Dear Sir,

its been about 5 years that i had a credit card with HDFC,

ive always made payments on time but all of a sudden they stopped sending me statements due to whcih my payments were defaulted,


for a shopping of 2000rs i was expected to pay 10000 because of late fees and intrest charges,

i agreed to pay 4000rs as a final settlement amount as HDFC bank manager agreed it was their fault and proof of statement delivery reveiled that me or my family members had never signed for it.

a few days back i had a call where in i was abused by the phone executive and was thretened actions by local Thugs.

would request you to look in to the same as my credit ratings would be affected without any fault of mine and also such thretning calls are pure harresment to me and my family.

Your people telling that if I made the payment before statement Generation date, even it is after due date there is no penalty for the late payment. I did the same for more than 8 time. But every time you are charging late payment penalty.

Even I did not make the payment with in the time penalty will be imposed for that only.

Due to wrong Direction given by your staff I am loosing money.

Your call center people are earning.

This is not good for a prestigious organization like you.

Pl give the waiver for the late payment penalty.

    Sub: Late fess and Finance Charges to the above credit card

    With reference to the above credit card facility availed by me, I, am to inform you about my above said account being debited With Late fess & Finance Charges, inspite of the payments made well within due date and by HDFC Bank cheque, So there is no question of any delay in payment of above said credit card. This fact has been brought to the notice of your customer care cell several times over phone and by personally visiting to your HDFC Bank Credit Card department at Gillender House, Kolkata and have been assured of looking into the matter, but till date no response regarding reversal of above mention charges recd. from your end.

    Cheques deposited at drop boxes/Bank Counters, if not credited for several days accounts your internal problem and for which I am not to be penalized. I have already stoped the use of above mention credit card till the matter is resolved at your end, regarding the above mentioned charges. Please look into the matter immediately and if these are not solved, I would request your goodself to discontinue the service to this credit card from immediate effect.

    Your immediate and valuable cooperation awaited.

      Dear Sir,

      I am having Saving Bank Account [protected] with HDFC Bank. I withdraw Rs. 500 from ABN Amro Bank ATM installed at our office premises. Bank deducted Rs. 110 .30 as 3rd Party Transaction Charges. Yesterday again, My same account has been debited with Rs. 610 with no details at all.

      I need to lodge complaint as Bank as I think, it has become fashion for HDFC Bank to automatically debit whwatever amount they wish.

      I request Bank to credit both the amounts at the earliest in my account so that i may enjoy healhty relationship with the bank.

      Dear sir,

      I have salary a/c no-[protected], Name: srikanth machkuri, i lost my debit card in hdfc atm machine, so i applied new debit card, but hdfc bank receptioniest applied platinum card, she gave miss communicated to me . so i got platinum card, but 561rs debited from my account, so i dont want this card, because this is salary a/c, no use of this card please credit my debited amount please help me

        8.25 % Home loan from HDFC :-
        [protected][protected]----
        Its just a way to lure new customer in their their TRAP...
        1.5 yr back I took Loan from HDFC at 10.25% and after that RBI slashed the rates BY 4% FLAT but even then I am paying 10.50% as interest i.e. instead of decreasing the rates by 4% they have increased it.

        In year 2008 Bank cried that Financial crunch have hid them hard Even then HDFC profits increased Double fold. ITS A LOOT OF CUSTOMER MONEY. Now they are saying that they are giving 8.25% offer because their cost of money has decreased but there customers like me are still paying all time high interest rates. Once Bank have new customers in their pocket they will face the same music like me.

        THIS IS BROAD DAY LIGHT CHEATING BY HDFC, THAT THEY ARE CHARGING 10.5% FROM US AND MUCH LOWER FROM NEW FLOATING CUSTOMERS.AUTHORITIES PLEASE NOTE.
        Dear Friend,

        I would like to make you alert on few details regarding HDFC and other limited companies.

        HDFC LTD is a limited company and is not a banking institute.
        It is a self regulated financial organization and is not at all regulated as a refinancing institute or is not a Banking institute. Sales officers makes people fool by stating HDFC Home loan as part of banking division. Even interest rates charged by HDFC is very high which is increased in subsequent years.

        As such rates of interests for home loan are definitely regulated by RBI but limited and private companies do not fall under their per-view. These companies fall under company Act and not under Banking Act.

        At time of taking loan these companies promises low rates of interest and then increases rates of interest in subsequent years, which increases your burden of repayment in form of slow poison eating your lots of money.

        I will share my personal experience:

        I have a very bad experience with HDFC, My loan of 11 lac with tenure was only 20 years and was promised with 3% discounted rates for my loan account as the company with which I was working was a corporate client of HDFC, so my loan started at 7.25% rate of interest and a low EMI of 8595/- Rs only.

        In later stages HDFC revised rates of interest stating that my loan is on floating rates, where as no discounted rates are applied to my account. More on no reduction in rates are done at all even when rates of interest of other banks and institutes fall down. Even when they offer low interest rates to new customers – on my inquiry they asked for a proceeding fees of almost 12 thousand rupees to revise the rates of interest.
        My EMI is also revised to 10, 526/- Rs and the tenure is now increased. Today even after paying EMI for more then 6 years my tenure of repayment is more then 18 years and EMI is increased from 8695/- Rs per month to 10526/- Rs per month. So I will end up paying money to HDFC for more then 24 years.

        So I will end up paying four additional years with new EMI to HDFC which will make me a loss of almost 10-12 lac rupees.

        HDFC is offering new customer 8.25 rates of interest where as even when I am a old customer with corporate tie up with the company – I am charged almost 11% rates of interest and I am screwed up by paying more EMI.

        I have started legal proceedings against HDFC – and warn you all that dont take loan from HDFC other wise your people will also end up in soup and will have to pay huge for small things.

        REQUEST YOU ALL TO TAKE LOANS ONLY FROM BANKING INSTITUTES AND NOT FROM ANY LTD COMPANY--
        Ask following questions at time of taking loan.

        1.Is the company having word “Bank” in its name.
        2.If the company is refinancing company - take in written that – rates of interest in the company will be regulated as per RBI norms.
        3.Only those people whose files are not getting approved from banks and documents are not clear enough and are in need of loan should opt for such institutes, but mind it these ltd companies slowly increases rates of interest and eats away your lots of money charging high rates of interest.

        PLEASE NOTE – HDFC is a limited company and not a BANK. Only banking institutes or company with word “Bank” in its name are regulated by RBI.
        Before signing any document of ltd company please read the terms and conditions completely and take a lawyers advise if needed before going ahead to sign the same.

        Please disseminate this information to all your friends and relatives so that they are not cheated by any private company in case of loans / home loans.

          With due respect, I have opened a RD Account from HDFC bank for One year of Rs. 500/- monthly. The bank withdrawn RD payment twice in the month of November. First RD payment 8 December 2009 & second 11 December 2009. Kindly give us the detail of RD deduction from my account.

            Hi,

            I am owing the HDFC Credit Card from last 4-5 Years and I am regular in making the payment ,but from last 2-3 months I couldn't make a payment because of job loss . The same reason I convey to bank by letter as well as via email.

            I already inform their customer care and telecallers about the cash crunch and the problem I am facing ,

            Inspite of listning to the my reason the executive is harrassing me by calling at any time and saying we don't care about your job loss ,we required our payment. If you couldn't make payment we know to recover payment .In between I received the call from one of their recovery agent and he threaten me that they will fire my house and my family

            Luckily I recorded that call and complin the customer card abt this.

            After complaning to customer care for above things they didn't respond at all.

            Couldn't understand what to do in this situation

He is talking in a most absurd and abusining unparlimentary words questing my integrity and calibre in my business circle and personal carrear . I request the HDFC management to take severe action for such indecent humane approach towards customers of your bank . I seek your concrete reply immediately on receipt of this message . Even now after sending the message if i am getting THREATENING calls from the above telephone number i.e 64598802 i am constrained to take police action against the person who telephoned to me.             Kindly note that I hold a credit card account as well as a savings bank account with HDFC bank. There was a dispute on the card account as the bank had levied various charges on the same, though I had cleared all my merchandise and rightful dues on the same. I had been talking to your customer services desk, emails and letters to your grievance officer, but the same had not been resolved.

            As the charges were continuously being levied, I talked to your customer services. I was advised by the customer care to pay certain amount in order to settle and close the card account. I paid the said amount in Oct'08, but card had still not been settled and new charges are being added every month. Apart from the same your collection agents and representatives are giving me calls throughout the day in odd times and hours, which is causing me immense discomfort and trauma.

            Now to my utter shock and surprise, I find that my savings bank account funds have been put on hold. This is gross mistrust and against banking norms and fair practices, of holding my savings bank funds for the payment of credit card dues, without any intimation to me whatsoever. I have not given any direct debit / ECS mandate for the withdrawl of funds from my SB A/c. This is also not warranted under the Banking norms and standards board of India. ( BCSBI).

            In case the card account needs to be closed / settled there needs to be an amicable solution of the same and not holding the savings account funds of any individual. I would be viewing this very seriously.

            I expect and I request your kind office to take necessary action on the same.

            I had taken the HDFc Credit card two year back and this is also a long story.But today I just came to know that there is some payment has to be made on my part.One of the office had told me that I have to pay some thousand amount as i had taken BT from the bank.I simply asked if that checque has been honoured or payment has to been taken out from your bank.He said no.Atlast he said you pay me Rs 500 and I will close this issue.I am a honest citizen of India nad told him to send receipt and cause why I should pay Rs 500.He said that i want to close the account so give me atleast Rs 200.Again i refused.Why should i pay Rs 200 for the same.

            HDFC Credit card management should be ashamed of this act.Now I humbly request to see into the matter and close the issue at the earliest.

I had made Credit Card payment of Rs. 2500/- twice through HDFC Bank on 16th June, 2009 & 17th June, 2009 to "National Institute of Open Schooling, NOIDA (Uttar Pradesh)". But to my surprise, I was informed by the Institute that the payment have not been received yet. Even, I met the Sr. Officials of the Institute they have also said to me that they didn't receive any kind of payment from my side.

            This is to bring you in notice that i am holding HDFC Bank credit card and due to i did not get my salary for 2 months i was not able to pay my bills. But HDFC collection managers executievs called me up and abused me like anything. They used all hindi gaali and awkword words for me that i never expected. When i called up HDFC Bank they promised me to solve this issue that "HDFC Bank representatives are abusing me" within 7 working days and i did not recieve any further action on same.

            The representatives are talking . They are abusing in Hindi language and hight of bull that they called up to my old organisation Okaya Infocom at all the extensions and abusing everybody even to my director.             HDFC Bank people harass customer in name of collection.

            Now you tell what should i do as when i was talking to HDFC people politly you people started abusing. Either you people abuse me or take your payment. They are saying teri maa ki and mere ghar aa jao and you people are expecting i will pay. I am very sorry for the same.

            This is inform you as well as register my complaint against fraudulent activity on my credit card issued from your bank. I also want to register my complaint about no response from your bank to resolve this issue and unlawful deduction of money from my savings account in your bank.

            I had objected about a fraudulent activity on my credit card a while back where about 57, 795 INR were spend in Singapore. I was told that your bank will conduct an enquiry and reverse the transaction back. However i am surprised to see that a unlawful deduction of near by INR 20000 was made from my HDFC Saving bank account and a note from collection manager was sent to me asking more money to settle down the transaction that was not even made by me.

            I would look forward to get a resolution of this matter fast and in lawful manner. Please let me know if anything is required from my part to close this issue asap.

            1. I am a HDFC card holder for a number of years and have been regularly paying all the bills as received vide monthly statements.

            2. As per my recollection, I paid a Bill of Rs. 3000/- vide Oriental Bank Of Commerce Cheque No. 126961 dated . 18/11/2014. Payment of this cheque is also confirmed by the Bank and the amount has already been debited in my Bank Passbook.

            3. Obviously, this payment must be for the statement received in November or a month so earlier.

            4. From the e-statements, it is now seen that payments are due on which late fee and interest is continuously charged till today and the amount totals to Rs. 7621/- as intimated by you.

            5. I am quite concerned as I have not received any statements for these months. I had paid my last payment in November 2014 and there has been no further transaction also.

            6. I would therefore, request that the late fees and interests shown in the statements from November 2014 onward may be waived.

              hi,

              i was offered gold debit card free of cost. However HDFC bank has deducted Rs. 500 from my account saying that it's annual charge.

              could you please let me know whether there is charge for debit card, and if yes i would not be continuing with HDFC Bank.

                with reference to the credit card number [protected] , i have to subbmit a complaint against HDFC BANK- credit card devision-lucknow.

                I am a victim of wrong accounting, harrasment and insult done by the collection department of credit card - lucknow.

                At the time of account opening, the hdfc people given me the credit card without my consent and when i asked for interest statement, they refused to give it. At present time they are harrasing me mently and sending some non-social elements to office and home regularly for collection .

                Any how, i will give all the money they want, but this time i am not in a condition to pay. Kindly pressure them to give me a time of two months and not to insult me in front of the office people.

                  I am Dipmala,using credit card of HDFC Bank.I have not Payed the payment of october-2009.Collection Department of Bangalore,Richmond circle Branch,employee named Kalpana is threatning me to to give the payment by29th-Nov-09,before 5 PM.As i told her to collect a check of total due Payment for the Month of oct & Nov 2009 for the date of 1st dec 2009.Kalpana is behaving very rude and forcing me for the Payment.She is using different rough language & entertaining in personal things.

                  Please,do the needfull,Kalpana is really Harrashing by calling agaain & again.I am ready for the Payment for the date of 1st Dec 09,as i have not yet received the salary.

                  Credit Card — Disgraceful Employees

                  Past 3 weeks I am calling to know the status of my application, but so far they are still not able to track my record. Everytime i call them they says "our system are down, kindly call us later" its a pathetic customer service.

                  I WANT AN ASSISTANCE AND WOULD APPRECIATE IF I GET A CALL FROM BARCLAYS WITHIN NEXT 24 HRS.
                  HDFC Bank is the worst bank to start with. If a payment on credit card is delayed then interest charges and penalty charges are levied and that's what the procedure is with other bank's credit card that i use. HDFC sent my data to some collection agency and i receive at least 20 calls on my mobile and home land line threatening to make the payments. They are highly illiterate people, abuse on calls and threaten to send someone at my place.
                  I called HDFC requesting to stop these calls, i was informed that i will not get any more calls but they called me on sunday atleast 50 times. Highly disgraceful, a warning for everyone, do not take HDFC credit card, if you hold one, cancel it if you can.

                  HDFC is one of the bloody suckers bank. I hold a credit card on 2008 from Delhi and made payment as well from my hometown Kolkata. Now after 3 years all of a sudden these suckers wake up and threatening me and my parents, giving calls to the landline and mobile, that a sum of 58, 000 has been due and i have to pay that. I agree with Dipmala and Siddharth that please cancel HDFC credit cards as they could be life threatening element for the future as well. The executives are illiterate, and have no respect and they even abuse my neighbours and my family. Instead of saying Madam or Ma'am, this Kalpana is calling me as Mem Mem..and her hindi is like a village uneducated woman. Please stop abusing public's life. If God forbids same thing happens in their life then they will get to know the reality. God knows what will be the solution.

                      I am using HDFC credit card from April 2008. I have paid charges always.
                      My credit card limit was 25000 which has been declined to Rs20000 without any notice.
                      i want clarification for the same.
                      And i am usng the card since apr 2008, more then 1.5 year and instead of increasing the limit it has been dereased to 20000.
                      I wanted to do some shopping and now i am not able to do that because i dn have credit limit.

                      Hi,

                      I recieved a call from HDFC Customer rep informing that you have been one of the few special ppl who have been offered a platinum credict card. They told the offers their card as and asked the limit I have on other cards, I told I had 1.6 lakhs and the rep responded that i will be provided with a much higher limit than 1.6 lakhs. When asked the rep promised that i would get a minimum of 3 lakhs and she will make a note on the application form.

                      I received the card and was given 1.5 lakhs, when lodged a complaint with the HDFC Customer care department they told that i will get a call from someone regarding it...its been well over 2 weeks and when called the customer care they have told that they have tried reaching me and was not able to reach...

                      I have called the customer care again asking the status they told that it cannot be increased and if needed i could cancel the card by sending a written letter to HDFC cards.

                      Wasted time talking to the rep., submitting documents, lodging a complaint with them...poor service and wrong expectation by the bank.

                        The complaint is simple. No bills received from HDFC Bank. After three months, they claim there is a due pending, I request them to hold on for a few days, post which non-HDFC employees threaten me with abusive language, and ask me to come to places (which are not HDFC Bank) to settle the matter.

                        The refuse to acknowledge this action on mail and yet continue on such behaviour undeterred. The individuals in concern are as follows:

                        Meena Tourani (HDFC Bank) - Continues to use abusive language by calling me a 'Dog', @#$% and more. Some of the language used is very derogatory.

                        Vijay (refuses to mention where he is from) - bearing cellphone number - +[protected] Uses the dirtiest language possible in Kannada. One wonders how he's gotten so creative with them - have it on recorded audio.

                        Suresh (supposedly HDFC Bank) - Screams, howls and abuses over the phone.

                        Quite simply, my complaint is that I don't have to pay any fees, interest, charges to this bank when their service is abusive in nature. Would prefer to take a legal course of action from hear on.

                        Sub: Complaint Against HDFC Bank Credit Card Nuisance

                        Reference : HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD NO: [protected].


                        Dear Sir,


                        I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

                        On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

                        If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

                        Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

                        Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

                        My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

                        Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

                        NB: In spite of repeated request, the HDFC Credit Card Division were not Co-operating with me. Their actual Intention is bad and how to harass the customer mentally and physically in public place.

                          In 2007, one business executive of HDFC bank comes to my home and tell me that if you are interested we are offering FD and they are attached with many other services. In fact, at that time, I was looking for locker facility and I sad yes. A classic account was opened at the Seven Bunglows Branch of this esteemed Bank in Andheri (W) of Mumbai. The same man came with an other offer that they will give me a Credit Card linked with this FD and saving account. I was a fool to accept it. That is what I have realised after 2 years. I used to pay all my payments regularly. But in the month of April 09 and October 09 there were some delays and I was even paying their penal charges and interests. Then the abuse started. The staff of theirs are so mannerless and abusive that one will imagine how a woman can talk all these filthy streetwala abuses. They started calling my parents who are above 80 years and on two occassions abused them and asked them to pay up on behalf of me. They should be ashamed of this or i assume that this would be their culture or work culture taught by HDFC bank
                          I was tired of all this and when i could not take any more, I approached the seven bunglow branch on 23/11/09 with an application that I wanted to terminate my FD of One Lakh Rupee. They told me that it will be done within 6 working hours. I issued a cheque to close the Credit Card acount and to my horror I found that it got bounced. Again I went to the branch on 24/11/09 and when asked why the amount was not credited to my account. Then came the reply that they had created a lien on my FD and I will have to clear the credit card amount first and then only I can get my FD. When I told them that they can easily appropriate my FD and give me the balance amount. They started calling here and there and after 2 hours sitting there gave an assurance that it will be done. The abusive calls continued on 24/11 till 26/11 and even the caller threatened me that your FD of One Lakh will be seized. I am still wondering whether a staff from the Bank can talk in this manner who have provided them business two years back and whose money is till lying with them.Till 26/11/09 at 3.30 pm I have not received a response on the state of FD and the time when I will get it. How does a A bank which promises to deliver the goods in 6 hours can take more than 96 hours. Being a widow, I am being subjected to such mental trauma, that I dont know what to do with myself. Does I am paying a price for opening an account with HDFC bank and made to suffer

                            Receiving the phone call from no.66219091 & 43145000 your lady caller talking like Nonsense (calling me Katwa, eat the pig meat)

                            Some one told me that all the call are recorded

                            Please checked the call on mobile no.[protected] dated 12.11.09 and Privies calls ?

                            You are requested to take some action on that matter ??

                            They are calling my office daily more then 15 to 20 time and disturbing my office staff saying me (katwa.)and now thaings is like that in my office no one truste me and my boss asked my staff not to give any cash to me or not pay any advanced ???

                              Hi

                              This is Girish, bought a bike in August 2009 thru HDFC loan. I had agreed to pay EMI thru ECS. in 2nd month, ie. in october 2009, HDFC person called me & told my cheque got bounced because of insufficient amount in the account, but in my account more than the required amount was there. Also the strange thing is how can the cheque bounce back in ECS? But in my pass book it was showing that the amount(EMI) was deducted on the 6th october which was the stipulated date. Apart from this, they again deducted EMI in same month for the second time. When i enquired, they told it was deducted only once even after i showed them it was deducted twice.

                              Still my problem is not solved & i hav never seen such a bad service from banking. I feel HDFC is providing a very worst service for their customers.

                              can anybody help me in this matter to get back my EMI which was paid extra?

                                Hello,
                                this is Girish who bought Honda Shine bike in August 2009 thru' HDFC loan. I agreed for ECS to pay EMI. In october 2009, two EMI's were deducted and its entry is there in my pass book. Even then HDFC people are telling they have not received the amount for two times, but for only once. I have produced all the proof for the same & still it is not rectified. its a very worst banking service i had ever come across.

                                I request thru' this, the concerned person to help me in this matter to get back the extra amount deducted.

                                  I have settled my credit card account 2 years back by paying 25000 in cash, however I have been recently informed by other credit card company that they cannot offer me card because my payments are pending with HDFC and my name is listed as defaulter with CIBIL. HDFC people also informed that the payments are not made. I have settlement letter which I got from the executive who came from HDFC. I made the cash payment for settlement because I was getting threat call on a daily basis. If HDFC do not have my 25000, where are the same and who is responsible. After making the payment, I informed their customer service as well. Please advise how to get this correct in CIBIL.

                                  as we have transfer 10, 000 in the platinum plus-credit card . in the bill it is given that Mrs.Niketa Goradia has spent Rs 1, 800 and Mr Dinesh Goradia has spent Rs 4, 996 than the sum of these ruppees that are spent is Rs6, 796 so wher the other amount is gone which is Rs3, 204. so please solve this problem as soon as you can.the credit card number is [protected]. transfer the ruppees to the credit card after the solution or sent a bill to this address-DAL BAZAR-PARIWAR LAXMI COMPLEX, 201, LASHKAR, GWALIOR.

                                    I had car loan from HDFC bank, after 2 years of now i got transferred to Pune and wanted to transfer my car to my home town, For RTO transfer NOC, I need NOC form 35 from bank as my car is hypothecated. Hence i applied for loan foreclosure.
                                    It took them one week to approve the request, no was no confirmation received i had to go every other day to enquire.
                                    No after 15 they will send the NOC.
                                    So total of 22 days.
                                    While the loan was granted in less than 1 week

                                    How do we get them expedite the process
                                    --------
                                    There are no SLAs
                                    No accountability
                                    Each retail branch have to own prerogative
                                    For each service they charge Rs500 like change in address

                                    i had taken an used car loan from hdfc bank on 2010 and i want to close the same as i got transfered to delhi and i have asigned to mr manish singh to close the sais accoun but no body is going to close for the same at hdfc car loan division.

                                    I really being disturb and now onwards i am not able to pay the emi for it .

                                    Pls suggest in this regard

                                      What kind of charges were drawn dated on 05/05/11 & 19/09/11 & 03/11/11 & 06/02/11 total is 2135 Rs.
                                      The above amount for credit card was deducted from my bank account.
                                      Please reply me & credit that amount back in my HDFC bank account.
                                      Otherwise I will sent the message with my account details to Reserve bank of India (RBI) as well as I will go to Grahak Suraksha Kendra.

                                        I am having 200 shares of hdfc bank ltd in the joint names of neela venkatesan and j badrinarayanan and the shares are held in demat format under account no. 20007075 vide INE040A01018 with INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK DEPOSITORY SERVICES (IN302437). I have not received dividend for the year ended 31.03.2009. I was staying at Nagapattinam till June 2009 and have moved over to Chennai in July 2009. The shares have now been transferred to NEELA VENKATESAN AND M S VENKATESAN under 20004956 with the same depository participant. I request you to look into the matter and arrange for payment of dividend.
