      Respected Sir,

      This is to bring to your notice that, I have forwarded number of grievance mail against Mr Bikas Shaukla, Sales Manager HDFC Bank Chowk Lucknow to higher authorities but they didn't revert the proper respond in this context.

      Despite to use the proper and absolute procedure of grievance we're still in waiting for justice, The CSEs are unable to directly express their pain or problems before the authorities because of insecurities of their job.

      Bikas Shulka continuously misbehaving and abusing to CSEs and buildup unnecessary pressure to work and load the extra pressure to sell the Life Insurance of 15000/- because of such circumstances number of performer CSEs resigned the jobs.

      The CSEs are being called for work even on holidays which has caused great discord in family relations and there are so many sound complaints that could disclose the virtual face of this man and I better know that he has the authority to save himself but ultimately CSEs have to suffer in such painful conditions.

      All the member of Sales Team including Team Leader are too frustrated and uncomfortable under Bikas Shaukla, so please kindly call back him from Chowk branch, please understand the pain of CSE.

        This is with reference to my HDFC A/c , which was opened as a salary account by my employer Ilin Computers Pvt. Ltd. in September 2007. An amount of Rs.9296/- were blocked by the recovery department of HDFC and later on an amount of Rs 9296/- was debited from my account, without any prior intimation on 7th June 2008.

        On enquiring from the phone banking department of HDFC, I was told that there was a long pending outstanding payment against Credit Card for which the said amount was debited from my salary account.

        I had a credit card from HDFC Bank which was not in use by me for past three years. The last outstanding on that card was Rs. 500/- against a transaction of petrol purchase, which was un-paid due to non-receipt of the bill for the month of October 2005 & for last few months also (but for that I used to regularly make the payments by checking it with the HDFC customer care executives). I was charged a heavy interest against this outstanding (& that too after making regular complaints with the HDFC customer care about the non receipt of the bills).Some recovery agents were sent at my home who abused and misbehaved with me & my family also. Daily I was harassed by the torturing phone calls from your recovery department, who used fowl and abusive language with me. The people about whom I am talking are not any recovery agents; they were the executive staff of HDFC Bank.

        I had lodged a complaint at the Customer Service Desk, and was given a response from your executive Raj that I will receive an apology letter from HDFC Bank's Credit Card Division for such behavior of your staff and waive off the unnecessary charges that were levied on me along with a revised statement. After so many follow ups with your staff at Customer Service Desk by me, I neither received any apology letter nor was any revision of charges done. Hence, with a request letter to close my HDFC Credit Card, I dropped the credit card at one of your ATM.

        I got some calls after that from HDFC,and I told the executives that I am not holding any card from HDFC. But in May 2008 again, after three years, I started receiving some phone calls from your recovery department for this outstanding payment. Since I had no clue, after three years which payment they are talking about, I denied that the payment Outstanding belongs to me. I received an SMS in last week of May 2008 that an amount of Rs. 9296/- has been blocked on my salary savings account. And after few days this amount was debited from my account without any intimation.

        I never received any kind of information or communication from your credit cards division about the outstanding amount. When I tried speaking to your executives, again the staff on phone abused me badly. For your information, I had spoken to Ms. Shweta Kapoor at your Janak Puri, New Delhi office (Phone no.[protected] /[protected]. Repeatedly on speaking to her, same response was received. I was informed that a notice was sent to me for the payment, whereas I have not received any kind of communication. If any notice was sent to me, please furnish the receipt / acknowledgement. On asking Ms Shweta, she told me that it was sent by a normal post, but I feel that if you send any notice to anyone, it is generally sent by a courier or through some registered post (which surprises me that a bank like HDFC doesn’t know this norm).

        The story didnt end here, as after barging into my salary account illegally, I again got a call from HDFC recovery department from an Executive called Richa, who was again asking me about that amount that its still due. I dont know what kind of records HDFC updates as they themselves dont know about the customer updations. And to my surprise, after so many month of all this issue, I still havent received any clearance letter from HDFC. It will not surprise me if after a year again, HDFC people comes up again with the same amount due on me as they still arent updated on anything.

        After few days, I again got a call from Mr. Ashish Sharma (his contact no is [protected]). He again raised this matter & told me that this time the matter would be finalized & I will get a proper redressal on it. Initially he informed me that whatever money has been deducted is deducted on the facts & is genuine. But later, after a lot of discussion, he started negotiations with me which lasted at Rs 3000/-. He said that I have to pay at least that much amount to close this chapter forever. I dont understand, that HDFC only said that the amount deducted is the actual & genuine amount (which was Rs 9296/- according to them & suddenly the genuine amount got reduced to Rs 3000/-), which was really surprising. I didnt have any problem in paying & closing that chapter with Rs 3000/- as well but my issue was that if HDFC is ready to negotiate on it, then why I was harassed with such a huge amount deduction. And when I denied to negotiate and settle down at such a small amount against a huge financial loss, Mr. Ashish also stopped the communication on the same & never replied on the solution to this problem. I have sent repeated mails to Ms Rajeshwari & escalated the matter to Mr Aditya Puri as well, but again no response has been given from their side as well.

        This is absolute harassment to the customer. The account from which this amount was debited is my salary account (I was regularly facing some other issues also with my salary account), and this kind of act from your end is absolutely illegal. It is like a theft from my account from your recovery department. I maintained a certain balance in my account just because I had to make apayment to someone which was also stuck because of this unprofessional act of HDFC.If it had been another bank's account, were you able to touch it. Just because it was an HDFC account, you simply barged into my account and debited it. This is highly unprofessional and unfair act from your end. Such kind of harassment was not expected from HDFC Bank, which is India's leading bank and boasts on its customer service.

        The same situation i have faced and what all the person had said is true and the recovery department had held Rs. 38500 from my savings accounts when called up the hdfc statff ms. indhu is using abusive language and scolding like anything. I don't know what to do next hence left my Rs. 38500 go as it is. But this is highly unacceptable.
        Sir I had a salary account in your bank but now it is not been used by me for the last 6 months.Now I have joined a new company in which I have another salary account with your bank. so tell me the process to whom I have to mail for closing of account.I have no time to go anywhere so please tel me the process through mail or phone only.

          hello sir,
          i got my vehicle financed from CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB in june 2007. Vehicle has been financed and registered on my mother's name (MITHLESH SHARMA) .I paid a down payment of Rs.23000/- and loaned a sum of Rs.20000/-. Hence there were total 8 EMIs of Rs.2500/- each. I have paid all the 8 EMIs. (last one paid in march 2008) . Now when i went to the dealer for NOC ,from where i bought the vehicle, he said that centurion bank is now under HDFC bank. So i went to HDFC bank loan care in PAHARGANJ , they asked my "loan a/c no." . but since I didnt get any letter or any loan a/c no. from centurion bank at the time of finance in june 2007 or thereafter, i couldnt tell them. So, they asked my details like name of the person on which it's financed, emi amount etc, and couldn't find out my loan a/c number. same happedned when i requested for NOC through mail. same was their email reply that they couldnt trace my loan a/c no. Now help me sir what to do. i am totally confused .

          we have bought a commercial vehicle in the month of AUGUST in 2003 of which we have got financed thorugh HDFC Bankm the total loan amount has been paid up upto 2006, now we dnt have any NOC of the loan, & also we have misplaced the file in which all the papers of Loan is filed, kindly help us to get the loan A/C. no. so as to get the NOC ASAP. The EMI amount is rs. 9641.

            Since 2004-05 I was operating HDFC credit card and I lost that card 19th Oct 05 and blocked the same.
            Then I several time requested HDFC to give new card or reissue card again old card. Now they told they could not issue new/reissue card against me. Recently I tried to get home loan and they told some balance is showing in cbill and in that i found in one credit card 2008 on wards they started charging monthly Rs.180/- and balance is showing 7672/-
            Then I tried to get new credit card from other banks like city bank, They are refusing to give credit card by RBI instructions. I told HDFC to clear that amount and they conformed on augest till date I am not getting credit card

            How to clear balance in CBIll? and how to check balance in Cbill?

            I have Salary Account with HDFC Bank Ltd. Since last 9 year with operate 0 Balance and no any hidden charges . but last two months bank debited in may account Rs. 400 / 847 / 150 Debited on my salary account Also complain HDFC Bank about this matter but can't reverse above charges and the bank said that if salary not deposit regularly a/c automatically convert in normal saving bank account, when opened salary account bank representative not discussion about this matter and now bank debited highly bank charges my account.

              Dear Sirs/Madams:

              I received credit card no [protected] from M/s Centurion Bank of Punjab on 26.12.2007. I incurred an expenditure of Rs 4683.50 on the card on 8.10.2008. After that I did not receive any statement from the bank in November or December 2008 regarding payment due. Instead, I received an SMS message in early November 2008 stating that I had to pay Rs 4243.50 within two days. I paid the same by cheque believing it to be the full amount, not realising that it was short by Rs 440, as I did not have the credit slips readily available. The same was encashed on 5.11.2008. Then in January 2009, I received a statement from ICICI Bank (who had taken over Centurion Bank) claiming late payment and interest charges of Rs 1426.93. When I called the ICICI Bank Customer Care number, I was informed that Rs 440 was still pending. I paid that amount also and the same was acknowledged by ICICI Bank in their statement dated 16.2.2009.

              However, till date, the bank continues to send me statements with mounting interest charges, presently coming to Rs 4849.44. Now, I fail to realise how a customer, who was not informed correctly about his payment due and to whom no statement was sent for two months (Nov and Dec 2008) after incurring expenditure the previous month (Oct 2008) can be treated as a defaulter and taken to task for no fault of his? When I called ICICI Bank Customer Care today (21.10.2009), I was informed that I still would have to pay Rs 1000 for settling the issue and the person threatened that my credit rating with his bank and other banks would be affected if I did not do so.

              I have three other credit cards of ICICI Bank apart from that of HDFC and SBI and I have never been a defaulter in any of them. This particular instance is purely through the negligence of the bank and is not my fault. I request you to kindly take it up with the bank to waive the interest charges and treat the CBoP credit card as permanently cancelled. For your kind reference, the request no given by ICICI Bank Customer Care is SR[protected].

                I am a user of HDFC net banking of HDFC since more then 3 yrs. BUt from last few months am facing one problem.i cant access my net banking its saying this ATM/Debit card is not activated or atm/debit card not connected. However i am using this same id and account since yrs. This problem occured first time before 5 months but after 2-3 months it got activated itself and i could access it with same password. Now even if i tried to resent my net password the same error is coming.I have sent mail to HDFC complaint forum but they are just sending the same mail repeatedly that change your password by using the same process which i have tried many times. Even i complaint at telephone customer care.But all was useless.Now i want to de activate my net banking pls tell me its process.its pathetic to us HDFC bank now.

                HDFC Bank — Netbanking not functional

                Hi,
                I have been encountering the same error of 'HTTP 404 page not found' for the past 2 weeks while trying to login to HDFC netbanking.
                My friends are also having the same problem.
                What the heck is with the Netbanking support. Atleast be transparent in addressing the issues to customers through mails or SMS. We are getting lot o[censored]nwanted (may be for me) sms and mails from HDFC bank. But this info, not only for me, but for the whole community of your customers, will help.

                Please expedite.
                Any HDFC executives.. answer for this.. the customers are waiting and and you are irritating...

                HDFC Bank — Netbanking Not Working

                HDFC bank Netbanking is not working for long hours. No prior information given by the bank regarding this. Many important transactions are in hold due to this.
                Why a large bank like HDFC cant able to control / maintain their standards?
                End of month, and this type of fault in netbanking without any intimation for long hours makes the customers unhappy..

                  Applied for the housing loan. Collected the papers by Mr Nishant Shukla , gave the information of approval of 37 lacs collcted all the Original required documents along with the HDFC application duly filled along with a cheque of 20k+. as processing fees on date 15/10/2009 . Since there was no reply called up groupleader Rahul Singh & Nishat Shukla Relation Officer But non of the two attended the call nor did the twosome have courtsey in calling back the customer they have collected file. after experiencing the above act of non attending the call 3-4 days called the twosome from different number on (22/10/2009) attending ths call got the feed back it will be login within a day or two. As on today's update again call was not attended then we finally called office-No & got message that Mr.Roumi is looking after this file then immediatly called Roumi to find the status, he said that he has not gone thru the file & said that give me 10 minutes & i will let u know. & after 10 minutes when we called him he rejected the assured loan amount The same conclusion could have been derived and informed to the customer by the group leader r the relationship officer. but here is the fate customer speaks to the CA(No-1) Mr. Roumi of HDFC & gets the feedback after keeping the file on his table for 12 days & gave decesion in just 10 minutes. Now where does the customer stand after loosing his valued 8 days?????? To start again with ABCD for housing loan with the other Bank that too at the month end. Again loosing 3 more days which will be accounted by the builder for the intrest for the delayed payment. Hoping the same cooperation to all the customers.

                  HDFC Housing Loan — Still Not Processing

                  We have alrady submitted the docs required for taking loan along with the application forms & also property docs i.e. aggrement copy, share Certificate & others in the last week of sep but still we are not getting any response from him, even we try to call hime they also not picking phone. It is alrady passed out 25 days.

                  I applied for top up loan against lap and submitted all necessary documents in Aug 2011 at hdfc aurangabad office.
                  and I got mobile message from TM-HDFC LTD and given me file no[protected]. At the time of submission of documents
                  I given a cheque bearing no 793723 for Rs 8366/- and which is cleared from you on dtd[protected]. But mean while you have returned my file saying that my past record of repayment of old housing loan is not good.
                  Then I ask you sir why your people are harrashed me time to time for asking give this document and that document and taken many applications in writing from me and after all when you dont want to sanction a loan to me then why you have submitted a cheque for clearance. I experienced lot of troubles and frustated which I never expected from well known hdfc .
                  So please once again I request you sir, it will be very kind of you if you could sanction the same.

                    Sorry to inform you that i agreed to have a credit card of hdfc bank on 20.08.09 & So after 10 to 15 days i got a sms from your end that the card has been dispached via blue dart couier & So i cheaked with blue dart couier who told me that this card has been dispached to a wrong address that was kota as it had a wrong pin code which was totally your mistake.
                    I personally informed this to call center in jaipur & Chennai and made the correction of my pincode on 30.08.09 and you assured me that card will be sent again.
                    On 15.09.09 i again had a word with your jaipur helpline and got no of Mr amit dixit who promised me that the card will reach me within few day & on 15.09.09 i again got a sms from your end that the card has been redispached thru Blue dart AWB#[protected] on 13.09.09 but again is was dispached to wrong address which is a mistake from your end .
                    Regarding this i had several time tried to talk to Mr Anup Choudhary Sales Manager jodhpur as he had made all my paper for credit card but surpriseingly he never talked to me regarding this as his phone was picked by some other person & always i left a message for Mr anup to talk to me but this never happaned finally yesterday i got a chance to talk to Mr Anup & i told him regarding the problem & so he gave me a solusion to cancel the card and forget it.
                    I am very much surprised with his answer & would never like to have hdfc credit card & would like to have reply from your end as due to this i was disturbed & Planing to have help from other soures.

                      HDFC bank is the worst bank ..... it had charges me so many charges .... i dont even know what was all that for.... around 1300 they charge me from so many ways.... this is bull bank ... don go for this bank at any cost... go and open ur account in co operative bank ... they are much better than this bank ....

                        jab mai ne inhe sell kiya to us ke dusre din mujhe inform kiya gaya ke mai ne galat trade kiya hai,
                        mere account me sirf 41 shares hi aye the,aur mai ne 50 share bech diye.jis ke liye HDFC SECURITIES ne mujhe panelty bhi lagai pure 2450 ke karib.jab ke is me meri koi bhi galti nahi thi,
                        mujhe na is short trade ke bare me bataya gaya aur na hi charges ke bare me.
                        aur to aur jab mai ne HDFC SECURITIES ke call center me call kiya to unhon ne mujhe kaha tha ke jo balance {9} shares hai wo mujhe usi 248.50 ke rate par milenge.magar jab wo mere a/c me credit huwe to current market rate par huwe 267 per share.

                        plz mujhe mere paise wapas dila dijiye.........

                            Dear sir,
                            i'm having hsg loan with hdfc in nagpur which i had taken last year for rs. 15 lakhs at floating rate . now when the bank is refusing to bring down the interest rates as per the current mkt rate, i wish to repay the whole loan with my own fund for which the personal at bank are asking for a 2 % penalty. I want to know does it go hand in hand with your co.s policy cauz if newspapers are to go by, hdfc charges penalty only in case of refinance unlike icici.

                            This is how, HDFC is recording high quarterly profits. They are cheating customers by imposing the higher pre-closer charges and interests for the existing customers. As the customers are paying high interest and not allowing to switch to the lower interests without paying the penalty, the HDFC bank is cheating customers and showing high profits.

                            I do not understand why RBI is not taking action on these bank for this kind of cheating.
                            I took a home loan in HDFC for my new flat and the flat is still in construction stage, so the flat is not registered in yet. Now I am selling the flat before registration, the approved loan amount is 50 Lakh and the outstanding balance on the loan is only 30 Lakh.

                            HDFC is charging me 2% prepayment penalty on the loan approved value, not on the outstanding value.

                            See the charges given on the loan application, it show the early redemption charge is application only in case of commercial refinance (my loan is Adjustable Rate Home Loan)

                            amount being prepaid is payable, if the amount being repaid is more than 25%

                            refinance. You may be required to submit copies of your Bank Statments or any
                            other documents that HDFC deems necessary to verify the source of
                            prepayment.

                              Few days back I had applied for HDFC credit card and also submitted all required documents asked by HDFC (kharadi branch,pune). I also received HDFC bank sms stating "card is sent thru BLUE DART AWB #[protected] Dt- 06/10/2009". but till date I have not received credit card.

                              1) I had applied for HDFC gold credit card and same has been confirmed by HDFC (kharadi bank,pune) after submission of required documents. Now customer care executive told me that card despatched was HDFC silver credit card not gold card.
                              2) till date Neither I have received card not it's gold credit card. So I feel like cheated. They have wasted my time.
                              3) HDFC customer care executive service is really worst & unprofessional.

                              iam getting calls from agency department .what i asked the bank people pls check my last 5 years track record how i paid ...now i requested them to convert my outstanding into 12 Emi. i dont want to spoil my track.

                              I am Vijay Bajpai. I applied for one HDFC CREDIT CARD around 3-4 years back. Last years this card expired and band sent me new card with out discussing with me. Even no single call mail too. At that time I was out of country, if this card went to wrong hands who was responsible? Fortunately my parents were at my home. They received. Once I came back to to India, I asked for reason for that card. I din't get any satifactory answers from them. I am chasing these guys from last 5 months and they are making me fool. I am sending them mails and they are replying with same type mail. As per them I dropped my card and hand written letter to their ATM drop box but still they are not closing my Card. And sending me only drafted mails to me.

                              Please take hard and strong action or let me know about legal action. I dont want to save them. They are irritating me again and again.

                              last November my card is hacked in US, so i have blocked my card and submit all the document they required, in December they credit that amount in my new card, but still from January they added that amount in my bill, every month i have call to customer care and they told me we are in process but still they added interest in my card, they don't resolved my solution. I called 2-3 times in Chennai office but still it is pending, now they told me i have to paid that interest, this is really disgusting they don't work properly . i have attached the april month progressive dispute form image.
                              could you please do the needful for me.

                                  I held a HDFC Bank Credit Card from last 4 years. They said that there is a Surcharge waiver on Petrol Purchase done from any petrol pump. But there was a catch. If i swipe my credit card at any petrol pump which does not have a HDFC Bank EDC machine, i was charged Surcharge + Service Tax + Education Cess.
                                  They would reverse the Surcharge but they did not reverse the Service Tax + Education Cess.
                                  Every time i tried calling them up and started getting the same reversed manually. But finally i stopped doing that and paid only the amount which i have spent on my card. They then started leving Finance Charges to me. These finance charges got accumalated and added up to 9209. I called them up for the charges reversal but initially they refused. I then sent a letter for cancellation of the credit card. I got a call back from a phone banking executive and she confirmed to me that they will reverse only Rs. 4900 on my card account and i will have to pay the remaining amount AND I WILL HAVE TO TAKE THE NEW CARD. So i sent a letter for reissuance of the new card. I made the payment and they effected the reversal. Now they say they cannot issue me the new card. They are also not giving me any reason for the same. I request you to help me in getting the new credit card of HDFC Bank Ltd and ensure that there is no CIBIL record created against my name.                                     This is regarding my complain that even after enrollment with HDFC Securities for last 3 months, I still have to get the transaction password. The reason being my mailing address is of my company, which has 6-7 employees having the same name as mine(Santosh Kumar). Now I just wanted to add my employee ID with or after my name. I tried convincing the customer care executives, but they are not co-operating at all. Refer to HDFC Securities - Call ID# 02453295 and other phone calls afterwards.
                                    I don't know how to address the issue.

                                    This is with reference to complaint : 3800095.

                                    On 25 Aug 2011 I called customer care to inquire about scheme assigned to my account which is 1469738.

                                    My call had attended by executive nehal and I have been given following information.
                                    1) There will be no brokerage charges for single transaction upto 1 LAKH for the next 3 months.
                                    This included 3 taxes.

                                    brokerage charges 0.5 %
                                    Service tax on brockerage 10.30%
                                    Security Transaction 0.125%


                                    This is done because the security account has created with corporate scheme .


                                    As per the information I have started transacting using HDFC securites.

                                    On 21st of September,

                                    I have noticed brokerage charges against my transaction done on 20th sep 2011.

                                    I immediately called customer care (this time the call was attended by
                                    zenab) .I have been given information as the charges are deducted as my total transaction amount (This includes all my transaction and not a single
                                    transaction) was more than 1 LACK.

                                    I need the brokerage amount to be deducted from my transactions as I have been given wrong information by one of your customer care executive.


                                    on 23rd of September ,I got a call from one of the executives .
                                    He said he understand the inconvenience .He even admitted the mistake from customer care executive but refused to give extra brokerage amount .
                                    To add to this he suggested me to read the document.

                                    I must say this is a very poor service if the executives don’t know what they are selling how they expect us to have all the information about the scheme in fact the call on 25th august was made to understand the schemes.

                                    I have all the necessary recordings to prove you wrong and I dont mind filling the case with high compensation for the inconvenience.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I am a customer with HDFC bank for the last five years. I request you to plz help me out to get the status of my DD that I deposited with HDFC BANK on 06-Oct-2009, since then i am doing continuous follow up with HDFC BANK but not able to get the final & exact status.
                                      I deposited one of my DD No.693524 on 06-Oct-2009, the DD amount is Rs.2780.I checked the status on 10-oct-2009, and it was showing as “CHQ DEP RET-Payee’s Separate Discharge t” I personally visited to VIVEK VIHAR, NEW DELHI branch to find out the meaning of this status. Without listening anything HDFC STAFF [HEMANT] asked me to log a request with customer care. Then i logged a complaint to Customer care of HDFC on 12-Oct-2009 with complaint no: DEL131552. At the same time they confirmed me that you will receive the DD at your communication address within 3 days with Memo attached to it showing the return reason. After waiting for 3 days when i did not get the DD, again I launched a complain on 15-oct-2009(COMPLAIN No. DEL133402), but did not get any reply from there side. I call today on customer care ask them about the status of my DD, they told me that your DD got misplaced and in lieu of that HDFC has issued a non payment certificate to you, which is forwarded to your communication address on 21-OCt-2009.
                                      Due to this, i am not able to get money of festive season also visited the branch two times by taking leave from my office which cost me two days salary. Again they are telling me, wait for our non- payment certificate. On the top of that i need to carry this non-payment certificate to SBI branch for which i need to take another day's leave. Even i am not very much sure that whether i will be able to get my hard earned money or not. I make a commitment on the behalf on that money, but not able to fulfill which harm my market reputation.

                                      I would request you to plz look into the matter & take the appropriate steps.

                                        With ref to the above card No I have taken a loan of Rs 50000 and subsequently paid an amount of Rs 44000 in the month of Nov 2008. I used to get the email statements regularly and I found that the amount was showing a negative balance and on June 2009 there was a negative balance of Rs 2000 in my card

                                        Few days back one of your recovery agents called me and informed me that there is an outstanding amount on my card which is around Rs[protected] Rs and asked me to pay the minimum amount due of Rs 3300 but I informed him that I would be able to pay only Rs 2000 which I did so using the HDFC ATM on 8th of October. If my mathematics is right the outstanding should have been Rs . 7000 + or - (including LPC and interest). . And I have also called the call centre and checked for the outstanding and your guys have informed me that the outstanding is Rs 6700.00.

                                        Today again your agent called me and asked me to pay the diff of Rs 1330.00 and I informed him that I would pay in the evening of today(21.10.2009) and I was surprised to listen that the outstanding has gone to Rs 12000.00 How??? How in a matter of a weeks time the outstanding has gone from Rs 6700.00 (as today by your call centre agent) to Rs 12000 (again told by your call centre agent).

                                        I have informed your recovery agent that I would not pay the amount till the matter is settled as I feel that I am being fleeced of the money. First of all I never asked for any EMI's. Why would I pay the amount of Rs 44000 in the Nov 2008 if opted for EMI's. I would have paid the amount through EMIs only. I have asked your call centre agents to block my card fearing of mis-use and also I have called for 6 months statements of my card

                                        I fail to understand on what basis you guys are charging your customers who are paying their dues promptly and why is that you have converted my outstanding to EMI;s when I have never asked for.

                                        Note: I want a reply on the above issue at the earliest possible time
