Hidesign India — complaint towards hidesign handbag purchased on 12 nov 2018 | |||
We had purchased brand new hidesign leather handbag from fresh stock on 12 nov 2018 from hidesign rcity mall ghatkopar west, showroom in mumbai. Warranty card details are attached herewith. Also attached are the photographs of the handbag purchased showing the defects. Kindly review the same. For the referred hidesign handbag, we would like to bring it to your notice that since 12 nov 2018 bag has been sparingly used and is in good condition, still the beads on the carrying belt straps of the handbag have come out and entire beauty and experience o[censored]sing the hidesign handbag is lost. Totally dissatisfied with the quality of the bag and feel cheated after being spent so much of money i have been given a spurious quality handbag. I brought to the attention of hidesign showroom in rcity mall ghatkopar west in mumbai on 30th jan 2019, but they are unable to provide me with a satisfactory solution till date. I want this bag to be replaced rather than being repaired. I have not invested money in hidesign bag for getting repaired bag in 2 months, money was spent due to credibility, design, brand value of hidesign. After this response from hidesign my trust in hidesign is shattered and lost. For the same i am writing to you to arrange for the replacement or else refund my money back. I am deeply hurt and dissapointed with such product and service from hidesign. I am a platinum loyalty member of hidesign since 2013 and a regular customer my customer details also attached for ready reference. I purchased this purse from your Connaught Place outlet, New Delhi and the cost price on the tag has been displayed Rs. 5, 595. But when i came home and checked the receipt, i found that i had been charged Rs 5, 995. and cost price on the tag has been struck off with a pen. Please refund the extra money which has been charged from me.
