I had two fd's cdb030818, cdb030819 each amounting to principal of rs. 25k that got matured on 15.12.15 but i am yet to receive the maturity amount and accured interest against these fd's. Further there is no response from the company.
Request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and help us get our hard earned money back.

My investment details are as follows:
Fdr no. Fdb - 016806 for rs. 100000/- matured on 18.08.2014 in the name of kishore baburao rupji.

Fdr no. Fdb - 016584 for rs. 40000/- matured on 01.08.2015 in the name
Of kishore baburao rupji.

Fdr no. Fdb - 018540 for rs. 40000/- matured on 14.10.2015 in the name of pranjali kishore rupji
Company has not paid the principal and interest amount for these fixed deposit till today. Please recover our money from this company and pay back to us quickly.

My FD has matured in Dec 2016. I received a letter from h&m not to deposit the pdc received at the time of deposit.

I tried to follow-up with h&m but there is no response to my email's and the telephone lines are dead.
When will the company refund my principle and interest?

Till to date i not received my principal amount with delay interest since 3 years. I am working on contract basis. FDR NO: FDB006008, FOR Rs. 50000, Matured on 20/05/2014 in the name of Janhavi Desai
FDR NO : FDB034400 FOR Rs.40000, Matured on 12/05/2017 in the name of Gajanan.B.Inamdar
FDR NO : FDB016530 FOR Rs. 60000 Matured on 04/08/2015 in the name of Gajanan.B.inamdar
Company has not paid the principal amount for these fixed deposits till today. and not paying interest (accumulated) for the last two years . All there maturity cheques are Bounced. Its high time now, please recover our money form this company and pay back to us as quickly as possible.

I invested 150000 in Helios and Matheson FD three years ago and my FD No. is FDB031712. But when I deposited the principal amount cheque in the bank, this company auto debited the amount from my bank account. So I want my FD and Interest money. So please help.

My self rajendra thakkar, senior citizen residing at ahmedabad and my age &2 and my wife name vidyaben thakkar, age 70, have put the fdr with the above company, details as under:
Vidyaben r. Thakkar.. Fdr no cdb040527, maturity date was 06/06/2014 and amount was rs.400000/- (Four lac only...)
Rajendra m thakkar.. Fdr no. Fdb24717, maturity date 22/05/2014, amount rs.100000/- (One lac only)
I am living on my short retirement money along with my wife. Now, due to the non receipt of such a big amount, i am stuck up and do not understand, what to do with my rest of life? At this age if any big medical expense come, than also i will be help less.
I request to the government of india to help us to come out of this situation.

My above mentioned fd matured for payment on 07/02/2017. But i am concerned to inform that the cheques for payment were dishonored. Kindly note my complaint against helios & matheson informationtechnologyltd for the payment of the same with the liquidators of the company. Now i am given to understand that the company has gone into liquidation. Hence please let me know whether i can put my claim before the liquidators? And if so what is the procedure?

I am in need of money and the company is not traceable the mumbai andheri office is also closed down the contact no on receipts are also not working pl help me out and take me out of this... I was on payroll of helios and matheson from 2 dec, 2013 to 30 dec 2014.

Almost for one year as a senior technical lead, my employee code was[protected]

They have not paid my last month salary (Dec 2014) and bonus of 1 year.

Its almost 2.2 years company had hold my salary and bonus, i was struggling for getting refund of my full and final settlement amount.

I had sent application to the company but it seem that company is shut down with current name and address and re opened with different name and address.

They are not picking up phone not receiving currier even not replying to mail.

Like me there are lot of people whose final settlement amount is pending.

Please help us to get this amount.

The fixed deposit was due for maturity in June 2015. But no communication in the last 6-9 months nor the interest payment happening. Inspite of repeated follow up there was none from company to respond by emails.

My corporate FDs worth INR 429000 havent been released by Helios and Matheson Information Technology ltd. This is the case with many of its stakeholders. The company doesn't look to be taking any action on this issue. How can I get assurance of my money back from them?

Updated by Trushitd This is regarding maturity of my term deposit I bought from Helios and
Matheson in 2013.After maturity, I deposited 2 checks, with maturity date 28 Dec 2016, on 30 Dec, 2016 but both got bounced with a message that said insufficient amount in
account.

Could you please help me out with this and let me know when I will get this
money? Who should be contacted in this regards?

I am sending you term deposite document for your kind reference.

I tried to contact on numbers given on website but all numbers are out of
order.

I Patel Bipinchandra J had invested in Term Deposit .My details are Amount Rs.100000. TDR No.FDB011951, Got Matured on 10 March-2015.Appl. Ref no.73076.Till date, I have not received the payment. I here by lodge complaints against the company .Give me natural justice.

On maturity date i. E 22.11.2016 i have deposited ch no. 012744 & 012745 of hdfc bank (Of rs.40000+interest) in my bank, but cheque has been returned today.

I had invested rs. 300000 on 4th march, 2013 and the due date of maturity was on 4th march, 2016. My fdr number is cdb035057. I deposited the maturity cheques which have got bounced. Tried calling up the company several times, but cant reach them.

Hope and pray the company returns my money at the earliest as i am in deep financial crisis.

The company is not filing any disclosure and financial statements at exchanges for last couple of quarters. Earlier there was an issue regarding failure of company to repay the public deposits on maturity. A criminal complaint wile filed against the management of the company...

Plz stop investing with bajaj capital. They are partner with this company in raising the funds. This got disclosed by one of the partner of bajaj capital in hyderabad when i met him in helios office hyderabad. Bajaj capital was aware about the whole fraud and they collected 38% commission on money collected for helios. Out of this as high as 13% is paid to the bajaj capital agents who helped the company collecting this money. Now when i am reaching out to bajaj capital office in kukatpally, staff has changed and no one is bothered to even listen the complain.

I have deposited Rs.40, 000/- in Term Deposit with this company vide TDR No.FDB027233. This FD matured on 4th July 2016. The interest cheque sent by the company when presented to my bank for payment got bounced thereby debiting bouncing charges from my account. I am a senior citizen and invested this money from my retirement dues. In view of non-payment of interest as well as the repayment of FD amount paid by me, I am put into mental torture and hardships.

Please help me to arrange payment of interest and the principal amount at the earliest.
