My Name is R Shiva Balaji Singh, Worked for client company Fullerton India Credit Company Hyderabad for the duration of 30months, during the period of 20/12/2016 to 15/06/2019. I have query regarding my PF account clearance bearing with PF account number MH/BAN/0047789/000/0018518. I have sent many mails regarding corrections in my PF account as your HGS team, updated wrong information in my PF account and wantedly deducting my amount. I have been applying for corrections from past 3 years and also sent the joint declaration form but till date no result from your end.

I Booked my holiday from 31st-7th April 2022 this was accepted by TM Natasha Painter. On my return from holiday to date I have been unable to login HGS to see my schedule. I emailed IT and all the TM no one has relied for over a week. I know that HGS ha so been very busy over the last couple of week and short of staff the is unacceptable that no one has returned my emails. All my call have been 100% I really enjoy work for this company. Can you please look into this as a matter o[censored]rgency.

My last working day at hinduja global solution was 10/2/2022. Its been 49 days I have left the job and waiting for my final settlement reliving letter. But still I didn't receive both. I have so many times tried calling to so call HR name Candy she didn't even picking the call. Please resolve my problem.

I am Meera Pankaj Negi, I was working with HINDUJA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS
HGS Pune. Employee Id 141310.
I worked in HGS Pune from 1 st Sept. 2015 to 17 Aug 2018, I served my complete notice period.
The HGS Pune has closed its operations here, so it is impossible to contact anyone here. I was supposed to receive my relieving letter and final settlement but I was unable to do so.

Kindly help me to receive my relieving letter and full and final settlement.

I have Purchased Ashok Leyland from Indian Autowheels -Basti-UP on 21/12/2021. Your service in basti is very poor. No one is responsible for answering our problem. Within 4 months both our Front Tires thread came out and tires were totally different damaged and we have to replace them as no option was left.

At the time of purchase we were told that it's servicing would be at 20000km by Mr Kamaal -Sales Manager -Basti but at service center mechanic is saying that servicing is done at 10000km.

Also now it front break shoe has fallen somewhere and it Calliper Piston is also totally damaged and now whole piston assembly needs to be changed as per mechanic available over here.

Service center doesn't have parts also and we have been told to purchase it from open market which cost around Rs.4000. Also no surety of genuine product.

Does it not comes under warranty? We have been using other Commercial Vehicles also but so many defects within a year send doubts on us regarding the quality and product from Hinduja Group.

Please help us. We are at showroom in Basti. Please assist a call from your end.
