Hi I have not received my full and final and the bonus amount that was deducted from my salary and which I was going to get after completion of one year. I have followed the hierarchy and sent my concerns to the top hierarchy but no use. I have not received response even on my single emails. I was informed that I should be get my full and final after 60 days . My last working day with this company was 31st Dec 2014. It has been more than 90 days now. I have also tried calling both Chennai and Bangalore office. My call is not answered . Request you to please look into this matter and try resolving my matter asap. Thanks.

The above company amount has been mature on 21.July 2014 but still we have not received the maturity amount from the company. Even the PDC cheque given has been bounce by the bank with the remarks "Payment Stopped by drawer" further also your Mumbai Andheri Office at centre point has been shut down. Please can you look into the same immediately and revert.

This is regarding the captioned Company's continuous failure over promises being given by them for a delayed maturity payment in my fixed deposits. It's really disheartening to see that on one side they are showing handsome profit of Rs. 134.90 mn inFY13-14 and Q3 resultsareshowing net profit of Rs. 72.20 Mn, They seem indifferent to the problem, and are just not willing to respond. Also, Cheques were bounced-back with the notice that "Insufficient Funds", they have not kept their words. I would like to get the confirmed date by which I would get my funds. I refer to the interest warrant cheque no dated, presented to my bank for collection but the same is returned unpaid twice, with the reason insufficient funds The said cheque is now become stale hence please arrange to provide me fresh interest warrant. I have invested Rs. 80, 000/- in fixed deposit with the company (FDR No. FDB 029306 dt. 28.09.13) Interest cheque for Rs. 2424/- dt. 16.12.14 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. Was dishonoured by the Banker. Now I am worried whether Should I deposit subsequent post dated interest cheque for clearing. Company is not responding to the complaint and nor making the financial status clear. i have deposited the following FD with Helios and Matheson as detailed below and they have stopped the payment after maturity. 1. TDR NO CDB052751 Matured on 19th march 2015 Rs 200000 2.TDR NO CDB048864 matured on 21 december 2014 RS 300000. they are also not responding to my letters and looks like they have closed the operation at mumbai and chennai office is only operating but no response. request your intervention to get back the money at the earliest.

I invest Rs.200000/- in Helios and Matheson Information Technology Ltd. Interest post dated cheque for Rs.2000/- for each month.For the month of January 2015 and February 2015, I deposit cheque in my bank account but both cheque bounce.So I send notice to Company Directors. For such cases punishment is provided by Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (hereinafter the Act). Offence of dishonour of cheque as mentioned u/s. 138 of the Act is considered as a criminal offence.

Am holding deposits of 3lakhs & 5 lakhs with tdr nos FDB026426 & FDB024998. Interest for the same have not been paid since Dec 2014. The company needs to inform its investers payment plans or comunicate its course of action in the matter as bounced cheques r a criminal nature offences. Expecting an early reply

I had invested in Fixed Deposit ('FD') with the company in the name of my daughter and my wife. The FDs were maturing in November 2014. However, I have not yet received the repayment amount from them. I had also visited their Andheri office in December 2014 and filed a written request for repayment of the FDs as the earliest as I have my daughter's wedding and was assured that the repayment would be done within 3 months. However, I have not heard back from them. Their Andheri office seems to have been shut down and they are also not reachable at their Chennai office. Would like to inform you that the interest payments were received on time and there was no default in the same. Please let me know the further course of action. I am really in need of this money. Respected Sir, In reference to my application ref no.125377, TDR No. CDB049698 for Helios and matheson information technology ltd.I have deposited two HDFC's Cheq no. 070323 and Cheq no. 070324 for amount 1, 00, 000 and 11, 412 respectively. However both have not been cleared as confirmed from my banker that these have been given stop payment instruction. The due date for FD was 08 January 2015. Due to the non-clearance of cheque bank has debited Rs.224/- from my account. The company have failed to make payment on time and also not informed that cheque should not be deposited and there is no response as well from their side. I have one fixed deposits with HELIOS AND MATHESON nos TDR no CDB035361 DT[protected] for Rs. 25, 000.00 due on[protected]. On maturity I have deposited Chq no.357167 of Rs. 25, 000.00 & chq no.357168 of Rs. 6, 745.00 each drawn on HDFC Bank and both the cheques were returned with reason insufficient funds and bank has also charges me Rs. 250 for cheque return charges.
