I, Haresh.C.Kamdar had deposited Rs. 30, 000 in "Helios and Matheson Information Technology" company's Term Deposit scheme for a period of 36 months on 21st March 2012. My FD got matured on 21st March 2015 but I am yet to receive my amount. Application Ref. No.: 73179 TDR No: CDB017232 Amount: Rs. 30, 000 Interest Rate: 12% p.a. Duration: 36 months Date Of Deposit: 21st March 2012 Date of Maturity: 21st March 2015 Maturity Amount: Rs.42924 . The PDC details are of HDFC Bank and the cheque number of the same are 977867 with an amount of Rs. 30, 000 and the other cheque number is 977686 amounting to Rs. 12924. I had deposited these cheques in my account and it were returned with a bank note attached to it saying that the following Account has been freezed so please let me know when will the further process of repayment of my money. And will "Helios and Matheson Information Technology" issue me a new cheque with interest amount ? Or shall I deposit the same cheque in my Account again ? I hope you will take my issue into consideration and do the needful for me as an investor and not let me down. I will be waiting for your positive reply for the payment of FDR.

My 72 year old widowed mother Mrs. Thrity Master, has 2 FDs in your company amounting to 3 lacs and 5 lacs bought seperately These are the details - APPL REF No. 128231 TDR No. CDB051398 & APPL.REF NO - 111854 TDR NO CDBO41302 . During the time of the first FD which got matured in June 14, I got a letter from the company stating not to deposit the Prinicipal amount cheque, as they have done stop payment because of the new regulation of the SEBI, and we will get another cheque within 2 months, which has still not come after almost a year . for the other FD of 3 lacs I deposited the cheques on the maturity date which was 18th February 2015 . My cheque of Rs300000 of the principal amount and the interest cheque of 38040 both have bounced, with the reason of insufficient funds . This is the only source of income my mom has, she lives alone after my fathers demise and, I find it COMPLETELY unethical on the part of the company, which shows such fantastic financial growth on their balance sheets of each quarter, to delay the payment of such hard earned money of senior citizens like my mom, which they placed with your company to get more interest, and that too with so much faith and trust . I have not received my one month salary and the bonus amount that was
deducted from my salary and which I was supposed to get after completion of
one year. I have followed up the hierarchy and sent my concerns to the top
management but of no use. I have not received response even on my single
emails. I was informed that I will get my full and final after 60
days . My last working day with this company was 30th December. It has
been more than 90 days now. I have also tried calling both Chennai and
Bangalore office. My call is not answered . Request you to please look
into this matter and try resolving my matter ASAP.
Please do some thing to get my remaining salary my Bonus amount. I have all the proofs and can submit them if required.

Myself Krunal Parikh & i have deposited Rs.25, 000 for 12 months & my FDR no is "CDB053298" it is due on dated 28/03/2015 . So after the maturity, i have deposit my cheque no "016502" of HDFC Bank into my Bank Account. From the bank i got one letter on dated 30/03/2015, saying your cheque is return due to Insufficient Funds.Its nearly 1 month completed after the maturity yet no payment recieved from the company. So please do take serious action against them & ask them to pay the intrest with Maturity amount as early as possible.

many fd holders must have received a letter dt. 28th feb 2015 from helios and matherson for their inability to refund fd and they will try to pay it as early as possible . this lettr has no value as no period mentioned in letter. this letter is delibatately send by company to fd holders to full us . we cant trust director of helios and matherson. we all deposit holder requedt CLB, SEBI, EOW to take extra strong step to recover fd amount . this scam is bigger than satyam . Directors want to make money like Raju in satyam . This is a planned game of helios and matherson directors. Why the authorities are not taking any strong action against them .

I, Chimanlal D Shah aged 74 years along with my wife Kalavathi C Shah invested Rs. 40000/- each in the fixed deposit of Helios And Matheson on 12th Feb 2014 for 2 years, bearing certificate nos FDB032350 & FDB032351. Since last two quarters from Oct 14, we have not intrest from the company. Inspite of several visits to the company, there is no response. Kindly note my complaint and help me in this regard. I have worked with H&M and its a fraud company. They always delay the salary of the employee stating that they are facing financial crisis. Moreover its difficult to reach H&M staff (HR, admin) as they never pick up your call or respond to your mails. The entire H&M staff are highly unprofessional and have made lots of false commitments. I have invested Rs.40000/- in your company as FD which was matured on 5th October, 2014, hence I deposited cheque Banker name HDFC, Cheque No.211769, dated 05/10/2014 for Rs.40000/-, which was bounced due to stopped payment by drawer.Then I received your letter dated 29/09/2014 stating extending the term of deposit for a further period upto 31/03/2015, and requested to submit photocopy of cancelled cheque and Bank details which was immediately forwarded to your Mumbai office, but till then I have not received acknowledgement and even not received interest. Helios And Matheson company is not paying the interest nor maturity amount of there fixed deposits. There are thousand of complaints against this company. Now a days such things happens daily in the market . Company goes to CLB and they gives one or two years period to company, but my question is why should investor suffer ? If the company knows the financial condition of the company. they must have to solve the problem. till last date what the mangement was doing? because since April2014 the financial problem was there . and govt. has given them period to clear the payment up to March31 2015 . and company gives letter to CLB on 25 march 2015.

I joined Helios on 15th Sep 20154. And was deployed as a contractor to Accenture, Pune. The first salary which I receive was on 23rd Oct 2014 for the month of september.And then for consecutive months received it on 10th of next month. But for Feb 2015, I have still not received the salary. And this is the same case for rest of Helios employee deployed in Accenture as Contractors. We all have been chasing the Helios team by mailing them, and also calling them.But no body replied to our mails. Even 99% time the phones were not answehere were red. ttime when someone picked up the phone, then the common reply was that we are not the concerned person for salary. On 23rd March'2015 I resigned and sent my resignation via mail to Helios but again nobody responded to it. This is a real mental torture and it seems we are doing charity to Accenture by working without salary. Now we cannot even join another company, as our resignation is not accepted and also without salary coming to office is killing us. So, Helios And matheson is eating all our salary of two months(Feb 2015 & March 2015) and also the Bonus and allowances which were provided by Accenture. Request you to take strict action against the company as this is a clear case of chaeting, fraud and mental torture.

The helios and matherson has made a application under section 74(2) of the companies act 2013 before the company law board, regional bench, chennai on 25th march 2015, to get following relief;- Application made on 25th March 2015 1. extend the time for repayment of the deposits matured on or before 31/3/14 by a further period of 6 month and b. extent the time of repayment of the deposit matured after 31st march 2014 by a further period of 1 year and thus render justice. Any interested person - depositor- may send his objection in the matter to the Bench officer, company law board, Regional bench, corporate bhawan, 2nd fl, north beach road, mannady, george town, chennai 600001. if any one want a copy of above application dt. 25th March 15 made by Helios to CLB, then whats up me. so i request all depositor to write direct letter to them with your objection above and strongly write to refund the fd with interest . if they dont refund then to sell the property of the company as well as to take action against directors and to revover the amount from them . I deposited amount Rs 25000 on 10th August 2012, Date of Maturity is 10 August 2014... But still i haven't received deposited+Interest amount from them. The Cheque they given bounced. There is no reply from them. I have a bill discounting receipt from Helios and matheson for which interest cheques quarterly and principal amount cheques are given. But the interest cheques have bounced and the company has asked not to deposit the cheques till further orders. Now the company office is closed from February onwards and nobody is picking up the phone. The cheques due date was in October.
