I Dhabaleswar Behera, S/O- Narasingh Behera, Bissamcuttack, Dist- Rayagada, Odisha, Pin- 765019.i was cheating by a2z solution company from tha year 2019. The company offering me engaging on post of supervisor at imfa (Bhubaneswar) and they taken payment of 22700 Rupees from me. But they couldn't engaged me on that position and the company gave a cheque of rupees 22700(twenty two thousand seven hundred). But on the corona situation in not able to deposit that cheque on the bank. After some days I'm contacting the office to refund my mony. But the do not consider my request. Finally I bound to take a complain online, that after they many times replies on my online complain.But in not consider that replies, then after they directly Contacted on calls. And I'm visited tha a2z solution office Cuttack branch. In the office they said me one condition, when i give feedback on my previous complain resolved then the gave me my updated cheque amount of 22700. That time.im no way to reject their condition, because I want to refund my amount anyway. After, when i submitted the resolve complain feedback they gave me updated cheque on the cheque date 12 February 2022. But they do not clear these amounts till now date 16 may 2022. In between these three months in deposit that cheque two times on the direction of a2z solution executive, but that cheque two times returned. Now they do not receive any of my call and any kind of my request, so finally I'm again bound to drop a complain against a2z solution Cuttack branch. My previous complain ID - 2903499.
I beg to you please kindly consider my complain and give me my right

Acas said because I have been active and willing to work on my return from holiday HGS should be paying me my full pay until they resolve this matter. I was advised by Acas to send a grievance letter with a deadline to make contact with me I gave my agency 10 working days which will end this Friday. Which they have been investigating.
