I, Ajitkumar Gandhi and my wife Meenaben Gandhi has invested Rs. 100000/- each in the term deposit of Helios and Matheson information technology ltd., Chennai for 12 months term on 28/05/2014.
The TDR no of the certificate issued by the co. are FDB035750 and FDB035751. In the beginning for some months, interest cheques were honored. Thereafter cheques of interest began bouncing back.
It is learnt that the company is not paying maturity value and interest to any term deposit holder since long.
It is requested to do needful so that we get our principal and interest at the earliest.

I have invested in fix deposit, in " helios and matheson information technology ltd. Name as- kmalini datttray deo. Period of- 36 months date[protected] date of maturity[protected] tdr no- cdbo25005 principal amt rs -1, 50, 000/- and maturity value -214620/- given cheque -hdfc bank - cheque n0-313731, cheque return date[protected] and another cheque no-313730 cheque return date[protected] and maturity amount is 64, 620/-

Please remit the amount asap otherwise will force to go to consumer court.

Please refer to your letter posted on 27.02, 2015 what is the status of repayment of on fix deposit and promissory notes amounts.


According to my statement copy of FD and promissory notes under total amount Ra's.4, 50, 000.00 and interest Ra's.1, 44, 632.00 most up maturity date is over and many months going on but company has no any announcement them side for repayment schedule with proper guarantee.

I am a serving Army Officer presently in J&K, who had put my hard earned money in a Fixed Deposit of Rs 100, 000 (Rupees one lakh) for a period of 12 months from 14 June 2013 to 14 June 2014 in Helios and Matheson Information Technology Limited vide their Term Deposit Receipt No CDB041166 at an interest of 12 percent PA.(Copy attached). The Company has forcibly without informing me delayed the repayment of the Principal amount. Two HDFC Bank Ltd Cheques were issued by the Company to me as under:- 1. Ch No 540078 dated 14/06/2014 for principal of Rs 100, 000. 2. Ch No 540079 dated 14/06/2014 for interest of Rs 12680. On maturity both cheques were presented to the bankers. Whereas Cheque No 540079 for interest of Rs 12680/- was paid by the bankers, Cheque No 540078 for principal of Rs 100, 000/- was dishonored by the same bankers stating “Payment Stopped by Drawer”(Copy attached). The company is not paying back the principal and interest and is not replying.

On behalf of helios and Matheson, I have worked as Corporate Trainer for Capgemini Bangalore. Training was planned for 7 days. ( 8th Oct - 14th Oct 2015) .Training Payment should have be done within 30 days of time i.e. 14th Nov. its now 24th Dec 2015. I have received 3 commitment in this duration. one 14th Nov, then 27th Nov after continuous followup I got another set of date i.e 10th Dec. After that I have received one more payment date i.e. 7th Jan 2016. Now I need to take loan from bank to pay the salary of my employees. Also I need to pay interest on it. Company is giving wrong commitment every time for training payment which is unethical in training business. Also resources don't take call after training completion. When there is training requirement they call at least 5 times and after completion of training they forget the trainer. There is no relation after completion of training. Is this ethical business they are doing? Why they are giving wrong commitment ? We work very hard to satisfy the client needs. After hard work we get this kind of treatment. I request Helios company to manage their finance ethically or stop doing Training consultancy business. All trainers are requested to be careful while working with Helios, as they are not sure of paying Training fees on time.

Av bhojani fattima society mahuva 364290 dist bhavnagar state gujarat india. I done fd of rs 75000/ for one year at mumbai branch from 9/10/13 to 8/10/14.Then renew for 6 month as company send letter that he cannot clear cheque of maturity amount rs 84510.And advise to renew it up to 31/03/15. So i renew rs 84510/ up to 31/03/15.Company send post maturity cheque of 31/03/15. But when i lodge it in bank the cheque return as insufficent fund

Yes... same with me. ... They have hired me as a trainer (contractual basis) for a training program in a reputed MNC in bangalore and now aftr the training got completed, they r not paying the salary . Guys, lets all together lodge a police complaint ?? otherwise these people, will not stop their duping activity, they should be taught lesson.

Hello this is Haresh Kamdar here, i have invested an amount of Rs 30000/- on 21/03/2012 which matured on 21/03/2015 and the matured amount is Rs 42924/-. As per the details given above i had received 2 cheques from the said company but on being depositing the cheques, the cheques were returned showing insufficient balance in the company a/c.. I Dont understand you being a company so established cant even honour an amount of RS 42, 924/-.. I fail to understand then what will be your goodwill in the market or otherwise yours is the company who only like bluffing things rather than attempting to resolve it.. At present the company is not refunding fixed deposit amount any promissory note amount to any one. The case against the company is filled in chennai High court and in supreme court . After our meeting in Mumbai we have come to the following points of agreement:

a) We need to act united in order to fight H&M
b) We cannot hope for some one person to fight for all o[censored]s and therefore must act together
c) We need to collect data of every affected investor whether FD holder or Bill Discounting/Promissory Note holder
d) We need to then collect funds from every investor to meet expenses to fight H&M whether in Supreme Court, High Court, Company Law Board or SEBI/ED/RBI, etc.
e) Fund collection and expenses must be transparently conducted and accounts must be submitted for every investor's satisfaction.
f) Fund collection will be 1% of FD amount or Rs. 2000 whichever is larger. This will be calculated on total of all FDs on one name.
For eg: ABC has 3 FDs each Rs. 25, 000/-. Total contribution will be 1% of Rs. 75, 000/- or Rs. 2, 000/- whichever is greater. In this case Rs. 2, 000/-
