I have a similar issue, I reported the CC that my card has been charged with a Overlimit though I haven't used it to that extent, some interest charges were incurred and it seems that they added to my current outstanding and piled ever since then. I requested the CC and also the collection guys and I have no response, I went to the bank and its the same response that they cannot do anything about it... please suggest

                          PUTTING MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT OF HOLD WITHOUT ISSUANCE OF SETTLEMENT LETTER

                          I hold a credit card from HDFC bank bearing no. [protected]. On 18 Dec 2009 I was given a settlement option to repay my outstanding in 8 equal monthly instalments of Rs. 6477.00. Against this agreement I issued the first instalment cheque from my HDFC account bearing 046415 dated 21/12/09, which got cleared from my account on the same day itself. On 18 Dec 09, I was informed that the settlement letter would reach me in two days. Till date I have not received any letter or intimation from HDFC bank regarding the same.

                          I received a call from HDFC credit cards to issue a post dated cheque for 21 Jan 2010 installment. I reminded them that I have not received the settlement letter till date and requested them to arrange for the same. The credit card has put my savings account on hold for this reason.

                          I have issued cheques and ECS for other reasons from this account. If the cheques or ECS is not honored due to the hold, why must I pay the penalty.

                          I am associate with HDFC bank for many years without any issues, but in the last few months I have gone through a very unpleasant experience. I wish to clear all my credit card dues and close the savings account with HDFC bank. Please guide me on the same.

                          I do not feel safe and secure to bank with HDFC, as they leak my personal and sensitive information to the credit card division. The credit card division has not issued a settlement letter since 18 Dec 09. They order the bank to put my account on hold for no valid reason and the bank obliges.

                          I have been put to lots of discomfort and mental harassment.

                          The marketing person from HDFC credit card very clearly informed me that the bank and credit card division are two separate entities and do not have any hold what so ever. The marketing person as clearly lied and commited fraud.

                          Please address this issue on priority and help me to resolve this at the earliest and oblige.

                          Credit Card — Full Settlement, saving acc not activated

                          Please Look into my issue, My SB account was blocked I checked that I have not paid the Axis Credit Card Payment, My Wife Has visited your branch in Kormangala, and spoke to Mr. Pawan and Akshita in customer care, they have informed to clear the credit card payment that is final payment, then your SB account will be activated, but more than two month, I have cleared the final payment. Still it is not activated my SB A/c no: [protected]. I am out of country my wife alone doing all the transaction. I need your person to call me or mail me Immediately. Mr. Pawan is not picking up the phone, After paying the due they are making us to ran behind.Ypur customer care are not doing there duty properly.

                            my name is Sushil Kumar bearing a HDFC credit card[protected]. Due to delaying in payment of hdfc credit card they were put my whole account existing amount put on hold 2 weeks ago. i phoned to customer service desk for the full and final settlement of the credit card payment they told me that aphone call is received with in 24 hours to your mobile number after that your whole amount was released.
                            But with sorry words i would say they are just harashing me as they have put my whole amount on hold and have not done anything till date and now when ever i am calling them. They just say sir! we are launching your complaint ... again they will phone you back in 24 hours... its such a mess what they are creating every day with me... i am unable to with drawl my money from my account now... as my amount have been putting on hold since 2 weeks .

                            I am requesting to resolve this issue as soon as possible on very first priority for not any possible delaying anymore by you or by me.

                              Hi All,

                              This is regarding the HDFCBANK Credit Card False Advertisment....Reference No: [protected], I gave compliant regarding the cash back being not credited to my card. i.e. I used my card in Apollo Hospital on Sept 29th for 58000 and also on Sept 5th for 5000+ (not sure abt the amount). But I was not given the cash back for this as per the site Advertisement Mentioned in the link:http://www.hdfcbank.com/personal/customer_center/offers_deals/apollo.htm
                              I called Helpdesk and registered a complaint with several follow ups, but went in vein.

                              With Reference to the Advertisment (published in Website) i used my credit card in Apollo Hospitals which is established all over india, now they say that it is not valid in your region i.e. Chennai, for which there is no Terms and Conditions even mentioned in the webpage.(Screenshot attached) .By this false advertisment i incurred a loss of Rs.10500.

                              So i Request this issue to be poped up to the concern department and fight for the justice as i find no benifits provided by HDFC Credit card is prompted.

                                Sir, I am very sorry to say that my Bike loan was rejected due to some region that yet not been communicated me properly. I believe it was rejected intensely.

                                On Dated:[protected] I was applied a Bike Loan from HDFC Bank Finance for Hero Honda CBZ Extreme. At Bhart Motors (Bhubaneswar, Rasulgarh: 751010(Orissa)) Sales Person: Tika (Nick name).Mobile No: [protected]. Documents: 1. Pan Card, 2.Airtel Telephone Bill(Original) 3. One Photo, 4. 2 Local Person Phone No along with Name & address.

                                The verification was taken on Dated: 30.12.2009. After My continues follow-up they have rejected the verification. As per them no one is known me On hotel which is on ground floor. He didn’t ask my land lord and not went to my residence where my wife is waited for them. After Some Hour around 6.30PM some one has called me and says your location is not Traceable and no one is aware your name. He deny to wait for some time, I requested please wait for some time let me come to my residency as because I am at office.

                                Then I Go to HDFC Bank Website and complained on agency. On very next day they have done once Verification and I believe they have traced the Address. On Around 5.30Pm Some one has called from your office and says your are mentioned that You are working at Bharti Airtel Ltd (Under Avid Communication) and you did not provided any document for that, I says I have only Visiting card for that, As Per them If some one from your Airtel offices mail to this ID samarendra.[protected]@hdfcbank.com they Will approved the Bike loan. On 6.00Pm My Colleague Mr. Jalendra Kumar sent a mil. Contained is mentioned below. Next day they called and says Your Profile is rejected.


                                Due to this I am fully fade up, and then I goes to Bajaj Finance and applied for a bajaj pulsar 150, unfortunately they have also rejected too because HDFC was rejected. And also says that you can’t take any loan up to 6 months. Then I called to Mr. Samarendra Bihari (Mob: [protected]), He says On next Monday he will take care and my application will get approve at Bajaj Finance.

                                Now Today is Wednesday, till date I Tried to approve my loan at Bajaj Finance They Denied to provide the loan as because of my wrong Impression at HDFC Bank.


                                Sir, Need your Kind interference to take the loan at HDFC Bank as because I cant take from further financer.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I K.M. Babu brought Loan from HDFC Bank Ltd, for my Vehicle TVS XL Super vide loan a/c No. 13403605 I have paid all my EMI's through my post dated cheques and there is nil balance in account. But Bank Representative Mr. Vijay is telling that they got cheque bouced in the october month for that I have to pay penalty but, as per my bank statement they have not submitted the cheque till date even though if they submitted and it was bounced bank will entry the same in my pass book even I left the sufficient funds as on at that. I have already sent the bank statements to their Hubli office for reconciliation. But till now they are telling that I have to pay the penalty then only they will send my original documents.
                                    Inspite of several reminders they are taking seriously. If the cheque is bounced, I am ready to pay the penaly and for that they have to prove and send they cheque back to me and along with bank adivice, so that I will take action on my bankers.

                                      i had complain against HDFC bank and his parent HDFCSLIC Company , for fulfilling of their target they totally misguided , fradulant,and forcely selling theinsurance product.
                                      i am also a salary customer of hdfc bank , i had get number of callsfrom many of the branches for insurance, and also when i go to any of the branch of delhi , i once get and forced by the staff that why you money been idle and you had been not using any of the investment i.e insurance he give a plan
                                      and lastly they sold me a plan SAP(saving assurance plan)which just liked fd and a fixed tenure of 1 year
                                      but after getting document i aware that this is long term plan but i get canceeled in free look period
                                      i think that many of the customer had been misguided by yhe hdfc bank staff
                                      please do some urgent step that customer where not cheated

                                        I have a complain to HDFC Security regarding one trading.
                                        I do trading with HDFC Security telephonic as HDFC Security site is not accessible in my office.
                                        The details of the complain is given below:
                                        On 10th December I called HDFC Security and ordered to buy 1 lot of TCS share in future in open position at the rate of 706.90 per share.
                                        I called again on 16th December in the morning and put a bid to sell this 1 lot TCS share in future at the rate of 706 per share.
                                        After the call when I saw that TCS share rate is still decreasing then in the day time I called again and ordered to sell my this 1 lot of TCS share in future at market rate. That time the TCS rate was 699. It was asked to me by the executive that “is it for close position?”. I said “yes”.
                                        Now after that they didn’t sell my that 1 lot of TCS share but in place of that they placed a new request this way “sell 1 lot of TCS as an open position”.
                                        This was the big mistake taken by HDFC Security system because there is a big difference between selling future share as close position and selling future share as open position. If “sell future share as close position” order executes that means profit can only come if the share rate will increase and if “sell future share as open position” order executes that means profit can only come if share rate will decrease.
                                        I was unaware of this change and also it was not conveyed to me.
                                        When I checked my account on 22nd December I found that there is a deduction of 8,455 Rs from my account. When I enquired about it then I came to know that all this blunder happened.
                                        I talked to HDFC Security and explained everything but they are not ready to accept the mistake. Finally I squared up this position on 24th December at the rate of 744.
                                        There is a straight loss of 45,000 Rs + Brokerage which comes final total loss nearly 55,000 Rs.

                                        Please help me to resolve it.
