Dear Sir,

Iam Preethi . My brother has been using the HDFC credit card . Now HDFC call me and torture me that I have to pay the amount cause my brother has used the card and he is not responding where as Iam no way related to it. Apart from that, they have been using very abusive language. Kindly Help me. Thank you!

    Hello,

    By using your card, I have purchased one cordless phone and paid the full amount thru the check but I got the statement for the month of May including the EMI for cord less.
    I wanted to clarify that I have not done any more transaction thru this card.

    I have so many times talked to your customer care executive but I think they are not supposed to do the customer service.

    Now I wanted to tell you that I have already send the request to cancel my card so please do the need full ASAP and request you check your data so that you came to know that I have already clear all the dues.

    I M already given my complain to your phone banking from Jan.2008.For cancelation my credit card.
    But you had not taken any step and regular send statement .It is clear accept by your phone banking officer that it will be canceld and all charges of my card waive.

    I was holding hsbc credit card no [protected], i have canceled it by giving message but instead of cancelling the card they are sending me monthly bills with service charges etc.please cancell my credit card as early as possible.

      Dear sir,

      I really have a very worst experience with hdfc bank while closure of my saving bank account no[protected] in the name of shubhangi goswami, as my home branch in mathura, and i filed my application in kg marg cannought place delhi branch, and also i cleared my negative bal of 1000 rs while the time of closing by depositing the money than after 2 mths my account is not closed and i did so many calls to the executive who assist me in kg marg branch while closing the account, she said we checked mam its in process, and i still got msgs of nargative bal in my account by mobile banking, nothing facility was closed on the account. Plz if this site help me out in this so plz help me in this matter, i really want that rbi should take some step against such situation that come in front of the customer

      I have requested for closure of my a/c. no.[protected] on 8th June 09 but regret to write that neither my account in question has been closed neither I have received any communication from your end.Pl look into the matter and make sure that the account is closed today itself
      Kindly arrenge to close my saving bank account no. in the name of Narendra kumar bhaskar, at the branch in Panchkula Sector 8, I can not oprate this account properly Because I have been transfered from Panchkula to Haridwar and not required at this stage .       HDFC Bank — CLOSURE OF MY SAVING ACCOUNT

      Recently I have recieved a letter from HDFC bank dated 24th Dec that my will be closed within 30 days.Bank has not given any reason.It only says that my type of transaction are such that they can not handle it.So what the Banks are for.In the age of net banking if one can not do transaction then why promote net banking..Now bank has no interest in saving accounts.

      No sms no email how can they decide that.Bank is making me feel as I am a criminal.

      I am extremely hurt by bank's behavior.More customers have received letters like these.This letter has signature of Mr Anidya Mitra

      Actually, HDFC Bank is rouge bank at the time of closing account.Even Bank statement does not show any negative balance but when customer visits to branch, customer finds negative balance.Not only this even after making payment and submitting closure form bank asks another 10 days to close the same a/c now you will find more negative balance within stipulated period.Actually Bank wants whatever can extract from the customer it is good.It is fraud.It is malpractices which must be curbed by RBI.

          I have applied for HDFC Bank Credit Card last year in Aug 2007.I haven't recd the credit card till date .The card issued to me was misused by someone else and bank is asking me to pay the due amount.Meanwhile the day card was used, i was in Lucknow and out of Mumbai on Official tour(Employee of Reliance) .I have valid proofs for that which also i have submitted to bank.I am fighting with Bank officials since last 1 year but haven't got any response from them.Since one year i am only getting one answer that it's under investigation.
          can consumer court help me or any other agency where i can send a notice to bank and resolve the issue.
          i am fed up of it .

          Bank — Credit card used by someone else

          Hi,
          I have applied for housing loan and i get to know that i hold a credit card from a bank and i need to pay outstanding amount. I have never applied for any credit card except from ICICI Bank and i already cancelled that card. Now i am not holding any credit card but someone is still using my card using my identity. Please suggest what to do in this case? I don't have any credit card with me now. Please suggest.

            Dear Sir / Madam,

            My husband holds a credit card and savings a/c in hdfc bank, even we have hdfc mutual fund a/c.

            My husband lost job 3 yrs back and still un-employed, bcoz of which we went into severe financial crises and not able to pay credit card payment. but we noticed the interest was tremendously increased bcoz of non-payment so we closed the card. And requested the concerned people that as & when we get any amt. we will be repaying..
            but.. yeshwanth, kumar & Tilak who are following up for the payment have no sense of decency, they use very abused language and mocking and torture over phone. my husband is already undergoing treatment for depression from Spanda becoz of this disturbing calls.
            I am working as secretary in HP and i appeal for your help. i really don't know whom to approach. we have 3 small kids all are below 10 yrs.
            pls. reply and guide us.

            Collection guys always talks non sensely. They must be punished even girls those are working with HDFC bank they dont have sense of talking.
            They have opened the business of the 'Credit card'.They charge interest.They earn a lot. It is not gratis.It is something 'civil' and not 'criminal' specially a person has paid several installments.
            The way these collection people behave or talk to other members of the family is disgusting.Every body is not a cheater.The percentage of the defaulter is very very minimal.

            At times it is inevitable to grant some more time.You cannot take the life of the defaulter. You are governed by the LAW of the LAND..There must be some difference between those money lenders and these public institutes.

              This is reference to my Food Plus card no. [protected].

              On 9th sept, I had reported about my lost card on the phonebanking no. My card was hotlisted on the same day. Sametime, i had requested for card replacement.Till now I haven't received any replacement card.

              Twice I have been given complaint nos[protected] given on16/09/09 &[protected] given on 20/09/08). The reason for having two complaint nos is due to non-traceable of the earlier complaint no. given by the executive.

              Again on 24/09/08, I had enquired about the same. They have send me an SMS, saying "will revert back in 48 hrs".

              More than two weeks have passed, still the situation is remains to be pathetic. They are not able to update me the status. Suprised by the standard of services given by a reputed bank in India.

              Surprised by the services rendered to their customers. Being a classic customer, it really amazes me. They have never bothered to revert back either through phone nor email.

              I am seriously thinking of closing my account from this bank & move on to some other bank.

              Transfer the amount of the check for the shipment from London to Saudi Arabia, of course, all this is not logical because I asked them to transfer the value of the award to my bank
              The politicians and all the solutions to them I say that I was rejected and they insist on one thing only is the value of the shipment check them, Which is estimated at: 715 pounds,

              HDFC Bank — pathetic service

              Hi,
              This is to inform u that i have an account with HDFC bank from long time but on recent past it has started giving a pathetic service.today is friday i called up to the helpline no [protected] i have been calling at this no from monday to arrange me a call from my mother branch which is in Andheri Marol;every time i speak to them it is said that i would receive a call with in 2 hours but its not the case.
              Is this the kind of service which is provided by the Bank and even in the helpline thay cant provide with the branchs contact no so that we can contact them.atleast the branch would have the no to be contacted, if atleast thay provide us with the no atleast we could contact them and clerar our problems.
              i am not satisfied the services of this HDFC bank...i went to the pahar ganj branch...more than thrice...but they do not help and talk very rudely...they are so cold shouldered..i request you to take strict action against them.

I applied for a pin through Phone banking, but it gets returned from my Previous branch mail Room.               HDFC Bank Credit Card — Pathetic Services

              HDFC Card harasses custmers by forcing them to pay the wrongly levied charges by Bank. Firstly they levy the wrong charges on filmsy grounds and upon making representations reverse the charges but ask to pay for it and pass on the credit the next month to customer.

              Once it has been identified that the charges has been wrongly levied and reversed by the bank, why consumer should not be allowed to deduct the amount in question from the final payment on due date? Bank says pay in full (o/s) including the wrong charges with service tax & cess to avoid levy of another charge of finanace and late fee. Ridiculous. Taking a view of this pathetic customer service have decided to surrender the card and advise all to avoid using such banks card.

              This is with much agony and pain, I am writing the horrifying experience I have undergone with regard to the HDFC credit card payment
              On 23rd Sept 2009, I got a call from the bank executive that if you want to close this card you need to pay a total amount of Rs 3000/- (settlement) however this time you are supposed to pay Rs 1000/- and after one week you will receive a no due letter ( settlement letter) and you need to pay remaining 2000 at that time .. however I have not received any letter from the bank ... Now days I am receiving such calls again.. I guess from the recovery cell ..
              Today I received a call from Lajpat Nagar Branch ( from some body named Shweta) .. she was too rude on the phone …and she specificaly told me that I am going to bother you again & again ..

              I requested several times to close my card and I paid the amount 3 times too, but they hardly did anything.
              It seems that they don't want to close the card. I think they simply penalized the customer, and don't bother the complaints. Now I think the only solution is to approach honorable courts.

              I am now getting calls from 3rd party daily, but they are not providing me the details in written. So can you please guide me what to do in this case, as I am unnecessary harassed.

              Dear Sir,


              I regret to inform you and for your kind notice that I was holding and HDFC Bank Credit Card vide no: [protected]. In that card, my credit limit was Rs.2, 38, 000/- and after that Bank has revised and reduced the Credit Limit from Rs.2, 38, 000/- to Rs.1, 77, 000/-. I have used my Credit Limit and I have already paid Rs.2, 77, 371/- against my Card as per their statement dated 17.03.2010. I had no outstanding against my Card. Only some Interest Charges were Lying in my Card.

              On that basis, I have requested to Bank to settle and convert my some Interest dues amount sympathetically in to fresh simple EMI after reversing all the Late fees, Extra Interest Charges and the unnecessary fees charged by the Bank Intentionally. Due to my tremendous financial problem, I was not in position to submit my children’s school fees and house rent also which already I had discussed this matter frequently to their customer care executive over phone & at least 14 to 15th times and sent 14th to 15th frequent reminder letters also.

              If you see the Receipts & Payments A/c of my Card, from beginning to end then you can easily observe that, I have made already over and excess payment against my used amount through card. If you see my accounts I have already paid the excess amount which the money I have used through Card. If the bank waive my unjustified Interest and Late fees, then nothing outstanding will be pending against my card. Which amount I have used against my Credit Card, Out of that, I have made excess payment against my used amount.

              Being a preferred customer for long time, I have changed my address, phone no etc honestly. As a result of which, their Recovery agency/goons have started to hassle me mentally and also my wife, not only that, they also used abusive and very rough language over phone and came to my office and insulted me in the front of everybody with very abusive and slang language and told me to make the payment immediately, otherwise they will attack me and my family with their team and told me that, they will thrash me in the front of my society and also told me that they will abolish me from my job. I am a very simple Private Company’s employee and simple middle class family. That incident happened for last 5 to 6 months. After completion of their mental and physical harassments, HDFC Bank has sent the Legal court notice to my address. I am a very simple and middle class family member and a very simple employee of a private company. Bank continuously pressurized me to take the credit card.

              Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank .Please tell me, Is it a Reputed Bank ???

              My Credit Limit was Rs.1, 77, 000/- and I have paid Rs.2, 77, 371/-. If my intention was bad then, why I will make the payment for Rs.2, 77, 371/-. Their Intention is how to raise the Interest amount and late fees unnecessary and pressurize to customer mentally. Trying to claim huge amount intentionally from customer, that is the practice of HDFC bank . Is it a Reputed Bank ???

              Due the tremendous mental harassment to me and my family, My wife is not well and she also feels very insecurity. Please help me and my family from HDFC Bank’s Credit Card nuisance.

              HDFC Bank — Pathetic Service from HDFC Bank

              I would like to share my experience with HDFC bank whose services has deteriorated during the last few years. I have my debit card expired last month, hence they are supposed to send me the new card...they send me a message that my card is dispatched....after few days I got the message that it returned back...it is not the first time that it returned back without any information or messages to me. I want to know if I could get the bank statements, credit card statements and other bank communication in the same address... why not the debit cards which are sent by courier...anyway I raised a complaint to phone banker and provided all the details as above... and I was assured that they will send the card again and also provide me a complaint number. However no action was taken and I was sent a message that the card has been dispatched to some bank and I need to provide pan card and address proof to collect it...

              This is something ridiculous, a bank which was considered to be similar like any other nationalized bank has deteriorated a lot in last few years , some reasons to say this are as below

              1) call the customer service number, 8-10 minutes on hold...and the line also gets disconnected frequently and we need to repeat the same thing again and again is this the way u provide service to customers ?

              2) Dispatching the debit/Credit cards to proper address is your responsibility, if your courier company is not doing their job properly then you need to rectify it ....but nobody bothers and customers are asked to come to the branch to collect it for no reason ?

              3) In today's highly emerging technological world, HDFC doesn't match with the standards provided by other banks if we compare the services (lots of manual work involved for small things also).

              It will be better if members from HDFC takes responsibility, ownership and resolve these minor but important issues and provide customer satisfaction.
              @ Pradeep : even i have lost my food plus card and there is no proper responce. May i know finally wt happened did u get any replacement or new card ?. please provide me solution how to get the new card..
              I had lost my HDFC food plus card and applied for the it the same day. Inspite of repeated follow ups through emails, there was no response from HDFC.
              When I called them the agent Mr Prasanth very rudely replied "i cannot do anything talk to my manager" .And top of that he proudly mentioned that "not only yours we have numerous pebding card cases".

              I have never talked to any bank staff having such rude behavour with customers. I talkes to him for a few minutes and believe me I have never come across any person so rude irresponsible and so arrogant.I am not sure if these HDFC people train their employees to talk to customers.He disconnect my call twice while i was still talking and third time he put me on hold without evn saying anything.. There is no limit to the pathetic service they provide.

              No response to email.No body talk on phone.Disgusting HDFC staff.

              Only alternative is to swith to a different bank

              man why u choose that hdfc food card, i also received that card recently, that is worst card ans worst service, my frnds i am requesting all, please don't take that card and their services, please i am facing still so many issues with the card, and services by HDFC .
              HDFC Food card service is very bad. When we call the representative assigned to our corporate he is saying he is very busy getting so many calls and answers rudely. Not at all responsible, pathetic service.

                Hi,
                This is in regards to the amount (70, 586.94 rs) debited from my Hdfc account by the HDFC credit card division. Without any intimation. I used to have a credit card of hdfc which I wanted to get canclled as i had to go outside India for a project for this I had made lot of calls to the call centre and send several mails also but no one got back to me. I had send the mails through my officail id. After sending so many mails and repeated phone calls I also stopped the follow up as I was very busy with my work. Than few days back i had called to check on the status of my cancelltion of credit card i spoke to a female named Simaran and she told me that my total outstanding is 68000 approx including the interests. I told her that it is not my fault and that the bank is putting in so much of interest charges and I will be paying only the principal amount, after somtime she agreed on the principal charges and told me that someone will come to my residence with the account clousre letter and I have to make a cash payment Rs19000 approx (The principal amount ). When I went to the bank on 26 Aug 2008 to withdraw the amount I was shocked to see that the Credit card division has blocked my 68000rs amount. and on 10 of Sep 2008 they have debited Rs70, 586 rs from my account. would appreciate if you can help me to get my whole amkount back. I have my full intentions to pay the principal amount only as from myside I tried my best to cancell the credit card but I did not get any response from the bank. Because of this and cheque of 11000 has been also dishonoured from my account. To support this I just have a copy of 1 email send to HDFC bank stating the names of the people I spoke to. My credit cards details are as follows:

                  I wrote this email to HDFC hoping for a solution. The complaint has been vividly described in it.

                  THIS IS REGARDING AN ISSUE RELEVANT TO A MISSING CHEQUE PAYMENT, AS QUOTED BY THE HDFC PHONE BANKING OFFICER MR. SANDEEP, WHO HAD ASKED ME TO PRODUCE PROOF OF PAYMENT FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH (BILL DATE 9TH AUGUST 2008) STATEMENT. I HAD MADE A PAYMENT OF RS. 7908, WHICH WAS RETURNED ONCE FOR NO SIGNATURE, AND WHEN IT WAS PRESENTED AGAIN, IT WAS CLEARED AND DEBITED FROM MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT IN SBI. IN SPITE OF THIS, NOT ONLY IS THE PAYMENT APPEARING IN THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT(DATED 9TH SEPTEMBER 2008), BUT MR. SANDEEP CLAIMS THAT IT IS NOT APPEARING IN CARD ACCOUNT EITHER. I WAS ASKED TO GO TO THE CREDIT CARDS DIVISIONAL OFFICE IN NELSON MANICKAM ROAD, CHENNAI. I WAS ASKED TO MEET MS. INDHUMATHI (PH: 23744002, ON THE 2ND FLOOR)

INDUMATHI MADE ME WAIT FOR ALMOST 1.5 HOURS ON 22ND SEPTEMEBR 2008 (THE ENTRY REGISTER CAN BE CHECKED, WHEREIN I HAVE COME IN AT 3 PM APPROX), AFTER WHICH ALSO SHE REFUSES TO MEET ME, SENDS WORD THROUGH A SECURITY GUARD TO LEAVE THE PREMISES AND CALL PHONE BANKING AGAIN?????????? I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW EXACTLY ARE YOU PEOPLE TRAINED TO THROW YOUR CUSTOMERS FROM ONE END TO ANOTHER NED WITHOUT ANY COURTESY? THAT TOO FOR A FAULT YOU HAVE COMMITTED.

                  THIS IS SHEER STUPIDITY AND IRRESPONSIBILITY FROM YOUR END. THAT TOO FROM A BANK OF REPUTE LIKE HDFC. Without my knowledge and consent the Bank has sent the Credit Card, I have refused to receive the same, and returned, as I am not interested...Please don't irritate the people..

                    on 14th Sept-08, Rs.52, 000/- has been withdrawn from my HDFC s/b a/c which was i have informed to branch on 15th (very next day) by giving below complaint which will be resolved in a week time.

                    from Rs.52, 000/- till date bank has credited only Rs.17, 000/- from one party and informed for rest Rs.35, 000/- bank is following-up with two parties but both are not presented in the branch till date.

                    today i have informed branch officials Mr. Dogra & Amber to take the help of Police to contact both the parties to recover my money. they said bank is doing their work and don't know how much time it will take. this is not the reply from such a prestigeous private bank of India.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    On 14/09/08 around 13.00, I have received 3 SMS on my brother's mobile-[protected] stating an amounts of Rs.18000/-, Rs.17000/- & Rs.17000/- have been debited to my s/b a/c-[protected] through THIRD PARTY FUND TRANSFER facility which I have not done.

                    Immediately I called your customer care officer on [protected] where Ms. Shivani attended me. I have requested here to block / lock my a/c as well as a/c's of opposite parties where my money has gone. She informed me that she has done NO FURTHER DEBIT option for all 4 s/b a/c's. I explained here whole situation. She has lodged my complaint & gave me complaint no-S53000070.

                    Infact, I want to inform you that since I have opted for FUND TRANSFER facility, I have not transferred any single rupee from this a/c except Rs.100/- and that too only to check whether this facility is activated or not.

                    Yesterday I visited RC Dutt Road / Alkapuri branch where I met with Mr. Amber who informed me that sufficient balance is lying in all the 3 a/c's to recover my money. He informed me that it will take some time (approx. 10 days) as all the 3 a/c's are out of Baroda (2 are of Chennai & 1 is of Mumbai). He told me that bank's branches of Chennai & Mumbai will called the party and take in writing that this fund transfer is not done by them & bymistake they have gone these money. Then after only bank will refund my money. I asked him if these parties would not give in writing OR not ready to refund the money then he told legal action / police complaint would be done by bank. I again asked him should I go for police complaint / FIR then he told me this would be done by bank, if needed and I would not be held responsible for any delay in this matter.

                      Hi Sir,

                      I took the Young start policy from HDFC bank this year Jan 2009 and they told me that you will recieve the welcome kit with all your policy related docs in seven days.

                      From that i called 10 times to HDFC and they told that because of some printing machine problem they will send within next 4-5 days. Till now 2 Months has gone and I didn't recieve any documents.
                      Even the agent is not responding properly he is telling me to contact to customer care number.

                      I request IRDA to please set some guidelines to insurence compnay specially to agents so that we can come out from this worst services.

                      One more thing is that agents shows the rate of return 11% 15% etc as per my knowledge this is illegl.

                      Please restrict them to maintain transperency.

                      I am nida khallid having HDFCunit linked young star ll my policy no is..12590689, , , , i have taken this ppolicy in the month of january 2009, now i am not at all sattisfied with the services and want to cancil the policy as soon as possible and tell me the procedure of getting the money back of the premiums which i have paid to the company, , , i do not want to proceed the policy any more and want to abort it as soon as possible and do not want to pay the premium of the next month (may 09).
                      HDFC Insurance Company as well as HDFC Bank will not provide any service to customers. For email queries either they won't respond or they will respond in a very vague manner.

                      This is true in case of two policies what I am having.

                      IRDA has to come out with a rule that each and every insurance company has to put a surrender value calculator on their web site.

                      Secondly just like companies are telling lot of things about premium payment, in their docs, they have to clearly illustrate surrender values with suitable examples.

                      Else, insurance companies will keep on duping the customers.

                        I booked a ticket from HDFC bank credit card from Indian Airlines for Mumbai-Muscat-Mumbai, I had to cancel the return ticket from Muscat- Mumbai. Indian Airlines transferred the refund amount to my HDFC bank credit card account. But to my disappointment the amount has still not got credit to my HDFC bank credit card account. When I called up HDFC bank for detail they flatly say that there has not been any credit in my Account.

                            i have requested centurion bank of punjab for withdrawal of my pf in april`08. They have acknowledged the reciept on 28th april 2008.

                            i dont know why but my claim was submitted to pf office by 3rd of july 2008.

                            till date i have not recieved the amount & CBOP officials have given me the contact no. of RPFC office.

                              This is to inform you that My customer id with HDFC Bank is 25577591, while filling the application form i had asked for activation for Net Banking but since 3 months the bank has not send me i had gone personally to the branch and had submitted the form for net banking and third party transfer still the net anking is not activated i am facing so much inconvience for this i am not able to make any payment for my credit cards beacuse of which i am facing with the late payment charges kindly please take very strict actions against the bankers please do for teh public interest

                                I am a debit card holder of hdfc bank. I had lost it and reapplied for it . They issued me one but they havent sent me the password for my debit card even after two weeks of issuing me the card. I have called around 10 times to the customer care of hdfc bank. But even then I havent received. Evey time I call the person on the line first ask me the matter and then transfer the call to some one else and again ask entire details about me and after this they will either cut the call or ask me to call after some time. I called again but once again they repeat the same procedure. I am fed up with this . I am thinking of closing my account if I wont receive my password to my address within two days..

                                  Dear Sir/Mam,

                                  I am a Credit Card holder of HDFC Bank PVT. LTD. and using this card from last more then one year and I am paying all my bills regularly but this time it happend some late due to some very urgent personal problems . Regardind I got a call from Bank's Side and I told them the payment will be submitted soon but will take some time to pay the dues of the bank and I am ready to pay any kind of late fees.

                                  But Today I again got a call from the Executive Ms. Priya, HDFC Bank 5th Floor Ansal Plaza, Rajouri Garden, She asked me for the payment status and same I told her but suddenly she started shouting on the phone and used ABUSING LANGUAGE with me and cut the phone.

                                  It was realy a very EMBARRESING part from the bank's side when we are ready to pay the late fees for the payment then why the Executives of the bank are using ABUSING LANGUAGE...????????

                                  IS IT GOOD TO USE ABUSING LANGUAGE WITH THE CONSUMER ????
                                  OR THIS IS IN THE RULING OF BANK OR INDIAN GOVERNMENT ????

                                  PLEASE LODGE MY COMPLAINT AGAINST THE BANK'S COLLECTION DEPARTMENT AND SYSTEM AND DO THE NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                                    I have hdfcbank credit card and saving Account. For making payment of credit card for the month of August 2008 whose last date was 31/8/2008. On 28/08/2008 I tried to make payment through Auto debit on HDFCBANK website. When I submit for Auto debit it show me instruction that your auto debit will activate with in 7 days, because I have make payment before 31/08/2008 so I cancelled auto debit at same time and drop a cheque of rs.1590 on 28/08/2008. But on 01/09/2008 HDFCBANK make an auto debit of Rs. 1587.38 from my account which I have already cancelled. Because I already drop a cheque of Rs. 1590 against my payment so hdfcbank make total debit of Rs (1590 + 1587.30 = 3177.30) from my account. Due to which my cheque of Rs. 1700 dishonor which was against my ABN Amro bank credit card payment. Due to which HDFC Bank charges me Rs. 350 for insufficient fund. Regarding this I have given request for reversal of Rs. 350 at local HDFC BANK branch at mall road Ludhiana. But still now there is not receive any response from HDFC BANK.

                                    on ATM transaction on 22.02.2009 rs. 1500.00 wrongly debited from my account, i complained through phonebanking they took one month and told me to approach nearby hdfc bank to complaint by cash back form after doing this it took another one month and now no body is responding in hdfc bank and also through phonebanking, for my own money i had to struggle for two months, when ever i speak to them they tell that it will take some time. i am planning to complain to all concern department and govt organisation. and i will close my account from this bank. for others be careful with this hdfc bank they speak nicely and without knowing they will cheat.

                                      4 months bank i thought of taking a personal loan, lot of bank guys always stand before my office, i approached a guy and he told that he represents hdfc and would get me the loan as fast as possible, before signing the loan, i asked lot of questions to the stating is there any hidden charge inside this, the guy told me that there are no hidden charges, there would e only on rs 500 for loan request, that's all nothing else he told me, i took a loan of 2, 00, 000 i thought that 1, 99, 500 would be credited in my account .but i saw only 1, 96, 000 and some change was credited in my account i got shocked and contacted that bank person whom i approached, he cooly told me since you have given other bank account no this extra 3000 has been deducted, if you are a hdfc bank account holder, this wont be there, all these things he dint tell me before, i asked one question to him, see if you could have told me this before, i could have opened an account in hdfc for this loan, he dint give any reply, i shouted him like anything, whatever may be my hard earned money is gone.
