converting outstanding amount into a regular emi

I don't understand how the cibil department can declare any citizen as defaulter, when there are not involved in the intial commitments or discussion with the customers when any citizen opt's for a service from the private banks.

The cibil dept is unaware of the problems faced by the customer and due to which the customer is bound/forced to default his loan/creditcard amount.

Commitment Failure

Put the salary account on hold without any reason.

I am anuj Sonker from Delhi.I have never found a fraudulant bank like HDFC.Bank agent used to stand infront of our office and always try to push credit card and they do it untill u get one. Likewise I got my card and they use to chrge interest inspite of paying dues in time. A hdfc executive called me to offer smartpay card and had assured me that before paying any bill I will be sent an sms for the confirmation whether it should be paid or no.
