This Rakesh chandra. Just to tell, how bad ICICI bank can be.
I had an CENTURION BANK OF PUNJAB (CRDIT CARD). I wanted to settle the card, but on contacting the customer care of CBOP, I came to know that, the bank has been taken over by ICICI bank, then I spoke to one of ICICI BANK official (RAKESH BINJOLA, [protected]), and he assured me of a settlement, but finally Rs. 50000/- was auto debited from my account, and whenever I tried to speak to BINJOLA, he never responded to me or to my emails. This all didn't stop here, After 6 months, they again debited Rs. 20000/- from my account, and this time also, there is no one to listen to me.
After debiting first time, they didn't issue any settlement letter, and went on robbing me.
I would like to tell this bank (ICICI BANK) is a bank of robbers, who, rob onto there customers, and employees like BINJOLA should be sacked immediately.
I am looking forward for a help, and want departments to teach a lesson to this bank, otherwise, it would keep robbing people like this only.

I want to tell you one thing that when you fill the application form then please read details and fillup the option which you want. In this case you have must putted tick mark in HDFC Home Loan Protection plan. So the HDFC Ltd. staff has given Insurance. You can cancel it if you dont want and dont pay the insurance premium which they club in your Loan Emi.Just write a mail to HDFC Ltd. that you dont want to avail Home Protection plan.
