MISLEADING BIZ PRACTICE RESORTED BY HDFC SALES OFFICERS

Bank Charges wrongfully debited

I maintain a savings account with HDFC Bank, Vaishali Branch, Ghaziabad. Minimum balance I need to keep is Rs. 10000. Earlier minimum amount as per account opening form was Rs. 5000. And then one fine day, I recd. an email that your minimum amount is increased to Rs. 10000.

The operation dept. told me that I need to submit one application today mentioning that I want to fore close my loan and give an approval for the same. I was using a credit card for HDFC bank and outstanding got settled later with equal instalments of Rs 2600/- for eight months plus one rS 2930/-. bank had issued a letter also for settlement of account. then one day finally call me and told Rs 1410/- is further due, due to late payment of few instalments, this is additional intereest and we will issue NOC to you. i had deposited that also.

Misguidance Regarding Loan Sanction
